I got free stuff when I went today which was awesome.Plus it seems like they pay their employees an actual living wage which Ill always support.Edit: They no longer have the 4 for $30 deal, but is still the best & cheapest place in town.

Was just looking for a cigarette lighter but didnt find what I was looking for. I did buy a different one. After reaching home and using the lighter substitute I am now a great fan of BLINK lighters and and torches.

So every time I go to this place the staff is always helpful you can tell its being managed very well. The store is well lit , the parking lot seems to be clean all the time. Whatever Ive looked for has always been available. And when I ask questions I usually get answers that are helpful. So the last point Ill make is I went in there looking for a certain product that theyve discontinued , however theyve replaced it with their own brand. Creme electric illumination was the product that I left with. Worked great , it responded to me the way I was expecting and at a perfect price,l will buy it again. thank you guys Ill be back.

Last two times I went there they sold me products that didn’t work. Both times it was my fault there products don’t work right. I don’t recommend going here go somewhere they stand behind there products.

After calling a store, they directed me to Their delivery service, who apparently would not deliver at 10:35pm Saturday for reasons he did not specify. Why direct me to the delivery who can’t deliver?And 34th street location answered and had no idea there was an online service which I just purchased from.

Ive been to several all over town. Loyal customer for longer than I care to admit. Been to this location for years and have never had a problem. Be sure to check your products from now on. It seems there is theft of goods happening somewhere in their chain of command. Two of the exact same product, and one has less than half what the other one has. Of course, there is nothing they can do bc I went to the window and not inside. Feeling cheated doesnt even begin to describe it. Infuriating. I guess its time to check out some of these new businesses that are coming in. Dont waste your money here. You dont even get what you pay for. Go get your monies worth at another establishment.

Dont play the claw machine its a scam. Two employees saw and did nothing to help.

I highly recommend going in and talking to Priscilla. I told her exactly how I wanted to feel and not feel and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. She knows her products very well! I will continue to shop at this location.

This place is really cool. They have all kinds of stuff. The employees are all down to earth some are even funny. The lady that helped us was kinda you might say pushy and we asked for a specific item and she neglected to show us everything they had. Kinda felt like she was watching over our shoulder and was rushing us to leave. But that was the first time I had that reaction out of anybody there. Maybe just not her day. They play awesome music and if course burn incense but that is tone expected in a headshop. All in all a very interesting shop.

I wish they had a better selection of kratom products personally but when it comes to smoke & accessories this place dominates. I feel like a kid in Toys-R-Us. Love the vibe.

As you can see by other reviews, this place is great. Ive never been in the store bc I have mobility impairments so the fact they deliver is great for me. Their excellent delivery drivers, Colton, Tremaine, and Manual (sp?), go above and beyond. Hope I didnt forget anyone. You wont get the customer service at other places like you get here; I know because Ive tried many of them.

I just pop in occasionally never been stellar or bad, but I just saw they are open 24 hrs on the drive thru only. Idle cars cause easily avoidable pollution. All of the lights are on & theres multiple employees so its not saving any money. They still have to walk all over the store for product so it isnt a time saver. What benefit do yall have to closing your lobby?

Its an awesome environment with the expected assortment of products found in a headshop along with a mix of new and funky/interesting stuff always trickling in. The Staff working here are a mix of gorgeous hot goddesses type who always greets you with a smile ready to help find the item your searching for, or the knowledgable hippy pro for insightful wisdom on your headshop purchase needs and proper usage techniques. While some items are slightly overpriced and can be found much cheaper online (if your willing to wait for shipping) theres also quite a few times Ive found a slightly lower price here than the price of the same item found at other smoke/head shops around town. but when you NEED something specific, and Head Hunters has it, 9/10 times it pays to simply get it. If its worth it to you to own something and you have that desired product in your hand, then BUY IT right then and there. I say this bcuz they move a lot of merchandise through the headhunters stores quite quickly, so it might be gone tomorrow. And rather than searching for it cheaper or waiting for shipping to hopefully arrive at your doorstep just in an effort to save a couple dollars?? Better buy it at Head Hunters TODAY, now!!!

Me and my sister went thru the drive thru and Taylor was our cashier she was so sweet. Just a all around nice person!! I don’t go to any other head hunters only this one because the people are so nice! & friendly!!

Every single one of the locations in Lubbock have always been super friendly, have what I not only need but want. Its always a laid back friendly atomsphere with extremely knowledgeable employees. The slide location makes the best flavored sodas and they always greet you with a smile!

Went there during 4/20 and I was immediately greeted by Jade. She was very helpful, and she answered all my questions. They didn’t have the disposable I normally get, but she helped me find an alternative that I am happy with. So thankful for workers like Jade!

I have never received less than five star service from any Head Hunters location. Everyone is always very eager to assist, and can always answer any questions I have.

Horrible customer Service and they sold me a broken bong and wond not do anything to fix it as they have a no refund Policy or returns and lied to my face about that it was not broken before they Sold it to me.

Service is consistently solid. Staff comes to help promptly and knowledge of products is more than acceptable. I feel very welcome when I visit this location. Water pipe selection variety could be improved.

Been coming here for a while. Ive only ever had 1 issue with them, and it was an honest mistake that got remedied. The staff is always very helpful and if they cant answer a question, they will find a coworker who can.

I went in there today to get a new vape, I just moved here from out of state and I lost mine in the move. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. The 3 men working there all followed me around. Maybe they were bored or all felt they needed to help, but as I was alone in there with them it made me very uneasy. As I was checking out one drew attention to wear I work (I was wearing my work shirt) which made me even more afraid, as he stood close but behind me out of eyesight. I will not be returning.

The have lots of scales but no way to calibrate them. Why tell people on the phone to come get a scale if you fix them to weigh anything accurately? It has been weeks, if not months, that it has been like this. Someone must be aware of this and doesnt care or you enjoy sending the money to one of your competitors.

First of all this place will deliver whatever you want to your location in Lubbock until midnight! A note to anyone reading this: check your delivery driver! Heres the general rule about tipping if you have someone do something for you that you could normally do yourself you should tip them. I was shocked to see the selection available in a town like Lubbock. Additionally the girls and guys that work there no the products theyre responsible for selling and handle the volume that these stores do with surprising efficiency especially assuming they are connoisseurs, if you know what I mean. Love it and great job yall!

Went in looking for a Gandalf wooden pipe, they didnt carry what I was looking for but helped out with a different pipe. Awesome customer service and chill vibe.

Terrible customer service. First visit it took 5 minutes for my change cause little girl was on her phone. Second visit I waited in the store and no one ever spoke to me. Ill spend my money where they are waiting to take it happily. Shame on all yall head hunters. 👎

So busy and a lot of younger people work there and they are super slow always talking but other than that its not at a bad location honestly I would go to nothin but smokes further down slide I think like 10 or 11st by subway if u see the dollar store youve gone to far ;)

All the numbers to each location is the same. I called while from the slide location looking for a specific piece. I was told it was for sure at the 82nd location, A GOOD DISTANCE AWAY. I get there and Im told oh no baby, we dont have those. I tried calling back to the general cell phone number for each location to have no answer. Ive bought quite a bit of things from here but I wont be spending anymore money here at all. Ill just pay the additional 6$ to have it delivered to my home from the manufacturer website.

If you are lucky, You may get a clear answer to questions like, what new devices for approx. 60 -80 dollars do you have in stock?... or what candy flavors of eliquid do you have today.?.Green Roads cbd, available, in pineapple ? One female working, really could care less if they sell you anything at all, consitantly told me No, Not in stock.Funny thing it WAS all in stock when I entered the store, and was helped by Another employee.I may return, but highly unlikely.

Went to every store in Lubbock for Kratom!! Dedicated staff, clean and LARGE store and the selection is nice. Each store has different Kratom, so call ahead. Ask about Element Kratom. Supposedly the best, it actually is VERY good Kratom. Would compare it to Sabai Kratom!

Just moved here from Colorado, this place was down the street from where I moved. Decided to stop in. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Found a couple things I wanted. Will definetly be back.

I always go thru drive thur window My usual is large coke I like their ice and pack of cigs (working on quitting ) ok, yes its youger crowd but always get treated with the up most respect. Contrary to popular belief i am not pot smoker but still am treated well . Check it out easy in and out.dd

These guys never have the raw cone papers. I understand theyre a big seller. Buy more please, tired of wasting my gas for you guys to continuously be out of stock

Friendly and helpful people that work here, wonderful variety of rolling papers from flavored to your common rolling papers, , pre rolled ones, Amazing and out of this world selection of Glass pipes that are unique and special, to crazy plastic pipes ,different and unique wooden pipes with built in mesh screens, to corn cob pipes , different grinders,and unique ashtrays.and crazy water pipes. I highly recommended this place.

They are nice friendly and usually well informed. Every now and then youll get a dumb oneI think they are 10 times better than nothing butt smokes in customer service.

Not as wide of a variety of glass pieces as we were expecting but cool that they have sodas!! We did make a purchase just had to be in a different material.

Headhunters is by far the worst smoke shop in Lubbock. ESPECIALLY slide location. I walk in and everyone in there has a stank look on their face. Theyre not kind, theyre not welcoming. It makes me want to walk right out. The only person that ever just asks if someone needs help is Shay. And Headhunters decided to fire her even though she was the only one that actually knew about the stores products. Their manager Bryce doesnt know anything about the products, we had to teach him about a Huni Badger because he had no idea what it was. The store sells Cookies Brand Delta8.. Cookies does not sell Delta8 and Headhunters is not a licensed distributor either way. Headhunters packages it themselves and puts it into Cookies bags to upcharge. Can we say illegal?? Also, Juicy Juice has most of the same things for $5-10 cheaper, every time. Stop wasting your money on this awful business. They dont care about anything but the money.

Got a vape. Nobody told me to try it in store or about the “new” policy they just put in place. I got home and opened and it and the light doesn’t even come on and doesn’t work. Was told there is nothing they can do about it bc nobody told me to try it in store. I spent $27 on something that doesn’t work and they won’t replace it 10 min after I bought it.

Bought a cartridge battery/pen broke the day I bought it, of course all sales final… even in 2008 headshops in colorado let you exchange… trash store full of trash equipment.
