This was my first time visiting Massage Heights, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. As someone who sits at a desk all day for work and was experiencing some back pain, I opted for the 90-minute massage with the elevation add-on featuring hot stones. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease in the tranquil atmosphere. The therapist was attentive and skilled, focusing on relieving my tension and addressing my specific needs. The hot stones were a game-changer, soothing my muscles and melting away stress. I left feeling lighter and more refreshed than I have in weeks. Brandon is amazing. I never want the 90 minutes to end. He is very efficient and knows how to use the hot stones to give the massage an extra relaxing touch. Front desk staff is friendly and the check in goes smoothly. I love coming here

Oh I really enjoyed this place! My back felt like they replaced it with a new one. I cant express how amazing my masseuse was. I booked for a 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones. Omg the absolute best. Also the front desk ladies were super sweet and helped me book my next massage.

I love coming here. I have had a membership for a few years now, and their massage therapists always do an excellent job. There is rarely a wait after your appointment time, they always offer water after your massage, and they have different pillows to support you if you are uncomfortable on the flat table. They also always have some sort of deal going on for members, whether it’s for gift cards or add-ons like hot stones.

Caring and polite staff retreat is very clean , i have seen only a few of their therapists, and theyre all wonderful. They pay attention to your needs, and massges are very throughout. Im glad 😊 I joined their membership programs, so now I can have some self-care time! 😃

I want to give credit for Tori and Angelica at this location. They both are very present and made my massage experience feel so good. They have great customer service attitude, try to meet customers need and make them feel welcome! Clean place and of course the heated massage table is important in the winter time.

I had a great massage with Jenn. Felt like their prices were reasonable. Also thought it was cool they have an “emergency” button so-to-speak under the table, if you want immediate help not from your masseuse.

I have sampled five different therapists at this location. Three out of five were aaaahhhh-mazing!! Front desk personnel very friendly, nice, informative, and helpful.

I have a massage membership acct that costs about $80/month. I actually get more than my 1 massage per month... so I pay for extra sessions too, but it feels worth it because I work in construction, & my body needs the regular treatment.I am able to schedule appts fairly easily a few days ahead of treatments. The staff @ the South Eastern Ave location are terrific. There are multiple masseurs available to schedule with of both genders. Most of all, I like that they actually prefer that I share what body parts I need worked on so they can focus their healing.

Alexandria was very nice and did a good job of loosening up my back and shoulder for the tournament I was bowling in. She definitely gets the credit for me being relatively pain free both during and after the competition. And definitely helped in having a semi comfortable plane ride home the next day.

I had a pretty rough week but Abigail did wonders to make me forget my troubles. She worked the kinks out of my upper back and I left feeling 100% better. The front staff was amazing and reminded me that I had an upgrade available. I highly recommend Massage Heights and, especially, Abigail.

Googled massage and found Massage Heights. Then looked up if there was a deal on Groupon- bonus! Deal on massage and added foot scrub and cold stone face massage. Victor was great. Enough pressure and friendly. His massage of my forearm and biceps hit the mark! Wish there would of been some time for my hands. However I told him to focus on my shoulders and back.I really enjoyed it. Would recommend Victor to anyone.The receptionist(s) were super helpful and very friendly. Overall atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming.

Everyone here is always as chill as can be. The place is calming and clean. Abigail is great, she is very professional, kind, and does a great job. Very relaxing 10/10 would recommend

I am very happy with my entire experience at Massage Heights South Pointe Plaza! I received the monthly membership package as a Mothers Day gift this past spring, so I have had several appointments already and they have ALL been terrific. What a treat! I feel like it is an excellent value.The front desk staff is helpful, friendly, and organized (plus, very good at follow up communications). They keep things running smoothly thanks to this skill set!The treatment rooms are super clean, pleasant, and welcoming. My therapist is RaeLynn, and she truly does an incredible job. What I appreciate from her the most is her excellent sense of time management within the treatment time - even with elevations/add ons like hot stone massage and Peppermint Foot scrub, she fits it all in without ever feeling like any part of it is rushed. Each time, I leave my appointment feeling stress-free and back to wellness.Please take time for yourself for self-care; especially as we age, its necessary. I highly encourage you to visit this location for your own pampering time, too. The hot stone massage part of the treatment menu is my absolute favorite part.I will definitely be continuing every month from here on out and I feel like it is more than worth the time and money! Big thanks to RaeLynn and the entire staff for what you do so well - keep up the great work.

This place has gone downhill. Have had the membership for years. Last two times now they have called me within less then 30 minutes of our appointment and told us they have a staff issue and cancel our appointment. Why have a membership at a place that can’t manage a schedule and their staff. We will see if they refund is back all of our hours because they can’t honor their appointments. We asked to speak with a manager and they told us they didn’t have one there.

Jacob is fantastic. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. His pressure levels are fabulous, I prefer a stronger massage. I’ve seen dramatic improvement in my pain points after just a few visits.

I had such a great experience I actually became a member! Now I can get a massage practically whenever I want and with very little impact on my wallet. Totally worth it

Brenda is the best!!! Shes got super strong hands and will do a lovely whole body massage or spend more time concentrating on just one area for you. The front desk staff at this location are fabulous too, and remember everyones name!!

The staff is very friendly and great on reminding me of my appointments. I have been going to the same massage therapist the last few times and Kristina is great. One of my visits I had a really bad migraine and she was able to get rid of it, she was my personal life saver that day. She is always pleasant and sweet. Thank you for being awesome!!

I can always appreciate massage heights being able to schedule me within a week for a 60 min or 90 minute massage with upgraded hot stones. No matter which massage therapist I am scheduled with, I always leave refreshed and with less shoulder/ back pain.

My masseuse gave me a great massage. It tamed my sciatic nerve pain. The one thing I did not appreciate was that my massage ended a couple of minutes early. It started late due to forms, waiting, and changing, which they mentioned was procedure, but I left feeling cheated none the less because my massage was over 2 minutes before 8pm. Nothing was said about finishing earlier. Those 2 minutes should have been spent on my back pain. I might return for a second shot with the same masseuse, however, I would discuss this with the front desk first to see how they would handle it. Side note, my masseuse knew nothing about the lotion he used. Please educate your staff.

Very good massage! Massage Therapist targeted the areas where I noted needed work. Knocked off a star because the massage only lasted 50 minutes when I paid for the hour on a Saturday afternoon. Sales people in the front were not pushy at all in regards to their membership plans- which was much appreciated and were helpful in answering my questions.

Great place to get massages. Sign up for their 6 month package. You can lock in introductory rate for 6 months plus get a free massage on top. I booked 6 90 minute massages and got a 60 minute massage for free that I can give as a gift because there is no expiration date on certificate. Fabulous bonus. Fantastic people work here. Bree is awesome. She has the golden touch. She really knows how to work out your knots. Highly recommended going here for all your massage needs.

I loved my massage with Aaron and my first masseuse but the front desk Lisa with the Groupon issues made it frustrating to a point that caused me to cancel my entire membership when I was planning on returning for Aaron but now I won’t come back. Bad customer service especially since Lisa does not smile or have any kind of customer service experience. She was rude and argued back with me which is not professional or becoming. There are other massage places that can take care of my needs in a better approach. So sad. I would’ve been a loyal customer.

Been member for years with Massage Heights where I started my membership in Texas and never had a negative experience until moving to Las Vegas. South Point Plaza shorten my massage time and therapist took me in late and ended my session early. Informed management and no resolve. So I let it go months ago. I cancel appointment time 2.5 hours prior to session and they still charge me a fee. Knowing how often I go in and how often I buy extra services. This is how you will be appreciated for you loyal business.Terrible business practice especially for as long my membership has been.

Good location, great hours and very accommodating to specific schedules and needs. The aromatherapy was a nice touch. I was able to easily relax and the therapist was very professional. I did the hour long massage, but there are other options and even other focus areas that can be purchased for a very reasonable price.

I loved this place, I am a member for years now and this business changed front desk employees often. Well, there is a new young guy that he goes to the back and leave the front desk unattended for a long time, he wont answer the calls and he is not polite. He rushed me when I went to the office to get an appointment. In all the years as a member my phone calls never go to voicemail or someone tells me there is nothing available for a 90 min massage. I even asked him, to put my name on call because I really needed a massage and he still couldnt find anything for me after 3 weeks. He sucks ):

I heard about Massage Heights from a friend who goes there often. I do not get massages often and preferred someone who was recommended. The therapist was good and the ambiance pleasant. The first visit was half price, which was nice.

Recieved a massage from Thomasina. She did a wonderful job and was open with communication the entire time asking if the pressure was alright throughout the session. I will definitely be back again!

I would say a very average massage, it was less than 60min, the therapist spend too much time on my problem areas and completely ignoring the rest of my body! Spend a total of 30 sec per limb. It was supposed to be a hot stone add on but the massage was done 50% with stone. Then at the end when checking it the front desk person is announcing how much gratuity to add infront of 3 others! It should be a private thing! This massage should be worth 20$ not coming back

My experience at Massage Heights has been great! The staff is very friendly and they take a personal interest in your health. For the most part, Gina works on me. She is fantastic!I always leave there feeling great! I am so glad I found their facility!

I have a membership with Massage Heights and it is one of the best things I’ve ever invested in. The massage therapists are always awesome (my favorite is Penny) and I always leave feeling wonderful, distressed , and relaxed. They are always accommodating with my schedule and I recommend them wholeheartedly for anyone looking for a wonderful massage.🤗

The staff was definitely friendly and welcoming - the moment you walk in, you are already relaxed due to the ambience and aroma of the place. My masseuse was Raelyn, and she really hit the spots! She treads on each of the muscles in a pattern that works well with the knots and kinks that i had in my body. She goes through them nice and easy, taking time in each area to ensure that the muscles do not get skipped over. I would go back and recommend friends and family as well.

My husband and I went here for Valentines Day and absolutely fell in love with this place, Stephanie and Tasha are great when it comes to deep tissue massages. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable and we look forward to returning.

First time at this location and the service was amazing. I had Brianna for my massage and she definitely helped me out. I told her I had a knot in my shoulder and she went right to work on it. Came out feeling so much better!

I really like that auto confirmation and phone calls. The facility is always quiet and clean. I use Gina who does an excellent job. My husband gave me a monthly massage for Mothers Day so I now have something to look forward to each month.

Amber just gave me the best massage Ive ever had in my life. Perfect pressure, focused completely on the right areas, and amazing price. They do try to get you on a membership afterwards, which I am now considering, but I was so groggy from being so relaxed that I could barely speak lol. I cant recommend them enough!

Thomasania was fantastic. Gave me a fusion of Swedish and deep tissue massage with aromatherapy and a facial massage. The aromatherapy throughout the session opened my sinuses. Took feedback throughout the session, spending extra time on my feet, shoulders and massater muscle. Neck was decompressed and it’s feeling longer! Would recommend!

To start, my therapist was late for the appointment. By the time I was on the table they were 12 minutes late which I dont blame the therapist I blame them for booking back to back to back app . As for the message, Jordan, was great. She was very educated and talented at massage.

If you arent a member they charge you $100 per massage! What if I dont want to sign a contract for 6months? I was willing to pay $50 but not $100. My neck and back were hurting really bad and they said renew your membership or we cant help.

I was a little worried about this place from what I read about it online. I always see the guy with the sign for it on my way home from work so I thought I would try it. It surprised me a lot. I was expecting it to be pusshy sales, and ok-ish therapist. Turned out the people were crazy nice up front, and my therapist was verrry good. When I came out to pay they told me about the memberships but never pushed anything on me. That was a nice surprise. I ended up going back and buying a short membership and so far everything is great.

Whatever you do, do NOT purchase a membership with them! They will refuse to cancel your membership, even after multiple requests and confirming that such and such date will be the last. I confirmed 28 days before my last payment, and then again on my last service that everything would be canceled. Surprise - Another charge! Their manager will either never be around to contact or will lie to you about attempts to reach you.Only join if you want to never leave!

Therapist met my needs and worked on areas requested. I like the quick in and out of this place rather than a big spa in a hotel. The area is clean and everyone is friendly. I felt healthier when I left!

Southpointe Plaza is THE place to go. Ok, so its the subscription model ( who isnt these days) but if you hit it on the right promotion, youll get a year of monthly pampering and relief for those tired muscles. Theres a range of new add ons recently, not my thing there will be a good number of folks who do. Try it. Just remember its a subscription model and youll be fine!

Massage therapists and support staff are all very friendly and courteous. Massage therapists have all been highly skilled. I give massage heights a five star rating.

When I joined I had hoped to get great massages or at least really good ones.. it has been a disappointment each time...trying to cancel...will see how easy that is to do... I would advise you to think before you join...UPDATE : just had the best massage ever Britany is a new therapist there and she is amazing... I put in my cancellation and there was no problem having my membership cancelled ... the Masage Heights on Eastern has restored my faith in this business... I would suggest going in with caution but just make sure to let everyone there know who is good and who is not doing a good job...
