The guy at the counter was aggressive and sold me a fake elfbar, so I told him I want a different one, so he throws a fit and says I just didnt like the flavor , so I run the serial number on the box and it comes back fake but he still denies it, wouldnt refund my money or let me exchange it. Garbage place

Preety good store with good choice of productsI stopped coming here because of the girl, she always used to look high or on some kind of stuffs in her didnt received good service,Good that they changed the staff, who atleast know what they are selling and how to treat their customers well.. i ll definitely get my stuffs from this smoke shop and i recommend to other people too. Pretty much the average vape shop. The prices were mostly reasonable and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection too, with normal business location in the suburbs.I dont vape but if I did Im sure Id be ok with making this a one stop shop for all supplies.Update/2020:The only negative is the new Kratom section. The salesgirl couldnt answer any of my price questions. She couldnt ditch me fast enough when a 2 pack mini cigar customer came in. I know its a new product line for them but store to client courtesy is easy to provide and knowledge of Kratom is definitely not her strong point. The prices are up there too but if you need some Kratom pronto and price isnt too important, this is the store for you. The web is cheaper and products fresher but cyber sales take time to arrive. Go here if you know what you want and you want it NOW!

I do not appreciate the customer service from this new faces im seeing. Where did my usual gal at? The sweet and beautiful girl who greeted me so much respect every time I step thru that door made me feel so welcomed.

Shoma the girl who works there is super friendly and really knowledgeable! Works hard and def encourages me to get the discounted items or better deals. I love this place it has everything!

Local and now a regular at this location. Overall cant find anything to complain about but the past two times I have visited the store (and this has been within this past week, so its been the same week) the female working here has been crying and inconsolable to the point where it was interfering with her work and her usual amazing service that im used to getting from her.With that being said, my advice to upper management, im not sure what the working conditions are in this place and what was said to her those two days but i do know that her being upset was due to work related issues. Upper management needs to step it up and start treating their employees better because you can only take advantage of someone for so long before they will retaliate.TLDR: if you dont start treating your best employee better, your going to lose her along with most likely at least 1/2 of your loyal customers and store income. If she leaves, i leave. and i have spent TOO much money at this store.I really hope to see some improvements in the near future.

I would highly recommend this smoke shop for many reasons! One the service is incredible. second I’ve never been to smoke shop quite like this one. Other smoke shops sometimes will have defective products. This smoke shop is definitely first choice for me!

I would give 5 stars, but they don’t seem to be open when they say they will be. Should remove the 9-10 on Sunday’s if not going to actually be open.
