Sold me a broken puffco glass, and wont let me return or exchange it. Sucks, thing was $62 and I hadnt noticed the chip when I bought it. Took it home and tried to fill it up with water, obviously didnt work.Edit: came right off the shelf, she grabbed it herself and even wrapped it in a lot of bubble wrap. It was not in a box or anything, I took it home, unwrapped it, went to fill it with water and it started leaking out everywhere.Quality service and glass here.

My favorite smoke shop in Green Bay. They have all the vapes, and lots of other cool things. Its small but I could spend at least an hour looking at all their cool stuff! The long haired older guy is the best but of course he is because hes my dad! They definitely smoke the competition!!

Nice place, The gentleman behind the counter was very sweet and helpful to. They have a nice selection of items stop in and ck them out.

I received excellent customer service the moment I walked in the door. The employee was very helpful with recommending the best and most popular vapes. There was a huge variety of vapes with any flavor you could want. I went with the Strawberry Mango Geek Bar which has the best flavor and is excellent quality. I highly recommend visiting this vape store for all of your vape needs.

Overpriced and employee seemed to want to be anywhere else I felt I was bothering them by spending my money. Didnt go back

All in all, some of the staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry, however; the amount they are charging is a bit much. They wanted to charge $26 for a box or coils for a vape when I can order the same coils online for a whole $12. They’re good there, but not that good.

These guys are awesome. I am from the valley and work in Green Bay. I took a chance on coming here to get what I needed, and I’m so glad I did! They’re very friendly and really know their products and listen when you are explaining what you are looking for, and recommend what they think will help. Great prices too! Huge selection of glass and accessories ☺️ now I have a second head shop that I love!

Man there is a older guy in this place with a beard and longer hair I cannot remember his name but I will say he is by far the best person I have ever met for a customer service person. My wife and I went in looking for something which they didnt have out on display he seriously went into the back rooms and made it a point that we left happy and was awesome conversation the entire time. Every single time I go into this store I will choose that man to deal with over anyone else! Just a really great person to deal with and I wish I knew his name off the top of my head but the experience dealing with him was awesome

The customer service is pretty bad. I walked over to the counter to ask for a vape, and the two employees were talking in front of my face for five whole minutes. I had to say “hey” about five times to finally get their attention. When they finally answered, they seemed disinterested and pretty rude. Every time I asked about a flavor, they couldn’t even give me an answer. Just wasn’t a good experience.

Stone Age record keeping makes people wait unnecessarily. They use customer notecards stored in random boxes and in random order instead of a $200 computer while the line gets longer and longer. Owner refused to sell me anything one day because I did not have my ID. I am in my mid 40’s with a full white beard. This is after countless other purchases. Today, I purchased an item and noticed the seal was removed from the box and the item. I walked back (about 5 seconds after I had walked out) and told the cashier that it was missing the seal and that I wanted a new one. She said she had to call and ask her boss. He didn’t answer so I asked for my money back. She couldn’t do that either. Owner called back and they finally agreed to just give me a different one. I think they are putting defective/returned products back on the shelves in the hopes of duping their customers. What a joke. You lost a good customer and I’ll make sure everyone I come across knows what a scammy and backwards place this is. Thankfully there are many other options in the area.

The two girls that were working here that day were so cute and fun and very friendly enjoyed picking out some of the best smelling inscents definitely going back when I run out!

I have literally bought 20-25 disposable Vapes from this store, well yesterday i got a disposable that stopped working 5 minutes after walking out of the store. I simply just asked for a new one or my money back and she told me there was nothing they could do for me. what a joke a loyal customer can’t get any help after spending 100s of dollars there. will never be getting my business again
