I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. When I called to make an appointment, they said they no longer accept Groupons and that I should call Groupon to ask for a refund. Groupon would only give me a refund in Groupon bucks. I was told that I could still book a couples massage for $100. When we got there, we were charged $135. We were then brought to separate rooms. When reiterating that we booked a COUPLES MASSAGE, we were told that they did not have a room with 2 beds to accommodate this.

Terrible place! Dont waste your time! I bought a Groupon and Alice stated that they make no money so get a refund. She yelled at me on the phone and was so unprofessional! I will go to a place that values my business!

What a dishonorable company. Purchased a Groupon for their services which they will not honor, demanding more money for their services that I already purchased. Shameful companies like these deserve to be put on blast. If you cant operate a business with honor and dignity then you dont deserve to be open. Incredibly unprofessional

Called twice previously to make sure they take walk ins since i work a lot and unpredictably (on call) and was told of course yes they do. drove out there yesterday, the woman there was very nice but didnt speak english so she called the owner and owner told me they wont honour the less expensive groupon i got for $50 for 60 minutes they only take the higher one. she offered to do only 30 minutes for the price and also told me they dont take walk ins if you have a Groupon since they are too busy and i just walked in they will only accept Groupon on Sundays. i was literally the only car in the parking lot and only person in the salon, after being told they take walk ins so i was a little frustrated.told her then i couldnt do it since Im only off monday evenings and Tuesdays.i ended up getting a refund for my Groupon. inconvenience and waste of my time.

The person that answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment was very rude, disrespectful and discriminated against Groupon users. Then refused to schedule an appointment with me when I asked her why she was being rude.When I called I said hello I would like to schedule an appointment. I will be using a groupon. She then sighed loudly and asked me how much I paid for the groupon and I informed her it was a gift. She said it would have to be next week. I said okay I would need an evening appointment. She said then it would have to be 2 weeks out. Okay...i get it I used to work at a spa I know they book up fast...I asked about Sunday mornings she said none available because they are booked up due to groupon. I asked...if I was not using groupon would I be able to get in sooner. She said yes...I asked how is that okay...she stated I have to get regular paying clients in first. Groupon does not pay us much. I said wow, I am sorry but I am not sure how that is my fault and why you would tell me there is no appointments available for me for at least 3 weeks but if I were paying regular rate I can get in sooner. Not cool. She then began to raise her voice and I asked why be rude, I am just calling to make an appointment and from the start you are being rude. She said because I can pick who comes in or not and told me to tell my friend or whoever got me the groupon to get their money back and hung up on me.I would never want to visit an establishment like that. She decided to use groupon to promote her business, not me...I am just benefitting from that and I could have been a regular paying customer in the future but to be told because I am not a regular paying customer I wont be treated like a regular paying customer is beyond the type of customer service I expect from any establishment. I am so disappoint and I have not even stepped foot in her building.

We drove an hr to our apointment to have couples massage. They no longer honor groupon but I was told she would charge $110. We planned to tip well. When we arrived she changed the price to $160. After arguing back and forth a while she then remembered the $110. We paid.. only to be brought to seperate rooms..to have seperate massages. She was rude, unprofessional when I explained my disapointment being told it was a couples massage. She said there isnt enough space in her rooms to do that. She basically told me to shut up.. she didnt want to hear me. Got my money back and left.
