Massage Envy

I went to this location and was completely ripped off. I booked a 90-minute massage, but the therapist was about 8 months pregnant. While I have nothing against pregnant women, it was clear that she couldnt perform the massage effectively due to her condition. She was struggling to get through it, and it was evident that she was limited by her situation. The management should have assigned someone else for the massage and given her a less intensive task.I visited on Fathers Day weekend, and after my disappointing experience, I called to complain. However, the manager never called me back. The service was expensive, and I didnt get what I paid for. I left highly disappointed on what should have been a special day. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I usually go to Milk and Honey in River Oaks, where the service never disappoints. I will never go back to massage envy again.

I do NOT recommend this location AT ALL. The manager and trust me I use this word VERY loosely has not idea about customer service nor do I feel she should even be in this role. I went in for a massage about a month ago bc my daughter bought me a gift card for a massage. I tried them out and the girl begged me to join the membership. I explained to her that my daughter would be paying for my membership and that I would bring her the card information at my next visit. She stated this was fine but I needed to place a card on file and I could change it when I came. Ok cool, fast forward to this past Saturday. This is when I am scheduled for a new appointment. Mind you this same week 3 seperate people contacted me about the card information and I told them I would be in Saturday to give it to them. NOBODY said this was an issue or would not work. I get to the appointment and this manager is there to tell me she has cancelled my appointment. without contacting me and I drove 30 mins to this location. She was unprofessional and RUDE. She as well as the 3 other staff are incompetent and do not communicate. The funny part is she claimed they keep notes, well if that was the case why couldnt you read in mine that what was going on? Especially since I told it to 3 seperate people. Now I have a coupon I havent used and a gift card I dont want. How do I get my money back and go to somewhere better. NEVER use this company. EVER! I have also called and left messages to the customer relations department and I have not spoken to 1 person.

Great service over the phone to make an appointment and courteous service upon arrival.My deep tissue massage was okay. The masseuse could have applied more pressure to work out the stress in my muscles.

Every time I visit, I have a great massage!! Check out Brianna she is awesome!

I am a Massage Envy member and love it. This particular location has cancelled 4 of my appointments with out notice. One time I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, went to the front desk and told me they were going to have to reschedule me. I had an appointment tonight at 7:30pm and was called at 7pm to tell me that they had to cancel. I’m fed up with this location. I’ll go to Cinco Ranch from now on.

Never consider going here. Unprofessional. Such a racist attitude shown by the people to customer. Eventhough walked in even after knowing they have a cancelled appointment and me being OK to dovk out 10 my.. Still rejected serviceGo where good custom experience you get.

My husband and I love coming here to get our monthly massage and relax! The therapists have always listened and focused on our areas of concern, while always making us feel super comfortable! The front desk team is warm and welcoming! I recommend this Massage Envy location to anyone wanting to relax and get tension worked out!

I use to work her in 2019 but due to a sudden family emergency I had to move back out of state. This is the best place to get massages in the Katy area and I still think about this place to this day! I miss all my co workers and my manager Zack! He was understanding and easy to work for! They are so many skilled therapists that work there that and any problem you have will get worked out!

Highly recommend! I have had the most amazing experience at this location. I come here for my massage/facials and sometimes for microderm treatments as well. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I love the membership and always take advantage of their gift card specials around the holiday time.

I simply am very grateful to this location. Kate is an amazing therapist. Actually awesome. Zach always work with my schedule when I call with so much tiredness and need immediate massage, he helps me get in as quickly as possible. I have been their client since last 2 years now and have tried almost all of their therapists and went there last year during my pregnancy also for my prenatal massages, all of them are very professional and excellent in what they do. I love going there every time to get my body relaxed and ready for the next challenge in life!

So disappointed. I asked for specifically for my neck to be massaged and the therapist literally acted like she didnt know where my neck was.Also, you pay for an hour and you get 50 minutes at best.I was a therapist years ago and the quality of massage at this place is not good. It has been years since I have given a massage and I truly feel I can give a much better massage than what you get at Massage Envy.Always shorted on time, therapist doesnt listen or know how to give a great massage.This is the fast food chain of massage. So sad...

Jay was an absolute specialist at massaging the kinks and knots out of my muscles.I wish he was an Octopus, because 8 hands would be better then 2.I had full mobility of my neck and upper back after destroying my muscles in the gym .Ask for Jay. Hes an encyclopedia of knowledge and will carry a convo with you the entire time

A member at Massage Envy since 2018. The entire staff is friendly and all the masseuse there are great at what they do! I always feel relaxed after a 60 to 120 min massage!

I had been experiencing alot of pain and sore muscles and came in here for a 60 minute massage. I was so relaxed and rejuvenated. Very clean and welcoming environment. Hosts were very kind. My masseuse was gentle and got all the tweaks undone.

I came in today and had Serenity. She was not good at all I couldnt enjoy the massage at all. It hurt so I didnt even enjoy the massage today. She did the massage too hard and just kept hurting me! That was the worst massage ever I do not recommend!!

I was exteremely impressed with the service here. It was very simple to get signed up and get into the massage. It’s very awesome to get greeted by a great front office and leave with a smile on your face. This was my first massage ever and I was mind blown - Maria really thought me a lot and explained what I was doing that was causing my back pain.Very happy I tried this place and will be coming back for sure!!

I have been coming to this Massage Envy for over a year and I absolutely love it! I started with a membership of one monthly service when I was pregnant and came for prenatal massages. This location did a great job hiring massage therapists and esthetician, every one i have had has been excellent. I always feel so relaxed and rejuvenated when I am finished with my services. Two of my favorite therapists are Mandy, a massage therapist and Aika an esthetician who does facials. These ladies are AMAZING. The front desk staff is super helpful and always follow up with appointment reminders and credit updates. This location also does super cool parties for guests. I’ve been to two of their “masquerade” parties and they are great! I will continue enjoying this location for my future massages and facials!

My massage with Mandy was AMAZING!!!! I felt so relaxed the rest of the day and my back felt a great deal better!! When i come in to the clinic, not only do i feel welcome; i am also treated with the option of water or tea every visit.

This is the place to go!! The front desk is so welcoming and helpful! Deanna is an amazing therapist! I have bulging discs, as well as, some other back injuries which cause my muscles to ache on a regular basis. Deanna was able to help release a ton of tension in my back and give me advice on how to continue my recovery!

I had an amazing experience. Laura is the best masseuse hands down. She’s friendly, kind, considerate, hardworking, funny, and most importantly skilled! Thank you for an amazing and relaxing experience. It was just what I needed. Definitely going back!

Was able to book a massage within 24 hours of my call. Curtis took very good care of me, during my 1.5 hr massage. He got several very tense muscles to relax, and I felt so much better! Going back in two weeks!!

I was so excited but left disappointed. The girl kept walking away from the table and there was no extra attention to the areas we discussed. It felt nice but wasnt therapeutic. I was clear my feet bother me and i have plantar fasciitis. Overall it was lacking. May try another therapist or location

This place is fraud. Do not sign up for a membership, even after the year is up it is nearly impossible to cancel. I am so frustrated with massage envy firethorne.

If youre a Therapist looking for work I highly recommend applying here, they really care about their employees. I cant say the same about all locations but this one is definitely a good one to work for!

Great way to get the knots that i get from stress and work. Some of the therapists actually listen to you and massage the areas that you tell them really need to be stretched out. Others do what they want.

They dont know how to accommodate customers.
