Gave 5 stars previously for the 10% discount option, you know a store is having issues if they’re giving you a 10% discount just for a 5 star review- ARTIFICIALLY INFLATING how good/competitive the store really is. I’ve been shopping there for over 5 years easily 15-25k I have spent at this location and one other Pineapple Xpress chain stores. They’ve raised prices on everything- and simply THEY ARE NOT COMPETETIVE with their pricing st all, I’ll drive 20 mins to save 30$ anyday of the week. Exact item I usually got went from being 150-160( depending on the brand) now both of those options are 180$ after taxes, not willing to work/haggle the price even 10$ for a loyal customer who you see regularly…..Even the guy at the counter and I quote verbatim “ Sorry man I know you, I know you’re in our system I can see what you’ve purchased I know you’re a good customer, but they( I assume he meant management or owner) got really strict about stuff like that”.When my phone wouldn’t let me login to my google account he wouldn’t even let me get the discount go home to do the review , instead of having to go home get on my computer figure out why my phones acting up- Despite his acknowledgment that “I know you , I know you’re a good customer” spent 10s of thousands at their two locations (mainly this one but they’re all the same because it’s a chain store smoke shop-. I know another store 20min away I get the exact same thing I just got told was 180, is 150$ after taxes like 160+. No jumping through hoops for loyal customers. I’m gonna say now what I told your cashier- you guys lost a customer. Last time I’ll step foot in that place, only reason would be when throwing a party and a rando asks where the nearest smoke shop is, only saving grace about this shop is it doesn’t close at 10-11pm like most shops, they’re open til midnight and they do honestly have a good/wide variety of various products to choose from, so if it’s late and you don’t care about paying extra then bam this is your smoke shop, other than that nah I’m a 5+ year customer turning my back on this company, and no it’s not due to inflation/increased material costs, legit two weeks ago I was at my preferred smoke shop and the product was listed exactly 26$ cheaper after taxes.

This place will sell you a used product and then not refund you for it. They’ll tell you that you broke the “seal” even when the product doesn’t even have a seal. They’ll even charge your card without your authorization. Just save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I came here about 2 months ago and I was so impressed because when I told the cute chicks working here that the item I wanted to buy was priced much higher than id ever seen it. After that they actually ended up price matching for me! It saved me A LOT of money and they told me they will do it anytime, almost like it was store policy. It was price $55 and it got knocked down to its standard price of $40 which made me so happy after my long drive to get there! Been coming here for a year now. They all knew me, very frequent shopper. 2 times I had a problem. Today was a loss of $30 and last time $20. Today they lost a solid customer. Why bother being loyal if they won’t help in return?
I have been here many times. They have a wide variety of products for a reasonable price. I purchased a battery and on the first use it tasted like a metallic burn. I lowered the voltage to the lowest and still the same effect. I tried it out on my old battery and problem solved. When I explained this to them, they said it should not taste burnt and I cant return or exchange even though they recommended I buy it three days ago. Its unfortunate that I am hesitant to return to the store after a $20 faulty battery purchase.

I usually come in here once and a blue moon and the employees are pretty friendly and helpful making suggestions for kratom products.Today 10/07 I visited and there was nobody else but me in the store, the young lady behind the counter seemed upset that I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted and was not interested in making any suggestions.Tone was rude as if me not knowing was wasting her time.Would of made a purchase if not for the kid behind the counter who can’t believe folks can’t determine what they would like from the 30 plus products on the shelf with vague names and definitions.0/10 customer service, I get it’s a hourly job at a smoke shop but your job is to help folks make a purchase.

Sold me a counterfeit (fake) elfbar. Told them on two occasions and proved it several ways. As far as I know, theyre still selling them because the products were still on the shelf last I saw. Also refused me a refund. Even though the fake devices could have anything in them, they dont seem to care about potential harm to their customers enough to take fake ones down and sell the real thing...who knows where the fakes came from.. so avoid this place!

TLDR Version - Just go down the street to Rock N Roll It by I 10. WAY bigger store, more product selection, and much better customer service.Mid grade customer service... Basically every vape shop in a 5 mile radius has 4.5 or higher rating so the current 4.8 rating doesnt really mean too much apparently. They sell individual pods out of the manufacturers packaging. I bought a 4 pack of pods and got home and realized there were only 2 in the pack. I went back the next week and told them they shorted me two pods. its not necessarily about the monetary value but more about the principal. They could have easily just given me two pods; however, the two employees working on 9/22 (afternoon), one appearing to be the manager, proceeded to give me every excuse on how and why they couldnt do anything about it. I understand that, but the way they turned things around on me and their tone didnt sit well with me. The guy who rung me up previously was actually working. They asked did the person who rung me up check? Obviously they didnt. I had used them multiple times for juice, pods, etc.
Had a good experience they had what I was looking. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back

I live in fawn lake in old Katy and I stopped by the Pineapple Express here on Katy fort bend and I bought a 3.5 gram ghost thc-a and delta 9 disposable the flavor was amazing and I would highly recommend stopping by and shopping for yourself.
I want to say I appreciate you Johnathan for calling me back to assist me with my vape issue. My issue was I was under the impression that my vapes were faulty when I just didn’t know that there was a certain way to make the vape work. So the only thing I would say is maybe when people come in and get this type of vape, they should be instructed on how to use them. Again, thank you so much for calling me to help me and I will definitely be back!!
I described what I was looking for to the nice people working here and bought on their recommendation. I realized that they got it wrong when two stop lights away from the store, so I turned around and went back to exchange my closed package for what I wanted. They would not allow me to exchange because the sign on the door says no exchanges. This was 10 minutes later. Will try to contact owner and update if remedied.

Not to mention they literally have everything you need for whatever it is you’re into. It feels like the Wal-Mart of smoke shops! And I’ve always lived in a big city! If you’re in the area or just passing through, you owe it to yourself to hop off the freeway and check it out for yourself…if your into that kind of stuff.

I never do reviews but the experience there was perfect I had someone named Humberto really help me out with trying to find the exact thing I was looking for. He was extremely patient and showed no signs of rushing or getting out of the convo I definitely recommend Humberto again.
I bought a pen in December, came in in March and asked about what we could do,because was heating my cartridges and what i could do about the problem. Both employees,were helpful and even gave me a free mask because i forgot mine. Sorry i forgot their names ;( handled the situation very well and professionally. They even troubleshot the pen to see if they could fix it.My go to place.

Awful customer service and complete scams. Sold me two bunk vapes and a broken hookah and wouldn’t exchange them despite me showing that both vapes were duds BEFORE even leaving the shop. The reps sat there pretending as if they couldn’t just swap the vapes out. Just be careful and understand that they will sell you terrible or faulty equipment and not help you out after scamming you.

Totally think the people here are amazing in personality. I went in today to purchase a healthier alternative to smoking hookah. I was told the items I wanted contains CBD in it so I thought i’d give it a try. When I got home, I showed it to my cousins. They noticed that the that the product stated that it only contains tobacco. Don’t get me wrong, I should have doubled checked to make sure HOWEVER, if you’re running a business, please inform your staff to be knowledgeable of the items they are selling.So I call the store, talk to the dude who sold it to me. He informs me that there is something that can be worked out, “let’s see what we can work out” were his exact words. So I drive down there an hour later to “see what we could work out”. We (cousin and I) walk in, there’s a new guy at the counter (not the gentleman who sold me the item). I ask him if the worker before him is still at the store. The new worker informs me that the guy has left and asks how he can help. So I explain to him the situation and he goes on to say “well we can’t return tobacco products”.... okay. I totally get that yet I spoke with the gentleman before and got thing squared away. I explain this all to the guy currently helping me who informed me he was new and that the owners were on vacation so there was no way for him to get the information he (this new worker/hire) needed to help me. I asked him if he could call the man who helped me prior and he told me he couldn’t. Another customer walked in as I was chatting with this new worker/hire and his attention completely drifted to the new customer. I just think the entire situation was rude. I could have been told over the phone by the gentleman who sold me the product that he was leaving at 6 or to come back tomorrow OR!!! tell the new hire to expect me and inform him of the situation or tell me to come back tomorrow. I’m just frustrated and because of the amazing first experience I had with two of the guys working (one of which sold me this product) I’ll give this a 2. One for cleanliness of the facility and one for the products sold there.I have edited this review for grammar purposes and to re-rate the experience as this has still not been addressed.

Iv been coming to this vape show for a couple years now, and i’v with all honesty have had a amazing experience each time. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful. This was one of the first shops I came to and I have been here numerous time after that.
Bought their Cheech Titanium pipe. After the first use, the bubbler wouldn’t unscrew from the pipe. I took it back to the store because it was completely unusable. The guy at the counter had to use pliers to get it unscrewed. This completely dented and scratched the pipe. Instead of offering a replacement pipe because they sold a defective one, I was given the same scratched up pipe back.The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the guy at the counter is cool but the store policy is horrible. If you sell a product that turns out to be defective, it is good business practice to replace said item with a new one.
Wow!!! This place has the finest stuff. They have everything you could ask for in a smoke shop. I walked in and I was treated like a king. The service here is outstanding. The representative showed me everything I asked for. This was a one stop shop for me. I would definetly recommend this store to anyone. If your looking for the best of the best this is the place no doubt!
While not the Best prices, they aren’t unreasonable either. Hunter was friendly and helpful. Good selection and open late.

Neil was amazing!! I came in for a broken ecig he helped me fix it and sold me on this great new ecig!! Had a great personality! This place is sketchy. Wishy washy staff. I’ve had better experiences with this business, but lately the staff has been sub par. Always attempting to sell me things I don’t want, or things that are low quality. It’s annoying. I’m not patronizing this place anymore.
Courteous staff, good selection of different brands and a larger variety since its a smoke shop and sells vape gear. The first place I bought Delta8 was here in a concentrate pen. I had a ton of questions and they answered almost all of them . Its the closest to my house as well. So where do u go at 10pm and you just got home from work to find out the dog knocked over the rig and broke your e-nail. These guys are open later and the fact they are I Ktown..... check them out. Honestly one of the best smoke/vape shops Ive been to. They always have a good selection of items and the employees really seem to know their stuff. Also the prices are the lowest Ive seen in the Katy area.
I was given the wrong item and they refuse to take it back. Package was NOT open and I had my receipt. The clerk told me sorry we dont do exchanges. I told him but you guys gave me the wrong item. He argued with me about it so i just left. This place will not longer have my business.
Was about to get on a bus right down the block from this place. Went in and said I needed a cheap vaporizer, my only requirement was that it worked in some capacity for my 2 hour bus ride. I asked specifically for one with a charge ready to go and was assured the one I was sold worked. I was offered the upsell but took it to simply mean the salesperson understood my needs in purchasing a cheap penOne hour later Im on the bus. Pen hasnt worked and shows no indication of charging. Some internet searches later and yeah the pen never worked or held a charge as indicated by the lights which I guess this store decided to overlook. I am ok spending $20 on a cheap vape that wont last with an upcharge. Im disappointed that I articulated my needs to the store and they essentially promised something blindly. A simple check of the pen and they wouldve (hopefully) recognized the error and not sold it to me. The sheer fact that I was explicitly told X, seemingly with no real assessment just out of interest to make a few bucks, and then received Y from a purchase that otherwise wouldve already garnered profit for the store.This type of hawkish salespersonship is objectively the type of thing I avoid when purchasing at this type of store and Id strongly advise AVOIDING this store at all costs. They either lack the fundamental knowledge essential for advising customers or are so focused on a quick upsell that they are not even planning for the possibility of a returning customer. Even if youre like me and simply wanting a cheap pen en route to the bus stop I encourage you to seek out a competitor (there are plenty in the area although not the same exit) or just save your money altogether.EDIT: Seems there are plenty of similar reviews and this place is notorious for desperate attempts to upsell highway travellers. To clarify, I was not sold the $7 pen that only worked for a few hours. This is what I wanted! I was instead sold a $20 pen that never worked and according to the company website is completely ruined and will never work again.

Not one to complain but.... I bought a e cig kit and it had missing items. I called and asked about it and they said nope nothing is missing. Clearly on the online and on the box itself it said it comes with a cartridge. But all they could respond was no it does not. I buy these little throw always all the time. I know what to expect. That’s mighty bummy of them. Crumbs away I’ll never stop again and check open boxes
