I must say my experience with Bodywork Clinic, Mr. Monte himself was amazing!! I really appreciated the level of expertise and knowledge he holds. I recently had a procedure done and booked sessions with him for the lymphatic drainage massage, which was fantastic!! He reassured me that he was gonna get me on track with my recovery and he did just that! I will be back very soon. Bodywork Clinic is the best and would totally recommend to anyone whos having any procedure and looking for someone that is very knowledgeable and does exceptional work 😊

I was two weeks postop when I began manual lymphatic drainage and I was worried about it being painful. Mr. Monte explained the massage step by step and said it would not be painful. He was right! Keilor was absolutely amazing!! I booked a 60 min Deep Tissue massage and worth every minute. His ability to find the trigger points and his attention to pressure are skillful. Clearly he has a very refined technique, the pain and discomfort feels like it’s melting away. My only complaint is I didn’t find Keilor sooner. 😊 Already booked my next massage for 90 min!

Monte did a fantastic job listening to what I needed. He made sure I was comfortable and helped me so much with the pain in my shoulder. Before I went in I could barely move my neck and arm, after and an hour and some cupping I left with my stiffness and aching significantly reduced. Would definitely recommend to others.

Monte knows his stuff and does it amazingly. He understands what your body needs and works with you and your body to figure out what needs to massaged and stretched. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment at the Bodywork Clinic with Monte, I was greeted with great professional business Hospitality. I was offered some refreshing chilled alkaline water. The atmosphere was pleasant with soothing relaxing soft easy faded listening music playing in the background that was relaxing to the body, mind, and soul. Monte was very professional and attentive to my concerns regarding my limited ability to utilize the rim of motion in my right shoulder fully. Monte with his professional training and knowledge recommended the deep tissue massage. Throughout the session, Monte kept all lines of communication open with me to ensure I was comfortable and not experiencing any unwanted discomfort. I had a massage with Keilor and he was amazing! I booked it because I had pain in my carpals from my hand to my elbow. Although Keilor worked on it he found a trigger point (huge knot) in my back. My husband and I love the bodywork clinic. We’ve made our rounds to quiet a few massage therapists in Long Beach and the Bay Area and Monte’s is definitely one of the best. I always book the 90 minute couples massage and it is one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences ever. Both Monte and David are really attuned to how your body moves and are quickly able to identify troubled areas. I have scoliosis and have had experiences where the massage left my spine worse off than before and I’m happy to report that has never happened with Bodywork. I’d also like to add that as a woman I never felt uncomfortable and they are really respectful of personal boundaries. 100% recommend!

I went here before my cruise because I was feeling really tight. I thought I had had really good massages before I came here, but Monte was the best of them all! He does amazing work! I have been going to Monte for awhile nowand have always had a good experience. The last appointment I made was a sudden request for a deep tissue massage and it was everything I needed. I had been having an intense muscle spasm that made it difficult to move. Monte focused all his efforts on relieving the pain and the next day I was able to move again.

Mr. Monte offered an unforgettable experience. His location was easy to find, and very welcoming upon walking in. The studio smelled very good and he made sure to greet me as I entered. Inside the massage room there was a dim light, beautiful scent, and calming music playing; making the client very comfortable. I chose the 60 minute session to give me all the time to relax; Mr. Monte confirmed my tight/focus areas prior to starting and allowed me to explain why they are bothering me. He let’s the client relax while he uses pressure and softness during the massage to keep you intrigued throughout. The massage was uniform and all the good spots he made sure to hit. After the massage was over, I got dressed and was given a cold bottle of water, upon other beverages of choice. I did not feel rushed or short handed. This was my second massage in 2 years and I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. If you are looking for a smooth transaction with an easy going masseur, this is the one for you. The massage was amazing. I had some tense muscles within my shoulders that just needed the right pressure in some spots. The space was clean and felt really relaxing. Mr.M reassured me that it was a safe space and would talk to me when we were transitioning to different sheet covering positions. Bodywork Clinic is the best kept secret in the greater LA area. I’ve been a handful of times and each time gets better. The ambience is perfect, there’s a usually a good amount of parking, and once the massage begins, all my worries melt away. He’s easy to book with, same day even. Five stars doesn’t even seem like enough.

I went in With a limp, my knee was hurting pretty bad, I walk a lot for my job and suspected the issue started in my back. Monté took his time and really worked all my trigger spots. I woke up today with no pain at all in my knee! I highly recommend him he is thorough and a miracle worker! He also has snacks 😁
