Staff are OK but every single disposable vape Ive bought from here starts back firing and is completely broken and unusable hours after purchase. Three times this has happened. Currently looking for a new vape store

Extraordinarily vast selections of E-juices. Not only of flavors, but also types of vape juices.The staff is always friendly, helpful, swag, and never judge you if youre unfamiliar with something.They also have edibles (good ones too), vape and cart batteries, and a whole host of dab rigs + tool/accessories.Also the interior of the shop is indubitably swagilicious as well. The layout of the different selections of products are visually unmatched in the current retail landscape.Theres also some comfy chairs set around a table with a couple board games

I walked in to buy a bottle of vape juice and after testing a few I decided on a flavor. After having some trouble with a scanner and some awkward conversation I was wrung up for my one item, denied a receipt, and was on my merry way. Lo and behold I check my bank statement and the total for a single thing of juice was $41! I’ve gotten two of the same bottles for less than 10 bucks. Called and asked if there was a mix up and the clerk said no. They should be more up front with their pricing as I was never told how much it was or I would’ve walked out.

They have so many products that they dont check expiration dates on them apparently. It is 3/24/22… it expired in JANUARY! I live an hour and a half away. Didn’t realize it was expired until I tried to hit it and it was DISGUSTING! Check dates before you purchase.. they are also super expensive.. “collage town” was the reasoning why the prices were so high… 🗑 trash

I only go to this shop. Ever. The guys are freaking awesome. Super knowledgeable because I am not. Great customer service - they have never let me down, especially when I take way too much time out of thier day talking about how everything tastes like nuts. Everyone should come here if you want the best. Period.

The first time i went here, I was amazed of how many selections there were. I went to others but they werent as good as this location. I felt like a child whose in a big candy store of how many things there are. I love this location. The staff are nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. As someone that asks way too many questions, they always have the answers. They’ll make you feel like a regular on your first visit. And of course Im going to keep coming back. I just want to know the hours of operation because I went there today Tuesday 9/19/2023 around 10:40am ish and they werent open. So I went to wawa next door to pass the time until 11am. I went back at 11am and there still closed. I waited until 12 and went back and they were still closed. Their hours say Mon-Sat 10am-8pm and Sun 11am-5pm. I had someone tell me at the barbershop next door tell me a few other customers came around 10am and left because they werent open. I just want to know what days and hours theyre open so i wont make the same mistake today waiting to see if theyll open and nothing. But other than that, theyre amazing.

My favorite vape shop, by far. Huge selection and theres always something good to add on from the clearance area. Cardamon and Ryan have taught me so much and are very fun to chat with. 10/10.

My first time at this location, and I am making this my store!! Its around the corner from my job so its very convenient. Patrick is wonderful, he goes above and beyond on behalf of the store, and is very knowledgeable of the products.

Ive been shopping here for about 2ish years now. Its my go to place to get my vape supplies. I like the prices they dont break my bank. The staff is extremely helpful, Pat is an amazing employee, he will help you with whatever you need. They have alot of deals on disposables though I prefer my actual device. Scott and his wife are the owners and they are AMAZING. My wife has problems with different juices and is honestly picky lol. I told him the kind of juice she likes and he offered to special order it for her so I bought 15 boxes (its literally the only juice my wife vapes) and he gave me a nice bulk discount. Its also an actual vape shop NOT smoke shop so they carry everything the everyday person who vaped could want.

My daughter and I went to local Vape shops when we decided to use vaping to quit smoking cigarettes.We knew absolutely *nothing* about what we needed, but I swear, at most of the places we went to, the shop associates had no idea either! Yeah, it was bad.Finally found the Capital Trail Vape Escape. They answered ALL our questions and took the time to make sure we got hooked up with the right equipment and supplies for our needs and knew how to use them.These guys really know their business and are true professionals. They have great deals and sales. The store is always well stocked with a great selection.Cant go wrong here!

I love this vape escape, their prices on disposables are great, their disposables are top notch. The customer service there is Beyond 5 star. Patrick and cardamon are the most knowledgeable about vaperorizer products Ive seen and Ive been vaping since the beginning, every question Ive asked has had a prompt and thorough response.Idk if the store is under new managment or just the whole team is working great together but they stole my patronage from other vape shops.

Just sell me the 3mg without you adding your own nic to it please. Whatever yall did to this juice it runs through my coils like its nobodies business. I am not even convinced this is the stuff I intended to buy at this point. I take about 20 rips and I have to refill. I have had this juice many times and its never runs through my coils like this **** they sold me. Never again using this place

Great place to purchase any vape. They Are SO nice! And helpful. It smells so good in the one in newark ,near wawa. They have Disposable s buy 2 get one free liquid!! Go check them out.

My second time at the store..Pat and Cardamon are great! They were so helpful, not only my first time, but my second visit as well.

Patrick and Cardamon were easy to talk to and they answered all my questions about the flavors I was interested in. I was worried I had too many questions but they helped me find something I wanted with enthusiasm!

Reddit beautiful store, the employees are nice and knowledgeable and they have a large selection but the prices are absolutely insane I spent over $100 on 3 bottles of juice I couldve made the same purchase online for a fraction of thatEdit: upon further look after getting home 2 of the bottles are expired its 10-27-22 today. So in short shop here to get ripped off and old juice

A long awaited, long review and I apologize. Apart from Vape Escapes outstanding juice collection.. A business owner is lucky to have such adequate staff. I went to this location for the first time with a recently broken vape Id been using for about a year. At that time, didnt know if the vape needed to be replaced. Terrance went right to work with it, I didnt even have to ask him to look at it. He asked me, we confirmed the battery was pretty much fried in the 1y old pod mod. While Tyler was helping me pick out other wares I happened to need that they carried that I didnt expect to find in the store. Plus, we talked about brand named vape juices and other products from as far back as 2015. The glass I needed was priced perfectly and if it broke tomorrow Id be back there buying the same one if possible. Staff were excellent, very pleasant & knowledgeable. Innovative style, they mix your juice and you choose nic type and amount. Last, they have a wide selection of smoke or vape related products and the atmosphere is modern and up-kept. Needless to say, I will recommend Vape Escape. Thanks guys

Nice location and cool looking store. Not great customer service - all three guys in the store just stared at me when I came in, no Hello or Can I help you. However, the selection was pretty good, and I wasnt bothered at the taste bar. I had same problem as other reviewers - missing flavors, spitting/sticky containers, but nothing terrible. Didnt have what I wanted in stock, but guy at the counter made a great recommendation and Im very happy with my purchase. Pricing may be high, but I think theyre filling a specialty niche here, and you gotta pay people to be in the store, to explain and show things. All in all, a good experience, and I plan to return.

Had some minor issues on previous visits with the set up Ive purchased and pricing, prices are higher than you can find elsewhere (amazon is half price in the setup i bought from here). However anytime i had a problem i was able to talk to either Lisa or Chang and they tried to make whatever issues i felt I had right! most the staff is very knowledgeable. The best part, i havent smoked cigarettes since Ive come here and that makes it all worth it.

***2023 update***Had the pleasure of returning to Vape Escape and meeting the employees. Even better experience than the first! So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Just went in for the first time they have a great selection of juice flavors staff was very polite and helpful as people should be. At first I felt the price was high but you can not compare prices from a online site to a local shop. One just pushes volume quantity the outher is quality and a shop you can go in speak to a person test different flavors and leave with the one you want in hand me - vanilla custard. Support local shops in are community.

Ive came here for years, Nick and T are both great at what they do. I dont come here cause the prices, but for the people. As long as they stay around Ill be a customer. Their product knowledge is always there as well with their customer service skills. They deserve a raise. Everytime I go in its like seeing family. Keep it up guys!

At first our experience here was good. They took the time to answer our questions and help. But I purchased a couple packs of coils while there but made thw mistake od not checking them before I left. They were supposed to be packs of 5 ... 1 had 3 and 1 had 4. I suggest everyone check the boxes before you pay for them.

*Edit*Extremely displeased with our experience with one of the so called managers. Hes extremely rude. It took him awhile to stop flirting with a customer to eventually help us. THEN he gave us the wrong coil we requested. We didnt notice until we got in the car. Went back in and he just threw another coil at us that was still wrong. The whole time he was helping us he was still flirting with another customer rather than being focused on us. He mocked us. Idk how he still has a job here hes always rude. ALWAYS.Excellent customer and inventory. They take really good care of you.

Very high prices compared to other local shops. I was blown away by the fact that all their Juice does not contain nicotine. They open your bottle and add it. When spending $30 for 60ml, I expect the nicotine to be in the product at the factory level and professionally sealed. This place acts like theyre making back alley bathtub vape juice.

Billy is absolutely amazing. I didnt know what I wanted or what I was looking for. He was super patient and he did everything he could to make me happy. Customer service was stellar!!! I would highly recommend this place and Billy! Im picky as they come too and I am completely satisfied. I couldnt be happier.

I was educated by the young man who helped me yesterday not knowing much about cbd oil. He seemed to know what he was talking about. He did show me how much of the tincture I bought to take but the dropper is not labeled at all(not the vape shops fault).What lowered my stars was the $40 price markup on 1 bottle. I understand making a profit and hopefully you get a retailers discount on what you buy but I could have bought it on the company website for $189 and not $229.

Outrageously overpriced. I can get the same juice at Delaware Vapor for $9 less. I got the tester bottle of one juice because it was the last one (they didnt have many of the juices I wanted, or the coils), and they had to add the nicotine to it. Thats a new one for me. Very odd I thought. The guy said hed give me 10% off because it was a tester, but then he charged me $4 for the nicotine pouch.

If you wanna shop here make sure you have the money it is not wallet friendly the EA of the vape world imo. For a 60ml expect to pay around $31 a bottle i can get 100ml online for that price they stopped carrying a lot of my favorite juice companies. And also a lot of there vapes pod systems and mechs and boxs are over priced there is literally one redeeming factor to this store in my opinion. And that is manager Terrance i literally refuse to shop here unless i see his car parked out front. When it comes to Terrance you will have the best shopping experience you could possibly have inside of a vape shop.

Just double the price of any juice or coil u buy at their competitors. Thats what they charge. $10 for a single cleito coil. Everyone else sells them for $5. 30ml of juice is $25. U can buy 60 and 100ml of juice for $25 elsewhere. Only use this as a last resort because the bottom line is clearly their only concern.

Lots of options but the highest prices of any local shop. Called an hour or so before i went over to see what their hours were today. They said they were open til 9. I went over there around 6 and they were closed. No other shop carries what I need so I’m screwed til tomorrow evening when I get home.

Came in last saturday evening looking to get a suorin. the employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable, jared and yoshi i believe were their names, also it’s a great place with a lot of different selections of juices, i will definitely be coming back in the near future

For someone whos not a pro vapor but still knows enough the people here make you feel like your below them. I went there to purchase some e juice and was not offered to taste anything, was talked to like I was nothing, and now Im stick with a $24 bottle of juice that I hate. The only reason I purchased the bottle was I had none left and didnt know of any other shops around and it was late but never again....

Couldnt test any flavors because the guy working there said the owner doesnt want to put in the money for a new tester? Okay. Then the guy was extremely rude and impersonable. Im surprised they are still open with the lack of professionalism. Spend your money somewhere else, wish we could get our $86 back.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its a good place to buy, vape, share info, and relax. Try Their newest location on 202 north in delaware at the Towne centre. Its in the same shopping center as Target. Its a hangout spot. You wont wanna leave. Their rewards program is the best!

Use to have larger selection of juices.... Then over 6-8 months the selection went down.., I really enjoyed the pumpkin patch from fogwerks and they did not bring it back this year. Now the whole juice selection kinda sucks

Just went there as soon as it opened this morning. I broke our(me&hubby)s Brass Knuckles vape pen last night. I was referred there from a couple Facebook friends. The guy working there (he had these beautiful dreadlocks) dont know his name, was very helpful. He put us onto a CLOUT pen. We absolutely love it! Great place. Beginner to vaping & had a wonderful experience. Was helped in picking a tank, E-Juice, and before I left the store, Billy helped me put the tank together & answered all my questions. The Vape Bar had tons of choices and was very neat. Places I want to before discovering Vape Escape rushed me in & out, here I was able to take my time. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get into vaping, or experienced vapers.

People there are nice and friendly. They have a large selection to chose from. Staff goes out of there way to make sure you can find something affordable.

The prices here are insane as mentioned in other reviews. Also mentioned in another review is Wesley’s vape shop in Elkton. Wesley’s is not only my favorite vape shop, but my favorite shop period. Excellent customer service that will go out of their way to help you and prices that can only be beaten on the internet, I don’t even know how they stay in business, their profit margins must be razor thin. Even if you live in pike creek, you’ll save money after factoring in gas prices by going to Wesley’s. Vape escape is an embarrassment compared to Wesley’s.

Worst vape shop-- by far-- in all of Delaware. Small shop, staff is rude and not very helpful and their prices are INSANE. First time I went in here I wanted to sample a few juices but I was told that each juice is 1$ to sample. Second, every juice I inquired about was either out of stock or not the right nicotine percentage. Third time I visited this shop I needed a small bag of cotton wick for my vape. Asked for the smallest, cheapest bag and they handed me a small bag that was 8$... I walked out right then and there and I can promise that I will never return back. If you are looking for a good vape afore in the area please visit WESLEYS VAPE SHOP. Staff is always helpful and courteous, prices are great (small bag of cotton is 3$) and they have a fantastic selection of juices at a great price. Oh, and you can try all the juices you want for free. Youre supposed to be charged 25 cents for a sample but they almost never charge you. Avoid VapeEscape at all costs, save yourself time and money and visit WESLEYS VAPE SHOP in Elkton, MD.

Employees tend to hide in the back most of the time...and the selection of vapes is very little. Prices are very high as well compared to other local shops and double the price of online shops. Bad ventilation as well, I dont my vape but its hazy in there all the time

Scam artists selling defective products that make it barely out of the threshold of their non implied 30 day warranty and refuse toreplace defective products sold by their shop. Avoid at all costs

Terriable service went there to get my husband a birthday present not only were the employees extremely rude and dissrespectful the products were more expansive than anywhere ive ever seen now i understand why their nickname is rape eacape. And the slogan is come get raped at vape escape

Prices are very high. I got a 100ml bottle of eliquid for $40 only to discover its half that price if not lower all other places.
