So good that we visited twice while visiting the area. The food was really, really good. The chicken was just ok, but the burgers were amazing. The show stealer was the Mansfield Philly. The sandwich was huge and stuffed full of meat and good flavor. It was hands down the best thing on the menu!

Traveling on the highway and googled food near me and Horseshoe Burger Company came up. It sounded interesting so we decided to give it a try. We are so happy we did!The food was amazing and Sarah C. was a wonderful server! We will definitely be back :)The atmosphere was pleasant and the bathrooms were very clean!We got the shoe platter for an appetizer and I got the pulled pork burger. Thought of pictures after we started eating lol

I was going to update this review a little bit because i dealt with a lot better staff yesterday than i had previously. And then i noticed that the owner claims my previous bad experience was due to him cutting me off sir that was not true and if that is what you would like to claim i only ask why would that have anything to do with you not giving me my food. You have went through so many staff members because you treat them worse than your customers. Ive been here several times and today is the first time that I had to directly deal with the owner. He is terrible. He has no hospitality. They dont really care about their customers. Someone comes in and they act like they want to help serve them and then 10 minutes they act like you dont exist. I ordered food and five people that ordered their food after me received their food first. Im not picky. I dont expect things to be perfect. But the owner himself was rude and very disappointing

We tried to give this place one last shot after hearing that the owner had listened to feedback.What a mistake that was.After getting our drinks and saying Ill be right back it took our waitress over 15 minutes to ask for our order. I understand that stuff happens and she had other things to do, but whats more important than serving your guests? Kegs, apparently. Would it really have taken that long to take our order and then attend to the keg?If that wasnt bad enough, my food was mediocre. The appetizer came after the entrees, my fries were burnt, (again) and the burger had very little meat and tasted bland.Instead of owning up to any mistakes or even apologizing, our waitress decided to feed us excuse after excuse. This is not how anyone in customer service should behave. Had we been rude and nasty to her, I could understand forgoing an apology, but as my dad and me have both worked customer service all our lives, we know better than this.The owner here runs a joke of an establishment and if you value your time and money, I couldnt suggest to you a worse place to eat.Oh, and to add insult to injury, instead of owning up to wrongdoings, the owner will happily push any and all blame on to the customers he claims to serve.If you want to give your money to an ignorant, narcissistic egomaniac who thinks he can do no wrong, you found the right place!

I was really hoping for better quality given all the prior rave reviews. First the good. Looks nice and they obviously spent some money on the interior. Our waitress was polite, helpful and efficent. The bad. We ordered burgers, fries and the Onion rings and pepsi. I had hoped that a place marketing its self as a burger joint would use fresh products, it became quickly obvious that everything is frozen. The fries obviously came from a bag and you can see from the picture I must have gotten the bottom of the bag because they were mostly small overly fried bits of potato. I dont know why a burger joint that only offers three sides would not do fresh cut fries. The Onion rings were super mushy on the inside while the outside was cooked. I had the melt. They advertise angus beef and it might be but the patties looked like premade frozen patties. The other person with me had the pineapple burger. The bacon on the burger was fatty and undercooked. If your going to put bacon on a sandwich it should be crispy. The burgers were fine if not overly salty. The highlight of the food was the dipping sauce provided with the onion rings, some kind of bbq-esque sauce that I enjoyed. Over all two of us had a small meal and paid $48 with a tip. Thats pretty pricey given the quality of the products.

Found this place by pure accident. Def will NOT be my last visit. Flavor: on point. Serving size: Wow😱. Clean. Friendly staff. Ordered was a classic cheeseburger w their Mac n cheese. Mansfield Philly w jalapenos added and fries. Loaded tots as an appetizer. I got a side of the ghost pepper wing sauce for my fries. Literally the best ghost pepper sauce I have ever eaten and that is saying TONS. One place that should be visited for sure. Im lucky its on 30 mins from me.

The guy outside told me I wasn’t allowed to bring in my purse because it was a small, green back pack that I purchased from Kohls. He also said that it was a $10 charge to even get inside, so be wary of that as well. My friends and I weren’t even able to get inside. Kind of ridiculous. But whatever.

No better place in the area to get burgers and fries. Period.Edit: This place used to be excellent. Used to get great service and food to die for. But after that the last several experiences have been pretty awful. We had one waitress who seemed to be too busy chatting it up to give us timely service. And just yesterday we went there and it wasnt good at all. The Mac and cheese bites managed to have corn dog bites mixed in somehow. My wifes grilled cheese was basically like toast with minimal cheese and some tomato and what passed as bacon. And our drinks (when the waitress bothered to bring them) got more flat and watery as the meal went on. They only took off half for the sandwich when we said something. I dont think Ill return again for quite some time... If at all.

First time ever been here, swiss cheese burger was lightly toasted on brioche bun. So good. Also the deep fried pickle. Reasonable price for the amount I got.

With incredible burgers, buns toasted to perfection, generous fry portions (best tasting fries ever btw), very fast/friendly service, and actually reasonable prices .. you have ZERO reason to not eat here for dinner tonight!! 10/10 WILL DEFINITELY be eating here more often!Update: Ive eaten here with my dad every Saturday for a few months now and in the last few months, this place has absolutely gone down the tubes. The food comes out slower and worse and youre lucky if anybody checks on you after 45 minutes. Theyre far more interested in chatting, being on their phones, and taking smoke breaks.If you want your food to come out at a reasonable time and dont want to be thirsty the entire meal, do not come here. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Decent beer/liquor selection. The bar seating is really nice, although the TVs behind the bar only played their menu ads. You have to turn around or look across the room to see the TVs with games on.The burger....not so great. I just got the regular burger. Kinda dry and my cheese was cold. My BF got the Baker Dangerous burger and that was a bit better. The Mac and cheese was basically just noodles in milk and cold cheese on top....not sure what happened with that.I would probably only go back for a few drinks. But not for the food. Possibly it was a bad day, but by my experience was not the best.

Excellent food and the Long Island ice tea was the best one my husbands ever had!! The service was top notch too, thank you Morgan!!😁

The food here is amazing. This place is kid friendly. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Stop out and enjoy some food music and entertainment. The staff are some really nice people. I would go here before any where else.

Stopped in on a Thursday around 3:30 pm for a Burger and some fries (with beer of course)Kenya served us as we sat at the bar.We asked her if we could split our food and she said “sure”We got the San Francisco melt and the fries.The kitchen cut our sandwich in half and seemed to give us a huge amount of fries on two plates! Even the fried pickle was cut in half!The sandwich was made perfectly and tasted excellent. The fries were absolutely wonderful! I guess they cut their fries on site.The prices were average. Kenya was super friendly and easy to talk to.We will return again to try the “Mansfield Philly”.

It was good, and they put a fried pickle spear on top too. I thought that was neat and original. The burgers here are two thinner patties, and they are well done. They never asked how to make it, so I think thats just how they do their burgers. It was still good, but I like my burgers thick and pink in the middle. Fries are good, and the funnel fries are great!!!!!

We tried this place for the first time on a Sunday. The server was really nice and we got the mimosas, those were really good. We also got the brunch buffet, they didnt really fill it at all while we were there so we got the scraps of everything. When they did fill the bacon theyd only add about 10 pieces at a time, even though about 4 tables had the buffet. It seemed we were all fighting over things when it was finally barely filled. 2 of the tables got comped, because there wasnt much food, we didnt. We left only impressed with the drinks. Probably wont come back. Not worth what we paid.

New kitchen owners. Service was slow. Our burgers were burnt and didnt have the toppings listed on menu. Mine was supposed to have jalapenos and bbq sauce.It had neither. Owner was cooking and told the server that he did put them on there. Maybe someone ate them in route to our table? My wifes salad had some slimy brown stuff in it. Best they would do is comp my wifes burger. Will not return.

Would love to give a thorough rating, but didnt stay we went for food unfortunately they said they no longer serve food and couldnt change it for some reason on Google so this is just a heads up they do not serve food it is just a bar. Looked good on the inside though.

We accidentally went in and sat down 15 minutes before the kitchen closed and we realized and offered to leave but they insisted we order. The staff was all very polite and extremely nice. We ordered 2 of they’re burgers and they all come with French fries and probably one of the best fried pickles I’ve ever eaten. The burgers were very juicy and absolutely delicious. I would very highly recommend this to everyone!

I gave this place 5 stars several months ago, but Ive been back several times since and it has went straight down hill. Horrible and I mean horrible service. They have no clue how to treat their guests. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. WHAT A JOKE. Zero stars not available or I would of given that. So the owner responded with false information and no worries OWNER, I WILL NOT RETURN . Not sure who he or she is nor do I care, but I never stated that MY food was horrible. My son said his fries were burned. Check the camera owner...My son did not clear HIS PLATE. Your server said I will be right back to take your order. At least you got the time correct because it was 16 minutes later that she came back. She never once apologized for the wait nor did she come to us and explain there would be a wait because of this keg situation. Maybe try spending time in your restaurant instead of viewing cameras...Just my opinion. And oh by the way I have OVER 35 YEARS EXPERIENCE in the restaurant industry and know how to treat the paying customer. I would apologize and not make excuses.

What a horrible experience! I ordered the shoe burger, the bread was stale, dried out, the burger was thinner than the cheese and cold. The fries were cold and tasteless. My hub got the buffet bar, there was no meat, no potatoes, no eggs. They finally brought some eggs. The last bit of hash browns was tasteless, KU couldnt even cover up the bad taste. The table in front of us, refused to pay for the buffet because of their bad experience and the table behind us was upset with the buffet as well. There were 3 tables of dissatisfied customers who will not go back to this place. The only good thing this place had going for them was the waitress Monica. She was very nice and sympathetic, but trying to wait on customers single-handedly for lack of help.

Everything but the fries tasted like it had been frozen, and those were way overcooked. Thinking theyre much more focused on the bar side of the business because the food quality really doesnt line up with the price. That said the service was good, our server got everything right and didnt keep us waiting on anything.

Weve came here quite a few times since this place has opened but we wont be coming back. The service here is beyond poor. The last time I was here we were routinely waiting 10-15 minutes for drinks each time we ordered another round. I dont blame my waitress however. She appeared to be the only one working the floor, with the bartender working behind the bar. Im sure ownership will try to say its a staffing issue based on previous review comments and while that might be true I didnt see a manager/owner helping to run drinks or food orders either.Upon delivery of food the waitress informed one member of my party that they had just ran out of steak that he ordered. They didnt tell him this shortly after ordering so he could make an alternate choice. Instead they delivered his side and then told him they had just ran out. The place wasnt that busy so a quick glance was able to determine that no one else was eating steak so saying that they had just ran out seemed like a fabrication. Its one thing to run out of an item but to not tell the person until the food was being delivered is completely unacceptable. This was the final straw for us. We paid our check and went somewhere else to spend our money.

Pretty good burger, the atmosphere was kinda stale. Service was good not great. This appears and looks like a bar atmosphere, but i guess its a bar you can bring your kids on family night 🤔. Kinda still dont get that. If your trying to be a family restaurant your missing the mark. A new marketing plan is in order. The food is good though. Ill order again probably for take-out though.

Great burger place! Fast service, good atmosphere although the layout is not what you’d expect. Awesome food, a little more than a standard sit down restaurant. Our waitress was very good, she checked in multiple times and was accurate with our orders. I ordered a side to my burger that was not on the list, and on the receipt we were charged full price for the side. She said she didn’t know she was supposed to charge full price, and eventually gave us the side for free. Awesome! I would highly recommend the Mac and cheese bites. My one complaint (aside from the tiny, tiny cobweb in the doorframe) was that the waitresses/waiters dressed so casually it was hard to tell them apart. Name tags would have helped, and then you don’t have to act like you already forgot your server’s name right after they said it.

I just stopped into this restaurant because I seen the reviews and they were good. The pictures looked really appetizing as well. I walked in and no one was there to greet me or tell me where I want to be seated. So I sat down at the bar. I waited for close to 10 minutes. No one came around or acknowledged that I was there so I walked out. I understand that times are rough with Covid and all but this establishment needs to improve its customer service and timeliness with serving someone when they come in.

Went on a Sunday and got some brunch. I ordered the breakfast burger and my husband ordered the burrito. Both were fantastic. The owner wasnt even working and still got up to seat us because all of the servers were busy at the moment. Great service. Everyone was very friendly and the food was amazing and came out fast! We will be back for sure!

The philly cheesesteak was fine, but I have had better. The person I was with had ordered tater tots and got french fries instead. The speed of service, it took us 50 minutes to get our lunch and when you only have an hour for lunch, that made it so that we had to get the lunch to go.

Fine dining prices for budget style food. Well done dry burgers. Sadly they had no napkins to give our table of 7. It tasted ok but not 15 bucks a burger good. Cool bar is plus.

Do not go on Thursdays and expect to use the mens restroom...biker day is Thursday..a biker gang leader was in the bathroom and his gang members would not allow my bf to use the bathroom, because their leader was using it.We had to leave early and not order food because he couldnt use the restroom.Never again.

Eta it was Horse shoe at that time.We happened upon this on Google, and didnt realize it had a bar inside. So after placing our order we changed it to-go (we had kids and it was to loud for them). The server was super amazing about it, and the kitchen switched it easily for us. Food was out quick. And tasted delicious.

Great Burger, love the fried pickle you get with your order and tons of fresh cut fries. Every thing had good flavor was cooked perfectly. Would give the food a 9 out of ten. Will go back on the regular.

This restaurant is pointing in the right direction. Had the bbq bacon brisket, Hawaiian, and the baker burger. Baker burger should advertise itself as hot in a good way. The Hawaiian and bbq brisket Burger were good and the sauce was excellent. However the Hawaiian and brisket shared a flaw - the brisket. Brisket tasted like it was from a TV dinner which is disappointing. It’s hard to nail a brisket anyway.Things they should add - an Elvis Presley type burgerFries and Mac and cheese are very good

The food was ok, but the prices were a little high. Service was descent, but Ive been to better burger restaurants for better food and prices. They need to have better appetizers, I didnt get any cause there wasnt anything different. It was fried dill pickle spears, loaded tots or fries, and I dont think they even had fried mushrooms. Yes there were other options, but nothing of interest.

My husband and I stopped in for the first time Thursday. Sat on the patio, which is very nice. So much room. Food was just incredible, even when we warmed it up at home. There isn’t a single thing we would change. Our server, Bri, was great and the owners were super friendly and attentive as well. Mansfield is lucky to have you!

What a wonderful place we found while visiting in Mansfield. EVERYONE needs to visit this place. We got chicken in waffles, loaded tots, and the brisket, steak omelet. Delicious doesnt really explain how good our food was. If I could rate them a 10 I would. I wish we had a place like this down home. When I come back to Mansfield I will be taking all our friends and family.Thank you for a wonderful brunch.Bill and Lynda

Drove to this location looking for a local burger. The name had been changed, and I wasnt convinced, based on the name and signage that I would get the same experience based on the reviews for HBC. I drove on the West Mansfield Family Restaurant. Had a nice dinner.

Food was average. Nothing special. If Burger is in your name you better have an amazing burger. Save money get better burger at burger king. 1 poor waitress trying her best to serve a packed house. She was kind and tried her best.

Stopped in today and ordered take out. We had the classic burger and the portobello mushroom burger. Burgers were juicy and delicious, fries were tasty but limp. Its exciting to have a local place with great food and vegan choices. I will be bringing guests when they come to town. Looked as though the patio area was nice too.

Wow! The burgers really are the best in town!We went to a tour at the Reformatory and were hungry after then found that place. We are so glad we did!I had the San Francisco burger, hubby had Breakfast Burger, son had BBQ Brisket Burger and daughter had pulled pork Mac and Cheese.

Good food, good service. Fairly priced. My only complaint was the card surcharge. I try to avoid any business that charges me for using my debit card. Just add it into the price of the food. That aside good place for a burger and fries.

I had higher hopes for a place with burger in its name. Our burgers were very dry and lukewarm. I was really looking forward to the the pineapple slaw on the Hawaii burger, but they were very chintzy with it. The fried pickles and french fries were good. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. If were in the mood for a burger in the future, we will skip Horseshoe and head to The Buckeye Express.

Restaurant smelled nice and clean when you walk in. The waitress was very nice and helpful (thank you Monica). Very nice portions, the Mansfield Philly was delicious, hand cut fries with malt vinegar, and salad was great!

Last night was the first time I ate here. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the restaurant was clean.The food was delicious and had so much flavor. I will definitely be back!

Amazing food .... offered lots of variety.... Leslie was an amazing waitress (hoping I got her name right) she was very helpful and took great care of us. Made us feel at home. I had the keto burger bowl. It was a very filling meal. I would suggest it to anyone who is on keto. Definitely a place to try.

Our first visit here too meet friends for dinner. Biggest complaint was noise- acoustics are bad, and room was so noisy that we could hardly hear each other. Otherwise, food was fresh and very good. Server was friendly. Well be back.

The service, food and presentation were all great. They also do a very nice job with the current public health restrictions. I felt very comfortable sitting down to eat with family and being distanced from other groups. Well done Whitney and the rest of the Horseshoe crew!

We came In ordered for takeout. We ordered a couple of drinks at the bar during the wait. We waited 45 minutes for 2 Burgers so well done that they were totally dry no seasoning or spice. Tasted like something a child would make and the 100 percent angus is 2 frozen 1/8 pound patties. For 12.50 a burger for poor cooking and quality ingredients Is simply a rip off. To top It off the onion rings were made so poorly I got sick and threw up the meal. This Is what a $50 bill and a 10 dollar tip to the bartender who doesnt even know how to mix drinks correctly gets you. Dont waste your time or money at this establishment.

I went to have supper on Saturday after having seen pictures and reading reviews expecting a great experience. Appeared clean , well lit, pleasant. Seated myself in an easily seen area. Waited many minutes with 3 different wait staff passing by ignoring me. 2 other tables seated themselves after me. 1 went and got their own menus. They both were waited on and I still was ignored. Man at table across from me got owners attention who came over to me. I explained what happened and my displeasure. He stated he had problem in back he was dealing with and wasnt out here to know. Explained it was wait staff issue. Explained I felt invisible as 1 waiter had looked directly at me and still ignored me. Lost a big tip and future party would have wanted to have there. Owner did listen but didnt offer any solution to issue. Will not return.

The food is absolutely delicious. I loved the SHOE sauce!! Servings are huge, always enough for the next day for me, BUT I would never recommend taking children. It was such a beautiful day so we decided to sit outside and also watch the Browns game. The bar was full, 2 (girls) the rest were men. The girls were obviously drunk, very loud and using the bomb word constantly. One was also having a very loud confrontation with another guy. Several tried telling her to quiet down 3 got up and left the bar. I believe they should have been asked to leave. They must not have any respect for other people. Yes we are older and have partied many times and still do. We are members of several organizations with bars that we attend every week but believe me they would have been asked to leave. We had our 38 year old daughter with us who is somewhat challenged and could not understand why they were talking like that.

I was very disappointed in this place. Im from out of town and was visiting the reformitory. My girlfriend and I google restaurants near me and this popped up. We thought hey we like burgers and this place was local so we thought wed give it a shot. The building looked great and thats about as good as it got. Service was the worst part. We seated our selves via the woman behind the bar telling us to. 10 minutes later the young lady that was chatting up the woman behind the bar came over to take our drink order. My lady ordered water, there was no doubt it straight from the tap. We then ordered our food. I ordered the BBQ burger. I found it very strange the young lady never asked how I wanted my burger done or what side I wanted. I sat and hopped maybe a burger place would not burn my burger. I was sadly mistaken. The bun was ice cold and the patty was dry. I do not regret trying this establishment but let it be know I will not be visiting again. My lady rates this establishment as...ok.

I do not recommend this place at all. The only good thing was the service and the fries. Mac n cheese tasted like plain pasta no flavor at all. The baked beans straight out of the can. The coleslaw had no flavor either. Burger was just ok. The waitress today was so nice though I didnt have the nerve to tell her how bad I thought it was.

This place has the best burgers in town with no close competition. The staff is always super friendly and very quick to take care of you, even when they are busy. Fantastic dining experience and I cant recommend this place highly enough.

What a great burger joint! Ive been driving past the place for the past few weeks and decided to stop.in tonight. Im glad I did. The burgers were great. If you are looking for a good gourmet burger close to home, this is the place. They have a full bar with plenty of TVs and projectors to catch the game!

I hate to bash an establishment but I had the absolute worst dining experience of my life today. We had a party of 8. After a bit we got a table and then proceeded to wait for 40 minutes before a drink was delivered. Myself and 3 others ordered pop or water. I have tried the place before and this was the second time Ive not been impressed. The food is pretty good but the service is absolutely awful.

This was a day trip destination visit to Mansfield Reformarory Museum, Shawshank Redemption, and lunch at the Horseshoe Burger, and well worth the drive. Customer friendly staff, and the burger was tasty, handcrafted. Taste was true grilled, open flame flavorful, juicy, all the trimmings fresh. Hand cut fries perfectly done, and the onion rings opened the show for us, a great start, well breaded and sweet onion taste in center. Staff right on point with attention to detail, and friendly. A repeat in the near future.

It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to check out this place while in the area but when I called to see if their plant based burgers could be made vegan friendly I was greeted by a very rude individual who refused to answer my question and told me to look online. I asked multiple times if there was someone I could speak with that might be able to help me since she didn’t know what vegan was and she places the phone down and never came back. I usually only try to leave positive reviews but this just really blew me away. I tried calling back several times as it seemed promising that they could do vegan but the phone would ring several times and I would get forwarded to voicemail. Very poor service.

Fantastic food, amazing service, baller value. My buddy and I and occasionally some other friends of ours go every Friday and weve never been disappointed. The crew is friendly and delightful and our regular server made a point of learning our names. The best part of my Friday routine for sure

Great place for burgers. Very large burgers. When asked to share, they cut them for you a d bring extra plates. Service was impressive. One of the top burgers in town, if not the top spot.

We were in Mansfield area and were refrees to this place for dinner. Food was excellent, service was just OK, atmosphere was great until after 9 when DJ started playing music. It was very loud and difficult to have a conversation with others in our group

A group of us stopped at the mansfield ohio pregame for a couple beers at3:55pm on January 2.The hours on the door said they open at 4 but the door was unlocked, we started to walk in and the girl behind the bar yelled at us saying they dont open till 4 and that the kitchen wasnt open anyway. We didnt want food, just wanted to have a couple beers and check out the new place. Wont go back because she was very rude and unwelcoming.

Delicious burgers and fresh cut fries. This place is a treat. I got the sour dough bread philly melt burger. I plan on going back just to try the different burgers. Fries taste like fair fries. No coffee though, heads up.

This place had some seriously delicious food. We ordered loaded tots, BBQ brisket burger, and Brisket mac&cheese and everything was so good. Wish I lived closer! Portions are generous.

Not the waitresses fault, in fact I gave her an amazing tip. The kitchen gave me a 1x1 square of brisket that was rubbery on my brisket sandwich. Ugh. At least the beer was cold and the wife was happy.

Today was our second visit to this restaurant. First time food was awesome, but service was not great. We tried again and well service was horrible. Walked in she told us to seat our selves and someone would be right over. 15 minutes later we still never got waited on. Both the ladies were sitting at the bar eating and just talking away..., we left. Will NEVER go back. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money in an establishment that could care less if your there.

My absolute favorite burger place. Food and drink is priced well and has always been delicious for me. Service has been outstanding each time I have been there. Highly recommend

Food and Service both great-happy to see plant based offerings-black bean burger and bowl. Black bean burger was very good and it didnt fall apart when it was picked up or taken a bite out of! Generous portion of fries.

Stopped of while getting my car fixed at Firestone. Was thoroughly impressed the staff was very friendly and the food was solid. Only recommendation is I wish they more burger options. I love when burger joints go crazy with different ways to make burgers.

Food and service is always good. The chef randy is top notch. Whitney the manager is always giving the customers his full attention. Cant wait for the new menu coming this month. One of the best place to eat in Mansfield.

Food was good but the two waitresses were slow. Had to seat ourselves sat at table for 15 minutes finally after waitress walked by us for fifth time. Ask her for a menu. Service needs trained in customer service. Management needs to be better.

Amazingly good! My husband and I went here with our 6 month old and the service was great! Everyone was super friendly and personable. Food was absolutely amazing as well! Definitely try it out, we were not disappointed.

We settled on eating here for my birthday dinner. You can tell that I am easy to please when my first choice was Steak and Shake. I was so up for a mint Oreo milkshake, it didnt matter what the burger was like. We wound up going to Horseshoe because Steak and Shake was drive thru only due to COVID and we wanted to dine in. Horseshoes burgers were fairly priced compared to other places. I ordered the swiss and mushroom burger. It was good and not greasy. The fries were fabulous. The mushroom was a full bun sized porto bella.Horseshoes specialty soft drinks were unavailable. You could order anything from the bar. There was a Pepsi truck in the parking lot with too much PEX plumbing. No milkshakes were available. There seemed to be a great Reeses milkshake I might like. I can eat me some chocolate and peanut butter. I could even spend an extra 50-c to upgrade it and get it Reese-ier than ever. But no. Pepsi was working on the system. My overall rating is great, Id eat there again. They were experiencing a lot of upgrades when we went there. My only negative is entirely on me. I was fixated on drinking a dream milkshake with a burger on my birthday. It just wasnt meant to be. If you want to shop local, Id eat there.

Stopped by here on my way through town visiting family. Now enough about me. This establishment is well worth going out of your way for. Their food is delicious and the service was great. I will most certainly be making my way back.

Very friendly staff and incredible food. I got the breakfast burger and the peanut butter Oreo milkshake, and I would order both again in a heartbeat! Everything on the menu sounded fantastic.

For starters, this is the first restaurant I have seen a KETO option available on the menu. Second, I didnt order keto, instead I got the Portobello Mushroom Burger and it was amazing! A bit heavy on the garlic but, otherwise, really good. My fiance had the BBQ Brisket and Cheddar burger and said it was really good too. We will return. Also, despite a number of call offs and them being short-staffed, we still got our food pretty quickly! Server was super nice too!

Ordered a double got a single with 2 pieces of bacon not worth 11 dollars for a cold burger and raw.

Was OK, connected with an old friend. They had live music outside but we wanted to talk so stayed inside. They were supposed to stay open until 1, but at about 10:30 told us they were closing. At that point they started turning up the juke box so loud we couldnt hear each other so we left.

Love this place!!!! Food is fantastic, try something new everytime. But the fries and chicken wings are ways consistent ( get the shoe sauce on the wings) you will not be disappointed!!! The service is also amazing!!!! Just go try this place!!!!

This used to be our go-to for a great burger, with recent changes and the new menu not a fan at all, we actually looked at the menu and decided to leave thats why I left no ratings.

Bartender took good care of me and my wife, food came quick and hot, everything was good. We would go back, need to maybe have frosted beer mugs, I love my beer served in iced mug. 5 STAR

While the burgers were great tasting, they were understaffed this day and it took a long time to get service. Fries were cold, but they made fresh fries later.

Our service was slow, unpleasant, and we did not get half the things we asked for. For the price, the burgers did not live up to expectation. We will give it one more try in order to give them a reprise.
