Love this place- great staff.

I just happened to find this place after having a bad experience at a local restaurant in the same strip. I walk in, it’s clean, organized, well lit, and Jordan (obviously, I didn’t know his name was Jordan until we talked) was there to help me find what I need. The MOD I found is great and he suggested a flavor that I hope is 😊 good. Jordan was helpful, and had a great spirit. I’ve been driving past that shop for a year I’m glad I decided to stop by.

Cookie was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked lots of questions to make sure I was getting the right product. Then he showed me my options. Another customer came in while Cookie was helping me. He acknowledged her and continued helping me. I was impressed with his customer service.

I drove here from Forney because I wanted a new place. It says they open at 9, but nobody was there. I think it was 9:30 when they got here. I have to say the price for what I got was best I have seen. The guy also took the time to call me and apologize, he was actually in the back working and had locked the door. I will for sure be back, that is customer service I was looking for. He actually cared about my experience and that is rare!!

First time coming in and Jordan did a great job of showing me exactly what I needed. Very great customer service, I look forward to coming back again in the future!

I usually go to sky rise smoke shop and buy my vapes and get pts, but lately I’ve been going to the smoke club because they have some good deals on there elfbars. You can get a deal where you buy two and the second one is half off. They also have a good option size on vapes! I’m usually in and out.

The best in DFW! If you haven’t already come check them out, they’re knowledgeable, personal and you feel like family upon entering! Not to mention several options for all your needs. One stop shop with great service!

Been here a couple of times the first two ladies I met were nice and helped me because I just stop smoking forgythe bottle at home when I went to get it again lady told me if it wasn’t right to bring back well when I did it was another lady there and was not helpful and rude got on phone with owner and he was no help will never go here again

This smoke shop in particular never answer the phone, this makes no sense. Yall are nice in person, but just dont answer the phone like ever.
