I have always been a fan of the drive through window technique it’s just extremely convenient for on the move people. I also have to say thanks to the folks who help facilitate this, I can imagine that it can get uncomfortable always serving out a cold open window, so thank you for your dedication and tenacity!

Friendly, clean and inviting. Staff is always really friendly and welcoming. I wish the location was a bit better and the parking wasnt such a pain, but thats nitpicking.

Beer selection is a good deal but its your generic found everywhere in east idaho stuff. Get some new castle and Ill become a weekly customer.

Love this store. Friendly, funny staff. I am a regular and sometimes they know what I smoke, so I dont even have to say anything lol.

I had the chicken quesadilla. I was a little nervous before getting my food, but wow, was I surprised. I loved my meal. Great food!I will be coming back here for food in the future. Great place for dates. They have other small food businesses right next to them. Should check them out!

This place has it all from cigarettes to kratom. Lovely service & always have what I need in stock.

The last time I was in here service was wonderful. Shawn was a very great summer service person. He helped the iamb when I need it and told me about or products that there was I bought a good to mount a product that I needed like cigarettes cigars vapes Shawn Bott in a very good employee.

I drive past 3 outher places I can get what I want to get to them and the worst thing I can say is Yo your bags need help.....Give them a chance. Great people

I love coming in when Ty is working! She’s so helpful and friendly! Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back besides being incredibly convenient with having the drive thru!

The people that work at all the stores are always friendly. The stores are always clean and organized. Their prices are much lower than other stores. Highly recommend.

Most tobacco connections are, ehh, ok. I gotta say I was actually pretty surprised with this one. It was clean and fully stocked. And the guy who helped me out is the person you want to introduce to someone who says bad people have tattoos. Dude was covered in crazy tattoos so it was hard to forget him, but he was super professional and answered my questions honestly. Thanks Shawn.

The ladies that work here are very kind and quite beautiful. Ready with a joke and something witty to say. Decent bargains as much as u can expect from a tobacco company. There are many extras like lighters beers and cigars by the box or individually wrapped. Ive never had a bad experience.

I went there today on 2/18/22 at about 7pm. I used the drive thru as I always do. I pulled up and asked the short brunette girl if they had a certain flavor of a brand, she hesitated then went and checked. She came back and said they were out. I then asked what they did have in stock for that brand. She huffed and replied “they’re all the way at the other end of the store.” Then she proceeded to say, “why don’t you just come into the store so I don’t have to keep walking back.” This makes no sense because she’d still have to walk to the other end because stick is behind the counter and the register is on the opposite end of the store. I said “I already knew what I wanted but you were out, I’m just asking what you don’t have in stock so I can choose.” I chose one and she brought them back. After rolling her eyes, being short with me, and disrespectful, she handed me my stuff back. They tell us to try the capes before we leave in case they don’t work. I did that and they usually take the boxes back to put in the trash. I waited at the window and she never came back. I tossed the boxes onto the ledge and drove to the front. When I entered the store, there was not a single customer inside. Instead, there were two employees behind the counter. This was extremely poor customer service. Both of them said it was an inconvenience to walk and check what they had in stock. The other employee was a taller big blonde. The disrespect and attitude was unnecessary from the beginning considering I’m a regular and was nice from the start. If you can’t deal with nice customers from the start, get a new job!

Always a great choice. Anna is in a bomb manager with expert hiring skills. She always manages to have the best crews that are always fun friendly and courteous. I wont complain about anything here. Even love tp utilize the drive up window.

Make sure to join their reward club for discounts.They also have a drive-thru.The cashier made a friend for life by offering my Aussie a treat. Now she recognizes when we pull into the lot.

Love this store and its employees. Fast, kind and can answer all of your questions in a patient and kind manner. They will not steer you in the wrong direction when asking about certain items. They do not try and up sell you. Honest straight forward emplyees that remember me and always greet me with a smile. Thats why I drive across town to go to this location.

These guys are just awful everytime I come in here, they dont care about you, they dont try to help, they just act like your doing something wrong when you come in, I will never be back, learn how to treat your customers

I freaking love tobacco connection so much! Im new to Idaho so Ive only been going to these locations for about 5 months now, and I am 100% satisfied with everything they have to offer! Extremely vast selection of products and prices are very reasonable.

They way overcharge for cartons of cigarettes. I bought for my husband.i dont smoke so I dont know what prices should be. They are way cheaper at Maverik!

Dirty floors, unkempt aisles. The employees were just gossiping and smoking amongst themselves. No greeting or help was offered. This is the closest tobacco store to me, but Ill be shot before I go here again.

Super nice lady. Open very early. Recent supply chain issues have been a concern but I will return.

Great customer service and best prices in town

Walked in today for the first time, and the 2 workers started screaming at me at the top of their voices. I think it was because i brought my son in with me, it was hard to hear what they were saying, its like they had no self control. If thats policy thats fine. I dont mean normal screaming, I mean like if there was a life or death emergency, top of their lungs. I could barely hear them cause they both start screaming so loud, and I hadnt even closed the door behind me yet. I guess they must smoke inside for it be like that? I have no idea. I turned around and walked out. Will never go back, that company has lost my business before I could even give it to them.

Great store, nice staff, but recently found the 30$ in butane I bought here to be about 4 months past the expiration date (when I bought it)

Staff is very friendly and its an affordable place to get your tobacco needs. They carry some of my favorite incense as well!Update: 2/3/23.. This is one of very few places you can buy Kratom, also CBD products for yourself and your pets! They have some cool stuff on displays, vape juices (even salt nic) and vapes & pods. Still great incense selection & now have come incense & different burners as well. As always, the convenient drive thru window! Super friendly staff, too! I will say Im bummed that for the last couple of years the hanging car fresheners just dont have as good or strong of scent as they used to. So I buy one & also the liquid spray freshener bottles and just spray the hanging one & it works pretty well! They also sell beer, sodas, water & energy drinks!Update 9/26/2023: This site has added a walk in humidor for cigars, and some new items throughout the store. Theyre the only place Ive seen Blunt Blast brand incense which is amazing for getting rid of all kinds of smells, but it smells out pretty darn fast! The other brands of incense are also amazing! You can also purchase Lottery tickets and lottery scratch off tickets here!

For being called tobacco connection and having a pipe on thier logo, they only have 4 bulk blends on hand, but have a whole wall dedicated to large bags of tobacco, a very small minority actually smokes that and a majority of pipe smokers buy bulk as it is much better... pretty upsetting. Staff also acted like they were running a bar, all over the place.

Sometimes they dont carry in their inventory items that I want. But staff is usually friendly and the prices are discounted compared to other stores.

I use to smoke but quite a long time ago, but I still go here I love the drive thru for lottery tickets and soda. Everyone here is super nice.
