Id leave no stars but then I cant leave a review. The staff at this location are an absolute joke. Went in 7/10. Maybe around 6:45-7 and was treated like absolute garbage. The door had to be unlock for us and after waiting for help and finally saying hey can we get some help the associate was extremely rude and very much on his high horse. Ive had bad customer experiences and I personally work in customer service, 10+ years and I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment and behavior. Hope your other locations have better service.

Do NOT SHOP HERE! extremely rude customers service! Curly hair dude told me three times about a 70% of deal on 7/10 I showed up and got treaded horribly like I did something wrong! Instantly told to leave the shop because I asked about the sale I was told about

This place has a great selection & prices and thoughtful& knowledgeable employees. I’d highly recommend this place for great honest recommendations personalized for your needs and without a bias. I appreciate the customer service here and their willingness to go above and beyond to help their customers out. It felt like home.

Everything says the store opens at 10 am yet I came in at 10:35 am on a Saturday and its completely closed down, no lights on, nothing. Guess the employees dont give a damn

The assistant manager was a completely dumb a** half the questions I had he couldn’t answer. Tried to get a refund for a vape and wouldn’t return it. Asked for manager and refused to give a number and threatened to call the cops. This place is a scam and a joke.

Their products are not priced. having to ask the employee what price something is for every item is really irritating. employee stared at me the entire time i was there, did not seem to want to help me, and asked multiple times if that will be all? like... are you trying to get me to buy less?some basic stuff is pretty overpriced. i expect a margin to be put on top of online prices of course. but for it to be double the price online for the same product? like ill just shop online...

Tried my vapes in the store. They said it was common that they clog. 90 bucks down the drain. He stuck a used paper clip in the top of it and told me to try again.

Rude staff and not knowledgeable on products. My dad was treated poorly by staff working at the store on 8/23 around 4pm. After asking about a particular vape replacement and receiving horrible customer service, my dad told the worker that was no way to treat a costumer. Worker simply replied: “pay, pay.” Of course my dad paid, then told the worker the costumer is always right and worker replied “this is not my store” my dad told him he should not be working there to which he responded- “you should not be shopping here.”My dad left and went to the Azara downtown to purchase the correct vape were he was treated cordially, properly and professionally.

Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Store is huge but felt really empty- shelves looked less than half full and the employee said they’re out of stock of a lot of things right now. I went in to get Delta 8/9/10 carts but they didn’t have much selection to choose from. The employee did have me test both disposable vapes before leaving which was appreciated. I’ve had great experiences at Azara’s in Eau Claire and La Crosse so it was really surprising to see so much empty space and such little selection. I wouldn’t go here again or recommend this location because of the few options

The guy working was friendly and helpful. selection isn’t great and the prices are higher than other places in the area for the same stuff. They don’t have a tobacco license apparently.

I Purchased a vape pen. The store associate didnt open it in the store and verify that it worked when I bought it. Got it home opened it and It didnt work. I took it back a few days later and was told that, sorry I was past the return time of 3 days. I told him it never worked he told me sorry. Pass the return window of 3 days. I bought it 4 days ago. Terrible service terrible return policy terrible up front customer service absolutely just terrible.

The people that work inside are truly amazing people they helped me get the right product for my health condition and on top of that they have great conversations I’ll always shop there if they stay. I made friends, Thanks guys honestly.

The staff is very friendly and the store is quite spacious. I was excited to stop in since I love the state street location and this is more conveniently located. Unfortunately the selection isn’t at all like the state street location and they don’t offer any nicotine products.

Got a scale asked for them to balance ot.. guy was confused and said theybdont hace weights. Weoghs off

Wish I could tell more good stuff. I arrived at 9:10 on jun 9th, a Thursday, the doors locked. Been waiting for 5 mins and the open sign hasnt been turned on.

Very knowledgeable and friendly young man helped me, blown away by the quality of the d8 disposables I picked up. Great store!!

Cant recommend them enough. Quick to help, and tenacious employees that you cant find at any where else.

The staff will inform you with anything you need to know and is in the business for your best needs. Will be my go to spot in the future.
