Must shop here! I did just that and perhaps.. bought the coolest piece ever . For a price that is extremely fair in my favor . The guys that work here are some of the nicest people I’ve met in stores in town. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.I also forgot something and had to go back the same day.The lovely sir hooked me up with the little thing I needed and didn’t charge me due to a misunderstanding..when I got my new piece! He is so kind!

Id give this place like seven stars if I could. Seriously.Me and a friend went there yesterday to browse. The level of artwork that goes into the things in this shop is truly mind-wrenching.Me and a friend went there to purchase some new gear, and I came across this blue beauty. My friend purchased something, well, phallic-looking, and we were both beset with the giggles. Guy behind the counter was an absolute gangster, and I cant recall his name. Big fella with a cool, mellow vibe, exactly what should be in a store like this.Were I to do anything differently, its that the parking sucks for this place, but this is absolutely NOT their fault.If youre looking for just downright cool stuff, go no further.

The glasswork in this shop is beyond impressive. But Im a kratom gal, and the prices and quality of the kratom sold here is awesome. These guys get the best of the best and offer it at wholly reasonable prices. Love this place.

This place is so wonderfully amazing. The bf and I went and visited on 4.20 cause they had some good deals I saw online. Their art is just phenomenal and so detailed they should charge so much more than they do! We saw a bong made to look like the toxic avenger!!! It was the coolest thing Id ever seen! The staff is so wonderful and very well versed and knowledgeable about their products. They answered all my questions very well (even the insignificant ones) they had a great atmosphere inside and even before you walked through the door! People outside greeting you with food and amazing pyrotechnics along with wonderful handmade clothes on display from a local artist! 10/10 definitely recomend.

Shows they open at 10am and opened on google, showed up 10:15am not open. Doesn’t seem like a responsible business.Went back in, there was an emergency with the opening employee. Reminds me how quick we all are to judge without knowing what’s going on. Great establishment and will only go there and be reminded things happen out of our control and it wasn’t their intent to be closed. Best customer service by far.

I have been a loyal customer as long as they have been in business. They have the best local and afar artist work displayed for sale at some of the best prices you will find. They do repair and custom order work right there in the shop so you can even see the hole process of how glass is made!! Not to mention all the merchandise that is not glass! If you havent checked them out yet you better check them out before anyone else you wont be sorry!!!

Extremely amazing and beautiful glass. I was recommended this shop by an acquaintance and wasnt disappointed on the glass itself, the prices on the other hand were a tad bit more than i was expecting even for professional glass. Perhaps Im being cheap though. Im still glad I went there. Their accesssories were extensive and a lot of those were well priced. I bought a beautiful torch, only had it a couple days but so far so good. This is still a place a would recommend checling out at least once.

Awesome store lot of great glass workmanship. Enjoyed watching one of the glass blowers make a leaf for us. Recommend them highly, cant wait to have them do more work for us.

Found them a couple months ago and theyre by far my favorite head shop in town. They price matched/beat other shops for the kratom I buy and have overall just been super nice, helpful, and accommodating. Havent purchased any glass, which I think is what theyre most known for, but Ive heard good things--plus they have an in-shop glass blowing space and its clear that everything is local, which is awesome. Would easily recommend over all other FC head shops (including the ones I still like and go to regularly).

I just recently found out about this place but I love it. Very clean and organized. And every employee who has helped me has been extremely professional and knowledgeable but always very friendly. Get all your smoking essentials here people, you wont regret it.

Kind Creations is an amazing head shop and I absolutely love this place. Before shutting down due to the pandemic they continued to serve consumers to the best of their ability. Every-time I enter this store it’s always bustling with customers chatting about the new vape products and the vibe is amazing. I can’t forget some of the amazing glass produced by Kind Creations and imported locally, it’s wonderful to see Kind Creations improving the community.

Great prices but not very useful workers was sold the wrong part and had to come back (1.5 hours) to exchange it only to be told they didnt have the other size. Kinda sucks they didnt check when I called about the replacement. Also no offer to make it right after their error and my wasted 2 days of driving. Also they had to give me cash because they were unable to refund to my card ( kinda sketchy)

Honestly some of the best customer service, shopped here a bit. Recently lost part of my pax within seconds they hooked it up and I was out the door. Nice to see a place that cares like this 100% recommend

The customer service in here is awful. This was my very first headshop I had ever been to back in 2008. Was my favorite glass place because of the people that worked there. The last time I went in, the guys behind the counter didnt greet me, didnt asked if I needed help finding anything and then when I did ask for help, he scoffed! Like come on man. I just wanna buy your glass, the least you could do is give me a decent, friendly transaction. Excuse me for coming in and ruining your down time, Ill take my business elsewhere and get treated with respect.

Kind Creations is a fantastic artisan glass and toking accessories store. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always willing to give expert advice about their products. There is also live glassblowing, and it is rad to see products being made one day and then be on the shelf to be sold the following day. I will be coming here for all of my glass purchases and will be recommending Kind Creations to my friends.

Spent ~ $600 on a bong in 2005 or something. 3 piece. Broke it multiple times. Would drive from Boulder to FoCo to ask for help. They repaired it every time I messed it up, often for free + some patience (I would be there in the morning, they dont warm up the kiln until certain times)I will drive from Boulder to FoCo for this shop 100% of the time if I am looking for glassware.I would give 100 stars.

Went in once, very excited to see some quality heady pieces. The artwork is definitely present, but its mostly other peoples artwork, not the shop owners. (Also, some are reasonably priced, others WAY overpriced). Im also interested in blowing glass myself, so I thought Id strike up a conversation with the employees. Its was like pulling teeth to get them to even feign interest. Seriously? You work at a glass shop with a studio, and wont even talk to an aspiring artist? Thought it was a pretty inhospitable environment, and left awkwardly without any decent interaction.

Everything you could ever imagine from pipes to bongs to vaporizers. The store is filled wall to wall with in store hand blown glass from a wide variety of artists. The staff was very relaxed and easy going and very knowledgeable. The only downfall is how expensive all the glass work it, which is to be expected from such a well know company.

Friendly staff here, lots of great deals as well. I originally came here for a repair but ended up buying something else. Very informative about the repair process and respectful of my concerns about my broken glass. The repair would have been simpler but my zob piece has a gooseneck mouthpiece which makes the repair more complicated. In the future I would feel very comfortable trusting the staff with repairs and I would know I left the piece in good hands. Lots of great things to look at in the store and good music too! Would recommend my friends to go check this place out. If you need a repair, you dont pay unless its repaired.

American made, local made, legitamently made glass. Always buy one get one half off on tubes. The owner is the nicest of them all in town and knows how to treat his employees, customers, and glass blowers. If you believe the hype from other stores about there AMERICAN MADE glass then you need to check out kind and see what true art and craftsmanship comes from this shop

Kind creations is amazing!!! Not only can you buy scientific glass and heady glass but they will also fix your broken glass. I had a Pulse dab rig, and for a year it was broken and didnt know what to do with it. Buddy recommends Kind Creations and within a week, they fixed up the mouthpiece and added a new one that was 100% better than the original mouthpiece that Pulse Glass made. So grateful for your guys.

Only real repair shop in co. I live in Denver and had a seamless process of shipping, planning a repair, as well as coordinating shipping return. Whole process including shipping both ways was less than $90. Plus in house stuff is top of the line. A big thanks to the whole crew!

Tons of glass pieces, with some incredible blown works of art on display by Worm and some other talented artists. They didnt have the selection of hash pens that we were looking for but the window shopping was worth the trip. Luckily we found a parking spot in back as there is limited parking that close to campus.

Went in to find a bong, they had an amazing selection of everything you could think of and all of them were so beautiful. The young guy who helped me was awesome and so patient as I wandered around. I absolutely love my new piece, thank you so much!

Collins from outta town I have to bring them into KC just to see their jaws hit the floor, and their new remodel looks AMAZING!!! Sold me a possibly counterfeit ignite vape that ran out within two days. The logo on the bottom was stamped on (not even centered) as opposed to the actual logo that only shows when you take a puff from a real one. Wouldnt recommend buying a vape from there since its likely counterfeit.

Kind creations is the only place you need to know about in Fort Collins if youre looking for glass. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and their selection is extensive. Go check em out and tell them Max sent you for a confused look from the staff, then check out the glass!

I took my recently purchased water pipe that had been broken in to Kind Creations to be repaired. Kind Creations said it would cost $50 to have my water pipe fixed which was totally fine with me. They told me it would take about two weeks to be repaired. The second week I gave Kind Creations a call because I hadnt heard from them. They told me my water pipe was almost complete and they would call me back in a couple of days to come and pick up my repaired water pipe. I never heard from them so a week later I called back again and they told me I had already come and picked up my water pipe. I told them no I did not pick up my repaired water pipe and I would like to see a signature of the pick up as well as the security cameras if possible. They told me they would talk to the store owner and get back to me. At this point, I am very upset because I knew I had not picked up the water pipe. I waited for a call back and again, no call back. I went into the store this time and asked to speak to a manager. They told me they were unsure of when the store owner would be back as well as accused me that I picked the water pipe up. They told me the only thing they could do for me would be to give me another water pipe in compensation. The water pipe they wanted to give me was NOTHING compared to the specifications my original water pipe had. All they wanted to give me was a straight beaker tube with no percolators when my original had a double 6-arm tree percolator. I told them this would not be satisfactory and they told me if I wanted a better water pipe that had equivalent specifications to the original I had to pay $100. I was upset that I had to pay $100 but at this point I just missed my old water pipe and was willing to pay for it. TWO WEEKS LATER Kind Creations calls me and lets me know that they MADE A MISTAKE and gave my original water pipe to the wrong person and they now have it in their position again and if I wanted my original water pipe I had to pay ANOTHER $50. I still have yet to have my original water pipe in my possession because I am so upset with their customer service. Not only do I have to pay another $50 dollars but the water pipe I paid $100 for had a faulty armed percolator that broke the second day I had I owned the water pipe. Coincidence? I think not. I advise no one to purchase their glass from Kind Creations. Not only is their customer service TERRIBLE, they are a complete rip off. Take your business elsewhere like Smoke Signals in Denver.

Im amending my earlier review. This review is on the e-cig sales/products and not about their glass (havent tried it yet, but you can see live glassmaking in-store).After I let Brandon know that they were selling knockoff tanks and batteries he gave me a full refund. He was very helpful after this fact and told me that a lot of these companies will make both legit and fake versions of their products so they arent liable for the warranty. It sucks that this happens, but hopefully now that theyre aware of the problem, theyll be able to prevent it by verifying the product before its sold to customers. I recommend anyone buying a vape set-up to verify with the manufacturer whether or not the product is legit.Just be sure you are happy with your purchase here as there are no exchanges or refunds (unless theres extenuating circumstances I suppose).Old review:I will change the rating depending on how they resolve my issue. Copied from my Google review:I found out my Kangertech tank and eLeaf iStick are both counterfeit by entering the s/n on their respective websites. I should have noticed the red flag when the Kangertech atomizers I bought had a slightly different logo than its website. Ive been coming here forever. Ive spent literally thousands of dollars here. Every time I come in they tend to treat me like I dont know what I want, or like I dont know what Im doing. I cant stand it. But I come here because they are the only ones Ive found so far who sells sionara coils.They have always charged a PREMIUM price for their vapes and coils, and its always been amazing to me how high their prices are.So the other day I paid 17$ per coil for two coils. I noticed the coils were a cheaper version of what they had sold in the past and went online to figure it out. Not only did I find a great supplier, but they have prices of $29 for 5 coils, and you can choose what quality coil you want.Turns out, KC started buying the cheapest version of these coils and maintained their ridiculous profit margin (margin of 200% on these coils!). And the coils cant handle the vape I bought there. So now both coils are shot. Im not new to this, I know how to use a vape. When I say the coils are shot, Im saying there was no reason for it. I did not overheat them, they are just cheap. And thats what KC is doing now, buying the cheapest versions of what people got used to, and upcharging like crazy.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND ALWAYS LOOK ONLINE. YOULL HE SHOCKED AT HOW POORLY THEYVE BEEN TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Figured Id give these guys a fair review because all the other ones seem to come from the ignorant college kids that have infected Fort Collins.Alright so first off, this is a pretty nice head shop. They are constantly blowing glass which is viewable through a window inside of the store. Lots of heady glass from various local artists. They always have buy one get one half off on anything they blown in stores. This is awesome if you wanted to drop on something like a new tube and ashcatcher. Personally, the only items Ive bought from Kind are 4 hole slides, which are pretty decent, and a clear dome, and I have ALOT of glass. Why havent I bought more from them? Because there are way better headshops in Colorado to spend my money at. Save your money and go drop on something serious at Illuzion in Denver, or the Fitter in Boulder... Just saying....

I was in there yesterday, Friday 21, and was put off by the two jokers acting like salesmen. The blond with all the piercings just needed a smoke and the guy she dumped me on was much more concerned about his lunch. I had money to spend and no help to spend it when I didnt want what they first tried to sell me.

This store is amazing! The employees are all so very helpful and knowledgeable. We will continue to give them our business.
