We have been going to this store for over a year now. Everyone that works at this shop is very nice and informative about their products. I have been to some other shops in the area and I can say without a single doubt these guys are the best!

👍🙃☺️😊 Cudos to this store for having the variety that they keep on shelves.. Particularly to the bucket/basket they have on sale.. Not to mentioned the knowledge and friendliness of the two gentlemen I spoke to on my visit.. They made me feel very comfortable from the moment I got there.. I even got to chit-chat for a bit.. (more like 30 min.. lol.. ) Thank you gentlemen! Now I know where Ill be shopping for my vape juice and supplies once Im done relocating to the area🙃🙃😊😊

Used to be a regular at the 98 location but lately it seems it has gone down hill. None of the original crew for that location is there anymore and A lot of times I go up there when they’re supposed to be open and they’re not. One time the worker was standing right outside the door and said they’re opening late again. The next day I went back and they opened on time the SAME GUY was there and I said “oh I didn’t know if you were opening on time and he said “we always open at 10” uhhh no you don’t!!! There’s also a blonde lady there that’s not friendly at all, always has an attitude, and makes you seem like you’re a burden on her for walking in.

Visited for the first time about an hour ago, 1 gentleman working and he was awesome. Gave me a few suggestions, answered all my questions. Inventory is great. Got a new tank some different flavors and Im super happy with the tank he recommended. Will definitely be back, check these guys out!

The couple working here are clueless. Never know what the correct coil is needed or what to even recommend to their customers and best bet they are just as clueless to the products they sell. I miss the other guy. Me n my husband have been coming here for 2 years and always had great customer service. The couple working there now are complete idiots and are not customer friendly at all. Today was the last straw ill certainly be taking my money elsewhere

Could not meet 2 nicer people. Every time you walk through the door, even if they are working with someone, they say hello and let you know they will help you shortly. Every time my boyfriend and I go we have a great experience. Nice, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They always let us know what is new and what is not working. They take the time to get to know what you want and need from the products you are looking at. We have never left the store not feeling appreciated and are always invited to come back.

This place has great customer service, and always has the things I need. I chose this place over many other shops of the same industry due to this.They do not carry for every brand out there, and not many businesses carry every brand there is in there respective markets. So if they do not have what you are looking for it is unfortunate, however the services they do offer are exceptional, the store is always clean and well organized, and it is always a peaceful and satisfying experience or transaction. Which is why I am rating 5 stars and would recommend to anybody they can service or even people who may actually want to switch to the products they cover for their exceptional service.

Underrated vape shop, staff is so chill and the stock is seriously goodIve been able to reliably go here for several years now and always had an excellent experience, highly recommend

Customer service is wonderful. Employees are always honest and helpful with outstanding personalities. Ive been to several shops in different areas and none of them compare to Ohm Life. Plenty of choices whether it comes down to hardware or flavors. I would recommend this shop to anyone who loves to vape.

I have been coming to Ohm Life for over a year now and have consistently been nothing but happy with the shop and staff. Always greeted friendly when I come in, always helpful with any questions no matter how big or small, and always treated like a friend. The staff wants you to feel welcome and are willing to help in any way they can to make sure their customers are happy and get what will make them happy with their vaping experience. The gentleman suggested a different tank than what I had been using, I was happy with my old tank, but what he suggested was spot on and I am so much happier with the new one! Switched from smok to falcon, both good tanks, but he listened to my concerns and knew what would be best for my usage.Thank you guys, Ill keep coming back when Im in town!

The guy in the daytime knows his stuff and is very nice. Really cool art ( he did a lot of it). I like going here. Reasonable prices and helpful. I think his name is Justin. Keep the day guy happy!

I have been there twice and had to opportunity to deal with the two nest knowledgeable sales guys that I have ever dealt with like ever. I explained to them how I smoked for 30 + years and I would like to cut down and they helped me decide what would be best for me and I have been cigarette free for going on 2 weeks so thank you so much.

Ive been going here for a year now always great service and prices and variety. When I called to ask about my mod not working Sara walked me through some troubleshooting. When that didnt work she told me to come in. She helped me pick out a better mod, and taught me how to maintain it. Awesome awesome awesome. Sara is the bestest.

Great experience here at Ohm. The gentleman assisted me in finding the right solution for what I needed. Very helpful and friendly. Tested the device to ensure I knew how to use it as well. Left knowing if I had any question I can ask any time. Ill be coming back to Ohm from now on. Thank you for your customer service.

Went into Ohm Life in the worst mood today. My mod broke and I was in absolute distress. Sara was an absolute angel and saved the day! She helped me pick a mod that would last and gave me a great price on it! I would recommend going to this place for great service and prices! Thanks Sara! You made my day :)

My husband and I visit here weekly. Recently they had a sale on our favorite vapor flavor which was devastating! Thankfully the guy behind the counter offered to see if the owner had more somewhere and put them aside for us! Was super stoked. Great service and friendly!

I used to like the customer service untill I got hung up on after trying to be persuaded to come into the store when I asked about disposable vapes and the different flavors. So I appreciate it very much. Possibly lost a loyal customer.

I was extremely impressed with the service and selection! I told the salesperson that I needed a inexpensive short term vape because I had already ordered a new one and my backup died. He directed me to the SMOK Vape pen 22 for only $25 dollers with no attempt to over sell me. I would highly recommend this shop!

I have vaped now for 1 year. After dipping for 7 years. Havent dipped since. This place has been heaven for me and my friends. I have been to alot of places and this is hands down the best place for vaping. Great staff, a vast amount of mods and tanks and man oh man. I have never seen so much juice in one store...AND..they have the best prices...THE BEST. Will never shop anywhere else.

Normally they are awesome but I showed up on Sunday at 10:58 (they open at 11) and waited over 20 minutes for anyone to arrive and unlock the door. No one ever came to open the location

Went here a bit before they opened to pick up some juice before work. Opened on time, had my go to nic salt in stock and for half the price as my normal store. Will be coming back.

Huge selection and the best prices for primo juices in Lakeland! Justin was a huge help letting me smell the different types and letting me decide. I shall definitely be back very soon!

This is now my go to place for any vape supplies or juice. They have a good point system for rewards like dollar bottles of 60 ml juice. Comfortable couches in a nice big TV. Good hangout spot.

I would leave 0 stars but it won’t allow me to. The people at this place are extremely rude and disrespectful. I called them to see about getting a refund and getting the same item I bought since the one I got from them was broken. The response I got from the rude lady was that they couldn’t do anything about it. I was extremely unsatisfied since I had just bought the item yesterday and it was apparently a wast of money since they can’t manage to give their customers items that actually work! Worst customer service ever. Don’t go here unless you want to throw your money away and get treated awful.

One stop shop for vape and juices. They have it all. Staff was helpful in selecting juices, prices are a bit high but Its expected. All in all its a very nice shop and my go to when I need something quick.
