Love this place! Friendly, helpful staff that love animals! Brought my service pup Chaplin in and they even told me he could roam free in the store. Super sweet! Also, got good vibes when we entered the store. It was clean ans comfy.. not like some of those places that feel sterile like EC Blends. Will be back :)

We are from out of state and I messaged them at 10:30pm and got a response within the hour. They really helped us out when our tank glass broke and we were just traveling through. They really went the extra mile to help me find the coils that I needed. Didnt get annoyed when I asked for the coils I thought I needed but was totally wrong about. Didnt make me feel like an idiot. Thumbs up, tolerant woman!! Of course I wasnt a jerk about it, I think that makes a difference.

Nice place. A bit larger than it should be, but that is due to it used to be allowed to Vape indoors, but those ID10Ts in Salem seem to think They know what is best for you!Knowledgeable staff, great flavours to choose from and lots and lots of tanks and mods to peruse while you are there. The owner even gives lessons on coils and building them. If you pre-order flavours, they can have them ready for pick up in about one day.

The best vape shop around. Hands down. Great selection of products. But the best part of Tribal Vape is the outstanding customer service. After only two visits and dealing with Brittany both times, I will go no where else. She was informative. Kind. A joy to conversate with. And got me a killer deal on a new mod. Absolutely, just amazing. I live in California and its about an 80 mile drive (round trip), but I will make that drive every time.Keep it up guys.And thank you Brittany. 👍♥️

Stoped in today looking for a Caliburn. Have never been in before today. Even though this shop didn’t carry them, the worker Britany was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t end up buying anything yet, but will definitely be back. Thank you for having great customer service!

Their receipt says in store credit only but when we tried to return a defective item 12 hrs later was told sorry we can not return the leaky item. So basically ripped off for $55. My daughter has an item that leaks and she cant use and they have her money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Every time I go here its usually the same guy working and he never seems to know what hes talking about I wanted to try out and RDA and he acted like he had no clue what I was even talking about last time I went in the guy was too busy flirting with a girl he completely ignored my boyfriend and myself I highly recommend Vape Legends great people great vape juice very friendly and they even hook you up with good deals if you go there and like creamier flavors try Rhinos Milk one of their in house juices 👌🏼

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when asking questions about the many different setups they have in the store. If you dont know how to set it up they are more than willing to not only tell you how but even have gone as far to setting it up in store. Definitely recommend to anyone new to the vaping experience.

The people are nice and try to be helpful, they are pretty good at righting their wrongs and exchanging certain products if they sell you the wrong one, but honestly if you’re not a vape expert make sure you know exactly what you want before you go in there, the employees don’t see to know that much so just to save yourself a headache research what you want before you go down there or choose a different store with more knowledgeable staff.

Awesome customer service. Called in and they answered right away, didnt have what I needed, but the customer service was premium. It is important to treat a customer well, and I was impressed with the help of recieved!

This is by far the worst vape shop I’ve been to in southern Oregon. Employees bragging about buying out their own supply, standing out front talking foul. I will not give them another penny. Even once I was inside, they started talking horribly about a customer that had just left. Learn some proper work ethics.

Not only great in-store customer service (such as helping find glass for an old atomizer no longer supported by the manufacturer) but great flavors, prices and quick responses to online comments and ratings. That gets a fifth star 😉

Always had a great experience here. Good prices too! This is my main shop. Even though I live in Phoenix OR it is always worth the trip.

Never ever had a bad experience with this store. Everytime I go they are friendly and giving off great vibes with knowledge of everything I need and the culture around vaping.
