The best massage therapist Ive ever been to! I do a lot of endurance events such as Spartan Race, GORUCK, various road races (5k, 10 milers, half and full marathons). Keeping my muscles working properly for taining and events has always been a challenge. Rebecca was able to diagnose the problems I was having correctly and keep me in the game providing the therapy I needed and not just what fit her skill set (something I experienced with other therapists). Providing effective deep tissue when my muscles needed it and relaxation when my mind needed it. Youll be in great hands with her.
