Always have a great experience shopping here, and they are one of the very few shops around here that have the juice I like. I appreciate that they still carry it. They also have a rewards program that actually does give you worthwhile rewards, I get 15% off on random purchases which is great. I know rewards programs can be annoying, but this one is actually worth it. I don’t get spammy emails from them after signing up either. If anyone who works there is reading this, thanks for always being cool, kind, and helpful!

My husband and I popped in today and had a great experience with Austin! He was super informative and very careful with what he recommended to me. I appreciated that because some people don’t care and just want to make a sale. We will definitely be back soon!

He know most products but I am old and have been vaping since 2006 when u had to order from Europe on Totally Wicked website because we didnt have shops here, hes not familiar with that old stuff but knows allot. Im so glad yall had my lemon flavor bad drip vape juice! I started using this kind about a year ago, and it took forever for me to find this at a store closer to me. The service there is impeccable. Workers are extremely personable as well as knowledgeable. If they don’t know, they will find out, if they don’t have it, they will try to find it. The man that runs this shop is amazing! He let me sit inside and talk on the phone for 15 minutes (which was rude and I apologize). His prices are untouchable I can promise you that. The mod I wanted normally runs for 55 dollars and he had it for 40. Started looking around and realized real quick that he has the best prices around. Do yourself a favor and spend your money here!

Austin was great very informative. Been a cigarette smoker for years and want to stop he got me exactly what I needed . It hasn’t even been 24 hours and I’ve only had 2 cigs since I’ve left his shop. And I normally smoke a pack and a half a day. Thank you Austin

Austin is a great cashier here. He helps me find what I need with my price range and tells me what I need to know about what Im buying before I buy it. I hate going to a smoke shop and they people cant tell me anything about the product and I buy useless stuff, but thats not the case here. There’s a bit of confusion in the beginning, the manager came in and knocked out a homerun! These guys know how to take care of the customers! I strongly suggest shopping there, they’ve got great prices, best I’ve found in the years I’ve been vaping, good people, and they have a variety of everything! Horrible and terrible so called temporary employee that plainly said we are closing in 15 min and if we were interested in vape products she couldnt help us because she was there temporary we said ok and were trying to read flavors on bottles from far away at this point 2 customers came in and didnt tell them she was closing and all this blah blah stuff she told us ...then she then moved her purse (close to where vape liquid were and to far from our reach) like if we were some type of criminal at that point we said you know what lets just go elsewhere!!! If there was a 0 star rating thats how I would rate this place I dont understand this type of customer service I hope you find employees that are nice and attentive!

The first time and every time since I have been to the Burnt Smoke & Vape Shop on Myatt Dr in Madison, TN every employee has been very helpful and has taken the time to show me any product I request with a great attitude and willingness that is rare in other stores these days. The employees and owner are very friendly and try to make each experience you have with them pleasant. The prices are more reasonable than other vape shops as I have made a point to shop around for the best products and prices and they are in my top 2 vape shops that I frequent. I know they will be around for a long time because they always put the customer first and try to find different way, such as their point system, to have you coming back again and again. I love this smoke shop! They have everything I needed and more. I got an awesome American made, hand blown chillum and I LOVE my Lotus Omega baby mod, for my baby clouds lol. Nonetheless, the owner is an amazing guy and this is definately my go-to shop for all my vape and glass needs. Very good prices indeed!!

Best vape shop in middle Tennessee Ive been to, the staff treat you like family and their prices are great. I live 30 minutes away and will always go to their store. I live in Portland, I decided to stop at our vape shop since I was near it. I normally buy 2 hydes at a time which cost me about $32 and some change for the exact same ones in Portland it was going to cost me $55. So even counting the price of your gas its still cheaper to buy from Burnt. And they have a point system that will knock money off your bill.

They were very friendly and helped me out better then the last few shops I’ve been to!

This place was actually the very first Vape Shop that I had ever entered. Though the staff are usually very well mannered and knowledgable about their products, they are not always professional. They, meaning ONE employee, in particular. He is the white guy, with ears gauged, wears bracelets, who is obviously into the rave scene, wearing Phat Pants, and ripped jeans a lot of the time. I have been coming to this establishment for 3 years now, and i have slowly watched him waste away into what appears to be a meth junkie. It is very unfortunate to see him wobbling back and forth and chewing his lip, and pacing. At first he seemed like a very together guy. Now, it makes the customers incredibly uncomfortable to see him in this condition. He obviously has a severe drug problem. A loyal employee does not ALWAYS make a good one. ESPECIALLY in this case. Your products, prices, and other employees are great. Get rid of the problem where it stands... and get him to seek help, asap.

Was informed my liquid was menthol when making my purchase. I later tried it and it was far from my flavor. Went back within a hr of purchase to witness two children purchasing vape liquid. And by children I am presuming they might have been 14 at the oldest. I told the girl behind the counter she made a mistake and was told I could just buy another. I asked for a refund or trade for what I originally asked for but was told all sales were final. I left the bottle of juice on the counter and left. Poor excuse of a vape shop.

Worst experience ever I was sold a broken mod yesterday the USB port doesn’t charge the mod when I went back in today on 9/4/18 the very next day after buying the mod the employees acted rude and then told me there was nothing they could do about the faulty mod they sold me then they had the nerve to try and sell me a battery charger 🤦🏻‍♂️ worst customer service ever !!
