The perm services were fine - but the haircut was so bad we had to immediately drive somewhere else to fix it.I could not believe how blunt and unfinished my son’s hair turned out. Be aware if you have sons, take them to a real barber. Not a salon. Don’t bring your boys here for perms and cuts!!!!

Went in for a massage and hair appointment. Left feeling relaxed, and looking like a whole new me. Absolutely enjoyed my time there and will definitely go again if I can.

My husband bought me the indulgence package and it was well worth the money. Spent 3 hours feeling pampered. My favorite part was my facial with Kelly Ireland. She was knowledgeable and helped me understand the importance of good skin care. I added the microderm treatment, and plan to follow up monthly to help improve current skin issues.

I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. Before this appointment I had not been there.My hair stylist was great. She helped me pick out what I wanted for my hair and then she did an amazing job. She even cut off 8 inches of my hair before she styled it.Then my make up stylist did what I wanted because I needed to get through the day without sweating all over the place. I wanted a natural look . She did amazing. I loved all of it.My daughters was my bridesmaid and she also had her hair done. Wonderful job for all of us. Everyone was happy with their hair and they looked fabulous.

Kylie did a great job with my hair cut! Everyone was super friendly and the salon was tidy and smelled great.

Ive had my hair done at multiple places and I always regret it. I gave it a shot at Irelands and had my hair done by Crystal and I loved it. Crystal is the only hairdresser I trust. She is so incredibly talented and always gives me better than I expect! While you wait they offer you drinks too. Its a big place and its decorated real nicely.

I only get my hair cut and colored about twice a year. With that being said, it’s a lot of work for the stylist. This is the second time I’ve seen Samantha and she does an amazing job! Highlights and toner before and all over cut and color today. She is highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Meghan for over 15 years once every two weeks and would never go anywhere else. She’s amazing and no one can do what she does. I love Irelands, it’s always clean and everyone is nice. I’ve never had a issue with anything. I live in Columbus now and still choose to drive down to Lancaster for my bi-weekly cut.

Love that you can book an appointment online! Nice facility with well trained staff. Tyler was my stylist and she was knowledgeable and friendly. She did a wonderful consultation before shampooing and cutting and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. I scheduled my next appointment while at checkout and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you Tyler for making me feel like a million bucks- I love my new bob cut ♡

Always love how my hair looks & feels after coming here! I’m awful about booking haircuts far ahead so I am usually with a different stylist each time, and they are all professional and well-trained. Today I was with Olivia and she did a great job!!!

I went to Brooke for hair and nails for the second time a couple of weeks ago. She does an amazing job!!I moved back in Nov. and decided to try Irelands, even though it is 50 minutes away, as they were the most comparable in services that I could find to my old salon. With the drive. I wasnt 100% sold after the first visit. But, after tons of complements on my hair, including my husband of 21 years telling me my hair looks better than it ever has, I would have to say I have found my stylist and salon!

It took me 7 years to find someone who gave me the cut I was looking for! Coming from a salon in Cincinnati, I am very picky about my haircuts; and, I finally found that up here in a young, new stylist in Tyler! She listened, paid attention, took her time, and went over her cut with detail --- and I walked out a very happy woman --- twice now! Even tho Im moving back to Cincinnati, I still made an appointment to see Tyler in 6 weeks! Shes worth the 2 hour drive --- trust me!!!

Im gonna be honest... Ive gone to Irelands on and off for years. I recently went in there for them to get my hair back to blonde (it turned a little green after being purple for a year). I wanted a balayage but the stylist seemed hesitant because of the green tones in my hair, so she offered to try to get the green out and then reschedule for the balayage, which I was fine with. I told them before my appointment that it had turned green after I used developer to strip the purple from my hair. I was then told that they were going to do a malibu color correcting treatment on my hair, which Im familiar with, so I was okay with it. However, when they were applying the treatment to my hair, I found out they were using developer again! Again, this was after I already told them that that was what caused the green in the first place! They charged me $80 for a service I did myself initally for $5. They wanted me to schedule more and more appointments to get the green out, it would probably cost me $400 all together just for them to put developer and toner in my hair! I left with my hair green, blonde, and pink because of the toner they used (which didnt work anyways). And they didnt cut my hair either because there wasnt enough time! I figured if you were gonna mess my hair up that much, you could at least cut it! Now Im getting ready to go on vacation soon and I have to fix this myself. Im disappointed because Ive always enjoyed my experience here, but I probably wont be returning to this salon because of this experience.

I got my hair colored and cut there yesterday. My stylist (Morgan) was very personable and knowledgeable. You wear your 😷 to protect yourself and your stylist especially since you are within the 6foot distancing space. I will probably go back. Irelands offers manicures, pedicures, hydrotherapy, wraps and other services.

My first time visiting this salon and I was very disappointed. I came for a cut a color. I had a piture of both the color and cut I wanted and neither came at what was pictured. The cut was clearly angled and she cut it all same length. It also had choppy layers and she hardly put in any layers. I even kept telling her the cut was angled and layered but still didnt cut it that way. I have had the same haircut done at Great clips and it turned out great. I would expected more for $150

Patches of hair not dyed and very yellow still weeks later even though i was told it would get better with washes. Was specific about what I needed when I called and scheduled bc platinum blonde isnt every hair dressers thing. They scheduled me with a young lady that said she had only done it once before. I asked her why they scheduled me with her when I made it clear what my appt was for and the young lady said I dont know. This isnt my first bad experience but my second and I will not be back. Didnt even call bc I do not want gift card back to them which they offered first time they messed my hair up and i was down to the end of the 2 years of gift card expiring so went back. I do not want it redone there. I just will not be back there at all now. Also should note I did not notice these few dark patches until I left bc 2 were on back of head and the one I have pictured showed up in a pony tail when I pulled my hair up for work. Beware when this is supposed to be considered upscale. I wanted the best of the best money was never an option going in and this is what I got!

What a wonderful place to have all your beauty needs done. My hair stylist is Taylor and she is the best. I have never been disappointed when I have left there. Irelands does hair, nails, spa treatments just to name a few.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!! The woman is extremely rude and did not do what I wanted then they fell out in 2 days with horrible pain! Told me a different time when I went to to get them redone so didn’t get that! Also no refund. Worse experience I’ve had in a while. Only care about the tip, which I didn’t give cause they were messed up. Lost my service hope y’all save ur money or spend it on somewhere that’s worth it!

So disappointing. It is such a cute spa, very clean and decorated nice but I went to get my nails done and it was horrible. It took over an hour and a half for a fill, and I had to go home and file them down to the length I asked for in the first place. They were misshapen and uneven. I hope they do better with their hair stylists because this was a big let-down.

So Im basing my 5 stars on my deep tissue massage. So many others just dont have the strength or technique but this massage was a true work out. They actually listened to areas I needed worked on and didnt waste a bunch of time with Zen-like passive techniques. Best massage Ive had in a solid 10 years!

Went here with my sisters bridal party. Blake did my hair and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend. Everyone was super friendly and made us look beautiful.

Actually I give them 0 stars. Horrible service when I got eyelash extensions. It burnt the whole time and clumped up bad. Only lasted one week. When I went back to get them fixed she removed them and cut my natural eyelash’s! When I addressed this issue with the owner, they responded with “no she did not do that” 😳 Don’t get eyelash extensions there!!

Ive been coming to Irelands for over 10 years because they are simply the best. Ashley is amazing and always stays ahead of the latest trends! So glad theres such an upscale place right here in Lancaster!

Got my daughters hair done, showed a picture of what she wanted, asked from the get go is possible without frying it they said yes then literally fried her hair, no I didnt pay for it but only got one apology from a different stylist named Stacey who was great! The manager never apologized not once didnt say anything as my 15 year old sat there bawling!! By far the worst place I have ever been to and will NEVER go back! Very sad seeings how its been our go to place for literally 10 years! Not only did they lose my business they lost my entire familys business! Way to go irelands you will never be on Charles penzones level!

Went here to get a color and cut. Taylor was my hairdresser and she did a fantastic job. The color looks amazing and both the cut and color were exactly what I wanted. I wont go anywhere else now!

Wasn’t happy with my experience, especially as a first time client... I ordered halo couture extensions and the first session was fine. The stylist color matched me for the extensions and told me she would call me when they came in and would take a week. 2 weeks go by and I receive no phone call saying they came in. I called them and they informed me they were ready to be picked up...I go pick them up and they just hand me the extensions, they didn’t help adjust them to my head, put them on and style me out, cut it to make it blend better, and didn’t give me any info at all on how to take care of them! Must I add, the box states once the halo is on your head it cannot be exchanged. Almost $600, just wish they would’ve at least helped me adjust them so I didn’t have to go home trying to figure it out myself. 😢

Ive been going to Irelands for five years, at least. I absolutely love the way I am treated, and if I need more attention to detail, I make my needs known. They have done my hair, manicures, and pedicures wonderfully...for years.

I had my practice appointment for hair and makeup for my wedding here, and after paying almost $100.00 I felt like it was a waste of time and money.(makeup only, Alex who did my hair was amazing!) Not to mention I hadnt done makeup in 10 years and did not have enough time at this point to find another person to do my makeup. After a LOT of time on YouTube I ended up doing my own makeup which was 100x better than this paid professional. I will attach a picture of the makeup if possible, horrible before I even left the salon. My skin type wasnt taken into consideration despite my bringing my own products to help, and product applied in a less than professional technique, and overall looked horrible.

We have used Irelands for many different services... spray tans, haircuts, pedicures, makeup for a wedding, special event styles and bridal styles. They always do a great job at both their Lancaster and Canal Winchester locations.

The staff was nice, but I excepted for the price I payed to get what I want. I left the salon in tears and after the stylist fixed it the second time it ended up being worse. Most expensive life lesson.

Way too expensive. The polish on my toes is a hot mess the same day I had it done,there goes $50 down the drain. Friend payed over $200 to have her hair done and it looks awful, the beautician tried scrubbing the hair color out because she messed up so bad. Worst salon Ive been to.

I went in for a 30m deep tissue massage. When greeted by my masseuse I couldnt help but think she looked pretty messed up. I brushed it off thinking it was just the dark lighting of her work area. Once she started on my back I could feel her hands completely loosen and just lay there. Over and over again. Im quite sure she was falling asleep. I received a broken up 10m massage for the 30m one I paid for.

Upscale spa & full service salon here in Lancaster. Their hair stylists receive current training and updates in new techniques & products. Been coming here for 10 years now. 👍

I got eyelash extensions on Friday december 17th and the next day on the 18th my eyes were burning so badly that tears were pouring out of my eyes and I couldn’t see then I had an allergic reaction to them but before I could even have them on for a full week they were falling out in chunks with my natural lashes.I also want to mention that they put so much glue on them that they were matted together and I couldn’t get the brush through them.a chunk of the lashes the women put on wasn’t even glued to my eyelash right it was hanging off I do not recommend going to this place

Place looks cute and staff is nice but the pedicure they gave me was horrible. Manager gave me credit for another pedi. The second one was with a different person and just as crappy as the first.
