Today when I went in to purchase juice for my vape, I was unsure what flavor I wanted. I have shopped there before ( my number is in the system to gain points) and had great service. Today when looking I was wondering if there were new flavors. When I asked about the flavors I was told “well there isn’t flavors that are by themselves they are mixed with other flavors”( since I like certain flavors alone that are Iced) seeming annoyed by the questions I was asking…was told rudely and with an attitude”ugh I’ll just let you look around” fine, but when I asked checking out about the coil price she again had an attitude because I was asking if the price was for singular coils added up or if there was a different price due to buying all 5 (5 @ 5.95= 29.95)at 1 time as a complete box ( if it was cheaper as I’m buying all 5 as a set) She then had an attitude and seemed to not understand what I was asking, again had an attitude. She didn’t hand me my receipt and didn’t include it with my stuff until I asked for my receipt. I then explained to her that I didn’t appreciate the rude service I got, and she was even more rude. When I asked for her name she wouldn’t give me her name but asked my name instead. From the get go I seemed to of burdened her being a customer and her having to get off her phone. 53.85 for 1 box of coils and a bottle of juice.
This is what you call a smoke shop. They have a variety of products ranging from vapes to smoking utensils such as pipes (all kind of pipes), wraps & leaves & even hookah. They also have a variety of candles & incense. Not to mention the customer service is always great & the atmosphere of the shop itself is always quiet, calm & clean.
Great service today. Forgot my shades there but 5/5 stars. I’ll be back in the morning to grab them as I left them on the counter. Great business though. Love coming here.
How you open at 9am but need to close and lock store at 10am with note back in 10?
Everytime I come into this business the staff is friendly and helpful. Im always able to get the items I need and they have big selection to choose from. I love the cigars and I recommend to anyone.
This place is amazing,super clean and he has incredible pieces! He also instantly knew the size we needed for my piece, took us less than 5 min to get what we wanted! Definitely saving this place as the ultimate spot to hit up for supplies✨

I was super excited that a vape/smoke shop opened up around a block from me! I have been here 4 times and usually have great service! However, not this time. I usually get the swift brand and they recommended me others, so I tried the JuccyPod. 2 different times with 2 different reps, told me if it doesnt work bring it back. I opened it up today, and when I took a hit, it wouldnt stop firing. So I went back to explain this to a short, stocky dark guy who eventually called his boss due to no refund/exchange policy. Standing right in front of me, he fails to explain the whole situation after I explained everything to him. While on the phone, I even stated, please tell him that the vape doest stop firing after I take a hit, and im im worried it would blow up in my face. As he gets off the phone, he said no refunds/exchanges. After reiterating everything, he starts yelling and interrupting everything everytime i tried speaking. Hence, this is thier review. Sad I wont be returning...
