Still Smokin Smoke Shop & Vape Bar & CBD & Kratom

I had my vape for 3 months and it was rarely used. It broke 3 times. Then the shop owner basically yelled at me over the phone (because his workers didnt usually work there so I had to talk to the owner who sold me the mod) telling me that I was the one breaking it and he wasnt going to keep fixing it if I was going to keep breaking it (also, he would sell me replacement parts when he fixed so it wasnt for free). I decided to go to another shop after that and found out my vape was fake. Also the batteries were fake and known to explode (plenty of online articles supporting that). I went to the Kanger website to verify. Vape was fake and the serial number was used over 60k times (first time being in 2015). Also learned I was over charged for an older model (which again was fake). Was charged $70 and it sells online for $25. Now I know better. He took advantage of someone who knew nothing about Vapes. Please do not buy fake products from this store.

Great service. And I do mean Great. Responded to my text via FB Messenger and had what I wanted in stock. Within the hour I had my vape juice and fresh coils. Thanks again!

* So update on this review...I gave them another chance after initially going in and not being given my discount. The guy working there came up with prices on the spot and charged me what he wanted, then didnt give me the discount. I wrote up a bad review stating this and Nathan (the owner) called me and promised Id get the discount if I went in again. And he asked me to edit my review...so I did.Giving them another shot, I went in again. They use a rewards system and I had gotten an email stating I had 3 offers I could use - 10% off, 15% off and 20% off. I opted to use the 15% discount and save the 20% discount for a future purchase I told her Id be back next week for. Lo and behold...no discount was given. The total cost that I paid was more than I expected and she didnt even give me a receipt of what I bought, just my credit card receipt. So theres no way to know what price she decided to charge me per item. And no price stickers on the items I bought, so apparently there are no set prices here and they just charge you want they think you will pay.DONT GO HERE! Theres another place on Mason thats WAY BETTER!Nathan, The store owner we originally met and dealt with (a younger guy) was great. Very personable and polite and just a cool guy.He truly believes in customer service and wants to make sure his customers are happy.

This is a very nice store. The Rewards program is excellent and well done. Further for having just a small counter for Vape products its fully stocked with the best stuff. Kratom prices are very good as well.

Felt welcomed my first time being there. It is nice and quiet, I was greeted at the door by a man who was polite, and even offered a drink. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. I would recommend they have alot of different stuff there for vaping and smoking. Literally everything.i have been to many smoke shops around katy and this is one of the better ones. I would recommend. Definitely returning.

Walked in hesitant with what I wanted and doubtful of a lot of misanswered questions. Brandy was very helpful, she exceeded my expectations and was able to answer my questions with a knowledgeable answer. Still smokin is now my new favorite smoke shop!

Went in on turkey day and the store was very clean and well organized with a huge selection of everything. Tracey was very nice and knowledgeable of the stuff I was looking for. Next time Im in the area this will be my spot!

This shop is my go to for vape accessories and Kratoms. Hands down this shop always has the best deals in Katy and thats no lie. The store owner is a real stand up dude and Brittany is awesome too. They always make sure to keep my favorite Kratom capsules in stock and will always work with you on cutting you the very best deal possible. Came in at 2:26 pm and it is closed, no one is even here or in the parking lot. On top of that every time I come to the store the lady is always prioritizing talking to customers or on a call not caring that there is a line of people waiting.
