Tobacco Junction of Henderson

This used to be my one stop for whatever I wanted. I have wasted my money on vapes more times than I should, in my opinion if I buy it, it should work! Not stop working once I leave and its none returnable. Since management has switched, the atmosphere has changed, also. Not necessarily for the best. I shop other cities cause the products are longer lasting.

The one star was for the family dollar store, but Ill change yours to 5 cause Ive heard really good things about tobacco junction, Stay Kool.

They have what I need the prices are reasonable

So I am at work and we made a stop here for cigarettes and when we left I realized that this girl on my work crew had stolen a bunch of stuff from here that really made me mad because I dont want to be any part of anything like that I am an honest person. So I went off on this girl and made her give me the things that she had stolen and when I got off of work I took them back to the tobacco junction and I gave them the stuff that the girl had stolen. I told them that I was sorry I was not aware at the time that it was happening but when I realized it that I got their stuff back because I didnt want anyone around me making me look like a thief and that I was sorry I didnt realize it was happening when it did happen or I would have stopped it right then and there! They said thank you and they appreciated my honesty and integrity and that other girl was not going to be allowed to come in there anymore but that I could. So I been going in there since then for 6 months now and ALL THE SUDDEN THE MANAGER WANTS TO ACT ALL BRAND NEW AND TELL ME IM NOT ALLOWED IN THERE ! I then asked her why all the sudden she changed her mind on the issue and she told me it was because she realized that I had something to do with it..... Ugh Yea I had the part to do with it that got your stuff back for you freaking genius ..... This place is ran by non appreciative delusional idiots. If there was a rating below 1 star I would have picked it! Trash

Friendly service, clean establishment, and well stocked with all products. Competitive pricing and good rewards program.Very knowledgeable staff and professional service. Especially , Whitney. They already know what I want when I enter. My tobacco is ALWAYS in stock but today they surprised me by having my all-time favorite tobacco that I didnt even know was still being made.I love the personal interactionThey have enough attendants now to where each customer is promptly taken care of. No long lines! I love it

Love, love, love all my girls who work at the Henderson location! They are like family and always make me feel welcome! They are the best! The store is also the only place in town that sells my moms brand of cigarettes! Can’t say enough good things about the place or the people!

For a small store, they have a good selection. With my favorites; Cohiba, My Father, A.Fuente; they keep stocked. They have warm, helpful, and inviting employees. I can even get on their property in my 18 wheeler. Only 1 spot. If they dont have it, then they will try get it for you. Sad to say theres no smoking lounge.

Great customer service, lots of product selection & great recommendations on products to try. Havent had a vape suggested to me that I didnt like.

The Henderson location has got to be my favourite location of all of the Tobacco Junction locations. Shana and her crew are the very best at what they do. Every time I go in there I feel like Im with family. The only thing missing is a sofa and a TV! LOL! Their prices are the best in all of these Texas. This is a must stop before all your tobacco and accessories needs

Always a great bunch of employees! I LOVE the drive-through. It makes it so convenient to run out for smokes or vaping supplies. They are really knowledgeable about vaping and CBD products, also!

Update: change of owner/mgm?Why the sudden decrease (for local shoppers; lest of) courtesy?Mostly, why the rude staff?Tobacco Junction; Henderson has a fairly nice shop, good location & prices... $$$!Fair on tobacco products, ... as for specialty tools such as cigar cutters, cases, humidor & accessories they cant be competitive due to lack of (obviously!) Competetors.The proprietors are generally helpful if you catch them when there are no other customers. If you happen to purchase a defective item and would like them to honour its warranty/guarantee be ready for bit of a chilly shoulder.One major draw back is selection, try to find some more GOOD panatelas.The Closing Hour could stretch a little past current times and be a little more open to participating in some sort of local club for Fine Cigar/ Pipe Aficionados.THIS review has been up for 6 months... no reaction from management? Great place to come get almost anything you need to smoke, including what you need to smoke anything. The staff at the Henderson store is the best in my eyes. Great service and polite and cheerful.

Surprisingly good selection for such a small store. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and I like that their liquids are made here in East Texas!

Tabbaco was to stemy and big sticks. The employees could not tell me which ones where white tipped tubes. Had to buy a brand that didnt fit my machine.

Shocked! Really didnt expect them to custom order something all the shops ran out of, and when they got it in, I totally expected to pay$$$$. They sold me my favorite juice, the cheapest any store has, especially these price gouging smoke shops.

I went with my dad to tobacco junction in Henderson Texas and I was talking to my dad and this blond lady was really rude to me assuming I am a minor but she dint realize I am actually not a minor I am 19 years old
