This is a great shop! The man that was working was very helpful and super nice!In my past experiences at vape shops Ive always felt unwelcomed and as if I am bothering them when I ask questions, but not here!I have also not found ANY shop that carries my juice until now! I had been ordering mine online for years, with new laws that is no longer an option. I looked for a long time reaching out to shops looking for it or something similar.Sandys wrote me back very quickly and offered to get it for me.Not only did they get it for me and keep me updated, they got it super quick and got more then one bottle just incase!Their prices are totally fair and the shop was clean and a welcoming environment.When I am in Florida I will absolutely be coming here!Thank you Sandys for being so awesome! 😎

Been going to Maxx Vape for 2 months now when I quite smoking cigarettes. I was told vaping helps... the staff has been awesome! Gives me all the good pointers, the most popular flavors and the best devices to use when quitting smoking. I am in there every week with questions. I just went in cause I could not remember how to clean it and put it back together! They saved me! No questions, just friendly and always helping. I go an extra 15 minutes out the way to shop here. Everything is well priced. Juices range from $10- $25 for 120 ml . reusable tanks are cheap . Batteries are cheap. Its the place to BE

Great prices and love the selection of liquids and mods to choose from. Overall great customer service and they always have great knowledge of all the products we ask about. We dont go anywhere else unless they are out of the specific coil we need.

Honestly this place isn’t that bad I just dread coming inside every time. Every other time I come in I have to wait for the workers to finish their conversations before I can get any help. I stood waiting for 10 minutes one time while this girl talked to this guy at the counter. I had to just leave I was getting annoyed and I didn’t want to spend my money and give her any commission since she basically ignores me standing looking at the same item for 10 minutes. Today wasn’t as bad. The girl at the counter was a different girl but it still took a while because she was helping another customer who was taking forever. It was annoying only because the other worker in the store wasn’t helping me either. Other than being ignored and having to walk out a couple times because of my frustration, this place isn’t that bad. The owner just needs to make sure he tells or teaches his employees to help people when they come in. I usually know what I want but everything is behind glass. I literally can’t do anything without getting a key for the item behind the glass. I’m open to changing my rating if I actually get some help and not have to wait for someone to finish their conversation while I wait to spend money

The staff is very helpful and courteous every time I go in there. This time was no different. I was looking for coils for my rebuild-able and the ones suggested work amazingly. Love this shop. Wont go anywhere else.

I had shopped at every store in marion county and this is by far the best in customer service,product and education. Never a bad experience, staff always has a smile and will help with any issue. Will customize any flavor oil to needed nicotine level. The most variety around. Ten ☆ rating!

The employee that was working at the time was very helpful. Got me setup and everything. Explained everything and got me with a very great price. Ended up spending a third of what I thought Id spend. A+ service. Quality merchandise. Definitely gonna be here often.

My husband and I always enjoy our visits to maxx vape. Great service, awesome staff and they have the best prices in town. Their prices of some ejuices that are also sold in other stores always seem to be cheaper than any other vape store that we have been to. We live a little over 30 minutes away from maxx vape and we have made and will make special trips there because we love going there so much. They have a great variety of ejuices and hardware to choose from. Also everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and they will give you tips and suggestions based on what they believe is what youre looking for. I always have a positive experience when I go there. The staff has been very helpful with me being new to vaping. I was able to quit smoking cigarettes with my vape. Prices are reasonable and they have a wide selection of inventory. They also have a very knowledgeable staff.

Went in not knowing what I wanted and the guy was super patient and friendly!! Not a whole lot of selection on vapes. But had lots of different juice flavors! Place was clean and smelled good.

Ive been to MANY MANY vape shops and all over the country. Maxx Vape is one of the BEST vape shops Ive EVER personally been to. The owner is extremely helpful, very personable and the shop has a great selection of juices. The ONE employee that Max has working for him is extremely knowledgeable on EVERY product they sell and never tries to push you into buying unnecessary items. I ask questions about everything and Ive never left the store without knowing in detail exactly what I needed to know. I highly recommend Maxx Vape to everyone who needs ANYTHING having to do with vaping!! Im about to change/upgrade from a TFV4 tank to either the TFV8 or the TFV8 Baby Beast and Ill be making that purchase with Maxx Vape. Customer service at its best.....period!!!!! I stopped in today for the first time and was definitely impressed. Every vape shop in the Belleview area either doesnt carry Cuttwood vape juice or they are out, except Maxx vape. The cashier gave me a great deal for buying in bulk. I have enough Boss sauce to last me a few weeks now but as soon as Im out, I will be going back there. Thanks guys!

Great selection and awesome employees

Went there about a year ago and purchased a kangertech topbox mini. I was new to vaping at the time and was looking for advice. They took advantage of me being new to vaping and charged me $80 for the kangertech topbox mini starter kit and I found out when I got home it was available almost everywhere else for $40. Also, they charged me $30 for 60ml of eLiquid which is insane considering even the most premium eLiquid on the market isnt more than $20 for 60ml. Overpriced and they refused to help me with my vape and they do not give refunds.
