They immediately make you feel at home, and do an incredible job offering all kinds of options and oils to choose from! The massage itself was incredible, and each masseuse made sure to adjust their pressure and focus to the customer’s needs, doing so in the sweetest but most proactive way.I walked out of there feeling like a new man, and the cherry on top was that all the available staff walked us out to the elevator and waved goodbye until the doors closed shut. No joke, the sheer amount of care and love shown by this staff with bring a tear to your eye.Please go see it for yourself and support these amazing people!

My daughter & I had an awesome experience at Luana Spa, getting our first ever Lomi Lomi massages! The staff was wonderful & provided impeccable customer service in a clean & relaxing environment, at an affordable price, & therapists who gave us massages that left us both feeling rejuvenated & refreshed. During the masssge, the therapists gently checked in to made sure we were comfortable & enjoying our experience which I really appreciated.My daughter & I were blown away by how attentive & genuinely welcoming & friendly all the staff members were. We were also pleasantly surprised at the beginning of our visit with a fabulous foot bath with aroma therapy to ease us into “spa mode”and then ended our visit with us both receiving adorable chopsticks as souvenirs & a cold bottle of water.As we left the spa, all the staff members escorted us to the elevator while we chatted about our families. Luana Spa was by far the best spa experience we’ve ever had! I highly recommend this outstanding spa experience!

Genuinely one of the best massages I have ever had! I came here with a group of girls during a friend’s destination wedding week and we were all greeted immediately upon entering the suite with smiling faces. We were seated in the waiting area with foot baths and got to pick our own exfoliants. The massages themselves were absolutely amazing and every single one of us was raving about how much we loved our masseuses. They were so kind and accommodating. They were very receptive to requests for more or less pressure and at one point I just sniffled and my masseuse was so sweet - she offered me a tissue immediately. Upon heading out the door, we were given little goodies to take with us to remember the experience and the team even called an elevator for us and waved until we couldn’t see them anymore! This is such a happy memory I will keep with me from this trip and I highly recommend a massage from here to anyone who is even remotely considering it.

Wow, what an amazing experience! From the minute we entered Luana Waikiki Massage, we were greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome and their hospitality continued throughout our sessions right until we left the building. Michiko Katsuki is the owner and treated us with such great customer service. My mom got a lomilomi from Saki and she said that she was absolutely delighted with how she provided the service. I got a deep tissue and was left very at ease from my masseuse & the ambience. We will certainly be back next time we are in town. If you are on the fence about a massage place, go here!!

I had a 60 minutes Lomi Lomi and Lymphatic massage (including the feet) today. My massage therapist was Ayumi and she is amazing! First was the foot bath. Ayumi checked which aromatherapy scent I would like to use and which areas of the body I wanted her to focus on for the massage. During the massage, Ayumi checked with me the pressure I preferred. I actually fell asleep and was probably snoring! The massage included a scalp massage as well and hot towels. I was offered some water afterwards as well as a small gift. Ayumi escorted me to the lift afterwards and bowed very graciously until the lift doors closed. I actually forgot my wrist watch in the massage treatment room and didnt realise this until I arrived back at my hotel. I was able to call Luana Waikiki Hawaiian Massage and leave a message to say I was returning to look for my watch. When I arrived, my watch was quickly located and given to me. Once again the staff called the lift for me and all 3 staff members deeply bowed until the lift doors closed. This is Japanese hospitality at its best.I feel invigorated and looser after the massage. I would rate this 1000/10 if I could. I have had massages all over the world end this is genuinely the best massage I have ever had. Every worker here went above and beyond to make this massage the best possible experience on my birthday. They even offered to put our iced coffees in the fridge (it truly is even the little things) and I could not recommend this place enough. Their hospitality and quality of service is genuinely unbeatable. The quality of service will be way better than anything you would get at a hotel or spa for an extremely reasonable price.

Let me just say that my experience here was nothing short of perfection. First off, the staff is so attentive and kind - that alone is worth the visit. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. The room was warm, quiet, and clean. At one point I forgot to take my necklace off before laying down. My masseuse noticed and I handed it to her to put near my things. When I got up to redress, it was sitting in a cute little jewelry box next to my clothing. There were so many little touches that really showed that they cared about making sure your experience was as wonderful as it could possibly be. I cant recommend Luana Waikiki enough!

I cant say enough about my experience. I have been getting massages at a lot of places for extreme hip pain. After my massage with Luana my hip stopped hurting for days, the first time in months!

The place is a little hard to find. Go to front of DFS center, to the left is a door to enter. Go in to the back and use elevator to get to massage center.The ladies greeted us and were very welcoming and friendly. We got a couple massage. Def worth it, they did a great job and asked during massage if we were ok or wanted it to be harder or softer. Even gave us a souvenir at the end and walked us to the elevator.Try this place out. It is worth it.

I get massages everywhere I visit in the world and this place easily ranks in the top 3. I got the best seller Lomi Lomi, lymph and foot massage. The pressure was perfectly firm and loosened my very tense muscles while the long strokes lulled me into a deep relaxation. In addition, the staff is friendly, professional and detail oriented. Come here and you will not be disappointed.

My fiance and I got our first massage here and it was amazing. The owner and staff were so nice, helped us picked the scented oil we wanted to use, went over what pressure point to pay more attention to, overrall they provided us with excellent service. The massage was really nice and relaxing. Needless to say my fiance and I enjoyed it. At the end of the session they provided us water to rehydrate and small souvenirs for us to take home. They even walked us to the elevator and waited for the door to close. Just the little touches, made us feel extra special. We were able to choose the scent of the oil used in the massage and it was the best massage Ive ever gotten! Tucked away in an office building off the main drag of Waikiki, this day spa is so great, we ended up going twice during our stay. These ladies are kind, accommodating and strong! I’ve been to many high-end spas, and while this one may not be as luxurious as the others, it ranks high in my book in terms of service and quality. We will be back!

I had a 2-hour lomi lomi, lymphatic drainage, and foot massage with Chie, and wow, she did an amazing job! Honestly, Ive never had a better massage, and Ive had a lot of them!! I have dysfunction/pain in my upper cervical and thoracic regions due to a car accident. Ive also recently discovered (on my own, with no help from any of the many healthcare providers Ive seen) that my lymph is not draining properly, which causes additional problems with pain and other symptoms caused by toxicity. Chie found all the trigger points for my pain and had me draining within minutes of having her hands on me. This was truly a therapeutic massage, and as such, at times, it was painful... until the release. Then came the deep relaxation. I ended up falling asleep! In addition to the 5plus star massage with Chie, the general service and hospitality provided by her and the owner, Michiko, were second to none! Since I mentioned that the massage was painful at times, it is important to note that Chie was very aware of my reactions to her touch and checked in with me to see if I wanted more or less pressure and to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the experience. If youre considering a massage while you are in Waikiki, go ahead and make the appointment. Im so very glad that I did! ☺️

Wow. Michiko provided what was one of most thorough, intuitive and beneficial massages I have ever received. She addressed the areas I had indicated as painful or tight, and found lots of hidden treasures to work on as well! I chose a 90min lomi lomi massage, the 90 minutes begins when she begins massaging you, so you get a full 90 minutes of table time. The location is very professional, clean and charming. Located right in Waikiki it is also very accessible and easy to find. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience overall and am looking forward to my next visit to Honolulu so I can get another phenomenal massage!

The location is between Dior and Louis Vuitton -- you go inside the multi story building and up to the 7th floor.I got the 90 min massage and facial and It 👏 was 👏 everything 👏. Ive had massages all over the world and at different price points and I would say this was the overall best one Ive ever had.My therapist was Chie and she is the strongest lady ever. I always ask for deep pressure because I feel that most therapists are not hard enough but her medium was stronger than any other therapist Ive ever met. 🤣🤣🤣 Shes awesome.I would recommend her for people who do sports, enjoy theraguns and foam rolling, or just really need to get beat up (in a good way). Getting a massage at Luana Waikiki is the best way to start your Hawaiian vacation. I had a 90 mins deep tissue massage and head massage after traveling for 18 hours and it was the best decision ever. Chie is a fantastic therapist and Michiko gave a really warm welcome. I booked via email and it was super easy. The facilities are immaculate but what stands out the most is the incredible hospitality. You really feel that Michiko and team are looking out for you. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back when I am in Honolulu next.

I enjoyed an excellent Namikoshi Shiatsu treatment, which uses finger pressure. This hit exactly all the right spots to provide real relief from the muscular tension that had come back after I had a back spasm 5 years ago. I’m sure this treatment could also help in preparing for and recovering from the Honolulu Marathon or other intense activity. I enjoyed the feeling of relaxation and appreciated the friendly welcome and treatment with a unique Japanese flavor of aloha.

I was happy with the various hospitality such as foot baths, aromatherapy, and water provision.I chose the 90 minute Hawaiian massage Lomi Lomi & Lymph course. I thought it was good because it has a relaxing effect and detox.Lomi Lomi is a relaxing lymph massage that isnt too painful. I thought it was a well-balanced massage. I was happy that they adjusted the amount of force.Its also nice that you get $10 off on weekdays from 9:00-13:45.Its such a wonderful massage parlor that youll want to come back to again and again.

It is located on the 7th floor between LV and Dior.This is my first time doing Lomi Lomi, but it is an oil massage with strong surface pressure.The stiffness in your whole body will gradually melt away.Great for recovering from fatigue such as jet lag.Recommended🤙!

It was a truly magical experience for 60 minutes. The massage was done with just the right amount of pressure, and I felt like they paid close attention from start to finish. The facility was very clean and located on the 7th floor, so when I entered the massage room, the window was open and I was able to receive a more pleasant massage. It was located in the center of Waikiki so it was easy to access. I went into the same room as my husband and received a massage, and it was nice that they adjusted the end time as well. And they recognized us as newlyweds and provided us with various things, which was really nice :)

I wanted to get a massage in Hawaii, so I googled it and found it. It is located on the 7th floor of the building that houses DFS (closed as of 5/15/2022) across the street from the Royal Hawaiian Center. The owner is Japanese and welcomed us warmly even though it was the day of the trip. She was a very nice person and the massage was great. It is likely that everyone else can also speak Japanese. I want to go again next time I come to Hawaii.

When I arrived, I was greeted very friendly and filled out my medical record while enjoying a massage in the footbath. Just by touching my feet, I learned things I didnt know about myself, such as the quality of the muscles, and I went straight to the treatment room.It was a blissful hour that passed by in a relaxed mood from beginning to end.The atmosphere of the shop was very luxurious and nice.

We stayed in Waikiki for four days and came here twice it was so good! My wife and I got 90 minutes Lomi Lomi and it was honestly the best massages we’ve ever had. Not only were the massages the most relaxing we’ve ever had, the hospitality was fantastic! Michiko (owner) and her staff (Takamie and Chie) were so warm, friendly, and accommodating. They really ensured we had the most relaxing experience possible. They were so sweet!! Highly recommend coming here!!If you come to Hawaii, be sure to get a massage at Luana Waikiki!! (I recommend Lomi Lomi 90 minutes) We stayed for 4 nights and it was the best massage Ive ever had in my life, coming twice. It was a really friendly, clean, and comfortable experience. The price was reasonable and it was an unforgettable massage/service that made me want to give it more than 5 stars :)

I was introduced to this place by a friend who said it was really good. I received counseling about my physical condition and received a treatment tailored to me! The shiatsu is not too strong or too weak and feels very good. And my face looks refreshed even though it only takes a short time. I went there with my wife on our honeymoon. I felt like all the fatigue I had accumulated while traveling for several days was completely blown away. I had a 90-minute lymphatic massage, and I highly recommend it!It was done by a Japanese person, and it was the best because he focused on loosening up the knots!!

I was so tired from walking while traveling.My husband and I had a 90-minute lomi lomi massage. It was a very soft and relaxing massage, the shop was really clean, and the Japanese woman in charge of me (Im not sure if she was the owner) was so attentive and kind. Ill always remember this. I think this kind of shop should do well. I recommend it!!

I was tired from a long-distance flight, so I decided to get a massage first. I literally felt tired from head to toe. Its not a painful massage, its a very gentle massage. By applying the aroma oil, I was able to relax my tense shoulders and calves, so I was able to travel feeling lighter from the first day. Highly recommended!!

It was the best.I visited you right after I arrived on the plane. The swelling of the body will be reduced and the contours will become sharper. I was surprised that my stiff shoulders were cured.I want to go there again the next time I go to Honolulu.
