Best prices around too. Your info is logged into their system, so when u return for a new coil or juice.. They know exactly what your into and what coil u need for ya vape.

Little more expensive than some other vape shops I have been to but you get what you pay for. They always have what I need in stock. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful with a wide range of knowledge in the vaping world

I stopped in here because I was from out of town, and it was the closest vape shop to my location. I am so glad I did. The juice selection was beyond anything Ive seen in my home city, and they have every type of coil imaginable. The prices were awesome too! They had exactly what I needed to get my vape going again, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me determine what I needed. If Im back in Lakewood, I know where Im stopping!

Good selection, average prices. The guy that helped was friendly and personable. From the outside it doesnt look open but it is very much so. Oddly, they still have plastic dividers up and he was wearing a mask. To each their own though.

Awesome staff! Knowledgeable, friendly, and they keep the store clean. This is my go to place for a variety of juices and disposable vapes, and for any questions I have about my vape. I didnt even buy my vape at this shop but this one gentleman just knew exactly what my problem was, and he was able to fix it. I seriously recommend this place!...More than a year later, I am still coming to Vap-O-Rama. I still stand by my recommendation of this company. ❤️ 👍

Very knowledgeable staff and a huge amount of reasonably priced juices.They always have what I need even for old school RDA users like myself.Always a couple people working so you rarely have to wait. One of the better vape shops Ive been to.

I will never visit this establishment ever again, and I encourage you not to waste your time either. I literally just stood in their store for about 12 mins and was never even acknowledged. There was some weird emo girl behind the counter. Then she finally says who was next, and immediately goes to the white couple at the counter, still no acknowledgement whatsoever. Horrible customer service and an extremely small selection. Looks as if their going out of business or at least they should.

This was the spot for me to go for any vape questions i would need to ask.. honestly I tried to ask afew of the clerks but there was only one employee that made me feel like he had the answers and if he didnt he did his best to come up with a useful answer of some kind or point me in the right direction. They have a large variety of juices, many different flavors and brands ranging from low to high prices. But the prices arent a big deal because they have the best prices in town, 10% off juice and most of the juice is on sale (around $15-$18 for a 30ml of high quality stuff). I come in at least 2-4 times per week to get new flavors and the recommendations I get from the employees get me hooked on flavors for weeks!especially recently, Ive been having lots of problems with the quality of the aspire triton coils and Megan actually listened to my concerns and pointed me in the right direction of another more high quality coil which so far has been working out great! I even bought the regular triton coil at a different ohm (.3 to a .5 last visit) and she said to come back in if I experience trouble with it again, I am going back but the coil quality isnt their fault it is aspires fault. I was really quite impressed that I was sold some products and then told to come in if I had a problem; they really care about your vaping experience and want to help make it a positive one.I used to only come in at the later hours of day due to my busier schedule and there was a Caucasian male with brown hair whod be working and he was so friendly; always throwing these flavors at me to try and though it was close to closing time he didnt seem to have a single problem with taking the time to help me out it was a really neat customer service experience. now I come in at all hours of the day and Im glad to see that almost all of the employees are just as superb. keep it up guys I recommend you to all of my friends!

I bought two vape kits (same kit). One worked fine and the other was trash. It turned off on my co-worker (both were gifts) several times throughout the day, didnt hit nearly as well as the other ( again same kit), and leaked a couple of times throughout the day. I came back to exchange it for a better brand (didnt want to chance it again with more of the same), and was treated like a liar.The employee said he had to see it being defective... When the hit turns off like that its a wiring defect that will only happen randomly until it gets worse over time. It will. The tank, as luck will have it, didnt didnt leak in front of him, and the hit didnt drop (fml)...I told him Id buy something better then and there as these mods obviously have issues and he only smirked while obnoxiously repeating himself that he had to see it be defective. It was that smirk you see when someone thinks youre full of &%#@ and trying to pull something over on someone, and is told him Id upgrade to a more expensive unit!It feels nasty to be treated like that - especially when they make it so obvious with their tone.Rude guy and crappy situation, I get the need to be wary, I do. People may not remember your name but theyll never forget how you make them feel.

Good selection and prices. There are a few staff members who dont seem to know what Im talking about when it comes to simple, common items but mostly theyre great.

Sold me juice that had an expiration date of 5 months ago! Not to mention the bottle was really dusty and the store was pretty dirty. I will say though, they do have a big selection, I just wish they go rid of their old juice instead of trying to sell it to us customers! If you shop here, just make sure to check the expiration date.

Good prices...2 100ml bottles of PNW brands for $30...Knowledgeable staff, great selection and not the typical d-bags working that think because they know more than you they have to try and make u feel dumb. Not that here.Dont u hate when someone making minimum wage gives u that...what you dont know look that says their smarter than you.Sorry...nothing against people that work minimum wage. I work two jobs to keep going just hate the rude ones that typically work at these and weed stores.

The prices were $3 more than the other two shops close by, and that was after a 10%off sale!!

Great customer service! Took the time to show me how to set up my vape for the first time and was great at recommending different flavors. Also let me know that I could call or come in if I was having any problems.

I broke the bubble glass on my tank [picture shown], rushed over there as sort of an emergency 20 minutes before closing. The employee there was quick to act, gave me a nice discount on coils too.

I just wanted to share that all of the guys and females that work here are amazing I purchased a geek vape product that started to short out and even though unbeknownst to me they had a 7-Day in-store policy, they immediately switched out the mod without any hassle whatsoever! I would give them a 0 star if that was a option. The staff were rude the prices were high. I saw a female stuff member smoking outside in front of the shop. They obviously arent all about the vape. It truly disgust me to go into a vapor store and smelle nasty smoke from cigarettes. I will never go back !🤢🤮

Hella friendly staff, and super knowledgeable. Plus you cant beat the constant deals they have going on. If youre not just mixing your own this is the place to go for affordable and tasty vape juice.

I would never go there again people are very rude, they would not explain what type of nicotine levels were in that you said juice, and a lot of people were very frustrated with the customer service. I would just recommend going somewhere else because they are going to waste your time and money, and probably drive you up the wall LOL onto the next

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times, and they never have any products I ask for. Mainly just a juice shop. Only carry one brand of cotton!! And they sold me an expensive juice that taste like sh!t.

Very pleasant experience! Tarae helped me select a vape unit that is just perfect. Went to a lot of other shops in Tacoma, lakewood, seattle but none let me try their product prior to purchasing. the vape unit that I purchase was the Sigelei 213, it was one of the more expensive product but well worth the money. I have a kangertech pen at home that is absolutely garbage compare to this one. the kangertech is very inconsistent, has spit back, and burn hits. The Sigelei on the other hand is smooth, no spit back, and smoke cloud is very good.Hopefully this review helps others who are trying to quit smoking. Give this shop a visit, you wont be disappointed. I know Ill be coming back here.-Van

Ive tried a lot of vape shops and keep coming back to this place. The staff is hella cool and they offer great deals on juice, prices on many devices are OK but I found the same one I bought here way cheaper online.

Always helpful/ personable and they also always have what I need in stock, I dont even bother going anywhere else.

This place has great prices I would normally spend $25 on a bottle of Vape juice I got the same vape juice two bottles for twenty bucks cant beat that Ill be going here from now on

I gave it a four stars because when I went there I needed a replacement glass piece for my smok V8 stick and they didnt have it they only had the baby Beast tfv8 which was a little disappointment but I mean customer service was excellent they were still able to help me out whether it wasnt the right size it still gets me through the day

I usually visit the University Place location, but this one has a greater selection of devices. It can get pretty busy for one person to be running it, however, if your patient you will receive the utmost service.

Came in here looking for a vape similar to my OLD Aspire Breeze, got recommended a Caliburn and they NAILED IT! Staff knows their stuff and was super helpful!

Staff are always friendly and each one knowledgeable. Prices are far better than surrounding stores.

They are knowledgeable and friendly they are always ready to help with a recommendation lots of choices and really good prices.

Prices are a little high compared to online prices, but for the convenience and service its definitely worth it, I used to only shop vape equipment and juices online, these guys are now my go to vape shop.

Sold me two bottles of liquid that expired in March. I bought them last week. In October. Didnt think I needed to make sure the liquid I bought in October wasnt 6 months past its expiration date. I wont be back.
