Ok, I have been in this place before and got a decent massage. Today was weird.First it was difficult to communicate due to language Barrier and the lady who did massage could not understand me.She was nice and I appreciate her taking me on walk in basis but I don’t feel like I got a massage, I feel like I got petted instead. But this was ok as well. My masseuse was booked and I walked in here with no appointment.What made me very uncomfortable that masseuse spoke on the phone 2 different occasions during an hour of massage, and after massage was done, I didn’t get any privacy dressing up. She walked in and stared while I was dressing up. Then she demanded payments right in the room after I managed to dress up. She kept staring at my wallet and asking for cash.I left more stressed after I came in there due to this uncomfortable experience. And because they don’t speak English, I couldn’t explain anything to her. I still gave her $15 tip for an hour massage but I won’t ever come back there because I feel violated that I couldn’t dress in private. It never happened to me before at any place ever!!! I would avoid this strange place

Stopped by last week to see Annie for my monthly massage. Never disappointed always good service, quiet and relaxing. Annie is excellent in what she does. Always gives you the full time, very friendly, i will continue to make this my go to place for my massage therapy..

I called the day before to schedule a 90 minute massage. I could not understand the woman on the phone but thought we agreed on a time. I showed up at that time and she said she was busy. Rude but ok. Then 30 minutes later I walked back and she told me 60 minutes? I said no, I made an appt for 90 is that still ok? She said to pay now. So I pulled out cash and a tip. She said the tip wasn’t enough and I needed to pay more. I was floored! My tip was more than appropriate and I hadn’t even had the massage yet. Walked out.I will say I have had massages here by a lady named Julie I think who was wonderful. But after this, I won’t go back.

Rushing you to pay, soaking your body with oil and obviously very bad experience. Not good at doing massage as much as asking for money and tip.I’d avoid!

My masseuse took a phone call during my massage. Rubbed me with rough paper towels and towels which left red scratches on my skin. Then when I went to pay, said that my $20 tip was not enough and I needed to pay $30! Since when does the business decide how much of a tip is appropriate? I will never come back here. It’s a shame they don’t care to run a professional business. They clearly don’t care and just want your money! Stay away !

I have been to two massages, unprofessional, and asking for tips is too outrageous. Yesterday I went to see the closed door. It turned out that they had been quarantined in the store for more than 20 days. It was too scary for these women.My neighbors told me that if they continue like this, the virus will only infect too many people and they should not be isolated in stores.

Another wonderful massage here. Now I dont go elsewhere.Neck and back are in good shape. I have been here many time and will keep coming back.Ensure they have a time by calling ahead.

The absolute worst place to go!!! They are rude, unprofessional, and snotty! You walk in and ask if you can get a massage the lady at the front desk sits and texts on her phone the whole time and rolls her eyes. Then they dont finish the full hour and ask for more tip. So unprofessional and dont even speak English. Its a different woman every time you go and they arent even good. I would highly suggest not coming here unless you want to turn right back around! They suck!

Sent my wife to massage envy and she came back more stressed. She complained it was not a real massage. We found this little gem right up the street and stopped in to check it out. The wife got a one hour massage and when I returned to picker her up she was like yes yes this was a very good massage. She will be back again soon and often.

I called, a lady picks up & only says hello?; I said I am trying to reach New Concept Massage - I swear to you when I say, she rambled something that was not in English, then said, ok & hung up. Um...what just happened?? I have no idea - and how is this place getting good reviews? I am thoroughly confused.

A very clean, relaxing massage and I loved the hot stone treatment. Great pricing and very convenient. The only change I would make is that the background music could have been a bit louder, but otherwise perfect!

This is the best place to get a wonderful massage, I had Annie and she walked on my back and I left feeling like a new person, she is very professional and I would recommend this Spa to everyone if you want an excellent massage , This place is immaculate, I would give it more stars if I could. I will be back every chance I get.

Every time I can’t make an appointment by phone, the woman doesn’t understand, doesn’t even try to understand, she always resets.

It was good and rejuvenating. Worth the money. I wish there were more workers so that only one person doesn’t have to cater to everything.

Terrible place, no English, no service, doesn’t look clean, have a bad smell. Idk how they are still open. Crazy.
