Omar provides great excellent customer service. Best prices on disposable vapes and glassware. I will never shop at another smoke shop again. Always has everything in stock and if not, it gets order within two days. Literally the coolest smoke shop around.

Best shop in the area. Omar runs a great operation and he is always in “ customer satisfaction mode”..... he cares about his customers.Selection is amazing and he keeps it well-stocked with the latest products.

The products available are poor. At one time I liked the shop. However, given the inventory and service presently I wouldnt spend a peeny. I used to spend about $150.00 every couple of weeks on hookah products. Save yourself sometime and go to another hookah and vape shop nearby!

Service is Amazing, the shop is beautiful and well set up, they have a huge selection of CBD, Kratom, Vape and E-Juice!!! Only reason I’m leaving this review right now and I usually don’t leave reviews, is due to the fact I met this Guy Omar I believe know as the Manager, and He gave me a great deal and went beyond what he should to make me leave happy and satisfied this Thanksgiving!!!!

Omar was amazing! I’ve been to many Vape shops and this one is by far the best. Keeps everything clean organized and well stocked. I will definitely be back!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIP SMOKE & Vape!!!!!!!!They don’t stand behind their defective products they sell. They will not exchange the defective Breeze Plus I purchased . I purchased a couple of them the day before. They told me I should of tested all the Breeze Plus Pod Pens before I left the store.

Omar very nice and knows his products. Always courteous service. CBD recommended works very well for my arthritis pain.

Great store but big mistake letting bill go he was one of the nicest people in that store but Abe is great too was really bummed out when I found out bill was gone new guy is nice but bill was great had a bussibus sense to him sorry your gone bill wish you was still their I would go in just to browse around and chat with bill a bit and would end up buying a few things just because he would spend as much time with his coustomers not trying to hurry you out you could tell he has a management sense about him big loss losing him!!

I recant my former review, based on hours only, as the situation was explained to me today when I stopped back in. As I formerly said, this would’ve been my store rating anyway, based on excellent selection and price. Not to mention the very friendly atmosphere and staff. Hope everything is ok with Amy! Although you still should scrape off those hours on the door my friends!

Do not buy from here, got a counterfeit item. RAW is produced by HBI International in Phoenix AZ, what I received was made in China and looks NOTHING like the real thing. Beware!!!
