I just had my second massage with Tammy, and I can honestly say it was the best massage Ive ever had. Not only does she have incredible skill and technique, but she also took the time to connect with me on a deeper level. Tammy shared parts of her life story with me, which helped me not only relax physically but also feel mentally supported and understood. Its rare to find someone who cares so much about their clients well-being, both body and mind. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a truly healing experience!

I received a facial from Kami. She was absolutely amazing!! She was so loving and gentle making my first experience perfect. She explained everything in detail and also got to know my skin, my issues, and concerned areas in depth to help with the process. She gave me great recommendations and will be going back regularly. 🤍

Pete did a great job as a masseuse. My tight hip flexors and achy areas are relaxed even the following day. Unfortunately there wasn’t very good communication that I had already paid and tipped prior to the massage . I tipped again afterwards since he ran over the scheduled time out of kindness working on my back. I’ve not had a lot of massages but I have been on a more comfortable table before.

Christine Childress is stellar. I was a first timer and she was wonderful. Informative and kind. In the past I have left massages sore and exhausted. I left my appointment with more mobility in my neck and hips, ready to do whatever the day needed from me. Find me grateful. I recommend Christine!

As a salon owner, my profession often leaves me with pain that tends to be hard to alleviate. I’ve tried numerous massage places yet left with only temporary relief. I finally found a place that understood what I needed. After explaining to my massage therapist my issue she explained why and where this reoccurring pain actually originates from. I was blown away because no one has ever taken the time to thoroughly explain why this problem wasn’t going away. After my service she also provided me with the proper stretches along with foods to eat while working to help with my inflammation. Hands down this is the place to go.

Healing Haven was such an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the building is so clean and relaxing. I called last minute on a late afternoon as a first time customer to try their infrared sauna, and they booked me in same day just 45 minutes later! Ive gone in and seen Pete for a couple sessions now and I can say after 20 years of getting therapeutic massage I have only had one other person that is on his level as a masseuse. He suggested cupping for this session and it was a game changer. I cant recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for therapeutic massage.

This was my first appointment here and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped through the door I already felt relaxed. Amber greeted me and was so great with checking me in, answering questions, and adding recommendations. I had a massage booked with Janelle which was tremendous. Janelle made sure to ask me questions to better gauge the best treatments for anything I was wanting. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenate. Amber was able to fit me in for an add on which was the infrared sauna. I definitely recommend. I can say I left feeling 100 percent my best self. I have already booked my next appointment!

Indigo is my go to therapist!With my history of locked muscle’s from overuse, contractions and and neck spasms requiring ER visits , I look for advanced masseuse’s that are skilled beyond simple relaxation.Indigo is very skilled and knowledgeable in addressing trigger pain points during therapeutic massage and focused myofascial release. I have had 2 sessions with her and was in acute muscle pain with limited range of motion in my shoulder and neck. She was patient in discussing my pain & muscles issues. I left with a noticeable improvement in my pain level and range of motion. I highly recommend her if you suffer from chronic pain, or painful muscle overuse with muscle spasms that restrict your mobility.

I had a great first visit to Healing Haven! All the staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming! Janelle, my masseuse, was top notch! She was able to provide relief to all my troublesome areas and recommended stretching services as well. Lastly, the facilities were quiet and clean! Of all the massages Ive ever received, Christine worked all problem areas that I never really identified as problems. She was like a relaxing physical therapist. First timer and got more than I expected! Indigo is amazing and wonderful to talk to. I have never ever liked massages, but I booked a last minute appointment because my body was aching terribly. So glad I got her as my masseuse. It is very likely that I will book another appointment in the future.

I fell on my side and really hurt my right shoulder and back. It felt like I might need therapy or possibly surgery, but after a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Indigo my shoulder felt so much better, and so did my back. Indigo took her time to listen and worked the problem areas with great care and intent. Healing Haven has been the best massage therapy Ive ever been to.

I saw Christine this visit for Ashiatsu. It was an amazing and well-overdue service for chronic pain. She is calming and varied the technique to work out my knots. Highly recommended!

Such a great massage. Was totally geeked all week up from getting back in the gym and messing up a calf working on something. Got the hot stone work, fascia work, the WORKS. I feel like my body was de-aged by 10 years in 90 minutes of blissful relaxation. Christine is a GURU.

Went to see Indigo for a full body massage with concentration to my low back. I work at a desk all day and have been experiencing some lower back pain, which Indigo guessed without me having to say anything based on where my stress and knots were located. She did a fantastic job at addressing all my areas of concern. I’m definitely booking my next appt with her soon!

For a first time massage experience, I dont think I couldve chosen better! I was extremely comfortable after being there a few minutes, despite being anxious coming in. My job can be hard on my body I felt better than expected coming out. Definitely plan on making it a more regular thing. Indigo was fantastic!!

We had the best experience with our first couples massage! We drove 2 1/2 hours for my significant other’s birthday to have fun in HSV. The customer service is top notch, and Amber was very helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. I can’t leave out both of our awesome Massage Therapists! Ive been seeing Christine for a year or so and she is awesome. She gets to all my knots and sore spots. I leave feeling so much better. The new infrared sauna is great, too. I could have fallen asleep. I do fall asleep when I get home. Lol

You walk in here and the smells and lighting immediately relax you. There is great attention to detail and cleanliness. My massage was one of the best I have had. I consider it a good massage when I feel like a limp noodle afterwards and want to fall asleep. You can also have a reiki session and/or a facial here too which makes it unique. Highly recommend Healing Haven!

Just had my first stretching session and one hour massage with Janelle. She was very attentive, professional and even offered some exercises I can do with my husband and on my own to relieve my lower back pain. Can’t wait to book my next appointment.

I have been in pain for over a year. I had surgery in June of 2022 to fix a cervical ruptured disc with fusion. (4th surgery) Apparently I now have a compressed nerve that has caused great pain! I have had several massages with no relief until I made an appointment with Indigo Hart. I went to sleep last night pain free and woke up pain free this morning!! 🙌 Thank you Indigo, I will be back soon!!

Kami gave me an amazing facial and got me set up with some great products to use at home! Ive had other facials before and this is the first one that my skin was actually glowing LOL. She is super friendly and was very knowledgeable. Great vibes walking in the door and everybody I spoke to was just so kind.

I have been to see Kami for my skin care needs a couple of times now. She’s so knowledgeable about products and all skin care needs! I had a facial the first visit and chemical peel on the second visit. I enjoyed my sessions and can see such a difference in my skin already and would confidently recommend her and plan on going back to see her for all my skin care. The 90 minutes I spent on Christine’s massage table today was amazing. I feel great, and learned that massage is therapeutic. Christine is certainly an expert in her field. Her massage room is extremely clean, the lighting is perfect the smell of the essential oils is very relaxing. I’m already looking forward to my next massage. Best massage Ive ever had, she actually used pressure that was needed as well as massaged all muscles. She worked on the knots in my back (much needed), explained the process and discussed my intake form with me with all medical information. Oh and she actually explained the issues she discovered with me which has never occurred anywhere else Ive been. Love this place they are very professional and informative.

Renae is an amazing massage therapist! As a massage therapist myself, it is challenging sometimes to find someone whose work you love. But Renaes myofascial work feels great, and she is very intuitive and can truly feel what is going on in the body with her hands - shes like magic! Ill definitely be back.
