Great cigar shop in the area, Amber, Sandra, and Patrick all were great, good advice before a wedding and best of all cigar lounge was top notch.

They want 93 dollars for a carton of pall mall green 100s. I refused because, I can go less then a mile from there and get the same carton for 78 dollars. Get real people. Im never going there and am telling all my friends to go to MY gas station I go to and pay less then this stupid place. Wow. 15 dollars less then smoker friendly.

Went to purchase a cigar for my brother for his special birthday. Since I have never bought a cigar I could only describe what he smoked. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was a perfect gift.

Love this location. Everyone is always so nice when I come here. I just left and was amazed at the customer service. My receipt says that Anthony was the one who helped me today and he was amazing. He helped me figure out a piece that I wanted and was super friendly to everyone who walked in. I usually dont do reviews, but I like to give people credit where it is deserved!

I was in Smoker Friendly today and I am very impressed with the staff. This guy comes to the door and then walks back to the car and drives up to the door. Then I see him hand money to the passenger in the car and she got out and walked in the store. The manager carded her when she entered the store and she gave him attitude and walked up to the associate and gave him more attitude while talking down to the manager. The associate refused the sale. She then proceeded to cuss in front of other customers and started downgrade and threatenthe staff.No one deserves to be treated that way and I feel the staff did exactly what they needed to do. They do what the law says and let me tell you, I would have lost my job if it was me in that position. Good job Smoker Friendly! Very proud of you guys.

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. They got me signed up for the rewards program and keep my favorite cigars in stock. This location is slightly out of my way but I make the extra drive just to visit this store.

Staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. The product selection is unmatched. If youre a smoker and want to try something different or fancy, maybe youre looking for glass or wood pipes, maybe you want to roll your own cigarettes, or even if you want to quit smoking, this is the place to go.

The first time I went, last summer, the cashier was helpful and friendly. Last weekend I went and the woman who emerged from the smoking room in back never removed her sunglasses and couldnt get me and my brother out of the store fast enough. Not sure if it was drugs or because we werent white trash enough for her taste, or she figured we were lovers. Whichever is the case, she should be fired.

I went into smoker friendly for some metal screens and found they had not only cheaper but better size than the nearest head shop, which is far if you live in Southwest Littleton. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I also bought 454 Cleaner which gently scrubbed my 3 foot Glass smoking paraphernalia and 2 other glass pieces to god like cleanliness.

Went in there today. I basically was treated rudely by a Male staff lady was ok.. she asked him to help me.. NO HELP basically didnt answer any questions and acted like I was bothering him... I was not pleased... I wont ever go back and make sure none of my friends will either...

Retail associate working tonight was not wearing any mask and approached us directly on the floor in our faces when asking for ID instead of staying behind the sneeze guard and letting us remain distanced... we’re required to stay masked but the employees aren’t? Nice

The ladies in there knew what they where talking about and where able to find the right piece I needed! I couldnt have asked for better service and they have great prices!! Overall one of the best smoke shops!!

Can’t keep products in stock at all. Very embarrassing. Just asked for a metal dabber tool and they were out of stock. Basic things like that should be abundant in a store like that.

The staff is great and always fun to talk to. The prices are good and its always clean.

The staff at Smoker Friendly, Coal Mine is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are a bit off put by teens, but are always more then willing to provide knowledge. They have a wide selection on cigars (in a beautiful walk in humidor), cigarettes, hookah, hookah-shisha, glassware and assorted accessories. They also have a very nice lounge complete with leather armchairs and flatscreen tv. The only complaint I can see people having is they do not jump up to help you as you walk in they door, you do need to ask for help; this is probably corporate policy to avoid shoplifting from other customers.

This is the place to go for all of your smoking (and chewing) needs, and if your someone that just wants a good cigar every now and then, then stop by here and get one, and if you have any questions just ask and they will gladly help.

Walked in, got my tobacco and was out in under a minute!

The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in to get some Nat Sherman cigarettes, which is about the only place I can get them, and the manager said that she wouldnt serve me because I had a friend in the car. My friend, who had work a 10 hour shift had to get out of the car just to come show his ID, both the manager and the staff treated me poorly even after we both showed we over 25. incredibly poor service, and I will not be going back to this store.

Not a single employee is wearing a mask. They come close to your personal space and not respecting the 6 foot distance. Do not go to this store if you do not want the risk of getting sick!!!!!!!
