This has been my go to place for the last three years. They are always so friendly and all knowledgeable on all their products . I have never asked them a question they couldn’t answer . I also love that anytime they may be out of my first choice they always know a comparison or something that was similar in another brand . Since their expansion they also started a loyalty program , you can build cash back from your purchases . Who doesn’t love a free vape ? Lol highly recommend this place!

I love going to Big Buffalo Vapor shop! They have a huge assortment of smoking essentials, from glassware to CBD and everything inbetween! So many e-juices to chose from. Im in heaven here! And its always clean, sharp, and smells amazing! 😁💨🤙💖

Its been over a year since i quit smoking-because i returned to my vape. But being away from calling for a couple years or more, things in the vaping world changed from when I first used them. To make a long story short, they have made vaping much easier with the Hyde and/or the Raz products in that I no longer have to add my own liquids and that all too often, would leak out. I wasnt sure how todays vapes compared in price though but I was pretty happy to find this store on the Rez selling one of the brands I used most, only changing it when my favorite wasnt available. I only comparison shopped at one or two other places on the Rez (and off the Rez) when I chose the Big Buffalo to be my store. The service is knowledgeable and great, the supply is usually great and they had the list prices of all the locations Ive visited.Until last week.While the service was still great, the supply fell way off when neither of the two vapes that I can buy without regret were out, one of which wont be back for maybe a month or longer. The one other product that the salesperson said is comparable in flavor was, you guessed it, also out of stock. Things like this happen and I left empty handed but vowing to return.I checked one last business on the Rez that I knew sold vapes more out of desperation than anything else. It was that move on my part that knocked the Big Buffalo right out of the competition. Not only did this other business have at least one of the vapes that I preferred, it was priced more than 50% less than what I had been paying for it at Big Buffalo and what I thought was some kind of a deal. Now I cannot say that Big Buffalo was aware of their price difference especially when so many of the other businesses selling vapes had their products priced in about the same amount. Therefore, I wont include an assumption like that to influence this review. However, I think it is fair to at least mention this incident because overall, the pricing issue didnt do them as much damage as it could have had their customer service and knowledge of the products they sell (non-vape items included) really pushed their score up. And should something happen to the place selling vapes at such a cut price, for whatever reason, and they were no longer able to remain in business, the Big Buffalo will be the doorstep that I will darken in order to procure one of the vapes I use and which will probably still be more expensive. Big Buffalo is where I cut my baby teeth in when I made my reentry into the vape scene and for that they will receive my unwaivering loyalty. i guess that will be the reason I choose not to hit the post button at the end of this review rather than five anyone a bad impression of this business because of me. Something that as the reader, you will never know that there ever was a review such as this written by yours truly.What a vicious cycle!

Great place! My new one stop shop for flower, oil, cigarettes and vapes! Great quality for great prices. The associates are so very kind and the guy helping me out was so patient while I changed my mind three times and couldnt make up my mind on something, etc. Never once did he complain, he was very polite and helpful. Made my experience even better because I didnt feel rushed. My friend has bought stuff from here that Ive taken part in and it is very good quality for every different strain they have. Lots of choices on edibles and other oil products and carts, and variety of nicotine vape products. Highly recommend this place!!Update: Returned after a brief vacation from smoking. They have added on to the business and have so much more to offer now. Check it out!

Had to drive to Boston from Illinois for work and found these guys on my way back. Ran out of juice on my 35hr round trip. Seems I vaped more than intended while sitting in a truck for that long lol. Saw the sign on the interstate and couldnt have been happier to find this place as I knew there was a ban. The guy who was there was more than helpful. Very polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If Im ever in the area again, I will for sure swing through just for the experience. Keep up the great work!!

Came in looking for a Hyde but unfortunately they were out of the flavor I was looking for, told them I didn’t want anything that had any type of minty flavor they showed me the monster bars witch I ended up getting strawberry lemonade and absolutely love it! Best place to get juice since the ban. Tax free, and 20$ as I write this per any juices that are 100ml, pretty straight forward and a good price overall. I think they should expand their selection a bit but they probably have what you need. Workers are pretty chill and are helpful, if youre going to the rez for juice, it should be here.

This was my first time visiting Big Buffalo Vapor. I was on the interstate and noticed their billboard! Cant said Ive ever pulled off somewhere because of a billboard but I needed coils so I decided to check it out. Very great customer service from start to finish and excellent knowledge/experience. The store is neat and well kept inside and out. Very satisfied customer!

I dont know if we caught the employees on a bad day or something but they were condescending and rude. We had questions, which they were happy to answer at first then our casual conversation and sarcasm started getting a bit condescending and he was cutting us off. Dont ask me if I have any questions then cut me off. I hope that wasnt the owner. What a letdown. That place has potential with the homemade juice and prices but they need nicer human beings interacting with customers.

SO happy to find this place, now that I cant get my flavored e-liquid online. I asked for 100% VG, he mixed it up while I waited with the flavor and nic level I requested. Very nice e-liquid with a great throat hit and a good amount of vapor. Highly recommended.

Woman behind the counter was extremely rude on the phone and when I got to the store she gave me the wrong coil after showing her my tank. I drove all the way back to exchange it and she was making disrespectful comments like You should know what kind of tank you have. They should know what kind of coil it was their the professionals lmao what happened to customers always right....if you want me to do your job at least give me your paycheck.

I stopped in for the first time the other day, and the place was busy. I was impressed with how busy it was and how quickly I was greeted. All my questions were answered, the staff is very knowledgeable. And the prices are incredible.

The men working there are very rude and not very helpful. They ignored me for 20 minutes after I walked in the door. Then after I got one mans attention he pervertedly started staring at a female customer who didnt even know she was being watched.

You know sal is a great guy but i cant base this on sal. I literally spend a fortune in there every time im there. At least 100 plus. I have bought several vapes from them and every bottle of juice i have ever smoked. My latest vape broke and was yet again in the market for another one. So into buffalo vape i went for the fifth one. They absolutely would not budge a bit on there price. after spending an obsurd amount of money with them every visit. i could have easly went on the internet and got everything for half the cost. But im an American and believe in supporting local businesses. Well guess what my next buy and every future buy will be online. You lost a lifetime customer that spends 100s with you on every visit over 20 bucks. Hey whatever. Your loss.
