Wouldn’t rate even 1 star if i’d had a chance 0. I have trigger points on my back and need massage every week. They accepted me first and then found excuses every time i try to book again. One day somebody from another saloon called and asked me to come to their studio since the therapists finger in Soul Massage Katy get tired with deep tissue massage try to heal the trigger points🤦‍♀️ so they are only looking for easy money without giving an effort.I booked my app online and ehen i stopped by they said they are busy🤦‍♀️So they definitely choose clients which is unacceptable for me. One day you might be in that situation, so pls don’t even try. I really don’t want those type of people have the business, so sad.

Massage Therapists are very professional. Place is very clean and neat. They have skin department and weight loss programs

This place is a complete joke! Went in for a 90 minute and was told no so settled for 1 hour. It was a disaster asked for more pressure and she couldnt. Michelle was her name and she is horrible.

It was such an amazing experience so relaxing. My shoulders and neck are relieved，I enjoyed the relaxation!

The website allowed me to book a 9am appt for my wife. They dont open till 10am.
