This shop is A1! Connor is the best. Hes very knowledgeable and always friendly and will gladly answer any questions you have! I just recently started shopping here because my other usual spots stopped carrying my vape juice, and they rarely ever had mine nor my fiancés coil in stock. From the jump, they had everything we needed in stock and they never disappoint!

This is my tobacco shop regularly. I absolutely adore Kenny and Connor. They are both so kind and knowledgeable and they both Rock. I love them and this shop 💯.

I come in for shisha and coals, so I dont spend much time there, but I will say in my short time in and out of the shop, its always pleasant. Its clean, well organized, good music always playing, and attentive staff. Folks always are behind the counter saying hello! 10/10 if Im in the area and need hookah stuff, this is where I go. 💯

I’ve been coming to this shop since I moved to the area 6 years ago. They have a nice variety of items and are always selling out of the mushroom chocolates which I have absolutely grown to enjoy using and would buy more often if they were in stock!!! The employees here are personable, local and know their stuff. If I get a disposable vape or accessory to my reusable, I ALWAYS try it in store, with employees present just in case it doesn’t work. This store has great deals on glass and accessories of the sort. I love their wide selection of items and constantly being able to try new things without going far from home. I only trust two tobacco shops with my needs, this location right here and the Tobacco Outlet Plus behind the quarry shopping center. Both of these shops (probably run by different owners if I’m correct) really know what they’re doing, hire the right people, have amazing stock, prices are easy to get around, find what you need etc!

Grew Up Here.. Unfortunately This Location Just Did To Me What The 44Th Location did Selling Bad H.H.C. Cartridges And Wont Even Exchange Them For A Good One....🤷Its REDICULOUS...Said not manager and not calling a manager... Said all sales final and it doesnt say that anywhere....🤷Walgreens sold me a propane tank with NO O Ring seal and could a blown up... Silver Lake and 37th.... And wouldnt exchange that on Christmas either...called the cops and wouldnt for the cop Either 🤷 REDICULOUSIs blue ox vape supposed to be clear or yellow...its yellow at this location and its clear at the 37th Ave and Stinson location where they said its supposed to be clear

Ive purchased hundreds of dollars in vape juice here. Ive purchased my last 3 devices here. I needed a new mouthpiece for one of the quality devices they sell here but when I got home, I realized the clerk (who happens to be amazing) who sold me the mouthpiece had chosen the wrong mouthpiece by accident. No big deal, I returned it 3 days later to a different clerk and he starts monologuing about how we dont return items opened. I get that, its only 5 bucks, not a problem to eat it because ultimately its my responsibility to check that its the right one. However, this dude made such a fuss over a 5 dollar mouthpiece that it just made me feel that all of the money Ive spent here is not valued. I wish I would have come in when I normally do because the clerks I normally deal with always make you feel valued. Kudos to the owner for your morning crew. Afternoon crew couldnt care less. Ill be back for all of my purchases only because I love the dudes I deal with during morning shift. They wouldnt have grandstanded overt 5 bucks. I paid for the replacement mouthpiece because I would rather pay for it than have this clerk treat me like hes doing this huge favor for me after what Ive spent the last 2 plus years.

Love the variety! But most of all I love that the staff are down-2-earth....kudoz.

I buy my cigarettes there because I smoke menthal and can’t get them in Minneapolis. Never had an issue. I’m usually in and out. However, last night I went in to get cigs and asked if they sold Delta 8 gummies. The clerk showed me what they had. I know nothing about that stuff so I was asking his opinion on what he likes. Then I asked about the vaping stuff. I was interested in BUYING something but wanted to get to know about how things work, how cbd is different, the disposable vape pens vs rechargeable. All of the sudden, another clerk said to him, “you don’t have to sit and answer all those questions.” I looked at him and he said to me, “we have other things to do and he can’t answer all kinds of questions.” WOW, I have NEVER been treated like that. It was a matter of about 15 minutes. I believe there were two customers that came in during that time, so it wasn’t busy and I wasn’t keeping him from other people. Today, I called and asked to speak to THE manager. They put another guy on the phone. I asked of he was the manager and he said he’ s a manger on duty. I asked who the top manager was, he paused and said, “ I’ll have to look up his name.” Then he asked why I was calling. I told him. He said “we can only spend 5 minutes with a customer. You’ll have to Google things to get to know.” HOLY SMOKES!!!!

Ive came here 3 years and today was refused to be able to buy my items due to I had my 2 year old I have 2 kids and Ive been going in there with my 1st born since she was a newborn and last week alone in 2 times with my 2 year old and 2 month old and never been denied. Ive been to other tobacco stores and never been denied as long as its a child with a parent you can go into any tobacco store.I will not be coming here again after today I will go out of my way before spending my money here again.

Home delivery sounds nice but I am at work during your hours your doing this. Be nice if we could order over the phone and pay. Than can pickup outside your store by calling when in your parking lot.

I went back there yesterday and the guy who was working was awesome very friendly very helpful what he didnt know he looked up good experience all the way around Ill be back and Ill also tell others about your business

Kind staff usually, thorough, moderately helpful. Selection is really great, they carry Juice Head Salts in my favorite Peach+Pear flavor and lots of vaping devices and accessories.

Don’t get scammed by this store, I bought a disposable vape (it was a dud) and the owner didn’t believe me, proceeds to hit it and says it’s fine when it obviously isn’t.

This Place is amazing. Very wide variety for anything that you are looking for! I would send friend and easily strangers thus me writing this review. 10/10 the staff is very nice and I found out I went to highschool with one of them. I Usualy just by juul pods or some wraps but theres is souch more to cigars, electronic cigs and even cbd!

I like to get incense there. They have a better variety and you can get 3 of the larger sized ones for a dollar.
