Luca is a healer - she totally fixed my neck and shoulders, and immediately could sense where my body was tense. My upper body was very messed up from the hotel bed and pillow the whole week.She was able to do a prenatal massage and I felt very safe the whole time.I also had a head massage and it was incredibly relaxing.I also liked the foot bath cleanse upon entering - quite nice after walking in the rain! Will absolutely be back to see her.

Luca was so well versed with the anatomy that she could tell right when she met me which body parts needed focus. I was truly impressed with her technique, professional knowledge, and truly felt anew after my 90 mins massage. The studio is located in a suite in an office building, the location is relatively central and easy to get to, and the space felt safe.

This is tucked away in a cute shopping plaza by the convention center. There are doctors and other business in the building. The masseuse was very kind and well trained. She started with a calming foot bath while we discussed the massage and my problem areas. The room is decorated so beautifully, I totally forgot I was in an office building. I purchased the two hour massage and mini facial and everything was perfect- very relaxing and just what I wanted!

Lomi Lomi was relaxing. I added the head massage which was not so fun. Pressure points actually hurt and my hair was left tied up from the massage so circular massage to my hair just twisted and pulled my hair and also hurt :(Ah well! Can’t win them all!

Luka was my masseuse, she was really amazing and listened to my needs. I know where to return when I visit Oahu again. Ray was the phone representative and he had excellent customer service. I was really grateful for his recommendations follow up.

I highly recommend Honua Therapeutic Massage. Luka was my therapist. She was amazing. She asked questions and was attentive to my needs. I visited her twice during my stay in Honolulu.I had an accident in 2016 and suffered from muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders. After my first massage I felt relief. After the second massage I no longer feel pain in my neck and shoulders.

Definitely recommend! Starting with the experience booking the massage, Ray was extremely polite and helpful. He answered any question I had and gave me all the information I needed, even before I knew I needed it.The massage therapist was amazing! She immediately made me feel comfortable and went over exactly what to expect. I was able to tailor what I wanted and even make changes to my choices during a short but comprehensive intake process.The actual massage was in a very relaxing private massage room, so there were no distractions or ambient noises to detract from the atmosphere. I had the 60 minute massage (due to time constraints on my part), but I could easily have gone for the 90 or 120 minute options otherwise.Hands down one of the best, most comfortable, and most relaxing experiences on the island! I received the 120 min Organic Tropical Renewal. The facial was amazing! Based on the website, I thought the foot scrub would be a little more substantial, but the massage and facial combination was still amazing. Luka was very friendly and attentive.

I was so impressed by how accommodating and how Ray worked to find times that would work for our group. He definitely went above and beyond. And their prices are so reasonable.

I am a massage therapist back at home. So I am familiar with protocol expectations etc. I had the 90 min lomi lomi massage. Let me say service is excellent. From calling you back, to leaving very detailed directions about how to get there. My therapists name was Chieko. She was very good and attentive during the session. And the small little extras make this an exceptional place foe a massage. Only thing i would change is also offer cream as well as oil for the massage. Prices extremely reasonable!

Without exaggeration Luka is by FAR the best masseuse I have ever had. After YEARS of neck pain and knots I started seeing Luka 1x a week. It has been about 2 months and for the first time in over 4 years I can see my hump on each side of my neck finally down. I do not have ANY neck pain anymore.Every session I have with her I can feel more and more progress. She has pointed out where the tension comes from that other massages have never focused on in the past.I dont care if your budget is higher than what they provide, this is going to be the best you can experience. She is a part of my weekly routine now and I cant imagine not seeing her.

I have had 6 long Honua massages over a period of two weeks (retreat vacation) and Yuko was just excellent; very detailed, sensitive, highly professional and kind. She could feel my body and helped me to get back to it after super-stressful 2015. I am like new now and definitely would strongly suggest the services. I would recommend a coconut oil as an add-on. The massage place is in a hotel room, but it is decorated with taste, secure, clean and very easy to walk from any area in Waikiki. The massage is definitely worth the money.

We visit family in Honolulu regularly. I take this opportunity to try a different massage location each time.Ive become too picky since becoming a massage therapist myself. This massage today was quite possibility the best Ive received and that says a lot coming from me. The little extra touches are so similar to the extra things I do for my massage clients. Honua Therapeutic Massage is a more than a massage, it’s an experience... from the gentle foot washing when you enter, to the peaceful and calm surroundings in the room. My therapist, Taeko communicated well with me throughout my session to make sure I was comfortable and getting what I needed. I get massages on a regular basis for neck issues, I will definitely go back and recommend them highly.

Excellent treatment. Prompt and detailed information at time of booking. Therapist on time and really appreciated that talking was kept to a minimum , except for feedback on comfort level. I will certainly return. A truly therapeutic treatment.

I tried the Lomi Lomi massage + the arms and hands add-on service on the tail end of our trip to Honolulu. This really did help me relax for our long flight home. Ray was communicative throughout the process and provided the most perfect instructions via text regarding driving directions, parking, etc. The services were top notch. The environment was serene and calming. I will definitely visit again when we go back to Honolulu.

That was by far the most amazing spa session Ive ever had. The facial was extremely gentle and the massage was relaxing to no ends. My boyfriend had a deep tissue massage and said that he has never felt more relaxed before. Tremendous!

The treatment is not painful and is perfect for people who like shiatsu and foot massage. I was worried about the tension in my daily work, but the therapist immediately understood and helped me loosen up. Also, the directions at the time of reservation and the day before were accurate and I was able to find my first place without any worries. Its an uneasy place in a room in an apartment, but it was nice to have solid support. I want to go again for 120 minutes. Theres also a Japanese-style cake shop and a rice ball shop next door to the same building that satisfies the taste buds of a Japanese convenience store.

You can enjoy a very pleasant Lomi Lomi in a private space.
