Multiple highlights for this store!First and foremost is Terri, the girl that works there most of the time I go in. Shes knowledgeable about product, down to earth, and super friendly. She really is the highlight of my visit.Second is layout, everything is laid out nicely and the options are endless.Third, this store is CLEAN and organized.Also, prices are very reasonable.I love that its only a few blocks from my house.

Exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from Terrie. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and with a smile. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a positive experience. I left feeling valued as a customer and confident in their commitment to satisfaction. Five stars all the way!

This place has really respectful employees and I see Emily all the time working fast and helping everyone with everything. She always makes sure to explain things with great knowledge to me making sure I am getting what I wanted.

I had a great experience at this smoke shop there was a super nice girl named Emiley was very helpful and was able to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. I will most definitely be coming back to this store it’s always nice seeing great attitudes and someone who is nothing but helpful .

I dont really do reviews but this morning the lady named Terry helped me tremendously, she was so informative and kind. She made the place very welcoming, its nice to know theres a smoke shop that cares and takes the time to listen to their customers thank you terry 👍

They have a wide Selection of vape and tobacco related products at very reasonable prices.The staff is always courteous and very responsive to assist customers. A+ job.Thank You!

I am SO GLAD I found this little gem! I just left this smoke shop, which is already shocking considering it’s almost 9:30pm. I walked in expecting to find your typical smoke shop, walls lined with shelves contains juices and a couple of cool pieces, maybe some CND gummies if I was lucky. But you guys! This place is way more than that! When I walked through the door, I made a beeline straight to the vape juices. It was like tunnel vision. It wasn’t until I paid for my items and turned around when I first noticed just how much this store has inside it! They even have a huge line of juices that is their brand (it’s called Fogworks and they have quite possibly every flavor you can imagine and some go up to 24mgs). On one side it’s vape stuff, other side is smoke stuff. It’s almost overwhelming! I’ve never seen such a huge variety of everything you might ever need. I didn’t even get pics of their cases of pieces, sorry! The guy who helped me (his name is Brandon and deserves a raise lol) is so incredibly well versed in all of the products I discussed with him. He’s super knowledgeable about everything. Brandon, thanks so much for answering all my questions, and for knowing so much. FYI, I went home, cleaned my tank and changed my coil and gave Dont Care Bear a try, and it may be my new favorite! Seriously, give this place a try. They are open late, have a loyalty program, and have great staff! See ya soon!

Honestly haven’t been more disappointed in a shop in a long time I have spent around $2-300 here maybe a little more over the past year went in and got a piece the other day and asked if they had any other bangers they didn’t okay whatever only reason I had asked was because one had shattered before from almost nothing well I had my third one in 6 months sharer called and asked if there’s anything we can do or maybe just get titanium ones nothing at all sorry I CANNOT AND WILL not bother was what I was told pretty much probably won’t be coming back EVER

I showed up at 9am which is when they’re supposed to be open and the girl had just showed up! Keep in mind they open at nine, and the girl gave me nothing but an attitude

Had a couple of bad elf bars, but returned a couple weeks later and let the employees know. While they couldn’t give me a refund as it is store policy, Skyler went above the call of duty to get me my receipt from a few weeks back, and the number for the elf bar company so I can get my moneys worth. You will get a good deal here, and if not the employees do their best to make it right. Salt of the earth people, and great smoke shop.

This place is AMAZING! They have some of the best prices and inventory! One of the employees that usually helps me out is named Terri! 10/10 she deserves a raise! Shes very knowledgeable and sweet ☺️ If youre looking for a new vape shop, I would recommend!

This is my new regular smoke shop. Bought two beautiful pieces from here already, one for me and one for a friend. Brandon is so chill and answered all questions we had and was ready to show us anything we had our eye on. Liz is super knowledgeable and will help you find the best and correct stuff that you need - and will show you things you never thought you would need. This place makes other smoke shops around here look dusty and I give big props to the owners, Liz, and Brandon. You can tell effort is really put in to running this place and I dont see myself going to another shop anytime soon.

Best experience Ive had with a vape shop! Staff is knowledgeable and doesnt try to upsell or rip you off. If they dont know something, theyll honestly tell you that and thats the right way to do things. Definitely wont be going anywhere else from now on.

The other day as soon as I got to work I dropped my vape and my glass shattered. While panicking I found this Gem right down the road from my work and I believe her name was Liz helped me so quickly and just listened to what I needed and did everything she could to make it work. And she did I made it to work on time and she made my morning better. 5 Stars it was the best customer service and they have great collection of inventory. Thank you again.

This place really doesn’t even deserve the time it takes to write a bad review but I’ve never experienced such inappropriate and disrespectful service from anyone anywhere until I came in here to browse around with a friend and this crazy looking girl behind the counter made us so uncomfortable and basically threatened us out of the store because she didn’t like that I asked her to give me a minute to look around and figure out what I wanted to get (she was hovering and acting like I wasn’t supposed to be there) just overall a super dark and trashy vibe from this place do not recommended, they also carry expired and unregulated goods and sell them for discounted prices. Bought a 22$ bowl from you guys a few days ago. bong was sitting on the floor today and accidentally nudged the bowl out with my foot and the bowl fell a whopping three inches and broke. paid for the “thicker glass”. such a rip off.
