The employee was helping a customer who is probably is deaf or mute. He was patient with him and helped the customer out fully. Made me smile.For my experience, as a person who lives in Georgia, I cant believe that Louisiana banned flavored nicotine vapes! The employee tried his best to give me alternatives, which I accepted. But man, that sucks, Louisiana!

Google says open from 8am, store was closed at 8:20am with a makeshift sign saying back in 10 mins. They were not back in 10 mins as at 8:40 I was still stood outside with no signs of anybody coming to the store. Gave up and went elsewhere.

Online says they are open at 8am its nearly 12pm and no sign of the doors opening

Only went to the mall shop next door. So I cant say anything about this place.

Cigarettes and cigars so cheap I love the Nola smoke shop I’m on the way there and so on and on as I live this my stop😘

Good experience depending on who’s working, they always have good stuff in stock, and staff is usually helpful. I’ve been shopping here for years.Docking a few stars because of the mask policy. They have a new system in place where anyone wearing a mask will be asked to leave the store, which they have every right to do, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.This policy is going to get people killed.

Exceptional staff. Very friendly. Most of them are very knowledgeable unless you get a new guy/gal but they learn pretty quick

First time visiting the shop, I was overwhelmed by the variety of products and different flavors, but the owner helped guide me pick out the perfect gift for my friend!The price are more than fair, and I couldn’t resist buying some mint ice fumes for myself. Will definitely visit again!
