Terrible products, selection and customer service....I really tried to give them my business but finally realized I was wasting my $$ everytime....the leaky cartridges was my last straw....

Dark Horse is one of my favorite vape shops that Ive ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable and they have a good selection of juice, disposables, devices and other items without being overwhelming.

I always have a perfect experience when the dude with two braids is behind the counter, i noticed hes usually there in the morning so i try to come then. because when i tried to go there in the evening, there was a tall skinny dude with dark brown hair who took over my conversation with one of the women who worked there. i was having problems with my device spitting, and while the advice he interrupted my conversation with the worker to give was good, he was swearing sooooo much it was making me uncomfortable, and he made me feel stupid for the questions i had and the vape juice i was using. i hope i dont run into him again. other than that one experience, ive always had a good time, especially with the other guy. he answers my questions nicely and helps me find the right product for me without being judgemental. its a good thing to know i can come here and be treated normally when every other vape shop hits on women or are rude to them. thanks dude at dark horse!

Very happy with the vapor i bought. Very reasonable prices too. If youre looking for a vapor that blows the most smoke then this is the store to go to. I bought the Crown IV kit checkmate.

Dark Horse Vapors is a very popular store. It has late night hours in comparison to other shopping center stores.They give special discounts to frequent customers in the form of equipment or vapor juice.

The staff running this place are awesome. They run a very relaxed store, but they maintain professionalism at the same time. They dont mind if you want to hang out. They are glad to help if you have no idea what youre doing. Theyre more than happy to give you good advice and suggestions if youre willing to hear them. This is my favorite shop to go to by far!

Ran in for coils. They had the coils for my Valyrian 3. The girl helping me was very nice and helpful. They have a lot of cool product in there.

Had a great first experience there today, shop had a great atmosphere, wide selection of e-juices that were very well organized and easily accessible to view and sample. Employee that helped me was awesome, very fast and efficient, was very knowledgeable about e-juice flavors and different coils. 9/10 would go back

Great place. I am a newbie to this scene and I walked in and told them that and they were very helpful. Matt helped me get set up from the ground up. He let me sample every flavor they had and was very knowledgeable in all aspects. I will definitely be giving them my repeat business!

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place, so I decided to check it out myself! Gentry (I hope I spelled that right) was the man who helped me, and he was so informative and kind. He went into detail on all the juices they carried and helped me find the right ones! They also have a nice rewards program, and carry pretty much anything I would need. Definitely recommend, and will be returning!!

Good team, helpful, knowledgeable staff that seem to give advice for making the best purchase rather than selling you on their items with the biggest mark up. I usually by my stuff online but if I ever need to get anything in shop (like alot of their juices I cant find anywhere else) I go here. Definitely recommend.

Still my favorite place for vape stuff. Rewards are a nice addition if you keep going back for stuff. Prices are reasonable. Friendly knowledgeable employees. Some of the best ecig flavors I have found are here.

Very knowledgeable staff, fair pricing and real advice about products. Ive never been pressured into an expensive upgrade and Ive always gotten immediate help with any problems Ive had with products. The fluids cost a bit more here than other places but I continue coming here because I trust the staff and value the interaction with them.

Bought some juice from this place. While the service is good, i feel it could be a little better. Not too much pressure, but not too little either. Juice is a different story.. the juice is AMAZING. And i normally buy my juice online since its much cheaper. But they sell 60mL for just 25 bucks. Not only is the flavor top notch but prices are one of the best in Minneapolis as far as i have seen. And Ive been to most of them.

Great place, great staff, and great flavors. The only gripe I have is that 3 out of 10 bottles you buy either leak or are straight up broken. I had an entire top crack off of one of my bottles. So inspect your bottles before check up.

Ive probably been to this place like once a year and always say I wont go back. But this is the last time. I went in and asked the employee which was the best starter kit that doesnt leak and the one he sold me is the worst one Ive ever had when It comes to leaking. And guess what no returns or exchanges so I just paid 70$ for something I planned to use alot and cant now because i choke with how much juice leaks through. Horrible customer service everytime and for some reason I always get the worst looks or just straight up ignored.(Ive walked out twice for that reason only) This place should of been shut down years ago. Huge scammers.

John and Chase are great employees. I don’t know a lick about the vape life and they informed me on as much as they could while I was in, Chase helped me with picking the best mod for me and John had great input! 10/10 would recommend

Dark Horse makes their own juices and let me tell you, they are the best Ive ever had. No horrible after taste, just tastes like how it should. Just wish they had a store on the south side of the cities so I dont have to drive so far.

I have no idea how anybody has had a positive experience with the staff here. My wife and I have been here perhaps three or four times and have never been greeted, are largely ignored even when asking if they carry certain products, and the recommendations weve received were clearly not what we were shopping for.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly. Met.Matt he was professional and extremely friendly. As a new vaper, he really helped us choose the best products without being pushy. Enjoyable experience, nice bar for trying flavors.

Theyre refusing to reimburse me for a defective k-lite product i purchased from them. Ive used their product for less than 30 days and the firing button is already starting to go out. Explain in detail how thats not a manufacturer defect under your 30 DAY policy. The boss states that even though the button goes missing and i can still somehow make it fire, it is not a manufacturer defect.

I enjoy going to Dark horse. The staff are always welcoming and respectful. They have great knowledge and experience in the products they are selling and have fair prices!! If you havent been here...You Are Missing Out!!

Not a fan. Juice selection is ... boring. Employee was ... uninterested and reluctant to help. Overall useless store. Go to ecig market in BP or MG, they actually treat you like a person. :-)

All out one of my favorite vape shops in the world. Matt Gentry and Jason are the guys to go to to get set up with the best vape setup and have the best selection of juices with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Blood orchid is by far the best all day Vape in my opinion to go for and I recommend trying it and all their other flavors

You can go in knowing absolutely nothing about ECigs and be treated with the same amount of integrity and respect as a veteran vaper. Just generally amazing! They have a knowledgeable staff that is helpful whether you know exactly what you like in a mod or you dont know what a mod is! They have all the products to help a new person start vaping or help you craft your own mods. 100% would recommend to every vaper I know. Plus, no water in the juice!!! Luve!

I been going to Dark Horse for last 2 year, everyone that works there have always been super helpful, if I had any complaint its they are not fans of SMOK and they are my favorite devices. If you go here try there house juice and apple juice line your wont reget!

The heavy-set kneckbeard guy working the time I went in was bordering on rude..Good selection of juices tho and you can try them all which is 10/10. Pricing leaves something to be desired.
