There was a 25 minute wait to get in because it was full. Imagine the surprise when there was almost no one inside.At least you could listen to the band outside. The problem is it was not a band at all. The only one playing was the drummer. Most everything was pre-recorded. The drummer was playing it from his laptop. At that point, I would think the vocals were also lip-synced. I would have expected much more from a location like this. The band was Georgia Chrome. As the members seem to play in multiple bands, it leads me to believe they are all pre-recorded. The Chadwicks, Rock Lobster and others that they play in. I would expect live music from a venue like this.

What a huge place! Nice atmosphere and open walls make this a pleasant experience. Good background music.Was disappointed that there was no brisket when I arrived, but ordered a burger with bacon and jalapeños! It was fabulous! Chicken sandwich was delicious as well. Accompanied by a few Kilt Lifters and it was a great afternoon!

I had a great time here! The service was great! The entertainment was amazing! The only bad news is that all of their cocktails are watered down. I bought maybe 6 drinks and had zero buzz.From now on i am going to buy alcohol in a bottle.

I brought a military buddy in from out of state. The server took about 20 min to greet us, when she finally did, she said the kitchen was about to close. It was around 9:20pm. We ordered brisket nachos, they were so bad that we couldnt eat them. Slopped with weird meat, way too much canned (and cold) nacho cheese, and weird pickled onions. I could make better in my microwave. While the band was playing, things were great. After the band left and it became more of a club-type atmosphere, things became weird and undesirable. Security was rude and acted like everyone was their enemy, shouldering males and weirdly acting tough for no reason. Will not go again, this place is low value.

This was my second time here. Its been a few years since the last time. It wasnt great last time, and was about the same this time. I ordered a meal, and it came with fries. The server specifically asked if I wasted regular fries, and I said yes. I dont know what they brought, but it wasnt regular fries. Someone said they were garlic fries until they tasted them. Still dont know what they were.Gave it 2 tries, probably wont be back.

Order carefully! My friend and I both got the macaroni and cheese - our stomachs were churning up bubble guts halfway through the meal and by the morning my stomach sounded like someone threw work boots in the dryer.The food was okay but I recommend avoiding the Mac. Great drinks! Loved the Rosa Paloma and the Somewhere on a Beach! Great staff

Really cool place. Great service. Food was tasty and was cooked exactly the way I wanted it. Only downside was I wanted to get shirts for my kids and wife but the sizes were extremely limited. Waitress was great and looked through them for me but sizes I wanted werent there. But its a really cool place, definitely going back when Im in town. Im here in Gilbert, Arizona at least twice a year.

Waited at least 30 minutes just to put in our food order. Our waitress was too busy flirting with older gentleman to attend to us. My wife got food poisoning the next day from what we think was the spinach artichoke dip.Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Spent new years here. Luckily, we got there early and stayed til new year.We ordered food that was nothing great. Typical bar type food. Garlic fries were ehhh, regular fries were way better. Southern fries were ok. Had good flavor. Wings were typical wings.As it became later, the lines became stupid long for the bathroom, bar, and entry to the club. Live bands were decent, but DJ was way better.All in all, it was a good time

Great place to visit whether you are a Dierks fan or not. Try the sandwiches, the sliders and the cocktails. Ive not had a bad one. Lots of beers on tap too.Was told that photography is not allowed inside so I had to delete the nicer photos. I guess its for privacy and to prevent copycat bars.

Fun place to hang out! The waitresses missed our order a couple times, but were quick to get something when asked. The mac and cheese with brisket was alright, the noods were a bit hard 😕 and the brisket was boiled. Tasted like roast beef imo. I liked the live music, but it was cold in there, January 12th.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Wish they sold their jackets tho! LolFish and Chios were awesome not greasy. And the turkey wrap was bomb. Also took home Mac n cheese and unlike many other places this was still creamy when warmed up the next day! Will be back soon.

The food was pretty good and the person they had playing the guitar on stage was good entertainment. The group I was with stayed for a couple hours and had a really good time. A very large selection of beers and drinks on tap. Large area of seating, which is divided somewhat by the bar. The other side of the dining room has a large stage and also a casual area with couches and lawn games.

The club here is a great time. the musics good. the bartenders are fantastic, specifically Logan. she was super nice, fast and professional, and made great drinks all night. definitely recommend it and will be coming back

I had met a bunch of coworkers here. In order to reserve a table for all of us I had to do a reserve of $400 for 12 people. I have never had to do this before so it was a new experience for me. I am not sure why the people at my table couldnt pay for their own items with an accumulative of food for the table and drinks. I met the reserve but I had to pay for everything. I have venmo and could get money from each and every one of the people that were there, and I have no problem and trust me everybody that was invited. I dont feel that as a customer I should have to do their baking for them. Im not comfortable with ever doing that again. Food was okay atmosphere was fine. I wasnt able to see the games as well as I thought I would and they werent as busy as I thought they would be. The staff was courteous and very attentive. With as many Venues, restaurant, and bars in this area Im not quite sure Im ever doing this again. The place was fairly clean, but it was very humid on the side we were in. Not sure if Ill go back with a group ever again. Too many choices in the area!

Mediocre food, mediocre service, sky high prices.Disappointed in our most recent visit to Whiskey Row. The advertised buttermilk chicken tenders are your typical frozen from a bag tenders, no longer the hand breaded in house tenders of the past. Fries are frozen but seasoned well, grilled chicken sandwich was over seasoned.Service is okay at best. Friendly waitress but slow to refill drinks/ bring check. Was a slow night so not like they were stretched thin between tables.Overall it’s eh okay. For the price I would expect better. If it was closer to $10 per plate not $20 I’d be more satisfied. In my opinion any lower end diner will serve you the same quality food for less.

We visited this place on 5/18/24, Saturday night. Our waitress, Ali made our special girls night out amazing! Her level of attention and service was exceptional! We never had to wait long periods to get our drinks or refills! We truely felt she cared and gave us fab service! Thank you , Alli

Thursday nights are the best night for country swing dancing and line dancing. Need to check it out.

Excellent place to go on them Hot Country Knights! Get it? The food was awesome, amazing barbecue, great drink specials. Only downside was Dierks wasnt there and they were sold out of t shirts. Would recommend however. Nicely located in downtown Gilbert.

The place has a great atmosphere and good food.. but the bartenders..... Well its like someone kicked their kittens in the face before they showed up for work. I get its busy, but theres no friendly customer service or even smiles. They just look irritated and miserable all the time. 1000% takes away from the experience.

Very neo-american bar with decent food and drink choices, live music that plays mostly country style. The manager sits a top a booth that overlooks the restaurant and personally came over to check in. Cocktails werent breaking any records but 9/10 for atmosphere, would love to see healthier options on the menu into the future

Lunch on a Friday was met with a wide open restaurant, super comfortable, great atmosphere and the staff was great. Food was good, truffle burger was a little heavy handed with the truffles. The 4 star rating comes from the lack of a lunch menu, prices seemed a little excessive.

Thank you to Wyatt for our complimentary bottle of champage. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the pretzel. Hangover burger was good but egg was overcooked. :( The live music was great and good to hear a few cover songs - little loud that it made conversations hard to hear at the table. Bring a light jacket because it was freezing near the bar.

Meh. It is fine, plenty of open space and good seating. But waitstaff is ambivalent at best, food is low end bar fare, and it is not the least expensive place to grab a drink.

The place was great. We had very attentive service. Food was ok. I wish they had some healthy items. I loved the atmosphere. The music was way too loud. I could barely hear my friends speak.

It was ok. Its a place more so for the drinks because the food was rather disappointing. My salad was drenched in dressing and soggy. The pretzels were dry and salty and the cheese it came with tasted like tart cheese from a can. Their mac n cheese was dry and tasteless. Their fish chips looked more like a kids-sized chicken tender.

First time going here. Good was good and service was to notch, my only complaint probably isnt a complaint for others but Ill say it anyways. Live music was just too loud. 90 DBs loud. For those who want to say a concert is louder, I agree but when you like to take in a meal and have conversation, it becomes yelling match to simply hear each other. Not another thing to complain about at all. Will probably try this venue again when live music is not on the docket.

The weekend night life here is great, the only thing I would bring up is, if you plan on going out in the hot summer there is no a/c on the dance floor at night. Its still fun just a little warm.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’m glad we didn’t decide to have dinner here, because I’m sure that would’ve been a disaster, too. I don’t usually leave reviews, but when service is as bad as it was last night, I feel like I need to to hopefully help other people avoid a mistake.My mom just moved here from Ohio and loves Dierks Bentley. Going to see this place is all she’s been talking about. Her birthday is on Monday so my partner and I sucked it up and brought her out here on a Saturday night. What we didn’t realize is that this place is not a country bar at all on Saturday night. It is catering to the young crowd, with no warning ahead of time. There was a live band, as stated on their website, however, they were only covering pop and rock songs, no country. Once they were done, full blown club music started at a very loud level, and most of the older couples in that bar left immediately. I felt bad because I thought I was bringing my mom into live country music and maybe some line dancing after. This wasn’t even the worst part.We went up to the bar upon arriving. Although the place was pretty busy, there were multiple bartenders standing around because not many people were ordering drinks at that moment. When the first girl approached us, she asked what we wanted and we weren’t ready yet, which I stated to her. She then rolled her eyes at us and abruptly walked away. She avoided us for the rest of the time we were standing there trying to decide on what to drink. I was trying to look through the specialty cocktail menu displayed on their website with my mom because she wanted to try something unique. By the time we were ready, a different bartender came up to us because the other girl was still avoiding us. I showed her what my mom and I wanted off the menu and she proceeded to tell us that they don’t actually make any of the specialty cocktails there and it’s just for the other location. I showed her that it said Gilbert and she proceeded to just look at me. She didn’t suggest anything different or similar that she could make us, etc. She didn’t smile once during this whole interaction. My mom settled on a rum and coke, which didn’t taste like anything was in aside from coke. She got one more later from again, a different bartender, and it tasted better. Very inconsistent on the drink making.To sum it up, horrible, rude bartenders that are there to appease the male crowd and not provide good service or drinks. Too loud of a club atmosphere, no country at all. And apparently won’t make their extensive list of signature cocktails listed on their menu. I won’t be wasting my money at this establishment ever again.

This was my first trip to Dierks Bentleys. We arrived to approximately 7 police cars. Granted, the bar cant control the events that occurred. However, the staff gossiping over it within ear shot? Not pleasant. We were seated upon arrival. We waited 10 mins for our waitress to ask if we would like something to drink or to even be acknowledged . Two pepsis took about 5 mins to be delivered. My Husbands burger was on point. I ordered a salad that was delicious but the meat was too hard to chew. Did we tell the waitress ? No, because we hadnt seen her since we ordered pepsis. The food was delivered by someone else. The age old question, was it just an off day? Possibly.. we will try again sometime.. the band was good and the atmosphere looked like it could be fun.

We had a good time. The service was totally fine. Food was a little bland for me, just so so. Drinks are expensive and the atmosphere was buzzing. We got in around 7pm and waited 25 min for a table. Obviously this place is for drinking and dancing. For that sports fans, I must go there at 10pm. Probably get 5 stars for that.

First time here for a birthday lunch and turned out to be a delicious treat. Pretty early in the day so we were seated and served quickly - and have to say that our server, Lily, was just awesome. We started with the Bavarian pretzel, then had the brisket sandwich with side of onion rings, while husband had the All-American burger with fries. Everything was served with care, freshly made, flavorful, well seasoned and just plain delicious. Left absolutely stuffed for the day...but well be back!

Visit on 12/31/22 for brunch and to watch football games. In short food was surprisingly good (the place is called whiskey row, not a place you think good food). I had the breakfast burrito another had the breakfast sandwich (both pictured) , another had the buffalo chx wrap and then chx strips and artichoke dip. We all enjoyed our brunch, cocktails were great, shots were better and service was outstanding. Kaileigh did a great job taking care of us.

Went for the Mimosa fest. It was a really fun atmosphere and the food was delicious! It was not as expensive as most celebrity restaurants so that was nice too.

Food was pretty standard for bar food. DJ and band are always great and a good-sized dance floor. Bar service is usually pretty quick.

Had some good food and drink at Whiskey Row last week while in town for business.Ordered the chicken salad, and honestly, there was more chicken in it than lettuce and fixins.Cauliflower wings were pretty tasty as well.

OHSOs had a 40 minute wait so we came here. It was practically empty which should have been a warning but we stayed. Chicken was dry like cardboard, mac & chez hardly had any chez, just pasta, and a weird sauce with the pretzel. Didnt like the food especially for the price and I didnt even take a picture of it. Maybe its a good venue with bands but none were playing that night.

Security Are absolutely out of control. They are violent, no self-control, Young, rude, Simply Not professional. Very Crowded, you cant walk around. takes about 5-10 mins to get a drink every time. Maybe 8 years ago they were fun but man have they gone Down Hill

We went on a Saturday afternoon, so I cant imagine what it would be like if it were busier. Service was terrible. The bar wasnt well kept. The bathrooms were a mess. Prices are high, and Dierks Bently should be ashamed. - NEW VISIT: I decided to give it another go. Maybe it was a fluke the first time, way better experience the 2nd time around. Fast service and knowledgeable bar tenders. I will definitely go back for a 3rd time.

Overall I like coming to Whiskey Row. The food quality and output is above average for the area. The service and atmosphere is fun. I was there as part of a group function and everyone enjoyed themselves.

This place is trash. Went out with 8 other 40+ year old adults. My wife spilled her water on accident and we were removed from the premises at 9pm. 19 year old security guards are on a power trip so look over your shoulder while you’re there. Go to Ohso across the street, its more fun and they actually pretend to appreciate your business.

This place is amazing! I went for the first time on a Wednesday night - so it was not very packed. I have seen photos from weekends where the place is standing room only. The service was extremely quick and the food delicious. The music was a little loud for conversation, but overall, I loved it. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend you check it out.

Check in at the host stand to get seated. My wife and I saw so many clueless people wander out of the bar, sit on the couches and wonder why they werent getting service. One group of boomers even managed to steal a menu on their way in and left after 20 minutes. Meanwhile we had great service and the sliders and cocktails were excellent.Open air places like this make Gilbert a fun place to hang out in, just pay attention to what youre doing and be a good patron.

Wow, Im impressed with this place!First time we ever visited this upscale, trendy, and hip place.Location: This place is located in the heart of Old Town Gilbert. They are located to the left/north of Topo and Joes BBQ. They are right across the street from Positinos.Atmosphere: Live band and live music. Today they had 4 people up on the stage playing country like Jonny Cash. The live music we guitar players and one singer. They were actually really good and created a great vibe for the place. It was really busy but no long waits in line.Service: Excellent service! Our waitress was diligent and we never had to wait on her. She was constantly coming around to check on our table but not in an annoying way.Food: I ordered the Chicken and waffles which Ive never tried before in my entire life. I was not disappointed. It had lots of different taste and Im glad I ordered it here.Oh, they have this really awesome area right in front where you can eat, drink, and play games. This is an excellent place to bring kids, eat great food, and really enjoy a different and popular fun atmosphere!We will be back again!

Friend had a bachelor party here, paid way more than we were expecting kinda seemed like a bait and switch. I don’t go to clubs so I don’t understand the bureaucrats of it all. Bottle service girls were niceIt was loud, lots of people, dancing and all that fun stuff.

The food was bad and so was the service, the band was great!... I booked a reservation for a party of 6 for Sept 18th we showed up with a party of 8, the place was empty, we waited about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge our presence, then they told us they could not find the hostess, and apologized. The band was amazing, fun vibe... Anyhow, It took 10 minutes, for anyone to take our drink order and we waiting over 30 minutes for someone to take our food order, and when they did they did, they only took half the tables order. When we finally got our food, it was not of the quality and presentation it has been in the past, it was awful, I attached a picture of the spinach salad, barely any chicken, and very very hard candied pecans, actually there were no pecans, just hard candy, the berries were mushy. I asked all my guest how their meals were, and no one had anything good to say., a few comments on the food - the steak was raw, the grilled cheese was marginal and the sampler plate was too spicy to eat, I tried one of the chicken wings, and they had an old/leathery consistency. So, my story. I had been here before and the food was good, services was on time and accommodating. THIS time, the hostess was no where to be found, they did not have the table set up, which was fine, but I had a reserved a table a week in advance, very disappointing, not sure what has changed, the atmosphere felt as if they were short staffed and the food did not appear fresh.UPDATE…. I want to share the management contacted me and apologized for the marginal service ,and they looked into the root cause. I do want to let you know, they did do everything to correct the bad experience- it could’ve been a one time situation, and I would go back and give them a second chance.

We stopped here for about an hour for a drink before our dinner. Our drinks did take a really long time to get ordered but our server was still very nice. Could definitely see this place getting pretty crowded and lively later in the night.

We came in for dinner and drinks the other night and Garrett was the best. He was on top of getting us our food! Had a great personality! We will definitely be back!

This was a fun little stop in the area. It is a large bar/restaurant with separated areas for drinking, dancing or dining. There was a live musician - a pretty good one at that - playing country hits as we arrived. This continued for at least an hour and wrapped up around 3:00 pm. This apparently changes from time to time and seemed to surprise even our waitress, who had to look at the schedule.If you intend to hear live music, you might call ahead and check the schedule to see whos playing and when. For us, the music was good, but was replaced by recorded music afterwards, so it was still ok.We had come in with the intention of cooling down and sampling some of the beverages. Thats what we did. For several hours. I didnt quite travel through the entire collection of signature drinks, but 66% is almost a passing score so I quit there. Some of these were really very good. Dierks Lemonade, the Heartbreaker and Rye Oh My were highly enjoyable. The Tequila Mockingbird wasnt my thing - probably because it was a cocktail made with wine. The others, however, tasted like more. Of course, with the price of their cocktails, your drinking habits are suppressed. Probably wise, as good as they were.We also decided to have an appetizer while enjoying the atmosphere and had the Sweet Chili Cauliflower. It was a good treat, mixing crispy, spicy and cauliflower all in one thing. It didnt last long, but it was good while it lasted.I dont live near one of these, so I will have to delay my next visit until Im back in the Phoenix or Nashville area.

Was having a great time. Ordered a lot of drinks and apps. Then waitress stopped coming over. Had to chase her down twice just to get drinks refilled. Went to order dinner but she was nowhere to be found so we decided to leave. Waited another 10 min just to get our bill. Chased her down again and all she said was sorry. Not sure if poor mgmt or poor waitress...but wont be back!

If i could give 0 starts I would. Horrible experience with the bottle girls, one in particular. Cassidy Harris. We caught this girl drinking our alcohol that we paid for with our section. After seeing this we approached the manager and instead of solving the issue he said he would be right back and never came back. Meanwhile Cassidy went to give us our tab, as my friend went to grab it from her, but Cassidy was too intoxicated and acted out of control, yelling at my friend saying how she “wasn’t trying to get with my friends man” when she was never accused of that. She began to scream in our faces and still the manager did nothing about it, security stood there and watched, and at the end of it all we were forced to leave the section we PAID FOR. This all could have been avoided if the situation was handled properly by the manager when it was brought to his attention. Even security at the end of the night said no matter what the situation is with their customers they always have to take the bottle girls side..it was clear to everyone around she came at us first. We tried handling this maturely with the manager but it’s obvious they just don’t care. i’m embarrassed for this company and Cassidy. Absolutely inappropriate.

Great atmosphere- loves the games.Stopped in for a few drinks and while they were grossly understaffed she did the best she could.I enjoyed the spring doing beverage.We’ve been looking for something with our son Dierks name on it so we had to stop here! Should have purchased a hat for him but didn’t!There’s some cool merchandise available.

Gilbert location is the spot to go! Our experience has been amazing thanks to 1) The sweetest server on this planet, Aubrey! and 2) Butt kicking chef in the back who made us one of the best burgers ever! This was my second time at this location and I sure will continue coming back to this location because of Aubrey, the chef and the overall atmosphere. Our server was super attentive, patient and just amazing overall. Our burgers were so juicy and tasty. This chef definitely knows how to cook. We asked for medium burgers and thats what we got! The price is very reasonable and well worth it. Burgers and sandwiches comes with a choice of side and the garlic fries are amazing and so is the broccolini. Although I did not order anything off of the happy hour menu this time, I do wish it wasnt so limited. Oh and Ive had southern fries before and its perfect for sharing.

Very slow Thursday afternoon but short staffed so service was a little slow. Food was good. Liked how big and open it was. Can imagine this place on a live music night packed.

We had a blast here. If you are looking for a great time and live music, look no further! Apparently you should reserve your table in advance, we made do at one of the standing tables. Great drinks, nice servers, and great musical talent.

On monday night service was slim. No one was at the door when we arrived. One waitress running across the expansive floor by herself serving the two occupied tables. The bar was vacant. The smell of mildew emanated from the mist system or the nearby walls. We left and went across the street to OSHO.

Pleasant place and enough menu options for our party of 10 to all be happy.Live music always makes things better. A pleasant waitress adds to the experience. An extensive drink menu is a bonus. And acceptable, but definitely not great bar food makes you give it another try.

Loved it! Chicken fried steak was awesome! One of the best Ive ever had.

Had drinks at the bar. The selection was fabulous. Had live music. There was space for families and space for a livelier crowd.

Really good ambient. Good live music and dancing, and really good food. I highly recommend it, tho you need to make a reservation a couple days before because its always full. At 10 the band leaves and a dj turnes the restaurant into a disco. Its really good for all ages, except children. 10/10 recommend.

Great happy hour, music is good 9/10 times with the occasional dud. Turns into a nightclub if you stay late enough. Great place to hang with friends.

Only been here once. That was all it took. Went with some people for a birthday. The guy whose birthday it was swears his drink was laced. He ended up going to jail that night but remembers none of it and didnt drink that much. I had 2 drinks and was just fine.

Cauliflower wings were amahhhhzinggg! My sister had me try it and I thought theyd be gross. Ummm nope! I ordered more! Genius idea. Drinks were great. Loved the atmosphere and music. When I visit phx again, Ill be back.

This was a fun place to visit and eat at. We had the $3 sliders and a fun drink. I am guessing it would be a fantastic place to hang out when there is live music.

We went to celebrate a special occasion with a large group, setting reservations was easy and parking was not much of a hassle. I wish I had gotten our servers name, she was awesome and her whole presence was just fun and refreshing! Very attentive service and all around a welcoming staff. I order a frozen Back Porch Cooler(I forgot to grab a picture before I drank some but its delicious!)which I would recommend if you like something fruity.The dance floor did get very very crowded around 9:45pm and the music is loud all over so conversation was a bit sparse during songs but the overall atmosphere is great!

My family and I had lunch there last March 3. Our server was disrespectful to my wife when we inquired about an item in the final bill labeled as “open food” . The server Izzy grumpily explained it to my wife with the word “is that clear enough for you?” This after we had someone look for her after she left us for a long time without a server.This was poor customer care and should be taken care of by management. Luckily we did not want to cause a bad scene as it we were celebrating a birthday.

Excellent place for drinks with plenty of seating! They even have a stage with live music! Excellent place to meet up with friends!

The only reason Id come here again is for the bottle service and to have Carly take care of us!! She never let the energy drop and took care of us the entire night! She was best part of this bar!!!!

Never had the food so cant comment on that but the beer was ice cold and the dancing is great.

The girls are cute, the drinks aren’t overpriced for a place like it, and the DJ usually plays a good set on Friday/Saturday nights.

Spent almost 2 hours at Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row tonight. We saw two of the cover bands and had a few drinks. The place was hopping and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I appreciated the band played a variety of music genres. This place is not somewhere I would normally go, but family members I was with talked me into it. I had a good time.

Such a great place to eat and hang out. Amazing happy hour options. The Maple Salmon was amazing!!!

My wife and I dont get out often and never been to whiskey row.The atmosphere and food was great. Drinks nicely poured. But the hostess sorry I forgot her name and are waitress Sky were amazing. Just great service. We will definitely be back. Its hard to get good service nowadays but staff there was over the top fantastic. Like I said will definitely be back and we live in west valley.

Live music, tv screens every where, adult size Jenga, Corn hole, Connect Four, so much fun! Lemon drops are fabulous & Creole Fettuccine was tasty. Had a great time and went back the next night with more friends. First time to Gilbert Arizona and had a blast!

Official Ohio State University Phoenix East Valley Game Weekly Watch Location. It is Family Friendly, with a DJ that plays OSU Marching Band Music, and you will see a former Ohio State Brutus Buckeye there watching the game there as well.

I kinda talked my non-country fan broesph into visiting. Thankfully on the early hours of Friday the 13th there was a live band playing classic country songs. I observed the style of dance - country swing, no couple / pattern dancing, or line dancing. I thought about asking a girl to dance, but couldnt identify someone that wasnt with a fella and not start a bar fight.The service at the bar was competent and nice.The set up and decor was a glorified country bar - like Roadhouse meets Nashville.At any rate, we enjoyed our time there. Judging from the line to get in outside when we dipped, its very popular.

A very large bar with a nice atmosphere! The bartenders mostly focused on men so expect slower service if youre not a man. The drinks were quick once I was able to order. I was not carded it was quite busy but I saw no one during the bar crawl even people in masks be carded. A decent bar if youd like to watch sports but I wouldnt recommend going if you prefer activities or for the Halloween bar crawl.

Went for one of my bachelorette party nights and honestly had so much fun. Came around 10:30pm and there was a pretty long line. We were offered a table, but we just wanted to dance. I’m not even a country music fan, but the live band was so good and we had a blast dancing and singing. We stayed pretty late and when the band left they had a DJ start. Great music/vibe change. We danced into the morning.

Great food. A little shocked at the drink prices compared other places in the area. But overall a good experience

I was visiting friends in Arizona (from Maryland) back in October and apparently Whiskey Row is a must! And I couldnt agree more. Their bartenders are friendly, helpful, and are quick and pay attention. They have live music and dancing and it looked like games and stuff? But I was mainly at the bar. Also I happened to leave my brand new Note 9 on a table or the bar lol and thank goodness the lovely staff there had it the next day!

Overall, great! Wished there was better music on Thursday night. More country less hip-hop.

Second year we have had to wait FOR OVER AN HOUR TO BE SEATED WITH TABLES AND BOOTHS EMPTY! WHY?! If it werent for one of my family members desire to come here once a year Id never step foot in this place. Food is ok, beers are expensive, scenery is good... hence the ONE star.

Great looking club in a great area, but unfortunately, terrible service. There were 6 young ladies working the door and not one of them greeted me, so my party sat down next to the dance floor as the band was setting up. The band was great btw. After 10 mins, I had to bus our table from the last guests and go to the bar to get our drinks, $60 for 3 cocktails and a wine. Halfway through our first round, we were rudely told that we had to leave our table and were not directed to a new table. My party tried another empty table and were told it was a minimum $300 for table/bottle service. When I asked about service, I was told they were understaffed on a Sat night, but there were no less than a dozen security guards circling, but next to no service staff. I asked for the manager 3 times. He was in the back room, and I finally spoke w Frank. I shared my experience and he offered excuses, but that was it. I get it, if management isnt present and cant make things right, staff certainly isnt going to. Meanwhile, there was a long line of people outside in the cold waiting to get in even though there were plenty of open tables and room at the bar. For me, this was an example of a cash cow business in a great location not being properly managed. Thats too bad.

Great place to listen to live music in the evening and dance. I dont know if its every night but it seemed the two times Ive been there its been the house country band till midnight and then a DJ from Midnight to 2 a.m..

Classic, really large, southern country bar... chicken and waffles were amazing! Music was good. Place became crowded really quickly, but great air flow (entire front facing wall is open). Dancing happened immediately, with most being couples towards the beginning. Fun night.

Sat outside for an hour waiting for a table to be sat at a table that was empty the entire time we were waiting. Took half an hour to get a drink once we were inside.- and that they had run out of the beer pitchers lol. Totally ridiculous and the bathroom is legit disgusting. At least the food is good if you have 3 hours to kill

The music was loud but its all good. It was my second time to Whiskey Row and I like the place.

Good food, great drinks, awesome atmosphere!! Get here earlier in the day if you want to avoid the line cause it does tend to get pretty crowded most of the time for the night life! However Ive been to this location half a dozen times spread throughout the year and have had the same issue an bad experiences on multiple visits such as poor customer service with the bartenders ignoring you, to having bad attitudes! Suggestions to management please speak to staff about customer service. If it werent for the multiple bad experiences would have given a 4 or 5 star rating!

Sadly, I never got to experience all the bad reviews mentioned here. My brother and his girlfriend took me there after we had a sad day visiting a sick relative. I was turned away at the door for wearing an expensive looking Yankees jersey. Very odd! According to the guy at the door, the owner doesnt like the Yankees. I was shocked and asked the guy, really, can I speak with the owner? I was told, No. So, we found a more inclusive, less expensive place down the road that was happy to take our good money. I realize the guy could have been lying about the owner, but, he or she hired these people to represent the place.Basically, the formal wear in this over priced exclusive club is limited to jeans and a t-shirt, but no teams the owner doesnt care for. Investors should definitely avoid this franchise, if they wish to make money. Customers should go anywhere else for the value and inclusiveness.

The atmosphere here is phenomenal. Unfortunately, our food took an 1:25 minutes to make it out. So, dont plan on grabbing lunch here. Even after 1:25 the order was incomplete. All 3 employees had a different excuse why the kitchen failed. The manager was never even notified until a member of our party approached him. They wont survive if the service continues as is.

Its definitely the spot everyone goes to for drinking and dancing. Went for lunch and fun to watch the place transition from eatery into bar. Out of the places surrounding this place is definitely the loudest and largest. The food is decent. Our server Alyssa was great. She knew how to handle my friends and familys shenanigans. Id go for lunch again, but probably not for dinner/after unless to people watch.

They need to change their bartenders and the bouncers . They are all very inadequate and act like they are police officers. . Remodel and get more seating. Riot management group fits this bar

Delicious Dierks Bloody Mary. Our first bartender was very ho-hum; we had to fetch our own utensils and plates for sharing but the rest of the staff and music great! Good eats and atmosphere.

Decided to try this place out mainly because its the only bar open past midnight in the area. Just went in for drinks and ended up waiting 15 minutes before anyone behind the bar even acknowledged me and my girlfriend. Waited on one side of the bar while one bartender passed by us at least 3 times before we moved to the opposite side and continued to wait some more before we were finally greeted. (No, they werent that busy) The bartender who helped us wasnt too much better. She seemed to have a generally bad attitude. We ordered 2 drinks from the special cocktails section of the menu and they werent all that special. The lack of service left a really bad taste in my mouth about this place. I wouldnt visit again.

Someone should tell your staff than a singular female can be a good tipper too and ignoring her cost them 30%. I was in on a Wednesday night, 4 waitresses standing around while Im waiting at the door because it says, wait to be seated. I just walk in and ask if i can sit down. I go up to the bartender and ask her about the beers, she has zero clue about beer, which for a bartender is a poor showing, so i order a seltzer because i fear she cant pour one properly either. I go to the empty side of the bar to order food because again, not a waitress can be bothered to come to the hot side of the place. She makes eye contact, then walks to the other side to help the people over there, and eventually meanders to me and asks what id like. The food was great! The service is extremely poor. There was hardly a person in there when i came in so being busy was not an excuse. When i cashed out, which she again took her sweet time getting to me while helping no one else, she turned around, started texting, and then ran my card. I generally tip 25%-30% or if my ticket is $20 i tip $10-$20, because i expect to spend $30-$40 at a bar. I gave her maybe 15%. The young man back there with her cleaning glasses was much friendlier and way more attentive than her. You should move him up, he at least has a personality to match the job.

There are numerous open tables and we have waited for over 30 minutes to sit. The staff here treats you as though your lucky to be here.

Fun place but prices were high for very small portions. I ordered fish and chips, and got 2 very small fish portions, a few fries and a tablespoon of slaw for $18.00. I left humgryI should have taken a picture of my plate, but I didn’t want to make a big fuss. So disappointing

Oh my the Spinach Artichoke dip is to die for better then Applebees. Mac and cheese delish. Spinach dip on top of Mac and cheese = Heaven.

Service is slow, drinks are good. It’s got good vibes but don’t go for the food. If anyone in your group has dietary restrictions you’re not gonna have a good time. It’s a super limiting menu which really detracts from the phenomenal drinks.

First time visiting … was very excited, however, we walked in was seated and left within five minutes. We could not hear ourselves think it was so loud! Could not hold a conversation at all. Very disappointed.

Dropped in w/ a party of about 20 so completely prepared to be turned away. Nope, they handled us all. Great service, great food, and no ones order was wrong. Loved the funnel cake fries. Everyone really liked what they ordered and would get it again so safe to say the menu is superb.

Ladies night out with sisters and nieces. It was a nice place for the younger crowd.

I got the Bavarian pretzel and a sour(the only one) from the menu, we went to see a friend play in his band. The scene was awesome if a decibel or 3 too loud. 30 min wait? Nah, the place is packed but rotating, check in with the hostess to get a text when your spot is ready.

The atmosphere is super lively and the live music is a huge plus. Our food was amazing – on the expensive side, but well worth it – however what made this a 3-star experience was the state of the dishware. Our cups were cloudy and filthy, and had drink lines on the inside. We also asked for an additional plate and we were given one with food residue on it, like it hadnt been washed at all and was an unused plate from a previous party. Hoping this was a fluke, because the restaurant is otherwise great.

Place was alot of fun, good drinks, great service and just an over all blast of a place

Edited to add: I received a reply comment from Kevin the owner, as stated on google, but when I emailed Kevin, explained in detail the evening, even given pictures of the night, shared exciting news for a couple who was with us that night whims birthday it was, I have yet to date received anything back. 11/17/23So maybe just a little show for google or I got lost in a sea of emails to a busy man. But nevertheless losing a whole group of individuals who used to like to spend money in his establishment doesn’t seem too important to Kevin.Tonight was my first time here at Whiskey Row, after an amazing time at OSO for a birthday celebration we walked in to Whiskey Row to finish our celebration for our friend. We went to the bar to the left of the stage got our first round of drinks, our DD got a soda and the bartender was delightful. Us girls sat and drank and enjoyed the live music, got another couple rounds of drinks, then the men in our group went outside to have a smoke, the birthday girls husband had a beer left that had a few sips taken out of it, he left the beer at the table with us. We waited and listen to the live band, sipping our drinks and water. About 10 minutes later I get a call from our husbands and the bouncer wouldn’t let them back in, saying they were never in the bar and they didn’t have proof. As we are sitting there with his beer. So we walk to the front door, holding his beer, mister Kyle the bouncer says get your server to come verify she has been serving you, we say it’s the bartender, we have been sitting in front of her all evening, Kyle being the Kyle he was literally wanted the bartender to leave her bar to come tell them in she had been serving us. The beer with two sips gone that was just bought by the birthday girls husband was left in the hands of mister Kyle the smug bouncer, as he again repeated that he wanted the men, he wouldn’t let in, to go find their server to verify they were just in the bar with us. My first time here will be my last. The whole ordeal was ridiculous. The bouncers are smug and very unprofessional. I’m glad I won’t be wasting my time or money bringing any of my family here like my first initial thought was. So glad your bouncers showed us how y’all really get down in the evening.
