I wish I could give 100 stars. Blake and his team at epic are knowledgeable about the human body and know what it takes to achieve goals.I’ve been using the ARX to prep for my 3rd bodybuilding competition and I am so excited to see my improvements from the regular bodybuilding prep regimen that I’m used too.I’m also excited about all the recovery options. I trust Blake with his many years of experience to help me bring my best package yet. 🤩

Kind staff and efficient massage therapists. They take insurance! Try it out! My back pain has decreased significantly the past few months. Physical therapy and chiropractic help didn’t help, but massage did! Shout out to Natalie and Colleen- They are terrific! Also, Jynna- I don’t think I would let anyone else give me a whole body wax!

Ive been seeing Angie for massages for quite awhile. She is a very skilled and intuitive therapist. She takes the time to get to know your specific problem areas and develops a routine that addresses them. I would very highly recommend her!

If I were a more selfish person I wouldnt tell everyone Jesse Gustafson is the G.O.A.T. I am 50+ and I have had 100s of massages over the years so you can trust I know a great masseuse when I find one.His friendly demeanor and sure touch let me relax immediately. I came in, in agony, from neck pain. His meticulous approach applied just enough pressure, in the right spots int the right order to release the extreme tension in my neck and shoulders so he could stretch and get to deep tissues. He actually had a technique I hadnt had before, which is a nice surprise because I thought Id seen it all. The prices are reasonable so it leaves room to leave bigger tips. ALWAYS TIP YOUR MASSEUSE PLEASE. Its a physically demanding practice and they feel it everywhere in their body at the end of their day.The spa itself is clean and well maintained though the carpets were a little worse for wear, oil spills most likely, and the A/C was at refrigerator temperature... Jesse closed the vent for me and the table was heated I was very comfortable.Thank you so much Jesse I will be seeing you again soon!

I have been going to Natalie for massages for almost a year now and I am so impressed with her work! She is professional, kind, and beyond skilled when it comes to massage therapy. Super cool place, they have amazing massage people and the PEMF bed has really helped me with injury recovery. There is a lot of services they offer, definitely worth a visit!

Very pleased with the service, the staff allways have the sauna ready at the desired temperature and with relaxing mood lights on. Tey provide all that is needed, including dry towells, cold wet towels and cold drinking water.Thanks to Cassy and Jenna for the great work they do, allways with a worm welcome.

Friendly staff, very clean salon, and Travis was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the issue I am having, even more so than the doctors Ive seen, and I am already feeling the difference after one appointment. Travis worked in conjunction with my chiropractor for a perfect deep tissue massage. Extraordinarily professional. I was literally in crisis in terms of pain when I visited him. Massage therapy is an excellent pain management option. I am so grateful and highly recommend him.

Requested a deep tissue/ therapeutic massage due to pain. Kirsty was very knowledgeable on the anatomy involved and effective at locating and relieving areas of tension. She also advised some recommended stretches to help at home. Professional, skilled and friendly. Will book again.

Andrey was amazing and I got to meet him when I purchased the Groupon special (90 minute massage with 40 minute infared sauna). While some might expect a full massage for the time, he anticipated what my body needed by stretching and adjusting me before giving a short deep tissue massage that helped release the issues I was having. I was sore and went to bed super early, but the next day I felt as good as new!!!

Today I had a 90-Min Therapeutic Massage with Tarah Clarke and it was amazing! She was so professional and personable and worked on the sore spots in my calves with the right pressure. I will definitely be back to book another massage with her the next time I’m in town visiting my family. I highly recommend her for your next massage therapy! Thank you Tarah!

This is only the second review i have ever left online for any business....A friend of mine recommended Epic Wellness to me several times over the last year...and I finally made the trip down from Myrtle Creek to Medford for an appointment with Blake last week. I wish I would have listened to my friend a year ago. I can honestly say, in my 50 years of life, I have never experienced healing on a physical, spiritual , and emotional level the way I did in just one appointment with Blake. In addition, they suggested I try out there PEMF machine and dry float tank which were both amazing as well.From the time I walked in and was greeted by the kind and helpful staff there, to the time I left, everything about my experience was EPIC!

My massage therapist is Jess. I cant say enough about her. She is beyond amazing!! I have been dealing with shoulder pain for many years. And with massage therapy, it can be painful to get deep tissue massages. But when I leave her, I feel pain free and so relaxed. I have seen many massage therapists throughout the years. Jess is hands down the best massage therapist I have been to, ever. (In over 20 years)She has an amazing personality too. Thats important to mention. I am so very grateful for her.

I did PEMF, and the Infrared dry Sauna both for the first time today. It was right on time. I needed it and I still feel great! though this was earlier today. I look forward to my other sessions. Samantha was a great host as well.

Kirsty was so amazing and was able to focus in on all my tight muscles— many I didn’t even realize were tender until she started working on them! She was very professional and proficient. She also was able to accommodate my third trimester belly, which I am sure presented some challenges. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Airin has just been the best massage therapist! She is so kind and thoughtful and has so many years of experience. She is able to tailor your massage to however you like it. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing and all the employees are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of being a client of Epic Wellness for 8 yrs and I have nothing bad to say. Today I had am emergency appt due to a hiking incident. I tried to see an actual therapist but they were booked-one day notice-but not to be left to suffer they got me into their PEMF treatment, and what a blessing. I cant begin to describe it, but think more evenly spaced tens treatment for 20 min followed by 20 min of intense drumming. Also, huge shout out to Blake worked his magic and managed to free upmy seized up Syatica.

Colleen has helped me for many years. With multiple hip surgery’s she has helped me so much with pain relief and comfort! Not only does Colleen do the BEST job giving a wonderful massage but also spends time…every-time asking how I’m doing and with what areas she needs to focus on. She is very thorough, caring and professional! The best in town! Schedule now, you will love it!

All the therapists here are amazing. They all have a different style but really understand how to help with pain and injuries. I have found it few and far between to find a place in this area where all the therapists have a strong background in massage knowledge and can offer a treatment that’s not just a spa relaxation massage. So far I’ve had massages from Terrell who is awesome at deep pressure and helped so much releasing my lower back. Airin gives amazing neck work and combines deep tissue with relaxation my favorite combination! Emalie helped me with forearm pain I was having and really knew what muscles to work on to help get them working again, and calm healthy energy. Travis is incredible at targeted work on problem areas, amazing deep tissue mixed with so many different massage techniques. Highly recommend this place!

I just had the 4 in 1 facial rejuvenation with Jynna, and it was absolutely heavenly. Her hands are magical and you can really tell she is passionate about what she does. I definitely recommend getting a facial from her!

A truly wonderful experience from the first scheduling phone call to the moment I walked out the door. I loved the friendly crew at the front desk and my massage with Travis was by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Im already scheduled for my next one!

The staff at epic wellness is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is deceptive, looks like, nothing special from the outside but the interior is well decorated and very comfortable. Travis, one of the massage therapists is amazingly skilled and visiting him regularly has improved my posture and mobility. I havent taken advantage of the other services offered, like the infrared sauna but there is a host of modalities on offer to improving individual wellness. Cant recommend high enough.

Natalie was amazing! She did things with my shoulders that I have never felt before - and got into my hip flexors really deep.Can’t speak highly enough about the whole staff

My 1st time Epic and the atmosphere was comfortable, Airin was very professional, experienced and nice. It was a great massage! She knows the pressure points to relieve tension and restore relaxation.

Travis was great and very knowledgeable. I received a 90 minute deep tissue and he addressed issues I didn’t even know I had with appropriate techniques while also providing education about muscles and why he is using such techniques. Highly recommend.

Travis truly is a gifted healer. He has helped me tremendously with back and jaw issues. It’s not the most relaxing massage at times, but it is exactly what an unbalanced and tense body needs!

Have been going to E.W. for around five years for therapy. I’ve worked with almost the entire staff and every single one of them have helped me out tremendously inside of one or two sessions. Great performance enhancement for athletes, great mental stress reliever for the working class, and also just really nice people who are pleasant to be around.

Ive visited three times on the advice of a friend...I suffer from sciatica pain caused by deteriorating discs.Travis has done an amazing job of lowering my pain and helping me heal. Highly recommend...

I have Been coming here for a year and I am so impressed with Kristy SHE IS AMAZING ! She does deep tissue and knows every knot she needs to get out . Kristy has made both my husbands and I’s Body’s movement so much better. Truth be told we would be lost with out her. If you want a deep tissue massage go to Kristy at epic wellness. I promise you will not be disappointed. One of the things I love and totally appreciate is that they send you reminder text and ask you to confirm. That makes it so I Cannot forget my appointments. I used to get massages all the time when I lived in Portland but have not been very impressed with massages down here in Medford. I decided to give epic wellness a chance considering their stellar reputation on Google reviews and yelp. I had Cami, and it was the most intense and awesome massage I have had in a very very long time. I am a bigger guy so I need a ton of pressure to make it worth my time and money. I am very impressed, and will be back. The place was clean, it was easy to book on their app, I really can’t say enough. 5 stars.

I booked a massage with Samantha and it was the Best massage I’ve ever had and everyone is so friendly. I had a billing question about a claim received by my insurance and Jenna got right on it with her manager so she could give me an update on my next appointment.

This place was amazing! Ive only always had females massage me in the past, I felt very confident reading through Blake Knights profile on their website and decided to give a male a try. He was not only SPECTACULAR on what my body needed, but he was very spiritually electrifying to talk to as well. I was surprised how comfortable he made me and the profound knowledge he has on life in general, especially in reference to health for the body and mind.I highly recommend him and this place of business in general! I’m a regular at Epic Wellness, I happened to find them through a Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they offered not only massage but infrared and cryotherapy. After 2 years of membership I would say I’ve become a loyal member and have never received a bad massage. They listen to your needs and use cupping, and other modalities to give you the best outcome for your particular needs. Whether you need a 60 minute or 90 minute massage you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Kristy was friendly but not talkative (which I love) Im sure she could have been if I had initiated a conversation, but I appreciate the quite peaceful atmosphere. Completely comfortable and welcoming. Cant wait to go back.

Ive been putting off getting a massage for quite some time because its just not my idea of a good time. But my tense neck and shoulders were giving me headaches. So I finally caved. They got me in the same week and easily made accommodations for me and my comfort level. Kirsty gave a great deep tissue massage, focused on my problem areas. My back was a little tender for the rest of the day (which I was mentally prepared for. I knew a deep tissue massage wasnt going to be the most relaxing) but my shoulders have felt less tense, and for that I am grateful!

Very friendly staff: courteous, and respectful. Colleen is always attentive to any specific needs that I have. I will always highly recommend to others seeking massage therapy.

I was looking for a more relaxing atmosphere and this place seemed like a medical office instead of a Day Spa. The therapist was very hard on my muscles and I was not relaxed at all I was actually in pain😞during the message and after leaving. The sauna was dry and I very much prefer a wet saunaand they do not have showers for rinsing off after sauna either. There was no aromatherapy nor warm face towels for relaxation or to cover face from lighting during message. I really recommend Blue Giraffe Day Spa its a much better experience.

Jess is great and so knowledgeable about the body! I have a few chronic conditions and she has been an integral part of my care team.

I was scheduled for surgery on my shoulder that had been giving me trouble for a couple years. I had tried physical therapy, cortisone shots, anti inflamatories, just about everything I could think of. Just weeks before my surgery I asked Blake if he thought he could help me avoid it. A couple weeks later I was able to cancel the surgery and I now have almost full range of motion without pain. Thank you, Blake!!!

I’ve never had a massage before, and Rick established a line of communication right away making sure I was comfortable and to let him know if I became uncomfortable or it was too intense. I would definitely go again.
