Had the best experience!! I had Dalen as my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. The design came out beautiful and the shape was perfect. She was so nice and kind and was so excited to do my nails. She was honest about the first design I showed and i ended up going with my back up option and it turned out better than i could have ever imagined. I really appreciated the opinion. Overall it was super great. I was in and out in an hour. Would definitely recommend dalen and will definitely be going again!

Absolutely in love with this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The salons chic decor and comfy atmosphere made my visit super relaxing. My nail technician was a true artist – meticulous attention to detail, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered stunning results. The color selection was top-notch with so many trendy shades to choose from. Plus, my nails have never looked better and theyre holding up beautifully! 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for a pampering experience that leaves you feeling fabulous. My friend and I had a patient recommend this nail salon. I believe I had the owner, if not the lovely gentleman who did my pedicure. He helped us find a color match for what we were anticipating and really made us feel comfortable and shared a few laughs together. They do phenomenal work! I’d highly recommend this salon and spa. I’ll forever be coming back!

Ive heard mixed reviews about this place so I went in a bit skeptical but holy was I blown away. Dalen was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing! Perfect shape, perfect nude color, perfect hearts, she really pays attention to detail and is so sweet. These are definitely one of, if not, the best nails Ive ever had done. I highly recommend this place and especially Dalen! For anyone whos wondering, I got a fill and it was $56 without tip!

I have been looking for a place all over Minneapolis and I decided to check out this place! Right away when you walk in, you are welcomed and the place is so cute with decorations and the staff was incredibly patient and kind and helpful- I lost my debit card last week and am waiting on a new one and my Venmo was acting up and I had to embarrassingly wait for my friend to come cover me, but they were so nice about it, I greatly appreciated it. And the nails, safe to say I am absolutely obsessed and in love. Will absolutely be coming again- i have found my new nail home!

The first time I came to Express Nails was in 2021 and have been going regularly since to get acrylic set/fills and gel pedicures. I’ve probably had my nails done by every nail tech there, and I truly enjoy each of them. A couple things I’ve learned over the years: If you’re looking to have any designs done, I’d schedule an appointment with Dalen — I think Dakea is also great to book for nail designs, but give them a call, inquire, and schedule an appointment. If you schedule an appointment, I’d still expect to have a little bit of a wait. If you’re a walk-in, also expect to wait a bit unless they’re not busy. If I come for a walk-in, I try to get there M, Tues, or Wed. If you’re on a time crunch, let them know and they’ll do everything they can to get you in and out (I once had Rithy give me a pedicure and Dakea give me a fill at the same time because I had a flight to catch and didn’t make an appointment lol). I’m a mom of one, soon-to-be two boys, and visiting Express Nails is my favorite scheduled me-time out of the house. I consider everyone there friends of mine and when I brought my son in for the first time to meet everyone after his pediatric appointment right next door, Rithy carried him around and entertained him while I picked out my nail color and waited for my husband to come and take our child home. I truly thank my postpartum STARS for Lida, Rithy, Dalen, Dakea and all the other nail techs there. I can’t wait for the day when my kids can sit still long enough to come with me. Don’t let the other reviews dissuade you, I love this place.

Dalen did such an amazing job on my nails! She was amazing at recreating a design I showed her and so nice about it. I love going to this salon.

I had a terrible experience. Came here for my trip.. Customer service was very rude from the time I walked in the door.. I came to get a pedicure and the lady shave my nail all the way round after I told her I wanted square shape. So a male came and took over and got mad because I told him I wanted square shape. He then got mad cause I cause I stated “usually nail shops make it square shape for me” and he told me I have to leave and to “go find those people” VERY RUDE NEVER COMING BACK!! TERRIBLE SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD!!!

I have been getting my nails done here for the last two years and mostly get excellent customer service, but today the gentleman doing my nails was rushing me and cutting my nails shape too short after I confirmed I did not want it cut that length. When I expressed that before he added the did powder, he started complaining that I wanted a short length and told me that he likes to get things done super fast. He then told me he does not want to do my nails anymore and I should go somewhere else. Having to wait over two hours after with an appointment, only to be treated this way was baffling. I would not be recommending anyone else to Express Nails, if you if around this area, I recommend reading updated reviews and looking for elsewhere with better customer service.

My experience at this nail shop is the best Ive ever had in any nail shop. And Ive been to plenty of shops. I came here with a picture of exactly what manicure I wanted and although they didnt have the exact powder color/shade that I wanted, one of the ladies took other powders and mixed them to customize the color for me. I have never been completely satisfied from any nail salon until today. (Dalene did my nails)Update: Ive learned to only come here if Dalene is available to do my nails. Shes the only nail tech here who does what I ask and the nails look flawless.Everytime I had my nails done by someone other than Dalene I absolutely hated them.The various pictures Ive posted are all done by Dalene. (I dont have the other nail techs photos as I was too disappointed to even take pictures).Im keeping the star rating at 3 because I believe other nail techs should be able to do just as good of a job.

Been going here for years and have always been pleased. The upgraded pedicures are my favorite as you get a calf and foot massage on top.Unless you book a large group or are one of the first appointments be prepared to wait about 20 minutes even if you book ahead. Not a huge issue, I just bring a book while I wait.

First time at Express Nails and Ill definitely be back. Dalen did a fantastic job (my first acrylics since pre-Covid), and she is very sweet & easy to chat with. I just moved back to Minneapolis after being away for many years, and I think Dalen at Express Nails will be my regular nail tech from here on.Excuse the quality of the photos, its a bit difficult to take a good picture of your own nails...at least for me).

First thoughts were this place is pretty nice and well kept. Staff seemed friendly. I got a couple services for my daughter & I. I really wanted to make this place our go to nail shop as we recently moved to this area & not to fond of driving out to Osseo from here. But after 3 days my gel nails decided to start chipping. I could get them done again since the price wasnt outrageous but Im just not sure if Ill have the same outcome. Ive never had a problem with the gel chipping before. I may check them out again, just not sure yet.

They get it right every time, sometimes with a little guidance if you’re really particular like me. But they don’t have any problem when you ask them to touch up certain spots. They want you to be happy walking out of there!! And you’re in and out so fast!Rithy did my nails this time and I was so happy! He’s really good and very nice and personable. Thank you!! I haven’t been going anywhere else since I discovered Express Nails! $32(+ tip of course) for these gel ovals!

Bad place to have your nails done. They only care about the money you pay. Last Tuesday me and my daughter went to do manicure the technician Angela did my full set quick, she was rushing to do my nails, she didn’t put the gel color properly, when I told her she keep said it on my skin. Another came he understand what I want.she refuses to do it and want to finish she can collecte the money. This place is so expensive. No good service. I report her to the other lady behind the desk she didn’t say anything because they are the same. Don’t waste your money to go there. My daughter she did a refill, she is not satisfied too. Her nails looks bad. He didn’t clean and put the gel any how. She did my eyes row wax too, she did quick and not good. I told her she doesn’t want to correct it. I will never go there. Please report they service people not wasting they time and money.

These people are nice but absolutely does not do good work, first nail polish should cover the whole nail it shouldn’t be a lift at the bottom of the nail, artwork on the nail should be neat especially on French tip nails, those who have good reviews just got lucky or they nails are not done right but they think they are from lack of knowledge,

I won’t ever return I’m new in town was treated as a stranger on the street my nails are horrible and not even finished was asked to come back an hour after waiting thirty minutes already of being not given what I’ve asked for a simple style of glow in the dark nails like how can you make them this bulky

Solita went off on this set!! I disagree with people accusing the staff of speaking about patrons in their native tongue—if you can’t understand what’s being said, you’re making assumptions based on your own insecurities. All the staff is super friendly, and very genuine when you take the time to get to know them as people. Super affordable, and great pedicures too!

I was a reoccurring customer at this location due to its proximity to me. I paid $50 for a full set and regular toe polish. I was rushed out the door and told my nails were dry after an hour of them being set and by the time I got home this proved to not be true leaving them messed up for my vacation. Furthermore, less than 24 hours later my acrylic ripped off and took my real nail with it simply by putting on my shoe and this was with the extra costing powder. I called to see if I could get some sort of refund or compensation because $50 nails should not be acting up like this, the manager and her co worker hung up on me not once nor twice but three times with completely no concern. I almost never leave reviews but I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard as a paying customer.

Sad to report that they are now a 1 out of 5, when I was going here for the last 3.5 years and had pretty fine/average experiences until recently.Just a warning, if you get the basic pedicure on their menu, which is 41$, it says it includes a massage and lotion - but you will not get any type of massage or lotion, and expect it to only take about 10-12 minutes total. If you ask for a massage/lotion which you did not get, they will argue with you, embarrass you and then their response was lets look at the cameras, I gave you a massage and then when asked to review this footage, they can not even actually do it, and still made me pay full price. My husband was next to me, and I got no lotion, no massage, and the person doing my toes painted them, said nothing and left me as another customer of his walked in the door, there was no conclusion. I tried to address that I did not get any lotion or massage, and they argued with me, stating they can prove it on the video cameras, when I called this bluff, then they could not show any footage at all....still paid full price and was embarrassed along the way. Horrible customer service. They lost me (a long standing 3.5 year customer) and multiple other customers of my friends and husband today because of this grotesque and argumentative reaction they had in response to me addressing their inadequate service. I have never been treated so rudely!

They give fabulous hot towels & messages, they do about everything, there chairs are great. Lots of nail designs, experienced nail personalities for sure, I asked questions and hot the honest answers. Great Job .

Got black acrylic nails, the ladies did an excellent job and were so kind!

Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the service or outcome of my pedicure. Very limited parking, luckily I was there early on a weekend, but I dont think I would have been able to find a spot during the day, unless I wasnt looking in the right spot? Nails completely mis-shapened (some squared, some rounded), not filed smoothly, and polish not completely out to cuticles. I would not recommend. ☹️☹️☹️

I’m a bit conflicted on this place.Pros: the people were very nice (outwardly) and it was fast. I’ve only gotten my nails done a few times in my life and they made you feel more comfortable than many other similar places.Cons: I ordered gel and I think they gave me dip powder, although I’m not familiar with either. Dip is cheaper (although I was still charged for gel) and damaging to your nails so I don’t love that. My nails weren’t trimmed or prepped in any way like the last salon I went to. Sanitary was slightly questionable (I didn’t see anywhere they cleaned tools besides towels and It looked like most tools were pulled out of drawers from previous uses). The next few days my nails hurt and I had to refile a few spots. The extra money spent on special top things chipped quickly. Overall the application was pretty messy and questionable for $90 after the 20% tip. Other places offer more for that price. They also did a bad job of hiding that they were gossiping and laughing about another customer, which was sad to see.

Never coming back......Be careful to choose the staff when you want get lip hair/eyebrow waxing. One lady is really professional and never hurt your skin, but the other lady always left my skin with small scars after waxing my eyebrow and lip hair. The tiny scars took so long to cure and its really painful. The eyebrow shape they give you is great but the scar is really annoying and feel like burning. I am about to take my graduation photo in two days so this tiny scar make me feel so bad.

The ONLY nail salon to go to near the U. Today I was in a rush, and the staff went above and beyond to fit me in for an acrylic fill and get me out in time, while being so kind and accommodating. + they are the CUTEST nails, she did such a great job. Highly, highly recommend

I had Sam for a dip removal and dip manicure, and he was SO nice! He was extremely detail-oriented, polite, and professional. The atmosphere was similar to other places I had gone, but I did not have to wait and actually started before my appointment time. Even better, the prices were the best Ive seen in the area! Would recommend.

The quickest and best nails I have ever gotten. The people there are so dedicated. The lady who did my nails came in on her day off since they were so busy. Such a clean place, so many selections, and AMAZING prices. I cant believe I have lived in MN this long without knowing about this place, will never go anywhere again.

Ever since I have moved back to this neighborhood I had to find a new place to get my nails done at. This place was a dream come true for me because it was so close and affordable. I only get acrylics with gel polish and every time I go in there I walk out with cute nails and a smile on my face. They always do an amazing job and always make sure to ask me if I like them and if they can fix anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Before I start, my dip manicure turned out well. The nail art was well done, and it will last a long time. Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems with the place.Its really dirty - the nail stations had debris because they didnt lay towels down while they were giving you a manicure, they just kind of push everything off on the floor. While I was getting my service done, a glass dish broke off the station, and had to be swept up. I hope they got everything because otherwise customers would have been walking on glass.Unfortunately, you also have to add an extra $10 to your service FOR a manicure (cuticle treatment, etc.) But, I dont think I actually got a manicure. My cuticles were pushed down, but I didnt get any lotion or hand massage or any oil for my cuticles. Im not sure that is worth $10.They also seemed very rushed for time, I had to ask multiple times for them to check my nail shape because it was lopsided. Prices were not unreasonable for a dip manicure with nail art, but I think its really dumb to be charged an extra $10 for basic cuticle maintenance.TL;DR - decently priced for nails, but beware extra charge for a manicure and unclean nail stations

Worst experience ever I got acrylic there when I came home my finger was on fire it was burning really bad and when I call them to ask them what I can do with it the guy told me to put my self in front of a fan have now to go to another nails tech to take this of wasted 76 $ for extremely short French manicure . And they were rushing me out the arcylic was so thin that I was scare that my nails pop out and they also scam I call a lot of time asking for the price even sending pictures and when I came they told me something else and the smell of the shop can kill you

Came on to receive services as a new customer. I was super happy and excited bc of some of the reviews I had already read but firstly they were just rude. I really wish I had just got up and left bc they guy that did my nails did a very ugly job and did not accommodate me in anyway. I mean I never heard of not being able to use regular polish if u want to get rhinestone plus I have a photo of what I wanted vs what I rcvd. Highly disappointed. I spent 60 on a fill in. And one of my nails came off the second daySmh terrible services.

This is my favorite place to go in the Twin Cities! They do the most professional job and adheres to COVID-19 protocols - very clean.Had an appointment this morning around 11 and had the my first and best deluxe pedicure. I am not sure the woman’s name but she was absolutely to the T! She was so happy and smiley too! :)Thank you so much again!

Poor quality acrylic nails. Within a week all of my nails had broken off and they refused to do a better job and wanted to charge me $15 to repair. Plus my nails were so damaged I had to wait 2 months for my nails to grow back healthy. The location is great, but I am willing to drive further for better quality.

Day before Mothers Day experience: Enjoyed the experience. Had a pedicure for my guy, gel manicure -volume eyelash package-and eyebrows. I do look amazingUpdate June 1st: still looking amazing today *minus taking the acrylic gel nails off due to nail growth* Ive lost a few lashes here and there however they still are full and I get multiple compliments on where I got them done, and that it was a little over 3 weeks ago.

Very excellent service. All of the workers were extremely friendly and made me feel like a top priority. Im new to the nail-world and they were very knowledgeable in helping me figure out what exactly I wanted! I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to get top-rated nails for a very reasonable price! Im also a college student and the fact the prices were so wonderful, and it was close to campus, was really a big win.

I will never recommend this nail salon to any of my friends. I schedule for for 1pm and another girl schedule for 1pm as well, but they put us wait until 1:30. I give them 2 stars because most of the employees are friendly and good service, but the woman did my nails made me so unhappy of the entire experience. She always gives me her Impatient face because I ask for a design that she thinks is complicated, but its basically just french monique and few lines on top!! She sometimes mumbling in whatever language after I ask her to make some changes of her mistake. Idk what she mumble about, but that makes me feel so uncomfortable. I wasnt very sure about the color I want, so I ask for her opinion VERY FRIENDLY!!!!, but she started mumble again!!! and said what ever you like. I was not very happy about that.. After all, I paid totally 90$ for gel Monique and pedicure...and tipped 3$, for the guy who did the massage and clip my nails tho. I was so disappointed.. Hope I can get my money back. I am new to the U and I dont know the market price of nail salons. Just let you girls know about the price of this salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT SALON AGAIN!! Most of the employees there are friendly, hope you guys dont get that woman to do your nails. GOOD LUCK.

Stopped in for a last minute french tips mani pedi and the staff was able to squeeze me in. They worked fast and even though different artists worked on my nails the look stayed consistent and have lasted for a good week before beginning to chip. Looking forward to going back again!

Very nice space in the cut kinda right off university SE Mpls. First walk in expression for me was clean, smells like a salon of all kinds should. Staff members were nicely dressed and looked like professional nail technicians. I had a few services each time I went and two or three different Techs. Great job on my nails and eye brows were on point, and lashes were my first time. I couldnt keep my dang eye still closed if my life depended on it. Lol but she was very professional and did her thang. But next time I will not get the set I got. Loved them but to much didnt get used to them before letting them all fall out without filling them but next time next week will ask for a different look. Thank you for wanting my experience. Its always good to hear the good storys. I seem to read more bad then good at and place of business.

Went there once to get fake nails and the service was great, no issues. Then, I called a week in advanced to make two appointments for my mother and me to get our nails done. The lady on the phone said the appointment was made, no problem, see you then. So we show up to our SCHEDULED appointment on that Friday, only to discover the salon was closed for Black Friday. No one there, lights off. No one called us to reschedule, no one told us we couldnt make appointments on Black Friday. Very disappointed, as we had a good experience there before.

Lida did a wonderful job with my pedicure. This was probably one of the friendliest nail salons that I’ve been to around the twin cities. She really took her time and made sure that I got what I wanted. This was my first visit here but I will be coming back to try other services too!

Ive been here for acrylics before and it was well done, but this time I asked for dip. My nails came out uneven. There is a visible color difference on some of the nails because the technician didnt wait till the dip dried before putting on the top coat. He was also very slow and didnt seem to know how to use dip well.. Some of my nails werent even filed evenly with the other nails. The most disappointing part is somehow the technician managed to glue the nail extension on one finger so that it is almost at a 65 degree angle on my nail. Its my fault for not asking them to redo that nail but it still seemed a little unprofessional to me. The service here is always kind so I still left a tip, but not sure if I will come back again.

I use to go here all of the time because it was the closest nail salon to me, and I remembered that I stopped going because the acrylic nails never felt like they were properly adhered to my nails, and I was constantly worried about them popping off. That was a couple years ago, I found a nail salon an hour from me that is cheaper, and does amuch better job! 9 days ago I made the terrible decision to step back into this salon because I told my younger cousin that was visiting me that we would get our nails done. It was just more convenient to go here and I forgot why I stopped. We were misled on where to choose our colors from for a regular not gel set, but that is a different story. We sat down with this guy and I was letting her go first because she was my guest. He immediately started just naming off a list of things that would cost extra. Which is good to know, but I’ve never had a nail salon charge me extra for wanting my nails shaped differently. Not only was it extra, but on every nail station there is a printed off images of nail shapes and for example, a stiletto shape had a +5 next to it, but when the guy was listing off things to my cousin, he took out his case of drill heads with the same picture, but it said +15 instead. An extra $15 dollars for a different nail shape is just ridiculous, and it was clear that he was just scamming people by making up his own price. Both my cousin and I ended up with oddly misshapen nails, it was like they didn’t want to take the time to choose the correct size nail tip, so they forced ones that are too small to fit. I also have a lot of weird lumps on mine. I was just going to ignore it but then today one of my nails popped off. It didn’t break, the whole thing popped off in one piece 9 days after getting them put on. I had been trying to save money for her visit, so it was nice to finally treat myself also by getting my nails done, and one already broke. I’m so disappointed, and I refuse to return to this salon.

This business made me deeply saddened by the ability for people to run unethical businesses. I had some friends go here and pay 26 dollars for acrylic nails. When I went, they charged me over 30 dollars so I assumed they raised the price. When I was leaving they charged the lady after me $26. Then I checked and on their price sheet it said $26. When I asked why I was charged more she said it was because my acrylics were longer than my normal nails so they had to charge more. My nails were done extremely short. They charge people different prices and then lie about it. My nail polish has also chipped horribly and their top coat comes off completely. I will never give money to this business again.

I have been going to express nails for a while and I always leave happy. Rose is amazing, my nails always look good after she does her magic! Im a server and bartender so Im hard on my hands/nails, the gel never chips, the only reason I have to go in is when they grow out. Express Nail prices are also extremely reasonable for the area and the quality you get.

The pedicure was great, I upgraded to the one with hot stone massage. Although, they advertise it as $39 I ended up paying $50...I also got a full with gel which was $40. I include the prices of what I actually paid because it’s not advertised that way, a lot of extra charges. The nails are all different lengths. Some of my nails are more rounded on the sides and others bluntly squared. I would go back for a pedicure but not for nails.Bring cash because there’s a fee to pay with a card, though they will refund you the ATM fee.

I told the woman i wanted longer and she clipped it super super short... Shorter than my nail was before... I could have done this myself at home. I paid for a whole set of acrylics that look like my regular nails. They were fast trying to get me in and out quickly... Two people working at one time. My nails look like the 100 layer nail polish challenge... Super talk and thick. Im disappointed and didnt tip. Wish I could get my money back

My experience at the Express Nails & Spa has been good. I had gel manicure and brow wax, and Jin and her husband did a really nice job. I scheduled my appointment online so didnt have to wait. Great location, friendly staff, and reasonable price.

The staff were kind and accommodating. They got me in right away and made sure everything was to my liking. The nail technician was incredibly talented and did the exact design I asked for!

Overall great experience- the workers are fast and friendly and always squeeze us in. Unfortunately sometimes the mail chips. Got mine done in Sunday and one mail began to chip by Monday. Hope to get it fixed there since it’s so close to campus and usually a great experience

I went to Express Nails & Spa because I have friends that live near the U. Three of us went together, they gave us a group discount, and a discount for paying in cash. The service was great, friendly, and very professional. Cheapest price Ive ever paid for a manicure in the USA. The facilities are nice and clean, the staff are kind and offered us water or soda. If youre looking for great service at a great price, I definitely recommend them. I live in Brooklyn Park, but Im going to be driving to Dinkytown for my nail care from now on.

I have been coming to this salon for 4 years now and they always welcome me by name! I recently moved out of the TC and still drive out to go here. I go there for eyelash extensions and they are always great and move you to a private room to relax. Jin and her husband are great people and run a great salon!

Very meticulous and luxurious mani/pedicure service. They take their time but it is worth it.Update: These folks do a decent job, but they do not honor their prices. They charged me extra for using my card although I had over $50 I services. Then I was chard charged $2 more than I was quoted for my design. Not cool.

Jin and her husband killed the game! The best PR I’ve seen in years and the best customer service I’ve had at any nail salon. They offer a wide range of services from gems on the nails to hot stone massages. Absolute best place, they brought me back to life with these acrylics. See you next time. Thank you!

My pedicure was amazing... But absolutely do not DO NOTTT get a full set there!!! The guy who is the manager did my nails so poorly.. I kept telling him throughout the two hours it took him to do my nails that I didnt like it and he just kept telling me to let him finish. Once he finished they looks terrible and I told him I was not going to pay full price and he threw a huge fit. And took my picture to make sure I wasnt welcome back. Definitely a pedicure only salon.

Theyre super friendly and fast. Cheapest place to get a gel manicure! Its not the most upscale, but they are very efficient and nice. The only thing I would say is that they go so fast they missed some parts of my nail, but you cant tell too much.

I was super nervous about trying this place due to the mixed reviews. However, I was extremely happy leaving! I will say that I did have to wait a little, even with an appointment, but Jin, the owner, was quick yet meticulous. Manicures I’ve had in the past took way longer and didn’t even look as good in the end. Definitely recommend this place!

I got a gel manicure which should last 2 weeks. My nails began chipping less than 24 hours after my appointment. Its been 2 days now and they look really bad, not happy considering I paid $30. I do not live in the area so its not convenient for me to go back and have them fixed. I reached out twice to request a refund, no one got back to me! Horrible nails and they clearly dont care about their customers.

I have been getting powder dip manicures at Express Nails & Spa since this summer. The location is convenient, the staff are courteous, and Ive been very happy with how my nails have been turning out. I get 3-4 weeks wear out of a powder dip color.

I stopped by kind of last min, about an hour before they closed and they were the nicest most accomadating people ever! It was a way longer job than I expected and they still made sure to do a great job with no rush even when we went past closing time. I dont generally get my nails done so when I do I just go for the most convinient location but after the first time thats the only place I trust to get real quality pedicures!

Called and made an appt at 12:45, got there at 12:41, waited until 1:18p and still wasn’t served or given any updates on how long it would be. Staff ignored me and my sister. I understand being busy and getting walk ins but if a client is making an appt, it’s for a reason. I drove 30 mins, paid for parking, and wasted more than 30 mins additionally of my life. We left and went to another nail salon.

1 I liked the promptness, quality of service (waxing) and friendly atmosphere2 I am really upset about prices.On their web site are indicated prices, but in reality they differ. So, it was supposed to pay 130 $, but when she checked me out she said I have to pay 170$.I tell her that is their fault that they didnt updated the prices on the web site and she told me that will charge me 146$, but my bank statement shows that she charged me 151$.I asked her to make sure, how much I will be charged 146 or 151 and she said 146,but its anyway 151$ on my bank account.Guys, show the real prices and dont lie to people, dont confuse us.You lose respect because the facts do not coincide with the wordsOtherwise, I liked the waxing and the Lady.

Stopped by before a spa appt. and flight back home. Accommodations are in a strip mall down from the University, but great customer service. I stopped in on a Monday and Rhithy did a great job on the gel pedi. Will return when back in Minnesota.

Ladies, I called because of a chip nail without an appointment..walked in and got served immediately!! The place was busy!! Kim did my nails in 20 mins!! I had a gel nail color. Pay cash save a buck!! I will return in the future.

Awful experience. When I got a full set and toe polish, the toe polish was not only hideous but started chipping the same day. As for the acrylics, they were misshaped, haphazardly done, and ended up causing damage to my nail bed. Some of this would have been excusable had they been receptive to my complaints. They lied about who the management was and hung up on me multiple times. They exploit students knowing that theyre our easiest option. Save your time and money.

The experience in the shop was okay. The staff was friendly although rarely did they speak in my actual direction and my gel manicure that I paid $113 dollars for broke off within 3 days. When I called to ask if they would make it right I was told then nail tech notion was on vacation.

My nail artist did exactly what I wanted. Spent $36 plus tip on a gel nail polish. Its stayed for almost 2 weeks even though Im a bartender. Make sure to schedule or call ahead.

Ive been here three times and Ive had a great experience every time! Im a college student, so price is important, and they keep their prices very responsable! The service was awesome! The technicians are very friendly and have no problem changing something or doing something different if you just ask! They are also very realistic when it comes to wait times, so you arent left sitting forever!

I had a great experience at Express Nails & Spa! Everyone was very friendly and talented. They have lots of different colors to choose from and they can do a wide variety of different designs. The prices are very reasonable too! Would deffinitly recommend.

I made an appointment for 4:45 for a fill-in. I was made to wait for 30 minutes, and once the owner finished filling my nails, she stopped helping me. She took priority by leaving me unattended, and starting a pedicure and manicure without even telling me. Im STILL sitting in the chair wondering when ill be helped finish my polish to leave. Literally everyone working is not paying any attention. Dont ask for people to book appointments if you dont tend to them!!!!!

This was my first time here, and it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice. Ask for Jelena - she did my pedi and my dip mani. She was so thorough and detailed, especially with the mani, and her foot/leg massages for the pedi were so amazing. Highly recommend!

When one makes an appointment for noon on Sunday when they open, one would expect to find the lights on and employees ready for the customer(s) who have appointment(s) on the books.At 12:05 I called to inquire why they werent open. I left a message on voice mail and left by 12:10. Later I got an unsatisfactory call with a weak Sorry. Most businesses would work with a client to make things right, or at least better. Not Express Nails. I have had pedicures there for years. No more.

The staffs all so friendly and nice. I have Darlen every time :) she is doing an excellent job. Right now is their busy season(summer), be prepared if you make an appointment still may need to wait 10-15 mins when you arrive. But is totally worthy to wait! :)

The lady doing my nails pulled my cuticle way too hard that it started bleeding and wouldn’t stop, and then tried to blame it on me having “shallow skin.” My nail hurts so bad and won’t stop bleeding and throbbing. I want a refund! Never going back.

Genuinely one of the worst nail shops Ive ever been to in this state. Yes, their prices are cheap but Id rather drive 30+ minutes off campus and pay more money than deal with the attitudes and poor craftmanship at this place. I am never satisfied when I leave this place whether it be the shape, the dangerous way they get the nails to stay on my fingers (ive had such painful/damaging experiences regarding my actual nails, nailbeds and cuticles but I wont get into the gore of it) or the persuasion and tricking customers into paying more. Ive called to complain about my nails and have received unthinkable disrespect. I have been hung up on, talked to rudely, you name it. Due to this Im no longer going to give this place my money and If I were you, I wouldnt either.

I love this nail salon. Gin has an eye for detail and does an amazing job and everyone in the salon is so friendly! I recently tried the ombre pink and white with natural pink and have gotten so many compliments! I highly recommend this salon for nail, toes, massage, and waxing!

Worst service ever. These people can cancel your appointment whenever. I called them 3 times to check in and they said they have marked me in the appointment and then when I reached there after wasting 30 minutes they said they cant do it because they are pre booked. I drove for 30 miles and already had an appointment but still they cancelled my appointment without even informing me. And on top of that they were not even sorry for that. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love my nails. They did the best job ever and I will for sure be going back for my manicures all the time! The ladies were all very nice and conversational which I love.

Went here for 3 months for acrylic nails and they continued to chip / break off within a week. When I finally switched to a different salon they told me my real nails were very damaged due to the poor quality acrylic job. I recommend going elsewhere.

Ive gone to this salon a few times now and they are all so friendly and articulate. They have a nice selection of colors and stay on top of the trends. Express nails is my go salon and you get the best bang for your buck!

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off. They used a new acrylic nail to try to insert in between my real and fake nails so that they could rip them off. It hurt alot and by the time they were done, my nails were ruined! Then they charged me $25 for taking off the nails and a manicure, that they could barely do anything to because my nails were shredded from them ripping the acrylics off. My experience with other salons they at least used acetone.

Will never come back here! I was charged $26 dollar for a pedicure, added $4 tips that brought up the total to $30. I was surprised when I saw $31 charge on my credit card statement. This means that they changed the tips to $5 without my consent. I am filling complaints with my credit card company for this case. How could a merchant do illegal stuff like this.

They are nice but can’t do nails but DEFINITELY can’t do feet. My feet are still rough after pedicure, nails are uneven. 3rd time going here to different ppl each time but gets the same results.

Horrible! Went there to get acrylics and they first of all cut all my nails uneven and second when I asked them to fix them they said no! So they told me to pay or they would call the cops. They are already overcharging $25 when you can get your nails done for $15 at other places. Do not go here its horrible!

Horrible service! They let someone who was basically practicing do my nails and she fixed them twice before who I’m guessing is the owner had to take the gel polish off and reshape my nails for the THIRD TIME!!!! I was sitting here 2 HOURS FOR A FILL AND TO FIX 2 nails.... I am highly dissatisfied and annoyed with the service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!

I got dip done and the manicurist was not very quick nor did it seem like he knew what he was doing. My nails came out chunky and uneven- not worth the $35.

This place deserves 0 stars, terrible service and bad at shaping. Got my nails done there and three days later one finger broke off, I went back to get it fixed and they charged $5 for a repair. Ive never been charged for a repair. Not worth even a penny.

Got my eyebrows waxed and she waxed half of my left eyebrow off. I have blonde hair but Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed for >10 years and have never seen such a horrible job.

When i walked in they where rude I asked how long is the wait she ignored me she tryed to charge me extra for my length and they not even long my nails or clumpy and th polish has clumps in it Im not from here im from Florida and Ill never come back to this nail shop..🖕🏽🖕🏽
