Went beyond any one else very good customer service.It was my 50th birthday my friend get treatment package. What can I say Im hooked at this place will bring my daughter next time for sure. If you want to get spoiled n pampered this is the place for you.💯 awesome 👏

If you want a real therapeutic massage you come here!!! I’ve had massages everywhere and while some were good, this was the most beneficial for sure . I was so tense, every muscle in my body was stiff, by the time Lisa finished with me, I was so relaxed, she kicked my GI into peristalsis. Definitely would recommend this place and definitely will be back. Staff is very pleasant, always a plus.

The massages themselves were very good - both me and my boyfriend enjoyed them, but when we were going to leave and pay, the man at the front desk immediately demanded a tip before we could even offer one. When my boyfriend pulled out a tip from his wallet, the man got annoyed and demanded more money because they “worked so hard” doing the job they are paid to do. Tips should be given out of generosity and appreciation for service.. not forced out of people. We will not be back because of this.

We had an excellent couples massage experience for Valentines day. Easily booked it through their booksy website; got a confirmation email immediately, a reminder text 24 hours before, and received a call the morning of as well which I definitely appreciated. NOTE: The service sign are their Cash prices - there are service charges for using your credit card! ($1-$2 for individual massages and $5 for couples massage)Yes, its a small space with only a few private rooms and a more public chair in the hallway for chair massage therapy ~ but its very well maintained, clean and cared for space. It was busy but organized - we only had to wait a few minutes for the couples massage room to be cleaned from previous clients who were finishing up as we arrived.In the few minutes we were in the waiting area we actually witnessed other clients leaving, as well as the employees stripping the used linens from the rooms and replacing with fresh crisp linens (you can see some of the white sheets peeking out from the first room in one of my photos - dirty sheets that were from the previous client go on the floor so they dont cross contaminate with the fresh ones - the same thing hotels do.)We were shortly shown to the couples massage room. The tables were plush and heated, the room had lovely low lighting (linens were actually purple in the couples room vs the white in the single rooms) it was a nice touch that added to the ambience.I also appreciated the fact that massage therapists were so thorough: back, neck, front, arms, hands, legs, and feet - even a mini scalp massage at one point along with the heated stones. The massage oils smelled lovely and honestly at the end of the hour I felt like well kneaded bread dough. They even had a cute box of valentines chocolates and two mini bottles of water for us at the front desk at the end.Definitely recommend it - you cant beat it for price, level of service, and experience!

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the service was great. Pricing was very reasonable as well.My partner and I got a couples massage and were both very pleased with the quality and atmosphere. I was so relaxed afterward that he had to sturdy me while walking because my muscles were so relaxed!

Amazing service and same day appointment. I had Extremely irritated lower back pain. She worked on me for 2 hours and it took all the pain and discomfort away. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. Im a new client and was impressed by the quality of facilities and services. I feel like a new person. The pain was borderline debilitating. Very thankful for this location and staff. I will absolutely return and I highly recommend it. The princing here is very reasonable as well. Compared to other places, this is it!

I got 2 gift certificates in 2019... I used one in 2022 with no problem. The guy tells me its too old now. I told him Ill pay the difference if its more now. He keeps telling me its too old.Nowhere on this gift certificate does it have an expiration date. If it did I would understand. I used a 3 year old one before no problem.I wont be giving them my money ever again.Last night the owner replies and says its good for up to 5 years, and they will accept it. 6 hours ago the owner edits the reply that its only good for 1 year now. Get your lies together, and start writing an expiration date on your gift cards.

They asked frequently how we were feeling insuring that we were comfortable the whole time! Also asking what we wanted them to focus on , we also last minute wanted cupping , it was amazing . Beyond Satisfied with the full body massage at Relax Massage. The ladies are so kind and attentive. The complimentary hot stones relieve all the tension in the muscles. They asked me about my problem areas and took great care of them. They even have a couples room for those interested!! Also they charge half of what other massage spas charge nowadays. Definitely a must try.

It was a good first visit. They did a few stretching and nine cracking moves which was good. I’ll be coming back in the future.

We (3 people) were a walk in request massage. Me by myself, and the couple that was with me in their own separate room. Each of us had a great experience and each got the full 60 minutes services we got. Calm, clean environment. 3-4 staff members, so little to no wait time. I read the comment a week ago and potential racial bias, and while they did ask if we could pay cash, I think its just because they want physical payment generally. We only had our cards with us, and they accepted it anyway. I sympathize, but I think it was 1 time type thing

Massage was great. Gave the masseuse a tip in cash on my way to pay at the counter. When I went to sign I put cash on the receipt where the tip line is and the balance amount written in. I was 1/2 way out the door to leave when the lady yelled for me to come back in asking where the tip money was I left. I told her I gave it to the lady that did my massage. I just felt that was super rude. Especially after reading other people’s posts. There is even a sign that says something about tipping out where you pay. Tipping has become out of control.

Yesterday was cold and snowy and a day for the body to ache. At the last moment I dropped in to see if there was anyone avaialble for a 1 hour message. Perfect timeing on my part. The lady was very considerate if she was pushing too hard or hurting. I beieve every part of me was soothed, stretched and pressurized. Thank you for a hour of pure bliss.

Lived here for years and finally tried it. Great massage, very relaxing. Got a deep tissue for 90 minutes. Very friendly staff. Little different than most places, but as a seasoned massage getter it was perfect for me. Hot stones were great and she even wiped some massage oil off with warm towels when finished.

I had a regrettable experience at this massage establishment, and I must also express my concerns about a possible instance of racism. It appeared that they exhibited discriminatory behavior by insisting on cash-only payments, but I observed a white couple using a debit card. Additionally, the staffs unwelcoming attitude added to my discomfort. This was not only an unpleasant experience but also a disheartening encounter with potential racial bias. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others. We will never be back!!

The establishment was very clean and cozy but This was one of the worst massages I ever received the lady that massage me was so rough I could not get comfortable it felt like she was digging in my skin she also made me feel very uncomfortable she was focusing on the wrong areas then the lady at the desk begs you for a tip after. (Which we lost but oh well lol)We went again yesterday and the experience was even better. They truly take the time to work out any kinks and knots you may have in your back and even give you bottles of water at the end of your visit to help keep your muscles hydrated.We will definitely be listing this business as one of “Our Favorite Places”. 10/10 experience.

You get a full hour, hot stones and a very good massage. They ask often if you are doing okay and they make sure you are satisfied with the pressure before they really get into it. I heard it was really nice so I made a appointment for me and my mother I booked a couples full body massage appointment on the website for $130 and was charged $140 without telling me before or anything because I am pregnant they did nothing special or different and then I was asked to tip when they didn’t even do a good job I left tight like I came in no difference and the place is called ‘relax massage’ so I assumed I’d at least be relaxed. They’re tiny women with the lightest hands you really don’t feel any difference it was a waste of money and I will never come back to this massage place again. Then the lady running the place had the audacity to ask me to leave a tip after upcharging me without even telling me before the appointment. If your a skinny bony person it might appeal to you but my mom asked for hard multiple times she bearly felt it she said she did ok on her back but didn’t know how to massage anything else or how to massage her ankles she’s diabetic I’ll only visit 5 star places with good ratings after this

I was not as happy with my massage as I thought I would be. There was a man talking very loudly in the hallway right outside our door and i heard his whole conversation halfway through my massage. My therapist did not use the face rest on the table so i had my neck turned to the left for majority of the massage instead of laying straight on the face rest. It was very uncomfortable. She did not massage my feet which is a part of the full body massage. I told her i wanted to start my massage on my back first and she kept telling me to turn over acting like she didn’t understand English. Then when it was time to pay the lady kept asking me about a tip. I asked was a tip mandatory because i didn’t want to leave a tip. I wasn’t that impressed. She asked three more times im like wth. Why do people feel entitled to tips? Tips are for great service. If I didn’t receive great service I am not rewarding you with a tip. She did a job and she got paid for that job tips are for being great at that job and making me want to return. That was not the case here. I would not go back.

The Best way to start my birthday

Not great I felt worse my partner scheduled our massage bc I was having many back joint aches after working. The massage hurt so bad I was waddling trying to walk to my car I couldn’t get comfortable sitting up straight to drive home.They were giggling a lot and I decided to ask questions and they ignored saying nothing , were weird changing the price begging forcefully demanding for tip just felt a negative aura told partner we’d never return and he agreed.

Very good massage. The therapist knows all the proper trigger points to help you relax and hot stones are just icing on the cake. Will go there once a month for sure.

My massage was good overall. However, my massage was interrupted midway through and masseuses alternated for whatever reason. Not only did I have to tell the new masseuse how I wanted my massage, he ended up leaving out of the room during my massage for a short period of time before returning and finishing my massage. Both masseuses were great, but my experience was not as relaxing or as pleasant as I would have hoped, and for that reason, I may not be returning.

I went on Easter Sunday to get a 90 minute massage. It was honestly an amazing experience. My massage therapist Yaya was truly amazing, thorough, and well prepared. Horrible establishment!!!! They double booked our couples massage for a walk-in and attempted to make US reschedule! After that didnt work, the walk-in opted to leave.Unprofessional and unreliable! We then watched as MULTIPLE couples were turned away from their APPOINTMENT times.After waiting another 45 minutes the massage was mediocre at best and the establishment wasnt very clean. During, we heard other angry customers speaking loud and angrily about being rescheduled. The techs whispered half the massage.I was so tense I was ready to go. NEVER would I return.

Got a couples massage and absolutely loved it minus the masseuse speaking in another language that they though we didnt understand but I set my phone on Google Translate and got a full breakdown of what they were saying after the massage. They were being rude and disrespectful which wasnt cool but other than that it was reasonably priced and if you can deal w/the blatant disrespect wasnt a bad date. Probably wouldve been worse if I had known what they were saying during the massage instead of after 🤷🏾‍♀️

I came here for a much needed massage and I did not leave disappointed. I walked in carrying so much pain in my lower back and walked out healed. I asked for a deep tissue massage. The woman who gave me the massage knew exactly where my pain was without me even going into deapth about it. She used her various massage techniques from applying heat to my back with stone and massaging pressure points. I dont even know what to say about how great this women is because she didnt treat me as just a one hour massage but rather as a human being who was in pain and needed help. This place is more that just your plain old massage place but a place of healing. I walked out praying for her and Im defiantly making a massage here a regular thing.

I had a horrible experience. I received a text from the owner to confirm the appointment that was booked online with the code 10off so it took the cart to $45. He proceeded to tell me that it was wrong and that it would be $55. He then called and said that he would give it to me for $50 in which I agreed againt my better judgement. I got there and the receptionist was also the masseuse. She had to constantly leave out to answer the phone and the door. Although she was very nice, I was constantly telling her that she was massaging me too hard on my back. Now to top it off my back is extremely sore which should not be the case after receiving a massage. I am highly upset. Cheaper is not always better.

The construction is very neat, pretty, and clean. The workers are really nice and friendly. It really helps my neck, thighs, and back. They put a lot of effort and strength into their work. Their prices arent expensive and and I will definitely be back.

I scheduled an appointment online for 1pm. The establishment texted me the day of to confirm my appointment however when I arrived they asked if I could move my appointment to 2:15. This was a total waste of time and energy as I drove in the snow and had a nanny watch my 3 month old for some self care time. TERRIBLE SERVICE not recommended
