I went in not knowing what I wanted. I took forever and had a million and one questions. Seth was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I didn’t feel rushed, he was very knowledgeable about every juice I asked about. Hes definitely the nicest worker I’ve interacted with yet.

This shop has always met my needs with wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, with the new laws being put into place, they’re unable to order harm reduction products. Our government is leaving us with the option to purchase cigarettes, or refillable vapes which are more easily modified which can cause harm. Please sign the petition to rectify this ban on the safer, disposable vapes!

Ive had a good experience at this place, but I think they could improve by keeping more coils stocked and not pressuring customers to switch nicotine levels. Moving forward, I might explore other options for purchasing juice.

Im 64 years old. I was having a problem with burnt hits. I wasnt sure if it was my mod settings or the coil. I have an Aegis X mod and I was thinking of getting a new mod. I went in to One Stop and explained the problem. They reset my mod and changed my coil. It works great now and I didnt have to buy a new mod. Check them out! They are knowledgeable and courteous. Great place to shop for gifts too!

The employees have seen me twice and remember me and exactly what I want and what I purchased previously and ask about how I liked the item purchased. The employees are great at memorizing each customer and their preference of items to purchase

Says that delta 8 vapes are illegal even though it is completely legal and there are several other stores selling it. They dont even know the laws hahaha.
