The guy working I think maybe the owner but either way has great customer service. He didnt have the exact watt pnp coil that I like so gave me one that he did have in stock no one does stuff like that. Also first place I have found coils for my girls smok vape. I have had pretty good interactions with all the shops in town but this guy is just a bit better. For now on its my go to for anything vape.

These guys are great! They carry great products at amazing prices. The juice is wonderful. Great flavors, that you can tell they are passionate about. Their juice prices cannot be beat. Period. I walked in the store and was immediately welcomed with smiles and great conversation. I felt like I had dropped in to see a couple friends. You will not regret making this your location for all your vaping needs.

This is the best vape shop in the area in my opinion. Have a great selection of products at the best prices Ive found. The owner and all who work there are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. Drive out here from Rogue River when there are closer shops for all of those reasons. This is by far the BEST shop in Southern Oregon. The owners are not out for personal gain. They have created an establishment to help people streamline all of their Vape needs with great customer service and reliable product. They have great pricing and are willing to work with your budget to make sure you leave satisfied! Also, did I mention that their house juice is better than most premium juice? Never been somewhere that organized them by flavor and put bottles on the counter so I didnt feel awkward asking them to pull out 15 flavors I couldnt decide between 👍

This is a Top Shelf establishment. These folks know their product, and can help you find just the right Vape or juice for a great price! I bought two bottles of 50mg nic salt juice and it ended up being too strong for me. They swapped them out free of charge and as friendly as can be! I was really impressed with the customer service and will definitely be back soon!

Always very nice. I have met all of the workers i believe and each one of them are super helpful and knowledgeable. Been my regular vape store for nearly a year and i dont see myself going anywhere else anytime soon with the wide selection of juices and up to date tanks/mods.

I managed to find my way out to this shop soon after it opened and was from the moment I walked in it was a pleasure. I was greeted at the door like a friend and not just a random customer. I did a little looking around and once I was ready the owners helped get what I wanted and answered any questions I had promptly and friendly. I have been in many shops prior and even after visiting those places a few times i always felt uncomfortable to ask questions and if i did, I left feeling like they were all laughing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!I purchased a new bottle of juice and coils from them. Went home cleaned and changed everything out. Looking forward to a new flavor, but no taste at all. Went back to the store they refused to do anything about it. Horrible experience and complete waste of money!!

What can you say about a vape store? One cant walk into a small mom and pop style specialty shop and expect a religious experience, that said I can think of no better first impression than that this first time customer encountered a few days ago upon entering the facility. I was greeted by Simon (gosh I hope that was his name... Im so bad with names and I only met the fellow once. Apologies if Im mistaken) who was polite, friendly, and who himself obviously quite knowledgeable was able to answer the most fundamental questions as well as (to my mind) more technically advanced questions in ways easy to understand, yet not making me feel foolish for not knowing the ins and outs of the available merchandise and accessories. In short, a truly friendly environment for the novice such as myself.Moving on to more important critique, pricing. I think little more than this simple example will suffice. I wanted to find a more reasonable price on that precious consumable commodity upon which we all rely, vape juice. The fuel upon which our collective proverbial monkeys feed. I was awe struck by the house blend prices. I had been quite content paying $17 for 60 ml at my previous store of choice, so you can imagine my surprise to learn that 100 ml at Stone Cold (again, this price is for house blends only) was only $12!!! A few quick keystrokes on the pocket calculator shows that this takes the price per ml from 28.33333 cents to 12 cents.In short, I now have a friendly staff who I believe will not steer me wrong on future kit and mod purchases and I pay less than half (specifically 42.35%) on the most reoccurring purchase Ill always have as long as I vape. Swing by, say hello, its worth the trip to judge for yourself.

These guys know their stuff. I drive two hours over a snow ridden pass to get my juice and etc from this place. Best price on vape juice Ive ever had the pleasure to buy. Try yhe ghost milk.

Normally a great place. But went in 2 weeks in a row as a bottle of juice was terrible. It was a berry blend and tastes like burnt rubber. Even after a brand new coil. Went back to old juice and it was fine. So went back in to get a different bottle and have had the same issue. Tastes burnt. So out of 4 bottles, 2 taste burnt and the others fine so I know its not my vape. $36 wasted in juice. Its been tried in 3 vapes and same results. Think it may be time to check out a different store.Since I cant respond to the response from owner: I get you dont make it, but you sell those brands and should hold those companies accountable. Why should I or even we as customers have to pay for bad products? Doesnt make sense. 2 bottles in the trash. Its not like I went and picked that money off a tree. When products are sold, companies arw suppose to stand behind them. But I guess thats not the case.

Drove to stone cold vapors from Ruch to buy vape equipment. Though both the sign on the door and google say it’s open, no one is here, and no one is answering the phone. Not a good first experience. Either update your hours on google and on the sign on front door, or be there when you say you will be.

Hello, I’d recently visited this establishment and was highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality service that was presented. The business owner stated when he was short tempered “I don’t care what you have to say.” When I had asked about a broken product I recently purchased from the establishment.I attempted to explain my situation when the male raised his voice and made a public interruption in front of other potential customers to rudely express his anger and lack of understanding/patience.I will not support the progress or positive advertise of this establishment nor the male owner.
