Absolutely the best all around! I would highly recommend GinaRae. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and does a fabulous job! She is always open to listen to my thoughts about what I want to focus on during an appointment and will recommend what she thinks will be best. I absolutely trust her judgment and every appointment has been wonderful with fantastic results. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff as well!

Laser technicians should not be performing experiments. This is mostly just feedback for Xanadu because I think it must be a new problem considering all their other great reviews. I have had laser genesis before at another med spa and I know that it should feel like a dispersed heat and at Xanadu, the first two shots felt like stabbing pain. My technician said she didnt know how to fix the settings. After consulting other laser techs in the office she returned and said they were performing a procedure they shouldnt have been and the settings were really off. One other concerning statement was that while upselling a different laser she said our technicians are really good because they work outside the manufacturers settings to give you great results.With the burn on my face, I disagree with this statement. The manufacturers provide their recommendations based on clinical research. Laser technicians should not be performing experiments. Thats why Im burned. My technician gave me burn cream, but it has already welted.

Alexis was very knowledgeable and informative. I loved her no nonsense and easy to understand instructions. I’ll definitely be back to get more services with her. The spa itself has friendly staff overall. And the services are phenomenal.

Xanadu is my go to for Botox and filler. Always pleasant staff working at the counter, and aesthetically a nice environment, but the best part about going here is my provider Gina Rae. She is friendly, kind, professional and most of all a perfectionist (which I love). I trust her implicitly with my treatments. She listens to exactly what I want and provides precisely that. I have tried other places and people, and honestly Gina Rae is a gem. I would highly recommend Xanadu overall.

Very knowledgeable & professional. Mark the owner is very present & active in the community. Both Kristin’s are amazing & they all made me feel safe & welcome. Avery did an amazing job on my eyebrows! In my 50s, I’ve been experiencing more brow thinning. Avery microbladed my brows to shape and color them beautifully. She was very meticulous to continue check with me during the whole process. Very happy to not have to manually put makeup on my brows daily. Highly recommend Avery at Xanadu Spa!!!

I had my Ariola tattooed after having breast, cancer and reconstruction and Avery is so amazing! She takes time doesnt rush. Makes sure comfortable had a very amazing experience and so far love the outcome. Ill keep everyone posted but I have no doubt itll be beautiful!

From my first experience with Xanadu to my most recent visit, it has been fantastic. I’ll break it down into customer service, skill, and atmosphere. (This is a long review because I personally appreciate those as a consumer, so buckle up and grab a coffee.)Customer Service: Right from the start they went above and beyond. I had purchased a Groupon for a specific treatment and then thanks to my ADHD promptly forgot about it and never made an appointment. It wasn’t until I got an email from Groupon about it expiring soon that I remembered. I called to make the appointment, but the available dates were after the Groupon expired. The staff and customer service was so accommodating: they said it wasn’t a problem, they would make a note to honor the Groupon price even though it would be expired. When I came in for my appointment, there was no hassle or issue and it went smoothly. Every time I’ve come in since then, they greet me by name, and ask me how my kids are doing, how my vacation was, etc. Basically they treat me like a person, not just a customer. Another thing I was impressed with was that at my initial consultation they didn’t try to sell me outrageous services or make me feel like I needed to look like a fetus to be beautiful. In fact, I asked about a specific expensive procedure and she honestly explained why I wasn’t the ideal candidate and directed me towards a procedure that was less expensive but would give me the results I was aiming for! They also set realistic expectations for my results, which I appreciated.Skill: I’ve gotten laser and Jeuveau treatments here. The laser tech was friendly, consistently checking in on my comfort level. I was pleased with my results! Alexis is AMAZING with injections. Her vibe is so calming. She listens well, has never tried to oversell me, and does the injections perfectly. I trust her so much that when I went in for a touch up today I scheduled it during lunch knowing I would be able to hop back into work meetings with no issues!Atmosphere: the studio itself is beautiful and tranquil. The staff has always been friendly and cheerful to me. The rooms are clean and modern.One final note on pricing - I noticed some of the bad reviews complained about gratuity being built in on some services, but that’s a totally normal thing at Med Spas. I’ve lived in Washington DC, Portland, Dallas, and several other major cities and every Med Spa I’ve been to has done that. Xanadu is very fairly priced, they have NEVER pushed products or unnecessary services on me, and their policies are pretty much on par with every med spa I’ve been to before!Overall I really love coming to Xanadu and I’m excited to branch out and try more services than the lasers and injections I’ve been doing since they’ve earned my trust over the last year!

Ive had such a fantastic experience at this med spa! I love how they considered me and my unique needs in an individual way, instead of just upselling or making dangerous recommendations like other spas that Ive been to. I have pigmented skin, and was surprised to learn there was a laser team in Northern CO that had the technology to safely laser darker skin. I had scarring on my face that I finally wanted to address, and they took the time to educate me on safe treatment options. Ive been working with Tanya C. as my laser tech and she is so good at what she does! Im half way through my treatments and people have been stopping me to ask me what I do for my skin. Its crazy how effective their recommendations have been! I look forward to a long relationship with this team. Everyone on the staff as well as the environment are so welcoming.

Absolutely LOVE Xanadu! Not only is the ambiance inviting and relaxing but the whole team is inviting, kind, personable, knowledgeable but they focus on what the client wants and needs in order to achieve what the client needs and wants for their skin. The products are amazing and the treatments are wonderful and truly effective. The treatment rooms are just as inviting as the main entrance and you automatically relax when you lay on the treatment bed. I’d rather have a treatment here every month than go shopping or do anything that is about self care. I absolutely love Xanadu and can’t wait for my next treatment!

I made an appointment for RF microblading and when I showed up, I was told that the staff didn’t tell me that they have a new equipment and price has gone up from $550 to $850. So my time was wasted that morning and I booked a microblading appointment instead. The person that did microblading did not seem to know what she was doing. She put too much pressure on my forhead for microblading and made bad scars on my forhead and didn’t use enough depth on the other areas of my life and there was no impact on the rest of my face whatsoever. So I paid $350 and my forhead is scarded badly and no change for the rest of my face. Waste of money. I will not go back.

Very nice place and staff! But I payed 125 for a lip flip they said I’d see results on day 5 . Well it’s day 5 today and no results 😳

We booked on Groupon!! I was soo looking forward to this for a while. Walked in and check in was easy, though they have two sides and I stood on one side that was unstaffed for a good 10 minutes. Walked in on the correct side and wow the spa is beautiful. They offer all kids of stuff!! Was willing to give up some information when I asked.Got back to the room and chatted with my masseuse for a few minutes. Went over that I have degenerative disc disease, herniated discs etc. my main concern was getting that area massaged.In Groupon, was offered:Whats included:• 110-minute deluxe massage• Warm oil scalp treatment• Body butter• Steam towel wrap• Targeted area Hot Stone Treatment• Spinal Detox• Treatment PlanOnly received hair oils, foot scrub, and body massage. Started at 6:30, ended at 7:46. Problem areas were not focused on. Was really looking forward to this for a while due to severe pain and did not receive what I was expecting. I was relaxed and my lady was very sweet. Not sure if there was miscommunication or not.Edit to add: Groupon listed a standard 20% gratuity and when I checked out, found out there’s a 30% minimum gratuity!!

I have gone to this med-spa for several treatments and here is a bit about the whole process. Unfortunately, I front loaded my purchases by buying packages with Laury.First, tattoo removal. Big NO to going here for tattoo removal! After 4 treatments, there was zero difference. I went to an official tattoo removal shop for my 5th treatment and their process was 100% different than Xanadu. They spot tested to ensure my skin was responding to the level the machine was set (Xanadu did NOT do this); they said no ice and no numbing (Xanadu both iced and numbed my skin prior to treatment) because numbing and icing works against the removal process; they covered the area post treatment to avoid rubbing and infection (Xanadu wouldnt cover the area post treatment). It was a total waste of time, money and pain at Xanadu.Then, here comes the good one....I was sold on a package for facial laser treatment. It was supposed to both remove pigment and tighten the skin. I bought a pack of 4.Ive done LOTS of lasers in the past. My skin responds really well to lasers. Normally, after a pigment removing laser, you will see the dark spots get darker, then flake off. This did NOT happen with the Xanadu laser. There was NO difference at all. So, I spoke Laury and we made a plan to research a different treatment. She recommended a laser which had HORRIBLE reviews online. Even the lasers website had before/after photos that were far from impressive. When I mentioned this to Laury, she said yeah, the website isnt impressive, but the laser has results. I just wont believe it after my previous experiences.During this time, I got diagnosed with cancer. The future does not look bright with the stage and type. So, I asked if they would just refund the balance because the $1,200+ could be of better use in taking a trip with my children, or other. Needless to say, Im not too worried about aging well at this point, but making some more memories with my children is a major focus. Time is very relative right now.Xanadu med spa decided they need the $$ more than I do and offered to allow me to gift the credit to someone else. So kind of them.There are a lot of great med spas in the area where youll likely have a far better experience and get a little more bang for your buck. That and if youre unhappy with services, they will pad their profits first and worry about customer service later.Hard no to this place.

Book with Alexis...you will not be disappointed!Tonya- Have had a few amazing treatments with Tonya, I cant wait for my final results...she has been the consumate professional and sooo gifted at what she does. Tonya is kind, and I just cant state clearly enough how well she understands patient desired outcomes paired with product capabilities.Lori- Where do I start? This woman is to me the reason I keep finding new solutions to issues I am targeting. Lori is fantastic at consulting on what is best given my current state.Mark- Just well done! You have built an incredible team, and this practice is my only go to place for all things related to skin, aging and spa treatments. Five stars hardly seems like enough!

I love the staff and the owner has really worked hard to bring so many services to the customer.They offer a great monthly plan according to your needs. The massage and facials are by far the best. The nail technicians at Xanadu Med Spa are great at what they do! They take the time to listen to your nail preferences and make sure that your nails look flawless before you leave. If youre looking for dependable nail technicians that actually care about the health of your nails and about the quality of work they dish out, come here! Spencer’s therapeutic massage helped enormously. His knowledge was incredible. I expressed my concerns and he knew exactly where to focus his attention. I can once again move my neck without pain.

They dont deserve a star at all. Be cautious, they might burn your head and blame you for it. Never will I return again, their were so mean to me and not willing to help me go thru their mistake, as I had to go get treatments from my own dr. and paid alot more than the spa was. Absolutely ridiculous and very bad customer service. They wont take the blame and let the girl still work there when she was hurrying me and made all my two in one treatment into a hour instead two hours. IT NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! I had a massage and facial; and the girl didnt ask me anything before treatment if I was sensitive and I knew I was and she still did it anyway. THEY ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING, in my option. they are really good at burning you.Oh no!! You dont get it it burn my head I had to go to PCP Dr and get Rx to put on my scalp and you didnt care to help it anything. And no she didnt ask. You cant now twist what the customer says. Customers are always right!!! And yes it took me this long to recover and Im still in recovery... You have no idea!!! And dont twist your fancy words to make it all special but the lady and your place were at fault the whole time.And actually I was early. You cant correct people when you werent there and they were.Reason why now post this: because I keep getting nonstop emails from you guys and I have been wanting to say how bad it was. You guys sound like you are all depressed for customers. Knowing you failing...

She has an extremely collaborative approach and changed a few things from my original consult in a very positive way.She also showed me what I looked like before and after every step. I recently had an above-and-beyond experience at Xanadu for eyebrow microblading. I sent a message about getting last minute eyebrow services before starting chemotherapy. Laurie called me from her home, was so caring, and got me in for an appointment the next evening. Avery did my microblading, and she is truly a talented artist. She put me at ease, explained everything so well, and was super fun to talk to, since I ran my nervous mouth the whole time. I look forward to getting them touched up after my treatments are finished. I also will continue to patronize Xanadu because of their outstanding customer service from the front desk and beyond and wide range of services, expecially oncology care services. Thank you Xanadu staff!

On my first visit, I met with Jennifer and Melanie. They were both very approachable, personable, professional, and knowledgeable about their service offerings. I spent the majority of my visit with Jennifer, who was great working with a client like me who is a first timer. I would highly recommend Jennifer to others. Additionally, I had several interactions with the Client Relations Specialist, Heidi, and she is awesome. Heidi is incredibly nice, professional, and focused on assisting their clients. The Xanadu Med Spa really has an exceptional team of people, and their stellar reputation among their clients is what first led me to them.

Ive been working with Alexis and cant say enough good about her. Shes kind, understanding and forthcoming with information. During our consultation she offered suggestions to help me reach my goals. We are all looking for instant results, but our bodies arent made that way so she cautioned I would need to play an active part in my weight loss. Together, Alexis and I will conquer my fat. I feel supported with this challenge which I struggle to manage myself.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Tanya and I have never felt and looked better! She is amazing at making your eyebrows look natural and absolutely gorgeous, and she is unbelievably kind and accommodating! I haven’t had to wear any makeup since, I love that I get up in the morning and feel naturally beautiful with my eyebrows done by Tanya.Additionally, I bought some silver soothe from Xanadu for scaring and other smallirritations as I have sensitive skin. I’ve never seen scarring and skin irritation from things such as pimples and small scrapes go away so fast! AMAZING! would 10/10 recommend Xanadu for any service and all of their skincare remedies.

I have been going to Xanadu for almost 4 years but I sure won’t be going back. The turnover of staff has gotten unbearable (reception/check you out folks never know what’s going on or if you have membership points so it takes forever) and whatever you do, DO NOT let Alexia give you injections!! I have never been so bruised, or have entire areas missed, or had injections in the wrong place. I’ve left 2 messages for the owner to call me about it and have heard nothing but crickets.I can’t respond directly to your reply however: 1. She didn’t offer an appointment with a different RN. She said SHE wanted to fix it. The appointment she made was tentative because I told her I was traveling and my son just passed away. I have never no showed for an appointment. 2. You probably didn’t get a message to call me because she never gave it to you. 3. Posting on the internet, publicly disclosing my treatments is a complete violation of HIPPA law. Nice job.

I bought the Groupon for laser hair removal and the details were not clear enough, which ended up with high frustration and doing a laser treatment in a way that I wasnt intending to do. Additionally, some of the receptionists are really passively aggressive, particularly when requiring the 20% tip, not from the price you payed, but for the full original price. I felt mistreated as a costumer, especially for not being transparent since the beginning, I am not coming back neither my friend that bought the same Groupon as I did. Customer service is definitely not their thing, particularly when it comes to managing Groupon clients.

Alexis at Xanadu is amazing and incredibly talented. I was so nervous about lip fillers but she was so patient and informative. She didn’t rush or push doing one thing or another making me feel like I could make the right decision for me. I looove my lip and cheek fillers and would never go to anyone else!!

Got the 3-1 facial for my moms birthday & she loved it. She came back with a glowing face. They were incredibly knowledgeable & made my mom feel very special on her birthday. I originally booked the facial online & picked a different one. When I called to confirm/ask questions about the facial, I was able to speak with the aesthetician (Griffy) & she was incredibly flexible in that we upgraded the facial to a better birthday gift- which it was indeed.Thank you!

My massage therapist did a good job. The pressure felt great!However, I was literally shorted 20 minutes of what was supposed to be a 90 minute massage. I’m a single mother of 3 so anytime I get a moment away to relax I jump on it, as my time’s incredibly limited. That being said I scheduled a sitter for a specific amount of time in order to receive a full 90 minute massage, which sadly I didn’t receive.In a since I feel robbed of both money $ and time. So I left irritated and let down. I wouldn’t refer suggest recommend this Spa.

I have been putting a lot of thought into this review. And I’ve decided to be fair to myself and write it. I first went here to receive small amounts of Botox that I’ve been getting for years for acne. I started this back when I live in Texas and finally found somewhere local to get it done. I was appointed to Melanie for this treatment, she was extremely unprofessional and spoke poorly of MY place of employment, took a personal call during my consultation and was short and rude to me. I chalked it off to perhaps she was having a bad day. Anyway, came back in November for micro infusion. Was seen by Melanie again who seemed less than thrilled to see me again, she was kind to everyone in the waiting lounge but did not give me a similar greeting. I know I don’t look like the “typical” client but if I’m here to drop a few hundred dollars, could you at least pretend to be happy I’m doing it there. She was short and rude exactly like the first time. I was also told this micro infusion would make my face look like glass. It made my skin completely break out for DAYS and it turned my face from dull to dull and dry. So I essentially paid $325 for a woman to make me feel awful about myself and then suffer over a week of terrible break outs. I’m so disappointed in myself for not speaking to a manager that day.

I highly recommend Xanadu Med Spa and (especially) Melanie. Ive had nothing, but positive experiences and Melanie has an eye for helping bring symmetry to your face. Im a very expressive person, and at age (over) 40, its begun to leave a mark. Melanie has provided guidance on how to navigate the med-spa solutions that are out there. I intend on continuing services with her and Xanadu through the years.

If you are looking to remove a small or large tattoo and not seeing Tonya @ Xanadu Med Spa, then you are making a mistake. She is not only a master at her profession but an excellent conversationalist that makes you feel relaxed in her environment. The entire staff is wonderful and congenial. I am definitely going back to try other services as well.

Xanadu med spa came highly recommended to me. I have thought about facial treatments for years as have we all right? Well, I called and scheduled an appointment with a clinician and was expecting to be “sold“ on something or perhaps a “special package“. The truth is… There was no special, Introductory pricing, or sales gimmick. She treated me with nothing but respect and answered each question I had as thorough as she could. I am scheduled for a laser treatment as well as Botox treatments here in the next two weeks. Once again I have not had any “work” done. But, I’m certainly looking forward to it.

Melanie did the BEST job. She gave me the exact look I was going for with my jaw and lip filler. She was incredibly patient with listening to my needs and was very informative about what the procedure would look like since it was my first time. 10/10, I will definitely be booking more appointments!

Anyway, if you choose to go here for this service, take your own pictures.2023: I had Coolsculpting here. Bought 12 units/placements, did exactly as they said with scheduling, etc. Cost more than $5k. Absolutely nothing happened. In the progress pics, they were really reaching to find some change. I did measurements, and nothing ever changed. Same measurements every time.8 weeks after my 2nd round I went in for progress pics and they told me I should get a 3rd round. For that price I could have had actual liposuction. Hugely disappointing and obviously a waste of money and time because each time it took nearly an entire day.Note after the response- the jelly roll contour that they said they got rid of is still there. I was definitely not trying to be a size 6- theyre acting like Im not realistic, which maybe many people arent. I did not change a single size-- again, for the price, at least 1 size would be expected.The people were really nice at least.2022: Excellent massage! Loved the experience. Stick to massages.

I went in for a botox treatment with Alisa. I was pretty nervous to have the procedure done. She was amazing!!! She took her time to listen to my concerns and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She was professional and personable at the same time. Katie Maguire also was incredibly helpful. Prior to my appointment she guided me to find the best options for the areas I was concerned with. Her knowledge surpassed any other med spa Ive been in contact with. I am extremely pleased with my experience there and would highly recommend both of these ladies!!!

I treated my wife to a HydraFacial. It was her first experience with the treatment and this spa. Camille S took care of her and she loved it. Beautiful location. Wonderful service. Very friendly and warm reception. Definitely a must visit and or regular visits!

Amazing! Went and got a massage here for the first time and had a great experience! Had never been to a spa before and I was a bit nervous but the staff here is extremely welcoming and professional! Antonia was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing, I definitely recommend her - she had great communication & is easy to talk to.

Melanie was amazing, this was my second time coming here for filler in my lips but my first experience with her and I don’t think I could ever go to someone else after seeing her! I have been going to this Med Spa for a little less than a year. The service has always been outstanding but now they have a beautiful new location that really provides the luxury atmosphere for their already luxury services. Griffy is amazing! She gives the BEST massages (especially head massages.) This place is 5 star in every way.

Amazing!! The facility is super clean and calm from the front door on! I had a massage and facial with Brook and she was just so great, so nice and made me feel so comfortable, and I want to share that I actually have some personal issues from past trauma and have always been worried getting a massage might be triggering but she made the whole experience feel like such a safe space for me from the beginning, just incase anyone has similar fears, this is a great place to go. I didn’t have to even mention it because I felt so comfortable which is such a relief, could not have asked for a better experience I am so grateful, it was truly a healing experience!!

I had purchased a 110 min luxury massage plus a facial for my wife for our anniversary to hopefully give her a great experience.They opted to do her facial first, and because it was a surprise spa day from me to her she didnt know what all was in store for her, so when the employees (including the front desk associate) acted as if her time there was concluded, my wife didnt know any different and left. When my wife called me and told me she was done I told her she was definitely NOT done and that she had almost another couple couple hours there.She went back in, which she told me she felt very awkward about, and the front desk associate realized they had made a mistake, so they had her re-prep (and disrobe etc) for her massage. She enjoyed the massage, but told me later it felt rushed, not to mention it ended in only 60 min (a FAR cry from 110) and didnt include the luxury package elements I was promised she would get. She was once again sent on her way she was told she was done.After I found out she STILL didnt get what was promised and what wed paid for I called the spa. Her massage and facial tech that day, Antonia, answered the phone and was extremely apologetic and said they had messed up twice, which I appreciated and was quick to be gracious and accept apology. I understand people make mistakes and I was willing to be cool about it since they, AT FIRST, seemed willing to make it right for her. I was promised by the manager a call back the following day to schedule her for the rest of her massage and I never received a call back from them.This all could have been avoided, and Xanadu had a real opportunity for repeat business here if they would have only done the right thing instead of avoiding me and *not* fulfilling their promises. This is not how to run a business; this is NOT professional, not to mention you ruined my wifes anniversary gift I had worked hard to plan and give her.I would not recommend this place. Its worth the extra drive time to go to the spas in either Blackhawk or Vail.Something to think about...

I am not at all experienced with massages but my wife recwntly got me a once a month massage package with Xanadu. I have gone twice now and am very happy. Very clean and comfortable place and everyone I have come in contact with has been so nice! The massages have been great and helped a lot. Very happy with Xanadu Med Spa!

Her response to my questions post- procedure was professional and timely. I am very pleased with results and quality of service. Just received my first Opus Plasma treatment from Melanie! Very pleased with the results already. I had the opus plasma. Melanie z was the provider. She thoroughly explained what would occur during the procedure and what the expectation of the procedure would be. The recommendation is 3 procedures. I’ve only had one so far and I’ve noticed a positive difference already. My skin looks good and I’m very pleased. So good! I bought a Groupon deal so I wasn’t sure what exactly was included with it but I got a 1 hour massage that was absolutely amazing and a 1 hour facial that included microdermabrasion, hydro UV extraction, facial cupping and a mask!! The massage was just what my tight back/shoulders and aching neck needed. She even used hot stones too! Highly recommend! I think this was the most relaxed I have ever been in my whole life! I’ve had a few massages before and they just talked the whole time so I was planning on saying something before hand but I didn’t even have to mention it!! I’m already booked for another!

Griffy was great! She was so attentive and sweet! But my reasoning for not giving 5 stars it because of their punctuality. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment was the not taken back to my room till 10 after my scheduled time. Then when the massage was over she left the room 5 before my time should have been done. So I had over 15 minutes lost of massage time. Kind of a big deal!

Today was my first time at Xanadu and getting botox. I was super nervous at first but from the second I walked in my nerves subsided. The staff from the very get go were so welcoming and friendly. I was under Mariahs care and she is awesome. Super sweet and comforting. Very knowledgeable too. The ambiance there is also very relaxing and its beautiful! Definitely recommend!

Ive been seeing Tonya for massage and facial for 4 months now and just love how relaxing my experience is! We always do the full body massage first then go right into the facial! I love that she has tried different facial products each time leaving my skin feeling amazing. I signed up for the membership and it truly is the best to treat yourself each month to a massage and facial, I always leave feeling new!

I went to see Antonia for a skin irregularity on my eye lid and it was gone within a week with the Lamprobe treatment! She was super friendly and explained everything to me so I understood. Just had the Opus plasma laser treatment. It tightened the skin and softened my acne scars and its still improving. It was relatively painless except around the eye area but its brief. I was impressed by the little amount of down time. I healed up nicely in 24 hrs and was able to go outside without any redness. My technician Tonya was super nice and got my face done in about 45 minutes total. Good experience and results.

I LOVE Kim! She did my first lip injections and she was unbelievable! I had so many questions, concerns, wanted to know how to achieve a certain look. She was so educational, and thoroughly answered everything I threw at her. She told me the steps she was going to take to help me achieve the look I was describing and showing her in pictures. She really made me feel valued in my consultation, like she wanted to be there, that she didnt mind that it was taking forever because new questions kept coming up. She was incredibly supportive, and I could not have picked a better professional. I have seen others here in the past and just like Melanie, they were completely honest about treatments which just would just not work for me. I have been to Xanadu a few times. I have always had Stacy, their RN on staff, for my procedures. I want to let you know how pleased I have been with each visit. Stacy is very knowledgeable, listens to your wants/needs and formulates a game plan to reach the desired outcome. She is also very kind and comforting through the whole process. Couples massage is Not a Couples MassageUnfortunately we were saddened and disappointed with our first experience at Xanadu. My husband and I booked our couples massage over 3 weeks ago. I called several other spas in the area who specifically were unable to do couples massages due to Covid. I was told over the phone by Mark the owner that my husband and I would be able to do our couples massage in the same room at Xanadu. I was called twice by Xanadu staff to confirm our massages and once again confirmed our massages would be in the same room together.We were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary.Sadly, we were informed when we were being taken back to our rooms that they were going to be separate. We were told “there were no rooms big enough to accommodate a couples massage.” Knowing the strict 24 cancellation policy was in effect we didn’t know how to proceed without being charged. If Xanadu did not have a room that could accommodate a couples massage, my husband and I would’ve chosen a different spa. This was the specific reason why we chose Xanadu.We booked 110 minute luxury massages. Unfortunately we both left our rooms well under the 110 minutes. My husband walked out at 85 minutes and I walked out at 90 minutes. We both had 7 minutes to change, stretch, and exit our massage room. We both waited more than 8 minutes at the start of our massage once undressed and waited for our Masseuses. There seemed to be quite a bit of waiting time before and after our massages ended.Because we found Xanadu through Groupon, we were obligated to a 20% tip of the original price which we were informed of at the time of booking. I wish we had an opportunity to dispute the 20% tip knowing how much time was lost on our massages. I have worked in the service industry for years and will gladly pay the 20% tip if not more when service is met or exceeded. I wonder if the 20% is mandatory because clients don’t feel the 20% is justified?We drove over an hour to Xanadu and were both unfortunately disappointed with how our anniversary gift unfolded. The spa seemed very lovely and our Masseuses were very kind but our experience will unfortunately keep us from coming back. Our time and money would have been better spent elsewhere. I was excited to share a positive experience from Xanadu and looking forward to coming back knowing how many other interesting services they provided. I very very rarely ever write negative reviews but Xanadu unfortunately missed the mark during such a special occasion in our lives and we will not be coming back.

I love everything about Xanadu med spa! Theresa and Tonya are amazing and the front desk staff is so helpful and kind. Clinical skincare is the best thing out there! And Xanadu has a full array of offerings and really competitive pricing. It’s really great to be able to afford to do a series of any treatment on the menu, which in my opinion is the best way to get results!

He is so good at working through kinks and pains, using calming breaths and giving the best advice. He knows how to find the root of what’s causing all your tension and coaxes it out of you with ease. He never seems to get tired, somehow maintaining perfect pressure no matter if your massage is 50 minutes or two hours! They are all so good at what they do and I’m so glad I found them!

I had a massage with Dee that I booked using a Groupon. Dee talked through my entire massage, telling me how she really needed this massage appointment. I think she just wanted someone vent to. She essentially turned my appointment into her social hour and shared many personal details about herself and details about the spa staff that I did not ask for or appreciate hearing. My attempt to treat myself was ruined by her unprofessional behavior. I will not be a return client.

For a place as exquisite as Xanadu and for the pricing I was not very impressed. I get massages a lot and I had very high hopes from this place especially given the reviews. The atmosphere was relaxing and very aesthetic, but the massage was subpar. My masseuse talked the entire time about pretty unprofessional things, forgot my hot oil head massage and it wasnt for the full time. Im glad I got a Groupon and did not pay full price.

I just recently moved to Colorado from Arizona and I was searching for a new Skin Guru as well as a new injector. What I love about this place is the staff, from answering the phone to booking my consults. It quick easy and very professional. My new skin Guru is Antonia and she gave me the most thorough skin consultation I have ever had. Ive never had either done but Antonia made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly which put me at ease. If I had done a review a year ago it would have been 5 stars. But recently they have made some poor staffing changes. First, one of the receptionists was extremely unfriendly via phone as well as in person. I felt like I was bothering her when I was simply checking in for my service! Also the main Botox nurse stopped taking clients and they hired another couple of nurses. I understand turnover and how businesses work so no big deal - I made an appointment with a new nurse and moved on. The new nurse didn’t even look at my chart before beginning my injections. She simply said “forehead wrinkles? I got it” and worked so quickly I was astonished she finished so fast. Only to realize a week later as everything was fully relaxed that she completely missed my biggest problem area! I’m not the biggest complainer, so instead of calling to complain I simply took the survey included in my follow up email letting them know how unhappy I was only to get NO response, not even an apology for spending a couple hundred dollars to be unsatisfied. All it would have taken for me was to feel like my voice was heard and a promise to do better. But when I couldn’t even get the acknowledgement I have since found a new Center for Botox with a new nurse that I love. Sorry Xanadu, your customer service needs some help to earn my business back.

Xanedu Med Spa is beautiful, spotless, friendly, warm and welcoming. I’ve been meaning to write a review for Opus Plasma for months now. I tried opus plasma to address common skin concerns. Texture, discoloration, acne scarring, pore size. I did three sessions, and the difference each time was amazing. Within 3-5 days after the treatment (with purchasing the HA that was recommended) my skin was glowing. I would recommend opus plasma to anyone with any kind of skin issue. The way my skin was glowing following the treatment was like nothing else.The first picture is prior to any treatments, and the second was taken 6 days later, both similar lighting in the car with no make up.If you’re on the fence with opus plasma, I hope this helped make your decision.

First of all, all of the staff was so nice, organized, and followed Covid-19 safety procedures. The atmosphere of the entire spa is so lovely and peaceful. They offer a lot of different treatments other than massages that I havent tried but fully intend to. I had Spencer as my massage therapist and he was FANTASTIC. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a true understanding of how the human body works. He uses a variety of unique and what I would term holistic approaches to releasing the pain and tension in the body. He was able to release a lot of the pain and tension I have been struggling with for so long in my back. I could finally get a good nights rest without tossing and turning. I have bounced around from spa to spa and never have been truly satisfied as I was/am with Xanadu. I highly recommend. I look forward to my next appointment!

Xanadu has a lovely atmosphere with great products for sale and a nice electric fireplace in reception. Melanie gave me my first Jeuveau (like botox) injections and was very thorough with explaining her expertise for her recommendation on dosing and after care directions. Highly recommend! They also have great specials and have a loyalty program with coupons that help with the expense.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have been going to this Med Spa for about two years now. Shannon is no longer apart of the facility and it shows. I went in for my annual laser hair removal touch up, which in my package says should be $50. The woman doing it barely looked at my charts and did not have the machine on the right settings, as a result I had hair growth just two days later, which should never happen. On top of that they charged me for a full session instead of a touch up (which is a substantial difference), and when I voiced my concerns they ignored me. Beyond disappointed. I have referred a fair amount individuals to Xanadu and am confident to say those people will no longer be costumers and neither will I.

I was a little nervous based on a previous experience to come in. However, Alexis did a great job. I look forward to seeing her again.

Spencer and Antonia were amazing! My husband and I did the Groupon couples massage and we both were so impressed, that we will be back! Spencer was incredibly knowledgeable, knew exactly where to work but made sure it was at a comfort you were good with. My husband went with Antonia and he said he is going to start getting massages by her every couple months to help work his problem areas. This was his first official massage and he was really impressed with the way Antonia worked. I have been toying with the idea of going to Xanadu before the Groupon, now im kicking myself for not trying this place out way sooner! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Recently, I had both Coolsculpting and Botox done at Xanadu Med Spa. My experience with both was exceptional. Tonyas calm and sweet demeanor while guiding me through coolsculpting was very welcome and Melanies efficiency and expertise with my botox injection was fantastic. I am already seeing results from each of these treatments (with very minimal side effects) and am very excited about that. I love Xanadu Med Spa and have always had great experiences there, but my recent double duty appointment really set the standard for what a great med spa experience should be. I cannot recommend Xanadu highly enough. I look forward to going back soon.

I have been going to Rhonda for well over five years and I will not go anywhere else. Best facials, she explains what she is doing and what she is using. My skin is so sensitive and before going to her, I had some bad experiences. I trust Rhonda with my skin.. UPDATE: Mark Koepsell, Xanadu owner, (degrees in both communication and psychology, his bio says, but any knowledge and skills were not applied to this situation) responded to my review by calling me a layperson without knowing my scientific education and work history, and, shockingly, committed a HIPAA violation by telling the internet his (mis)understanding of what I did and did not want to do with my body while receiving care at his practice. He has since edited his response to remove my protected information after I objected, but said I was throwing insults their way, by sharing my experience publicly and that it warranted a strong response from him. He complained that I left this information in a review instead of taking it to him (he was not there) or the tech. In reality, the tech was the first person I complained to, the receptionist was the second, a survey request was the third, and Google Reviews was the fourth. I have received no compensation, no refund, no credit, and no apology. Every med spa Ive spoken to since this incident has said they store unused Juvederm for patients. My dentist is a trained injector and she also said she was trained to store it. Im not surprised Mark feels this way about an off-label use (not that hes a doctor), given how much money he makes when product goes in his garbage. Thanks to Marks hostility, Im lowering my rating from three stars to one.Just left my appointment having my lips filled and was stunned to hear my tech say they would not store the .4 cc of Juvederm Ultra that wasnt going into my lips, which costs $600 per vial. Ive never been to a med spa or medical office that refused to store my purchase until its expiration date. She said she was tossing it in the trash because it was extremely dangerous to store the product. She also said they dont order the half syringe Juvaderm Ultra, so I had no choice. This policy is wasteful of patient money and factually incorrect. Im now sitting in their parking lot lookingat hyaluronic acid storage studies. 2011 Safety of Storing and Reusing Hyaluronic Acid Fillers found no infections were associated with the use of stored HA fillers. A 2017 study in Brazil: Hyaluronic acid fillers did not show any fungal or bacterial contamination after being opened and stored at room temperature in non-aseptic conditions. The possibility of reusing the remaining portion of the material in the syringe can be safe and economically viable. Upon Xanadu check out, patients are prompted to tip their technician who just threw hundreds of dollars of their product in the trash. The minimum amount for tipping without going into the custom tip section is 18%. Can you imagine a dermatologist soliciting tips? I wont be back; Ill look for a dermatologist who orders half vials, knows the science on storage, and doesnt prompt patients for 18% tips on cosmetic dermatology. They dont have a lid on their toilet seat in a fecal pathogen pandemic and had no soap in the bathroom, but wanted to pry into the date of my COVID vaccine booster as if safety is their #1 priority. Gross.

Justine, the esthetician, was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. The front lobby is a bit small and employees, including tall gentleman that appeared to be owner, were talking loudly about work related things. I would expect a spa experience to begin right when you walk in the door and this did not happen for me.

Tanya B. is a wonderful! She’s a great educator (in educating the client about their skin), very thorough, kind and not to mention very professional. Only recommendation I would make, is to have the client pay separately for product. Therefore they do not have to tip on top of the product price.

This is a great spa! The staff is amazing. Super friendly and knowledgable. They go above and beyond to make my visits comfortable and I feel confident that I am getting great service and care. I had a facial with Rhonda this afternoon and it was above and beyond my expectations. Since it had been a year or more since my last facial, I was really looking forward to it.. And I was not dissapointed. She was so knowledgable and informative through the entire facial, as well as talking just enough to fill the quiet times. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and understood what she was doing. My skin looks amazing!! I already re booked for another facial and am excited to have found Xanadu med spa!

Griffy was a wonderful therapist she was very confident about what she was doing i felt very comfortable with her and she was very genuine in her work. However she asked me to ask the front desk for information on other products and services that I was interested in and the lady at the front desk was not very helpful or kind i felt as though she just wanted me out i felt so uncomfortable so I just left i noticed that I was the only one being treated this way as there were other people but they were being treated with respect and I was not so as much as I loved griffy and would love to get more services from her Im afraid I wont return. I am a massage junkie! I was looking for a new therapist and purchased a Groupon massage and microdermabrasion package. Annie did a good job. Sometimes uneven. Forgetting parts of what she had done on the other side of my body. Micro was great but uneven as well. She was booked solid so maybe she was rushed.I was embarrassed that I hadn’t read the small print which said that I owed a minimum of $37.50 tip. Ouch! My fault. I might go back for the micro!

Yesterday was my first visit. I had a massage by Griffy. The spa was clean and beautifully decorated. My massage was wonderful. Just enough pressure. The other staff was very professional and all of my questions answered. I will be returning.

My massage started out well but turned into a weird face massage. My girlfriend loved hers. The Gratuity should not be a set amount. Tips are an indication of the service experience . If you have to increase the price to pay your employees just add it to the Groupon price.

Love this spa! I have had massages as well as a facial there and have been so happy every time. I planned my sisters 30th bday party there, and was incredibly pleased with the service. The massages and facials were so relaxing, and everyone was incredible accommodating. We had one gluten free person and one pregnant person, and when we got there to celebrate, we were served champagne AND sparkling grape juice, chocolate dipped strawberries, a cheese platter, and cupcakes -- both regular AND GF. Wow! Great service. I will definitely be going back!!

As the senior estimator for my company it is important I make an exponential first impression. My entire adolescent life I have battled acne. Rhonda, my bi-weekly facials and the wonderful skin care line she suggested have all changed that and I now have the confidence beautiful skin can give you! I use to think it was a luxury to get facials, massages and your nails done. I now understand it as a necessity to being the best me! My home away from home!!!

I love their new store location. Much more convenient since I go to 24hr Fitness. I had my first chemical peel and being a guy, I was extremely nervous about the outcome. I did not want to walk out looking like a burn victim (or worse). I met Rhonda (Esthetician) and she is probably the best person Ive ever met. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to Melanie for my hormone pellet insertion for a few years now. She is very thorough, professional and a great communicator, I feel fabulous at 50 years old. I would highly recommend hormone therapy, Melanie and the team at Xanadu.

I would give a minus one if I could.I called in to Xanadu Med Spa for an advertised special of pay for 10 units of Botox and get 10 free for the price of $110. I am not a Botox experienced person so would not know if 20 units is enough, if additional ones are recommended. I checked in and verified the 10/10 and was shown back into the treatment room. I do not have any complaints about the procedure itself, what I do have a complaint about is when I went to check out the gal told me my total was $375. Never during my procedure was it told to me additional units were being used and how much it would be. I was prepared to pay the $110 and did not bring another form of payment. When I told her I was expecting $110 and was never told it would be more she said she would get the manager. He came out and when I told him I was never told of the additional charge his offer for me was to apply for credit or use another form of payment. NEVER addressed the issue that I was brought in on a particular price and it more than tripled on check out, It feels like a bait and switch to me. So if you go to Xanadu make them be very clear on the price of your treatment!!! And the manager does not listen to his customers.

First time here, and first time receiving lip fillers: I made an appointment on Monday the 24th. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely friendly and even though they were closed he took my call, made my appointment , and answered my questions. I then went to my appointment on Saturday the 29th, I was 20 minutes early. The front desk staff were super nice. I filled out my paperwork and was taken back to the treatment room very quickly. As a first timer, I had many questions, Melonie answered them. She was very knowledgeable. She asked what I wanted and told me what would work best for what I was wanting. She told me what the cost would be before starting and she checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was ok (I was nervous about the procedure). She took before and after pictures of my lips. She went over the aftercare instructions with me at the end. I am very happy with the results. I drove an hour and a half to get to there, and would definitely go back. Im very pleased! Thank you!

Got what I suppose was a solid deal through Groupon. Clean, professional environment and staff. Only negative was that the deal we purchased was titled “couples massage,” and in reality was really just a discounted rate for two people to get a massage (my fiancé and I were in separate rooms). Wasn’t what we anticipated.

Everyone here is so friendly and awesome. There are lots of services to choose from and the pricing is competitive. I signed up for their monthly membership and I not only am getting great services (hydrafacial, etc) but it’s a good value. Highly recommend if you are looking for a med spa with a membership option and lots of services to choose from.

I would not recommend this studio. I got a shellac manicure, and after it took an hour to do, one of my nail polishs popped off within 2 hours that day- leaving 9 beautiful nails and one bare one. Due to their limited hours and my busy schedule, I scheduled an appointment four days in advance to fix that nail, and they called to cancel that appointment an hour and half prior to my appointment that same day. I did not see that voicemail and drove 20 minutes each direction to be told no one could fix my one nail, and I would have to come back for another appointment. I will never go back there.

Xanadu was amazing as always. Antonia was incredible. I recommend the massage mini microdermabrasion appointment for sure. I got the best of both worlds. The spa is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Lifesaving! I recently experienced sciatic pain/lower back muscle spasms that sent me to the Emergency Room. Unfortunately, the medications provided to me during the ER visit were not providing any immediate relief from the pain. I was I unable to sit, stand or lie and was desperate for some sort of relief from the pain. At the suggestion of a friend, I was able to make a massage appointment at Xanadu within the same day. Upon walking into Xanadu, I was greeted with compassion and kindness. For someone who has not had a lot of massages I felt immediately comfortable with Travis, the massage therapist assigned to me. Travis was very attentive and conscious of my pain level and was able to provide me with immediate pain relief from the sciatic pain/muscle spasms I was experiencing. I am grateful to Xanadu for getting me in within the same day and to Travis who i strongly recommend as a fully knowledgeable and consciousness massage therapist.

I went in for the Opus Plasma treatment. Justine was the best! She explained everything and walked me through the whole process! She numbed my face and I would say it was very tolerable. And I’m seeing results already! I would highly recommend!

Highly disappointed with level of service!Got a gift package for my wife. They werent able to do a massage, facial and pedicure all at the same time due to staffing issues. Then when she showed up for her massage and facial they had lost your reservation. She sat in the lobby for 20 minutes while they figured out what to do. Then when she went back on a separate visit for her pedicure, the tech butchered her cuticles and didnt stop chatting with the previous client who lingered, in a cramped closet like space for the entire time.Very disappointing, it was an anniversary gift :(

I saw Melanie for Jeauveau on my glabellar and forehead. She was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. I have always had Botox in the past and I must say Botox sets a bit faster then the Jeauveau, but I am really happy with the results of the Jeauveau. I know it is hard to find an injector that you can trust to do a good job but Melanie hit it out of the park! Added bonus, if you are on a budget she will stay within that budget :) I will be going back to her for sure. Thank you!!

This place is PHENOMINAL. I bought a 110 minute massage and facial off Groupon. There was a start 20% tip,of the prediscounted ammount, of $37.50. The spa is very clean, uniquely decorated, and the receptionist was polite, friendly, and attentive. My therapist, Antonia did an amazing job. She was very polite, listened to what I wanted, and was very receptive over all. I left feeling truly amazing. I will definitely be back to se Antonia. They offer various affordable monthly memberships starting at around $60.
