This is by far THE BEST vape store i have ever been too. 1st time my wife and i went in was about a week and a half ago. And ive already came back a dozen more times to buy stuff just from them. Prices are great (since you get 60ml instead of 30 like most stores) the staff by far THE FRIENDLIEST, they make sure to take time to listen, explain, and offer by what you tell them. The store is always in great condition and atmosphere is awesome (makes you just wanna play table tennis or chill on the couch). If you are ever in the market to find a vape shop or looking for a new place, THIS IS THE ONE TO GO TO, HANDS DOWN!! I am super sad im moving, wish i could take this entire store with me.

This place seems to be great but naw and I should have known better when it was just me there. I bought a vape and I tried it in the store and soon as I left and got home after a couple more puffs it was burnt. I took it back and was told sorry once you step outside you would have to buy another. I said oh no that’s it for me will never go back and will never recommend this place to nobody. I mean the way he said it, i could see if it was 3 days I just got it and I mean even buying one half off.

Best vape shop hands down! The customer service is phenomenal. They take their time with you especially for newbies! I love to stop at this one when i leave work or wait until i can come to this location. Dwayne and Martin are my favorites. You can tell they enjoy their job. Sometimes if they aren’t there i will come back weird i know. (Everyone is great) but they are awesome!!

Time flies! Ive been coming here for about three years now. I cant imagine going any where else for my ecig necessities. Dwayne (the GM) has become a friend. Whether youre greeted by Dwayne, Zach, or other associates, the greeting is friendly with a warm handshake, every time. Each staff member is knowledgeable and can answer questions you didnt even know you had. The facility is always clean from the storefront to the bathrooms. I love that they provide entertainment. The vibe of the store is relaxing and inviting. The pricing of products is fair and they often have things in stock that other electronic cigarette stores do not. They are current and consistent. The rewards program is beneficial. This store and the staff make you feel at home, which is why I keep coming back. Excellent job, yall! See yall next week :)

After hearing multiple glowing reviews of this place from my girlfriend and friends, I decided to check it out today.I walked in and was instantly greeted by two gentlemen who didnt just say hey, welcome, but rather welcomed me in with handshakes and a personal greeting. First thing they wanted to know was how my day was going! Not a what do you need?... You instantly feel welcomed.Dwayne was happy to help me understand how different coils work with my tank/mod combo best, so I was able to make an informed decision. Needing new juice, Dwayne helped me pick some new juices he recommended, and Im absolutely loving this first one.My girlfriend has been coming here for a year now and has always had a pleasant experience. She also commends Dwayne!The prices are a bit average, compared to other vape shops Ive been to. Maybe its the particular juices that I purchased, but I wasnt too impressed with my final ring up figure. However, they do have lots of promos and specials that I was told to watch out for.Overall experience, 5 Stars. Im almost reluctant to include the price part because its the only negative, and I only include it because I like it when reviewers mention the prices, too.Id highly recommend this place. The staff are extremely friendly, informative, and helpful, making you WANT to come back soon! Ill definitely be a loyal customer.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years now. I keep meaning to sit down and write a review but I’m glad I waited.The first time I went in I was met by two gentleman both introducing themselves ( I’m horrible with names ) and a handshake by both.Their knowledge and customer service is better than any other store I’ve ever been to, not just vape shops either.Every time I’ve been in they’ve always asked how my day has been and what I’m doing for the weekend or holidays.I went in the day after my fiancée proposed, and they ask how wedding planning is going every time I go in. I love love love this place.This just popped up on my timeline and I knew exactly where he was talking about. Great job guys!

Amazing shop to start off! Never been disappointed everything single time I go to buy either juices or mods. The service is impeccable! I can honestly say without a doubt it is the best vape shop in all of Katy and is easily far ahead of the other shops. Also to give a specific acknowledgement, Dwayne is the reason I keep going back I have not yet to be discouraged in this shop and will continue to recommend forever vapes BECAUSE of him!!

Im fairly new to vaping and I was worried that my device was performing poorly because it has been leaking slightly. When I stopped in, I had the intention of buying a new tank. Dwayne reassured me that I have been experiencing a normal and minor leak. Instead of trying to sell me several things, he suggested that I continue normal use and contact the shop if I continue having any issues. Overall, the shop is nice and I will definitely be coming back to buy juice and ask questions in the future!!

Forever Vapes is the only place I go to for my vape needs. Their staff is knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you may have about your mod or what to know before you buy. Their prices are great and very fair and I have never felt like I am being taken advantage of in terms of price. The customer service is one of the primary reasons that keeps me returning aside from fair prices and Dwayne is the man to go to.

Good people always love a place when they know who you are as soon as you walk in the door. Things have changed in the last year turn over limited product its sad. I used to pass so many on my way there do to there good customer service. Now stay away dont really have anything good to say its a shame. The guys who run the shop are great. Unlike other vape shops where the employees are either cocky and arrogant, or just really have no clue, these guys are extremely down to earth and make you feel extremely comfortable. They are knowledgeable and are more than willing to answer questions you have. They dont hard sell nor do they make you feel like they know so much and youre a noob with no clue. Ive been to several vape shops around the Greater Houston area, and this one in Katy is by far the best in my opinion.

Great experience. I got a mew vape pod there, and some juices. Service was awesome, friendly guy working there, nice clean store. And had the products that I needed. The prices in vape stores are always more expensive then online, but that’s what you gotta pay when you need something immediately. And the prices were not overpriced like they are sr some other places.

This place is well set up. They always have the supplies and flavor I need. That being said, I feel that the prices are not the best ones. Very good pricing but I am sure they could do better. Also, some of the people who go there need to find some other place to go as they are really giving this great place a bad reputation. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and take the time to find the right products to fit your needs.

By far my favorite vape shop. Selection is not overwhelming as they only carry flavors worth buying and the shop itself is a super chill place. Dwayne and Martin are very knowledgable and have taught me a lot. If you havent checked out Forever Vapes Katy its definitely worth the trip.

I dont know where to start. I had no clue about vaping, didnt know anything. Dwayne, helped me pick out a good vaping mod! Even took his time to built one for me, showed me how to built one. But Im just surprised how he took his time, and I can tell he is passionate about his work. The whole time he went into details, what to do, what not to do. How to clean it. I can honestly go all day! So much respect for him! Its hard to find ppl like Dwayne nowadays. Im a bartender and I go with customer service! He went beyond it. You earned my business sir! Love the guys that work here! They are always super helpful. They know what theyre talking about and the products Ive gotten here are always exactly what I wanted and work great. The one time I had something not work properly the manager was super helpful and even replaced it for me.

Easily the Greatest Vape shop Ive ever been to. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in being an expert on all things vape/E-Cig related. Rebuilds are done with intense precision, All juices are premium name brand (nothing made in a closet in the back room, Gross), and all merchandise is quality equipment, not to mention the prices are amazing for what you get! Any questions you ask are answered and explained. Stopped in here on a whim. GREAT place! Lets face it. Most vape shops are the same. Couple guys selling the same stuff...maybe they have some house blends, but the contents of the store doesnt really vary from shop to shop. What makes a good vape shop IMO is the people there! My girlfriend and I were met at the door, shown around the shop. Given a couple samples and even got turned into a new premium liquid brand. When Were in the area well be back for sure!

I was very new to vaping and this shop was very close by to where I live. So went in and it was great! They are extremely knowledgeable about everything possible regarded to vaping. The staff is friendly even time I go there, and I will keep going back!!

Had previously purchased a battery thereWent back for addional ones. Was told were out to come back the next day . I did he had not come back from the warehouse. Asked to come back in 1 hr. Did and there were other customers so waited my turn .20 min later was told didnt have any and was going to get any. He was abrupt and short with me. This place had so much smoke you couldnt see the door. People playing pool in back , rap music with profanity loudly playing.Very unprofessional and will not recommend this place ever again.

Lost drip tip and decided to buy a new one. they gave me a new one without charging me a cent. they bought my loyalty with their one act of kindness. they seem to be more about the love of vaping than about making a profit,.

Worst customer services ever. Walk in and want greeted at all. The workers was too busy chitchatting with other customer who seem to be underage. Everything was over price. $24 for a 20ml juice and $15 for a 15ml juice. Ive been to a lot of vape shop and premium juice arent that expensive.Some kid that was working there, dont remember his name, but he was meixcan for sure. Told me that he had Authentic Little Boy RDA, when I went to check it out, it was a clone and was trying to sell it for $55.

Sold me a iStick 30watts for $70. Next day the thing stop working, came back to ask for exchange. Turns out all sales was final. Even though it wasnt my fault the thing got damage. Then the worker there try to offer my another with the sale price. These little kids are hustling everyone.

Bought an IPV4 D2. Had trouble with the charging plug and came back. His advice was I should have gotten a charger with it! Well no one told me when I got the item I needed, but he sure offered to sell me one or another MOD after spending almost $80 on this one which was so over priced! Ma I suggest if u want real help go to the shop on the other side of 99!
