This placed used to be great for online ordering, now its a scam. Ive placed online orders to this store for years. This place had great juices at great prices and shipped quickly and efficiently.In the past few months Ive noticed a big change. Ive placed online orders and paid for priority shipping, but the juice wouldnt ship for 1-2 weeks. The only reason it shipped was because I called them and had to ask why it hadnt shipped yet.I placed my last order this weekend and havent received any shipping information. Ive called at least 10 times over several days and nobody is answering the phone. Im done with this shop, they are terrible these days.

Very respectful, clean, and helpful! Im never disappointed when I go in. Anything I need is there. If its not, theyll order it for me.Its never a drag to have to go pick up more juice, I look forward to doing it.Great rewards program too, I save money often with my rewards ♡Ive recently moved further away from this shop, and I still make the drive for my vape needs.I adore everyone at this shop! Great staff, great selection in my opinion. Custom mixed juices which is freaking awesome! Love to go there sometime just go pick up a vape and chit chat with Staff. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. I ordered coils on 5/12. I emailed them on 5/25. Received email saying it was ready to ship on 5/28. I am still waiting. I have sent many emails that go unanswered. Still no coils as of 6/25. They kept my money though. Lied about shipping policy. As in ships same day or next. No heads up if out of stock. Supposed to refund your money after 14 days. Never got juice on time either. My son likes the juices but not worth me having to make local purchases too.Not ordering again.

I went in today for the first time, a friend let me try some Dapper Dan and I loved it so wanted a bottle for myself. The guy working, didnt catch his name, was awesome, very knowledgeable and nice. He was the only employee there at the time and was still able to help us customers quickly. This month is buy one get one free 30mls too, which is a great bonus.

Amazing juices! And even better Customer service! We are heading out of state and were trying to place an online order. Had a technical issue w/ their website not allowing us to complete the sale. They mixed our flavors and allowed us to pick them up in-store at the online prices! Thanks a bunch guys! Saved us! We would give 10 stars if we could!

I have never been treated better as a customer than gr e liquid. the general manager is a saint.everyone is always so helpful and they have the best juice in town. I have found shops that are slightly cheaper and more convenient for me. I go out of my way and spend the extra dollar to keep this place going. I will never shop anywhere else.

I have been coming to this store for about a year now, and was satisfied with service and product until recently. For the past few months, my juice tastes different everytime I go in...not sure if its a bad batch of product, or inconsistent mixing. A while back, they stopped carrying the murder mitten flavor I like, and the gentleman working offered to mix me a custom flavor that tasted almost identical- during my last visit, I was abruptly told that they dont do that. Im hoping they did not lose their employee who mixes the flavors and helps customers find what they are looking for. I also noticed that the knowledgeable and helpful sales people have been replaced by lazy teens who hang out with a large group of friends during their shift. It is a shame that the atmosphere of this store has shifted, as I do not enjoy going to refill my juice anymore.

Started going here about two months ago before the switch over and loved it. Since the switch they have continued to be disappointing. They do not stock well. Ive been in here three weeks in a row now and they havent restocked the liquid I like. They dont seem to care either because its not their house liquid. Also the guy that used to work their before the switch over was way friendlier and more helpful in helping me find something I liked.

Needs more consistent juices. They ran out of all cookie flavors, it took 3 weeks to get more. And they havent had any since. If you sell out of a certain flavor, wouldnt you want to do that again? Found another place that always has good juice so I dont walk in and waste my time

Best vape shop Ive ever been in!! Great customer service and great flavors. Their deals are great too, when I walked in I was told that it was buy one get one half off, and the juice is already a great price. Definitely will be going back again.

Well Ill give them credit for having baja blast juice which is hard to find around where I live, but when I ordered from them I was told that I would be getting my stuff within 3 days. That was over a week ago and I havent been given any updates on the orders progress. Also I havent been contacted about my inquires on why the delay.

For someone who was just starting to get into vaping and had no idea what they were doing, the employees at Grand Rapids E-Liquid were incredibly helpful! They knew exactly what they were talking about and helped me find exactly what I wanted! Im so satisfied with them! Highly recommend!

First time experience with this brand.There 1-3 day shipping took 8 days from time of order to actually getting it in the mail. Then after the long wait I was missing 4.Contacted them and got no response whatsoever. Really frustrating. I want to support local Michigan businesses but this was a bad experience all the around.

Doesnt always have what i need. Past few times i have stopped here i would check online to see if they were open and it would say they were open and i would show up and see the open sign on but store would be dark and empty. Last time i was here they were out of supplies after catching them finally open. Hoping they get better about things.

One of my favorite e-liquid shops. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful to new beginners. They stand behind all of their products and will help you find all your vaping needs. I stopped smoking and started Vaping 3 years ago and feel 100x healthier and 25% richer bc of it. The employees arent just employees. They know you by name and what flavors you like and will recommend new flavors based on your favorites. I love that I can walk in to any of their locations and joke around with the staff. Great people, great products and a great way to quit smoking.

This place is trash. This place is stealing money from online shoppers. Placed an order on 8/17. I was promised a refund after a month of waiting without receiving package. When contacted, was told id recieve refund within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later, I was told impossible to issue refund and to take it up with my bank....This post comes after 6 logged phone conversations between 8/17 and today, 10/8. TRASH.

Fantastic Customer Service. Ive been thee quite a few times and the staff their has been extremely helpful. Their master mixer and their flavors are simply the best in the area. Anyone who goes there for the first time needs to try their award winning Ziggy Starburst. Its sooo good.

One of the few BEST vape shops around for sure my main go too for all my custom made house juice flavors, CBD products, and great inventory of coils, and or ALL of your vaping and 420 needs. This is my #1 vape shop and I drive from ZEELAND too get here. Its worth it every trip I take I dont ever get disappointed. Also GREAT prices!!!

I was very displeased that almost every mod cost 20-50 bucks more at gre than almost every location. For $138 I bought the x-cube 2 and two batteries. Went to my other favorite shop after, and they sold me the same thing for $82. They sure as hell lost my business. And this is the northland location..

Worst shop in town. Since making other shops close, GRE has gone right down hill. Their juice is tasteless completely, not even sweet from the PG. Just terrible people to buy from. Very low business practices. Owner will slander whoever he needs to to get ahead. Stay clear.....

It is a vape store, but the kid working was a little too agressive with his. It was so foggy it was hard to see, and it made my eyes water a bit. The products are fine, juice is fine, they could just be a little more professional.

Bought a Posh XL, didn’t realize until I left that it was counterfeit. It’s visually very close but not right, real ones last me a week and this one started tasting burnt within two hours.

Great place to get Grand Rapids best E Liquids. Locally owned, Friendly service And 6 locations to better serve all of us serious vapers. They have every gauge of wire for us drippers.

The gentleman that works at this location is not only polite and helpful, he is very knowledgeable. The young lady that helped me last time didnt seem AS knowledgeable, but still very polite along with good customer service. Ill definitely be coming back to this location.

Great in store experience, but Ill never order anything online again, it shouldnt take 4 days to ship from Grand Rapids to Fremont (45 miles away) and it cost 10 bucks to do it. A little disappointed with that guys.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, emailed multiple times for shipment date, they told me there have to receive new shipment, everytime i ask when its expected they never get back to me, when I asked for a refund no reason worst online buy possible, worst costumer service experience I would stay away from them. They do dirty business

Never have I been more turned off by the sales technique used while I was there. The only thing that kept getting repeated wasCash Is King. Never at any point were my needs asked. I told the women I was looking to quite smoking, her first response was, How much do you want to spend? Immediately followed up by cash goes a lot further here. Ive never had worse customer service.

Looking more like a head shop and less a vape shop these days. The e liquids have also muted in flavor since the new guy has been making them. And sadly, the store manager STILL talks negatively of the other vape shops e liquids when this location charges more. I just recently went in the shop because I needed to get some Kanthal wire and Japanese cotton unfortunately for that business the guy who works there couldnt remember after telling him 3 times that I wanted to protect killer gauge wire eventually told me that they didnt have any on top of that they didnt even pull out the Japanese cotton for me this place sucks and its going downhill real fast

Not really outstanding. They have some interesting house flavors, but not a whole lot else. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful, while others are pretty disinterested.

Very friendly, knew exactly what i needed and got me an upgrade at a great price. Went to by juice and came out with a new mod. Extensive inventory and Cliff was the man!

They sold me a setup that doesnt even work together, got the sigelli mini that has a minnumum ohm of 0.3, then they put a tank on it that has a 0.2 coil. Me, not knowing this, left the shop and picked up a 18650 battery. Popped in the battery and got a low res warning. Thanks GrE for helping me pick out a vape...

They are fine when they are open, but Ive gone twice during posted business hours with no one manning the shop.

The staff here is amazing. The staff at other locations just try to sell stuff. They seem to truley care here. And i wont go anywhere else.. Keep up the great work!!!!

I’ve been there several times. The guy is either naturally rude or just don’t like communicating with people? I’m glad the blind guy cake from inside and saved the day.

Website said 8 and closed at 6 on a Thursday. My friend said try this place, already sour, never mind. Plenty of place out there dont put up with this crap. What really got me was turning sign off as I was walking up to door.

By far the best grand Rapids E liquid would never go to any other shop personally. Workers are friendly and the juice is PRIME.

Just got a text message from these guys... havent been to their shop in 3 years... I never signed up for this, nor do I know how they got my phone number. I stopped going there because of the poor quality juice that would put so much crap on my coils I had to change them every few days, and now this message? I came into the east Paris store to get some mudders milk the buy one get one on the paper I wrote max VG I ended up getting 50/50 didnt find that out until the next day and it was bland no taste OK NP its either hit or miss with the flavors at this store so I go back in and the same two workers were there I explained how he some how confused max VG with 50/50 cause I wrote MAX VG all I got from the mixer was if you drip you can still drip 50/50 ummm yeah not the point and thats all was said for there mess up but OK NP I will pay another $15 for max VG and yet the same mixer guy did get the max VG correct but it was bland and hardly any taste so Im fed up its happened before and Im done wasting my money there off to find another Vape store thats not GR E liquid

Very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to the device if your vapor and very funny people to be around. I shall return repeatedly 💨💨💨! Funny thing I stay in the other side of the city next to a vapor store and I still come back to Grand Rapids E-Liquid.👍

Great employees are very knowledgable about their products and they have a vast selection of juices. Convo entry located so when Im in a crunch for some juice they got the hook up.

The selection of not only vape gear and juice but Glass and 420 related items is phenomenal! Plus, you cant beat the staffs knowledge when it comes to Eliquid and Vape gear!

They sold me fake Breeze disposable vapes (I know they’re fake because I checked the Breeze Smoke website for how to spot counterfeit products).

These folks are over the top on customer service ! Its a cozy location with a no nonsense approach to sales and information as well as a great selection.

Basically worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Almost a month later no order shipped, no response through email.

Certain staff have a serious knowledge gap (watched a staff member as I bought a mod deliberately put batteries in backwards and vent them in the mod I had just bought *no they didnt offer a refund or replacement.()
