Ive been coming here for a while and Ive seen many employees come and go. Some of them were good and others made me not want to come back. However Ive come in many times while Ben is working and he is always kind and helpful. He genuinely cares about his customers. The last couple of time Brayden has been here when I came in, and he is so sweet and so good to each customer Ive seen him interact with. They both make each customer feel like the most important customer. I hope they stay here for a long time mensuration they are really good at their jobs.

It seems to be getting better. The last couple of times the kids working the store seem to be far more attentive than they used to be. I believe they have a better selection than they did. However I’d still personally like for someone around here to carry fuzion vapes juices. But hey with the improvement I’ve seen I won’t be that picky. The only thing I have any complaints about is they could probably turn the music down just a bit. I know it’s kinda a cultural thing for this kinda business but when I can’t even have a conversation with the person I’m trying to buy from… it’s a little excessive. But overall I’m much happier with the experience

I should have checked the reviews, the girl (with dark hair, face piercings, and tattoos I didn’t get her name but can only assume the same one from multiple bad reviews) who was working was beyond disrespectful and rude, we had children in the car so we both went in one by one to prove our age and she still wouldn’t sell to us because “ that’s not her problem” we both had to be in store. We definitely won’t be back.

Decent place but everytime I go they have to make a new account for me. Been here like 30 times and they have setup an account for me 30 times next time will probably be the same

Customer service here is trash. The girl with all the piercings needs a straight jacket not a customer service job. Didn’t know what she was talking about on any of the products. We got what we wanted n as we were walking out started saying something about Jesus n laughing. So inappropriate. Spend tons of money to be disrespected. This was my last time in there.. it never changes.. different help.. always a less than 1 star rating. I’ll go to Fulton. Thanks

Awful customer service. The worker acted like I ruined their day just for coming in to purchase something. I was nice the entire interaction and they just kept getting ruder. It would be one thing if they didn’t talk at all but they were going out of their way to be rude. Honestly just drive to dodge city it’s a better experience and better selection.

I love the rewards and the vast variety of flavors and products! Customer service is pretty good well actually it’s excellent considering the average service in this town period! Only negative thing is that they don’t stock enough bangers for their rigs and are always out of them. Best place in Finney county that’s for sure!!!

I went for the first time into this business just a few days ago and the associate that I dealt with was very friendly and helped me out with finding a product that I liked. However after buying the Disposable vape and using it for a couple days the product seem to become defective so I went back into the business to see if they would exchange the product for me and they told me that Unfortunately they dont exchange their defective products so I was forced to buy a new product which Im very disappointed in. If the store is not going to honor any kind of return policy on their products for defective wares I may not shop here again.

Worker was RUDE and had an IMMENSE ATTITUDE. After showing my ID, worker stopped responding to me- Probably assumed my ID was fake, which he could have very well scanned it if he was concerned. Am I expected to get a new one each time I change my hair color? This was my first time shopping here, will not return, and do not recommend their services.

Theres plenty of variety. I went in there to get coils for my vape. The kid was very helpful. He sold me the wrong coils but it was an honest mistake on both our parts. What got me was the way the kid went ballistic when I went to exchange the previously mentioned coils for the right ones. He was SO hard on himself. Way too hard since it was an honest mistake.

This place has poor customer service. They sale unregulated mods. After going in to get a tank for the mod that was bought not even 3 hours after the purchase I was informed that you cant put a normal tank on it and so I just had to toss in the trash 50 dollars. They wouldnt even exchange for a new mod after acting like it shouldnt of been sold to me.

Terrible customer service. Employee was rude and giving a lot of attitude when asked to look at pieces. didn’t wanna let me see $80 pieces because “they were to fragile” to hold and look at before purchase. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend money there on expensive “fragile” pieces. Place was a joke

Refuses to sell even with my id. Do not even bother stopping by. Worst shop ever.
