I walked in the spa and she said she was busy, and she slammed the door on my face and I can’t believe she didn’t care about anything or about her business. I am never going back again

I’ve been using this shop for about 8 months now. Xing is Awesome! She is always pleasant, professional and kind. She provides a relaxing, rejuvenating and healing environment from the moment you arrive. Her massage is as good as any Ive experienced in my travels around the world. I highly recommend Xing for your next massage.

Stopped by for a 30min massage to relieve the tension in my neck. The lady came out and I could see she was working on a client. So I didnt expect an immediate appointment. I told her I needed a 30 min neck and upper back. She replied that shes busy. She didnt offer an alternative appointment time, she didnt ask if I could come back; she showed ZERO need for by business. I asked when she had availability. My question seemed to frustrate her. Im not begging anyone to support THEIR business. Im sure I can find a more customer focused spa.

May was amazing. She managed to find knots I didnt even know existed. I walked out a new person.
