The Spa at Naples Grande

The ambiance and spa experience was tranquil & special. A lovely facility and nice to pair with a day at the pool or Clam Pass Beach. The massage rooms were clean and the front desk staff was AMAZING! Truly went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience- from booking to check-in to check out.I had a signature muscle melt massage but wish I had gone with a deep tissue. The muscle melt is more of a rub down with rocks than a full on massage. I would definitely go again and do deep tissue instead.

Great massage tech, Carla. Wonderful, she took her time to work on my knots and tension. Nail tech was good, but she wanted to talk personal stuff.Bathroom was fine. Everyone was doing their own thing. I felt safe even though it was comununal.Staff was helpful and warm.

The staff when scheduling were very pleasant and professional, i booked a day getaway for my husband and i. 50 min massage and full day at the resort. The spa area could use some updating as the wood is weathering but otherwise great. you are required to pay gratuity BEFORE your service and even if you have a Groupon for a service at a reduced price, you will pay gratuity on the FULL price of the service and the tip they made us leave w absolutely dis not reflect the service. The massage was relaxing, they asked what area you want worked on and what pressure and did not adhere. The massage was short and rushed. The grounds staff seemed very attentive. The adult pool and spa were down. There was security staff standing around all over, made us feel very uncomfortable. Will not return nor recommend anyone to. The food is well over priced even for naples and you have to pay extra fees to get food.

We had a great experience. Definitely not deserving of the current 3.8 review. The massage therapists were great. There is a nice changing room with lockers, a quiet waiting area for your massage, a small steam sauna, a small dry sauna room, and a hot tub. If you come expecting exactly that you’ll have a great time. Nice bar in the lobby for after as well.

This place is horrible. The appointment was not taken correctly, incorrect time. The massage felt rushed and the clinician was not effective. The massage room had a “portable” ac unit with a metal duct tubing on it and was loud. The room had a constant high pitched noise despite the loud ambient music. The locker area is so small, not sufficient for guests. The steam room was filthy, dirty floors and bench areas, rusty corners, tiles broken, screws missing in grates. The sauna had a slatted floor that had sitting water and bugs. The heating element had dirt and grime crusted underneath. The “decorative” string lights were fallen and shoddy. The whirlpool was dirty. The pool deck had cracked tiles all over the metal spouts on the pool were rusty. The attendant was useless as he would remove one towel at a time and would throw used waters/ ice (face towels)from towels on the ground. When I tried to check out I was ignored as the attendant was in a heated argument on the phone. This spa needs a complete management overhaul, renovation and a cleaning schedule that is adhered to. Obviously management does not follow up with staff or cross check quality or work.

Nothing great. There are only two changing rooms, thus a wait. The locker area is very small so it gets crowded. Their quiet area is wide open and nothing special. My massage was good but nothing special. Save your money. I would probably lose zero stars if I could. Scheduled a deep tissue with some add-ons, constantly told the massage therapist that I scheduled deep tissue and asked to apply more pressure. It was basically an essential oil rub, not even a Swedish. The lockers are in poor shape, and we were asked by the spa coordinator to share lockers with people. Not enough chairs, and overall completely not worth the money. I have no issues paying for great service and paying for a good massages, but this one really was subpar at best. Hands-down one of the worst, attempted to discuss it at check out only to have , a spa worker shrug their shoulders. The JW, , and so many others in Naples are so much better. Avoid the overpriced, bad service, and not getting anything that you pay for.

The absolute best experience for my wife and I. Massage and facial were fantastic. The staff all throughout the hotel were very kind and courteous. Spent the day with love in the pool. Enjoyed fantastic drinks and food. Then the spa treatments were icing on the cake. Most definitely recommended for any occasion. We WILL be back soon!

So much potential but some very clear opportunities for ownership and management before it’s above average. The space is nice and it was a nice place to relax with my girls.Was hopeful the reviews werent right but sadly I have to agree with most of them.For management:1. Train your staff better and conduct secret shoppers. Example: The front desk ladies asked me if I wanted to do any add-ons for my facial, but had no idea what the add-on options were. Then they try to offer me Massage add-ons because they had no clue. And yes, you have to pay for tip in advance which is so disrespectful to suggest I wouldn’t normally tip them.2. We couldn’t understand the gentleman who gave us a tour so nothing made sense3. THE LOCKER SITUATION. Don’t even get me started. It’s a mess that can easily be fixed they just haven’t invested a little time and money into it.4. Proactive customer service- at a four star resort, you need to offer a complementary champagne to everybody not just choice people and completely ignore everyone else5. I need to be able to communicate in English to my aesthetician. I had specific questions about the products and the treatments for my skin type, and neither one of us understood each other.. I was so nervous. The facial was decent but I would expect globes, red light and a facial massage at a place like this.

Oh wow what an incredible experience my daughter and I had! We live in the area and wanted a day of pampering and bonding- the spa at Naples grand is gorgeous! My masseuse was amazing and the lounge was such a perfect place to rest and reset! Have some of their tea it’s delicious and very soothing! The pool area was magical! I have been there 2 times in the last month and plan on going again next week.

Nice spa. Decent services. Pricing is normal for area. However, BEWARE, the technicians will ask you if you want them to do different things during your service.but in a casual way so that it doesn’t sound like an add-on. “oh, your skin is a little dry….I can do a deep moisturizer if you like.”They don’t tell you it’s an additional fee which should be made clear.Also, I have had charges show up on my card days later for things I didn’t know I paid for. Meaning, they gave me a total and I signed and then, later, they charged my card without my authorization.Lastly, the front desk staff are usually friendly but they seem scattered. You have to double check everything, especially if you have paid for spa packages or have discounts.

Honestly could’ve gotten a better day if I booked single appts at different places. My father and I did a massage a facial and our feet (pedicure) was sub par for what we paid save your money and book individual appointments at places that actual know what they’re doing. I’ve never experienced a worse pedicure my whole life and I go frequent.

Once we arrived we were rushed to the locker room area where there weren’t enough lockers for our belongings. There is no room to change, locker room is tiny, people everywhere, meditation room to wait in was packed. I felt like I was in a public pool locker room. Massage was good. Not really a great place for an entire spa day.

The worst service possible. We all got sick fever, chills, throwing up and coughing and I called as we are from out of town to reschedule for a different day as we need to go to urgent care and the receptionist all she had to say is “I understand you’re sick but we will still charge you the full fees for 1 massage and 2 facials”. I am disgusted at the poor lack of service, the fact that she said I get you’re sick but we will still. Charge you. I am sitting here literally coughing and throwing up as I am talking to them and she refused to reschedule without charging. I told her we will gladly come in if she is looking to get all of her clients sick. For being a nice high end spa, I am incredibly disappointed with this POOR SERVICE, POOR LACK OF ATTENTION AND POOR HUMANITY in the employees. You should be shut down and out of service.

The spa is nice, updated, and up scale. Also appreciate it is separated from the hotel. However, my therapist (Steven) was awful. He was timid, too gentle, and did not even hit all areas he was supposed to. Im not sure if he was new or inexperienced, but it sure seemed that way! Since I was required to tip up front, I could not address this in that way. I was there with my two girlfriends for my birthday and according to our storytelling I had the worst experience of all of us... me the birthday girl 😕

One of the most relaxing days I have ever had!!! The service is amazing! They take such good care of you. My masseuse Jorge gave a great massage. I spent hours by the pool. And the food was delicious. The cheeseburger was yummable!!! Shout out to Joel for being a great server!! It was wonderful and relaxing. My massage therapist (Steven ) was super sporadic and did not give a relaxing massage. It felt like a random stranger being forced to rub my back. Not massage like at all. Deep tissue was a joke. Poked at my back in different spots with pressure but didn’t put effort into massage out those spots. Very unrelaxing experience. I was told at the end, when I complained, that this therapist had 20 plus years experience. I’ve had several massages in the past at various places and always left super happy. I can’t believe it was a $240 service. Still shocked.My husband had Tania (or a name close to that) and he had a great massage! Had no complaints about her.Based on the reviews it’s very evident there are a few bad masseuses. I pray you can avoid them because this place is so expensive and you want to get what you pay for. And with the right masseuse it’s a great experience.

I was surprisingly disappointed. My mother and I got the hyaluronic facials. The service was awkward and not thorough. They barely used any pressure for the face scrub and did not do any extractions. The head massage was less of a massage and more the aesthetician running her hands (which were covered in massage oils) throughout my hair. The locker room was extremely small. There was a line to use the two restrooms because people were using the stalls to change, and there was a line to get to the lockers because it’s in a very narrow area. If you go, check your bill because they automatically put 22% gratuity. I’ve had better facials at chain franchises.

We had a terrible experience! The massages were good but no hot water in the men’s shower after my morning massage. Brought it to the Managers attention and was first told she gets that complaint a lot and I didn’t know how to operate the controls. Had her go show me and she figured out I was right. No hot water! Supposedly fixed then after my wife finished her day spa visit later that afternoon, no hot water in the ladies showers! Her nails were done by a really sweet lady but the quality of the polish was evidently cheap as two days later her toe and finger nails began to peel off. This place is not inexpensive! It was a special occasion and I really wanted it to be special for my wife. We will not be back. Very disappointed!!!!

We purchased a day pass for the spa. Overall, a completely underwhelming experience. The facilities are small but clean. The spa staff is among the most aloof and unfriendly bunch. Wow. All three at the spa desk today were anything but welcoming.

I had a great experience at this spa. I really loved my full day there exploring their Eastern Therapies. The environment was peaceful and I also enjoyed their other amenities including the outdoor pool area and sauna and meditation labyrinth. No one else was around which was great. They sell some wonderful organic Ayurvedic body oils as well in their shop.

My wife and I went last Tuesday and we reserved the Spa Essential Package - This package includes up to 2 50 minute services and of course was not inexpensive - while my wife had a good experience I did NOT - I have tried to contact the Manager with no return email - I can honestly tell you that I have had a better massage at chain store like a massage envy for 80 dollars than the treatment that I experienced at Naples Grande Spa - Buyer beware - SAVE your Money and go somewhere else! Not worth it - might have been hands down the worst massage service I have ever experienced - and the lack of follow up from the management just adds to the poor experience - this service was the last week of July 2021

Had a 90min massage here. My husband and I both had a massage on different days and had the same masseuse and same experience. Very quick not full 90min Read other reviews after that say the same; not a great massage. not on the same professional level i have had from other massages.

Spa was incredibly clean and relaxing. Both my mom and I had an appointment for our hair to be done. We were so lucky in getting Randy. He was amazing and so patient. He truly took the time to make sure both of our hairstyles were beautifully done and both of us are so in love with the results. He was unbelievably kind and we were so grateful for such a wonderful experience because of Randy. We will definitely be back to see him!

My husband booked me a facial during our stay at the resort. The facility is gorgeous and clean and Hannah was amazing. She made it so relaxing during the service but then was sure to tell me in detail what products she used afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Not worth it. Massage was good, and the facilities are nicely decorated, but the rest was not a good experience. I found out after arriving they offer Groupons for this place. It was VERY crowded, and combing this with the fact that the locker room is way too small, it all felt kind of cheap. Not relaxing or lux. They invite spa users to make use of the facilities all day which is probably why it’s all so crowded. Would not go here again.

I drove down from Tampa for a weekend stay-cation. This was a beautiful spa. From the meditation room, to the gorgeous villa couples room, to the steam room. I was impressed with all of it. I personally had Nicki two days straight & loved her. I would highly recommend this spa.

I had a facial at the spa which itself was very good. However, the facilities here are in need of updating--especially for the prices. There was also a clump of hair in the shower. The staff did nothing to make my visit anything above average. The esthetician said hardly nothing except to offer an additional service. I visited on my birthday, and my husband had requested my friend and I be given champagne. After I checked out and paid, the receptionist, said, Oh, would you like a glass of champagne? We looked for you after your service but could not find you.. It was a rainy day so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor facilities, but the indoor lounge area was nice...it was the only place we sat, so finding us should not have been a problem. Very overpriced for the service provided, and be sure to note....the tip is added on for you.

Disorganized and awful. Only good part is the massages. Besides that best of luck having your locker opened and your stuff stolen from inside of it (wether its staff or other people, i assume staff because they have a key and i doubt some random person can guess my 4 digit password in the span of 30 minutes)And if u leave your stuff outside the sauna while youre in there because u dont want ur belongings to get wet, leave them with someone u trust. This is the 3rd day in a row where ive left my robe with airpods, a e-cig, or my room keys in the pocket and within 30 minutes they have been stolen without fail.This place is a shitshow save your $180 for a FIFTY MINUTE MASSAGE and go get a 2 HOUR massage somewhere else AND STILL save yourself $50.Awful staff. Raphiel is hopeless and so lazy.I personally feel sorry if youve wasted money here.

I made an appointment 2 days in advance. After arriving and waiting for 30 minutes, I was told that their equipment wasn’t working. I was offered another service. if you think as a free upgrade for their failure to provide the first one, you’re wrong! The resort guest do not have access to the spa area to use facilities such a sauna or steam room, unless they secure a day pass, which is impossible to do even in off season.

The massages were excellent. However, the Spa needs to kick it up a notch. It was over crowded in every area (Womens locker room had women lined up against the wall waiting for a space to change their clothes/ran out of sandals/robes) which did not create a spa experience. Literally, every space that we tried to relax in was full/wet or had dirty towels etc. Hopefully they make some changes. It was obviously over booked and it was a Saturday but it was a special celebration for my daughter and I and we were disappointed.

We went for couples massage—they took us 10 minutes late yet still ended up at the scheduled time. We asked for deep tissue but definitely got something less than deep tissue. It actually felt as if one of our technicians was giving a massage for the first time. It was an underwhelming experience. We won’t be going back.

Massage was good but we felt very rushed throughout our service, wasnt quite as relaxing as others. Steam room was good but the sauna was not working when we were there. It was also very crowded contributing to a less relaxed experience.

Nice facilities and good front desk service, but untrained therapists and estheticians. My massage was horrible. My facial providedA great neck massage but l ittle in the way of skincare. In fact, i was peeling for several days after the treatment from whatever was put on my skin that burned it. Not worth the prices they charge.

So I decided for an anniversary gift to send my fiancé down for a day at the spa to relax get her massages and facials and everything else women do. When making the reservations you’re not told there’s an 8 hour cancellation policy and they’ll charge you regardless.. she showed up a few Minutes late for the massage then cut her time from 80 minutes to 55 and made her wait but still charged her for the full 80... she then requested to cancel the other treatments because she wasn’t happy with the service. They then said sure they can cancel all of them but you’re getting charged for them regardless. So as we speak my fiancé is unhappy sitting and waiting for something she doesn’t want but will be charged for regardless. Thanks Naples Grande Spa for making the anniversary gift a day to remember.

They did a wonderful job. Great ambiance and a diverse array of services. Plan early and have lunch in the hotel. Good chicken sandwich! They use good products and are very attentive. Would definitely return.

Review is for a prenatal massage “mommy and me” by Jorge. Five stars for the massage which was absolutely wonderful , relaxing, and they even had the pregnancy bolsters which was a huge plus compared to other prenatal massages I have had. I will say facilities wise the locker corner in the ladies lounge needs to be larger , particularly during busy season. All around enjoy coming to this spa very much as there are enjoyable amenities for before and after your spa services.

Way overpriced even with groupon. Dont like the old fashion nails of my wife. Needed to wait over 2 hours longer than expected and she arrived with 2 cheap glases of sparkling even they advertised in groupon it will be 2 glases of champagne. Dear Manager, Champagne comes from the Region of Champagne in France and its even legal protected to call something else than this Champagne. This cheap oversugured liquit was everything but not Champagne. Good she didnt asked me to pay her nails i would go nuts!

The hotel room was good. I was with a group for a conference. The meeting room didnt have power 😐though. Also, the buffet options were monotonous considering we were there for a few days. Not the best service for the price.

Aline was AMAZING! From the time I arrived for my spa day until the time I left she was above and beyond with accommodating me every step of the way, honestly she made we feel like a V.I.P. and I wasnt even a guest at the hotel! I purchased a groupon for a spa package and got access to all the amenities of the resort! Also wanna give a shout out to Betsy who did my mani-pedi, she rocked!!! Thanks for a great day Naples Grande, it was totally worth every penny!!!

Spa is beautiful, very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. I went for a hair cut. Eve who cut and washed my hair was outstanding. I was not rushed. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. A very upscale spa.

Sent my Mother to the spa for her 60th birthday and Yenir and his staff made her feel so special. She left the spa relaxed and rejuvenated after a custom massage and organic facial This is the best spa in Naples, possibly all of Florida. Yenir and the Spa and Naples Grande knows how to treat their guests. Thank you Yenir!

Manager is atrocious. not worth it, totally agree with reviews here. facilities are wildly in need of an update. massage wasn’t the full time. and man oh man that manager! she really made for such an unpleasant experience.

As a company I would be ashamed to charge my customers for a cabana and not provide them with service by the cabana as far as food and drinks....I had to leave to go pick up food from a restaurant to bring it back to my cabana because they have it very limited selection of food.... Great location terrible customer service
