Katy Thai Massage

I hate giving bad reviews especially because I work in this field. There was nothing Thai about Katy “Thai Massage”. I paid an extra $10 to get a deep tissue and felt like the lady just rubbed oil all over me. It was disappointing. The space, room and bed were decked out like it was supposed to be a Thai Massage. They even had handle bars. It was very upsetting that she didn’t do anything that was close to a Thai massage. I hope this brings it to the owner’s attention so that they can address this. $70 to get oil rubbed onto my body, was not worth it. I’m only giving it a 3 star because the lady was a least professional and kind.

My boyfriend had recently visited this massage parlor and regretted every second of it. I wish I could give 0 stars because it was a horrible experience. He goes in and is forced to pay upfront for the service. Okay fine no big deal. He only wanted a 30 minute regular massage. They kept telling him to pay more for deep tissue and a hour massage, which he didn’t want and they kept persisting. Once he went to the room he undressed and got the massage. It was decent at best but about 5-10 minutes the lady starts using her feet to massage him? Not even her hands like she couldn’t be bothered. After the massage he was getting ready to leave and she told him he was gonna have to pay more because it was a deep tissue even tho he told her multiple times only a regular massage like he initially paid for. She also told him to tip her as well and locked the door and grabbed his arm preventing him from leaving. It was the WORSE experience he has ever had when all he wanted was relief from back pain.

This was my first Thai massage. I called on a whim on July 4th and they were open. I got the deep tissue 1-hour and it went so fast. It was intense and it felt great. I wasn’t sure what it would be like when she walked on my back and legs, but it was really good and the pressure was like I’d never experienced. I thought the price was really fair and I will definitely return!

Do not cone to this place. My massage was ok, but when it was time to leave the lady was trying to force to pay a tip of $20. She pulled out my cc receipt and said she could add it. I was very upset. I had a tip in cash and she said it was enough. That was very unprofessional and made me feel I cannot trust this place. Dont waste your time.

The Thai massage was very average compared to where I usually go to )Therapeutic Thai Massage of Katy)It was hard to communicate because of the broken English.After the service I tipped but the lady told me no to change my tip. Like umm ma’am a tip is an option and the service was horrible. If you want gratuity you need to add it to your price when you checked me out( which was upon arrival).-facility uses suave lotion for massages- facilities charges you as soon as you walk in then adds on prices to your service once you check out.

I called and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and said sure we’ll get you in right now come on . I arrived and I explained to the lady what I wanted she said pay $60 cash now that it’s the owners policy and not hers. I bet she is one of the owners. I have never been to a place that demands payment before services except maybe a wellness plan that’s paid in advance for perks or cost savings. She tried to help me but every time I asked what type of massage would I be getting could it be sports massage or deep tissue she just kept pointing to the 8x10 menu posted on the wall and the price kept going up. There was no way I was going to pay in advance for services that she herself is having a hard time explaining to me. I thanked her and left. I wish I would have read the other reviews before wasting my trip there but at least I found another massage place down the road.

For my first time it was fine. They are really straight forward with the 20% tip so please expect that. She explained that the divide the tips between ALL workers. Island was great and very attentive to my needs. I was a walk in and was well received.

My wife and I live close to Thai Katy Massage so we thought we would give it a try. We did a couples massage and we really enjoyed it. The facility was clean, professional, and the massage was very nice. For us to spend the money for a massage is a big treat, so a good experience is important. My wife and I agreed it was a fantastic experience and the fastest hour we have ever spent...As the saying goes, Time flies when your having fun. I highly recommend going there. I did not catch the name of the ladies that gave us our massage, but everything was just right: hot towels with eucalyptus, relaxing atmosphere, perfect pressure, and talented feet.I do agree with another post in regards to tipping...I handed them $15.00 as a tip for the $120.00 couples massage, I was quickly advised, accompanied by a puzzled look, that it was a minimum $20% tip so I handed them another $5.00 to make it an even $20.00, which satisfied the demand and they became gracious and thankful. I did not take it personal, and was not offended, but the request was a little direct and demanding. I still recommend them.

My experience here has been a very pleasant one. The business conducts itself professionally. The environment inside is very clean and relaxing. The staff has been very kind to me and accommodating. Ive had a great massage experience here.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I went there just the other day and there were no issues. The only thing I can think of is that people are getting confused on which massage place in Katy they are reviewing. My experience here was great and I have always been sceptical of massage places but this place here was great. I had been sore from traveling and stressed so I stopped by this place and my experience was great I would say honestly the best massage ever! You will pay upfront but come on stop being petty people- doing a massage for an hour is hard work so don’t review so harshly. The place was clean and the people were friendly and again the massage was great.

The best ever, not my first time..but I totally loved it...will be back in a couple of months. Jay was awesome the 1st time and Melissa was great awesome .... I definitely recommend

I normally dont write reviews but stay far away from this place. When I walked in I was prompted right away to pay, which was a first for me. I went ahead and paid and tipped upfront. The girl who greeted me (she had tattoos on her arm) lead me into a room and told me to undress and someone would knock when ready. I was surprised when I saw her come back in. She proceeded to start my massage and after about 5 minutes she removed my entire towel exposing my whole backside. I froze immediately in shock. For the next 20 minutes I received mostly a butt massage. Then things turned even worse I could tell she was messing with something the entire time... then all of a sudden she was talking on the phone. Everything horrible ran through my head like shes been taking pictures or facetiming. I literally was in tears but in shock and couldnt move or think. I felt so violated. As soon as I saw her on phone she quickly left the room. this experience has completely ruined my thoughts the past couple of days. She totally violated my body and exposed me while on the phone the entire time. Please if anyone is reading this please choose a different place so you wont go through what I did.

+5 for the sweetheart of a girl that does the massage, -2 stars for the manager (? The one with tattoos) She does insist you tip first which I only think hurts the tips cause you really dont have anything to go off of, and she will ask you to add $10 to whatever youd planned on tipping. Had I been allowed to tip after the massage I would have probably gone higher based on the massage, but I dont carry cash and wasnt going to have my card run again. Maybe on the next visit Ill pay card for the service and tip cash to the therapist directly

This place is horrible!!DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!Multiple issues. As many have said they ask you to pay first. I get plenty of massages and this was a first. Secondly they do not have massage tables, it is a bed. I had doubts at that point but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Than the front lady who took my money was my massager. She began, similar to another review she pulled my panties down and massaged my bootie with her elbow. Seemed weird and was not relaxing. I lifted my head up and the lady was on her phone. She immediately said just my screen saver. I got up and told her this is weird and we are stopping this massage. I than said I want a refund and she kept saying just my screen saver. I have no clue if this lady took pictures of me or not. I will be reporting them on Monday. I did get a refund but feel extremely violated. My only fault here is I read some but not all the reviews. This place may do more than just a massage and I was not trying to find out!!! CLOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT

If there was a such thing as a zero star thats exactly what I would rate this place. I have never been to a place and been so unhappy and disappointed. First off, they make you pay before your massage upfront. I was very annoyed since I didnt even know if i would like the service. Second, the massage was horrible. In fact there was nothing thai, Swedish, or relaxing about it. The lady was punching me in my shoulder blades, and I came out of my massage in more pain then when i did coming in. Then the lady basically begged for a $20 tip she really didnt deserve and was rude about it. I ended up giving her a $12 tip and I just left. Im never going back. Do yourself a favor and book a massage somewhere else, because they dont care about the customer, only money.

I have been here a few times and have really enjoyed the massage. The place is clean and yes, you must pay for your massage up front. I always pay with CC and tip in cash. I see a few negative reviews on here but I have had no bad experiences.

I went there for the first time and had Lisa. I paid for one hour but after my time was up I paid for another hour. The service was great. My back feels good and I’m very relaxed. Thank you

Lisa is the best, the first time I went it was really good I felt relaxed after. I came back after a few months and it was much better. She’s exceeding great customer service. Will be back soon

KT Thai is a great massage establishment. It is clean and comfortable. Very friendly and knowledgeable therapists.

I dont how people write those negative reviews but oh well I guess everyone is free to express their feelings but in my opinion they were very good and professional

Horrible service an not worth it was forced to pay a tip atop the payment for the massage not the experience I had at other places . I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
