Sarahs Magic Spa

I do not get massages often but I had a fabulous hour with JuJu (sp?) on a Sunday afternoon (today). Great time to go since its very quiet around the facility then. She was with a client but guided me into a room to relax until she was finished with her. She is very skilled with her hands and is very intuitive around the body. It was the perfect balance of technique, intuition, and assured customer satisfaction. The facility is what I like - tranquil and intimate. I will definitely be back!

Worse massage I’ve ever had. The lady was not gentle, and it seems as if she was rushing, even though we had more than enough time. You can hear everything outside of the windows. Then they tried to force me to tip. I will not be back.

Love this place. No appointment needed...walked in and got a 90 minute massage...it was great

Absolutely amazing!Came in with very tight shoulders and lower back, she spent more than enough time on the problem areas and I walked out feeling like a completely new person!Very reasonable prices compared to every other place for better service!!! We visit here before shows at the Overture Center. Its cozy, with reasonably priced drinks and appetizers. We have not tried main courses. The Negronis on tap are wonderful. This place seems to be a favorite of the UW masters degree clienteleHas (fairly hip) we have felt the sting of ageism. Initial interactions with staff are friendly, and then we are pretty much ignored.

Booked an appointment for my wife for her birthday. She showed up and was told she didn’t have an appointment and was given a “coupon” to another location in Verona. She went to that location, was brought into a room, and then they demanded CASH in hand before they would do the massage. What? It’s next to no effort to get set up with PayPal or Square to accept payments, and to turn someone away because they don’t have cash? All that after you bring someone to a room? I’d rate 0 star if I could.

Thank goodness she was working today! I had an appointment at Hand and Stone right by there but the massage therapist decided shed rather go home before I arrived. Sarah did a fine job and Id go to her again! Thank you!

Massage was short notice and spot on after plowing snow. Loosened my back and legs up. In an hour. Sarah was great, and I will be returning.

Today was my first visit. The spa is very clean, quiet and professional. I was very impressed. This was a very good, relaxing deep tissue massage. It greatly helped my low back pain. I will be visiting again! I recommend this place.

I would check pricing before proceeding for a massage because it could change. Also you can try timing it to see if you were getting the full asking time. Massage was decent
